I ordered a saree of rs 1628. I did payment via gpay but my order is not showing in order history.

There was a payment made to the meesho portal for placing an order on 9th October 2022. Then I received a product and it does not met the expectations. So I returned it and they issued a refund. However, till now there is no update of refund. I have contacted my bank that is SBI but they do not have any information about the same. Contacted Meesho multiple times, however, they use to give time frame, nothing more. Also once I received a call from a fraud person says that he is from meesho backoffice and will be refunding my amount that is pending. He was having all my meesho details and then he hacked my account and 19999 was debited from my credit card. It is a safety concern that meesho is not safe. Also I lost my huge money and no refund is done till now of any amount.

I received totally different and used product. I am following up with Meesho from last 7 days and the executives are saying that your complaint is raised and you will get resolution in 3-4 days. However as per usual process, I should be receiving an auto generated email from Meesho if complaint is raised but I did not receive that. Now on 08-Dec-2022, they are saying me that we cannot do anything because this is now out of seven day return window period.

This is a clear fraud that they are doing and cheat customers like this.

As a lame customer also in this current covid situation we all get couriers as non contactable

Also as a customer we may think that may be meesho app is not updated with courier status and

the courier is getting an early delivery than expected.
Since,

The courier has a description what I ordered in meesho

the courier has all my personal information including mobile number, address, name, what I entered in meesho

the courier payment method is same as what I made in meesho.

I will consider as the courier is from MEESHO, there is less chance to think it is not from meesho.

Meesho has provided the information to the Supplier.

Meesho supplier put the origianl order on hold for some time and sent the courier directly with fish tank stones.

When we reached meesho customer care.

meesho is trying to blame me that I should be carefull while taking courier.

My request to everyone please dont take orders from meesho better go for an reputed online sites

So on 2 December i place a order on meesho of 462 it deducted from my bank but order not placed and when i try to contact with help center they are not responding

I don't know why but meesho block my id yesterday I need product so i think that i need to order in meesho but when we open meesho. Meesho showing user verification failed .

I have placed an order on Meesho and returned it on 3April 2022 due to very poor quality and one product was torn off . I haven't got the refund yet. It been 8 months now. I have called them repeatedly but they dont have any answer. They ask to share bank statement which is unethical but still i got ready to share. I am a supplier at Meesho online selling platform. I’ve been selling shoes on Meesho since past * months and I receive returns also. There are two types of returns one is customer return and the other is RTO return. So, I receive both types of returns generally but most of the times I receive wrong returns inside the package like old shoes, stone bricks, old clothes, etc. In the beginning the company was giving me claims for the wrong returns...

I received an fraud call as an messo refunders & they
says that refund are procced from messo but not reached
in my account so i have to update my account details on
messo app. they downloaded quciksupport team viewer app
in my mo. and rached to all my accounts details and OTP
well. they first try 11, 600 debit but it cancel automatically
and again they debit 10, 000 amount from my account.

I returned the parcel on 16th july 2022 but still have not gotten the refund amount. I informed in the help centre of the said app again and again, send them the bank statements many times to satisfy their queries that i did not get any refund. But they did not pay any heed.

Why They Are Not Reflecting In App before order Or Not Declaring In SMS So I Have Called To Support If In Team But They Said We Cant Do Enithing. Call Center Employee Said Ye Aapka Paisa Hum Refund Nhi Karenge Aapko Jo Karna He Vo Karlo Leki Ye paisa aapka Refund Nhi Hoga. We have ordered something from Meesho having a worth of rupees 1276/-, The order details seems to be shared to some fraud person who came home with fake parcel at hour home and delivered, he took money also from us, when we opened the parcel it was old torn clothes. We approached Meesho also on the same and they replied we can't do anything, since your parcel is not delivered yet from Meesho. Our concern is how the same amount, address and details of parcel are shared from Meesho order book to the fraud person. This is high concern that our personal details are getting shared, I lost my hard earned money. We need action on this and I need my money return.

I am supplier at meesho..i supplied 1kg of dates which was cancelled and was supposed to return on 14th Oct..its clearing showing in return page..that it was returned on 26th September and it should be returned by 14th october.. its clear in transit page...
now they are refusin to return my amount and humiliating me..
