Product not picked up after return request

Order not delivered; no refund

I ordered kurti on 16th Oct 22, as per Meesho it has to be delivered 22nd Oct. But on 22nd Oct delivery guy from shadowfax called me for location. I have provided land mark everything. My address is within town most of courier delivered before even without call.

Disappointment 1: Delivery person not deliver, when I called evening he said today time over. So attempt tomorrow, next day onwards 3 days they do delivery attempt...

Refund not credited for missing nighty

1 sep I placed two nighties 1390rs only one product delivered and remaining product not delivered still now, I didn't got the refund also 622+70rs
Pls initiate that refund to my account...

Refund amount of 314/- not paid back to me

With reference to,
Sub Order ID[protected]_1

I do reselling on meesho. I have ordered 3 quantity of silver bowl set each 157/- ( in total 471/-)

Sub Order ID[protected]_1

The order was placed on 10th October, 2022. And they delivery was made on 18th October, 2022 where they send only on quantity product which is also a wrong product of what i ordered.

So i called in...

Money deducted, product not delivered and no refunds

Hi,

I placed an order on Meesho on 18th October, 2022. The order was not placed however the amount was debited. I tried to connect with Meesho help center but to no avail. They show a message that I will be contacted within 6minutes, 10 minutes or so, but no one ever called or asked for anything.

This one way communication has left me with a great deal of irritation. I neither received the product nor the money....

Useless ! rest if 2 ordees still pending for return already complained sub order id[protected]_1 & sub order id[protected]_1 ur fraud customer people said merged in this sane complaint number, wtf is happening...

Order getting cancelled automatically

Meesho didn't deliver my pre-paid order on the given date and today on call they lied by saying they tried to deliver, I didn't receive any call from them. They cancelled my order and haven't refunded my amount yet. Their customer care is of no help....

Refund not reflect in account

I am romaisa from jammu and kashmir i have order a duppatta dress price 1609 from meesho in 28 august and due to wrong product delivery i have placed return reqest many time but product not pickd up after that i have cal meesho customer care and they provide me return address for self return. I have return the product to supplier on 18 september and sent return slip to meesho mail provided by customer care for refund...

Meesho refund not received

Been 2 months + post i returned the product.

I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected] as it is a damaged product.

I have been buying from Meesho for past 2 years this is the worst experience ever. Please look into the details and refund my amount as early as possible. I have shard proofs multiple times they keep sending same emails but no definitive date by which refund will comebr...

Meesho-Money Debited but order not placed

I placed an order of Lehnga on 16th Oct and paid the amount via paytm UPI.
I got confirmation email from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP....

Received wrong defective product

I am highly disappointed with meesho customer service will not ever use meesho again in life also would rate poor everywhere and let everyone how pathetic yiu guys have customer handling .I placed an order on 28 september fir airpods placed an order for white received the packetbof white but inside it was black in color placed an exchange received black again and tbis this time product was defective one of the product was not even working,...

Not getting 50% refund

Ordered 2 watches for 218/watch. But got only one watch on delivery. So we returned that order . WE GOT ONLY 218 INSTEAD OF 436....

Money has been debited from my account but order is not placed and no refund received.

I tried placing order on Meesho App on 23rd Sept. I have paid amount of Rs. 5256 through SBI net banking. Money got debited from my account but order is not placed.
I have contacted Meesho customer care and explained the issue several times on email and on call. After many follow ups they said that "Order will definitly be placed if we receive money. As order is not placed, it means that we didn't receive money. So contact SBI net...

No refund given on missing product

I had ordered for 2 items (Rs 880)but Meesho delivered only one item. I raised the Return and they paid only 440 Rs. I called helpdesk multiple times but they are saying due to high percentage of Return they can not proceed. But here I am not asking for new Return, its request to deliver the missing item....

Products been cancelled automatically

I have been ordering products from Meesho from a very long time but from past couple of months I am facing problems with them. I have ordered a saree from September till date and every time i order the shipment is automatically cancelled without any prior notice and when I try to call the customer support for help they have always given me false hopes and they never tried to help me out. As we ordered a product in meesho it arrived on 21 St of October and we paid nine hundred cod, further after unpacking the order it wasn't the order that we have placed we tried calling meesho back but the service are so poor, we literally need a refund from them...

Refund not received . But meesho is lying

I have not recieved my refund in bank account i also send the bank statement in pdf to meesho . But meesho is not giving my refund they tell sometime to wait 10 days, sometime 5 days sometime teo day . But the day passed my refund not credited...
