I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and support I received from #meesho . I placed an order and made an online payment through UPI, but I never received the product but recieved a mail that product has already been delivered. When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was told to wait 48 hours for a resolution, but when I followed up, I was told that there was no record of my complaint and that I had been emailed to verify a signature, which I did not receive. Additionally, after calling multiple times, I have not received a mail regarding the complaint I lodged. To make matters worse, I have still not received a refund for the product or any resolution to my issue. This has been a highly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience with #meesho. I want refund or product.

    I had placed three order on 18 dec 2022.out of three two order cancelles on sam day The refund was supposed to be initiated within 5-8 working days. Today is 1 jan 2023 refund is still not credited to my bank account.
    Important points: 1. Prepaid payment was done
    2.i have check my bank statement

      I made a payment to buy two products from meesho the money got deducted but the order is not placed. The order is not showing in my order history.
      For additional information I paid 313 rupees because there was a discount on making a payment from paytm.

        My order is not being returned and refund is also not being done which I received the order from meesho on 13/12/22 which was order price ₹ 513 and I tried to return the order through meesho app and gmail Tried but it didn't solve any problem after talking to Meesho helpline they said sent photo of bill and photo of product in Gmail mein sent its date 18/12/22 company can't be contacted again The order number is Sub Order ID[protected]_1 I have a special request to you please solve my problem

            I ordered few dresses which came but they were oversized.
            Due to this I requested a replacement, but the replacements came were totally wrong.
            The color of the dresses were not the same that I ordered.

            Moreover I contacted the customer care but they informed that the dresses can't be replaced again and in all this I missed the deadline of 7 days.
            Now as they have exceeded 7 days I am unable to do the process of refund. I don't want to get into the replacements again because it is disappointing how the dresses have been replaced with Inccorect Colors.

            I want an immediate return and refund of this order as it makes no sense to me to keep the same color n design dresses in multiple quantity.

            Same color 2 dresses and the other one is nothing out of what I selected and ordered

              As a seller, we are asked to share the package opening video and other images including return packslip, all angels of outside package, etc. But still company is rejecting our claims due to below mentioned reason, \"Based on past data, we have observed that the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order.

                      Hello sir. Actually I ordered a product which is crazy lips Lipbalm pack of 6 which costs 105 i paid through phone pe then I paid 90 rupees for that but I received 5 in 1 lipstick in the product. The product was also defective product 5 in 1 lipstick but in that only 4 lipstick colours available. I decided to return the product actually I received the product through xpressbess but when they initiated return they are choosing delhivery courier. I received the product on 23rd of this month. Every time they are told me we are initiated the refund you will receive your full refund from RAZ meesho but still I didn't received any refund from anyone from meesho. I also checked my bank statement also I don't have any strucked payments. Please check and take an action against it. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            Order of a dress dated (Order ID[protected]_1) 16th Sept git delivered on 24th Sept & had to be returned but in their app it showed undelivered till about 20-25 days (despite same getting delivered), call center execs kept saying it will get updated but it didn't get changed, finally when i tweeted about the same on 15.10.2022, they changed it to delivered and said it will get picked up and later they confirmed that refund will be initiated, but unfortunately nothing happened. It's been more than 2.5 months and they have just fooled me by giving multiple ticket nos[protected],[protected] and no refund has come yet. I had written to cos MD (Visit Atrey) as well but no action/reply from his end as well.
                            Such insensitive cos must be penalized, and their authority holders must be sued.

                                I had ordered dates and fig via order I'd[protected]_1 and[protected]_2. I paid for the dates and fig cash on delivery but when I opened box only fig was there. When I call customer care they disconnect the call or give false confirmation that amount has been refunded . Please look into this and resolve

                                    Description and Details

                                    I ordered two suits and they delivered me two dirty torn sarees.
                                    I called and wrote mail to meesho on same day 17th December(with in hour) and explained the products quality. I filed return request as well with completely wrong products.

                                    Now Meesho's pickup boy is saying that image is not matching I can't take this product . How the image will match if I received wrong products? I said to pickup boy but he refused to pick my products and mentioned wrong reason customer not contactable although he met with me.

                                    Initially They were saying we will pick these products as soon as possible

                                    Now Today when I again called customer care executive, he said you received garbage you have to call us within 48 hr and instead of saying wrong products you should mentioned garbage although I continuously calling Meesho on the day of delivery with full condition of products how I know this products comes under garbage or wrong products .

                                    Again Called customer executive Today he said no your product comes under wrong product . Delivery boy will pick up this order.

                                    All Customer executives are giving different answers . But My products are still pending for pickups

                                    I have all the recordings and CCTV footage (how product deliver to me ) as well as full unpackaging video and call recordings (with customer care executive and pick up boy). Due to limit I uploaded videos only

                                    Resolution-

                                    Messho please take your sarees and refund my money
