I am a seller on meesho platform. They have run ad campaigns without my permission. I lost above 10, 000 rupees. I have raised 8+ tickets and they didn't take any action Still, they do the same scam in my account. (Ticket 42734949, Ticket 39941906, Ticket 36950683, Ticket 36972425, Ticket 44132290, Ticket[protected]. Please help me out.

    I orderd two kurti on 25th September 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation messages for the successful payment transaction.
    But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed
    I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

        This morning dated:[protected], a delivery guy from ecom happend to deliver my order which we ordered from Meesho. The price of the product was 1769.00 rupees. The product which we received doesnt match with the photos and some pieces were missing aswell. The ecom delivey are resisting to give the details of the delivery guy and the Meesho's Supervisor is also insisting that the delivery has not attempted and is yet to be delivered. We have all the proofs with cctv footage of the delivery guy giving the order to the concerned person.

        Have a look at this pic the order id and everything are the same as on the package and the website. Details might seem the same but the order which we received is completely different.

          Dear meesho team,

          I have order two Kurtis from Aagyeyi pretty women kurta sets from JAI PURIA kurti company through the meesho. I have ordered on 20 September 2022.

          But i received wrong products which was not ordered me (images are included with this mail) . I have initiated return pickup so many times but the pickup boy not yet came to my residence and cancelled my order return pickup.
          Till today i had approached to meeshow customer care 5 times, they are saying that the pickup boy will come and collect your product. But no one came to pick it up simply rejecting the pickup.
          I had given complaint on meeshow customer care but no use same. When I am approaching the customer care simply they are escaping.
          This kind of your worst customer service people like me are suffering a lot. If you haven't pickup my order within 12 hours i will approach consumer court or police station i already said this thing during the Phone call with your customer care people.

            I have ordered a laptop bag (HP Type) GP-10057 Free Size - 3
            Nos. on 9th Aug 2022 and my order no. is[protected] and the value is Rs. 1842/-.

            I have paid Rs. 1842/- as CASH to the delivery man and received only one laptop bag on 16th Aug 2022. And the bag was not as good as it should be in the picture. So, I raised a refund and returned the bag the next day and got the refund of Rs.614/- on 18th Aug 2022 instead of Rs. 1842/-.

            I raised the complaint over phone and till date it is not yet refunded. The complaint no. is 44704985 but they says it is not correct.

            So, kindly refund the balance amount of Rs. 1228/- as soon as possible.

                An order was mistakenly ordered and delivered.We accept our mistake. But the delivery boy showed the owner of the house who is respected old woman, a very bad behaviour and disrespect.this type of behaviour we didn't expect from him to a respected elder. Wihout understanding our consequences and facts, he showed huge disrespect with an awful language.Unfortunately we opened the package but it was mistake.But the behaviour was not ok and we take it as abuse. So work on it. The behaviour was not expected at all.we are humans and we do mistake but why u should abuse a respected women??plz take actions against it.He did abused us wih slangs.

                  I booked the jewellery set in meesho. Jewell set wroth Rs 2400.I received worng Jewell set. Meesho application is disable the return option. The suplier is fraud. Meesho customer care not care about this issue. I complaint again again but no used. I lost my amount. Meesho allow the fraud supplier. don't buy the product in meesho application. meesho is wrost customer care...

                      .I have a very bad experience as placed an order with COD option for one choker set rs 2278. But what we received is a totally different item (a cheap set) which we never even ordered and the delivery person charged the same amount Rs 2278. Later when I checked to return option, order was cancelled by suplier. The seller smartly sold the cheap product now I can't return it. Meesho is not taking any complaint against seller.They share all customer details to them so they cheat this way. Meesho is a platform for cheating customer this way.

                        I orderd a kurti, 1 sandal, and 2 kurta dupatta set, Total of rupees 1640/- on 23rd Sept 2022 and paid amount via Debit card and debited money from my account and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
                        But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed, and I lost my money too.
                        I contacted the customer care but it may take too much time.
                        I need to get refund immediately. Kindly do the needful ASAP

                            I order a product from meesho on 5th September. It was supposed to be delivered by 17th September. In the app it is still showing that the package will arrive on 17th. But I didn't receive any product on the mentioned date. The information has not been updated on the app as it is still showing expected delivery date as 17th.

                                Meesho Refund Fraud case for Order ID: 196220424569

                                During the return option two items with a refund amount Rs 1063/- is shown but after returning two items only amount Rs 531/-.is refunded.

                                So it is very hard to understand for a customer in such a condition as shown in the screenshot.

                                Now the situation is like a pickup boy or your backend team has just stolen my item with SubOrderID:[protected]_2.

                                Please verify and suggest.

                                I bought 3 products at Rs 1070 from Meesho but only got one. I returned the product but only got a refund for one product i. e Rs 356.67. I called customer service. They asked me to again file the complaint regarding the rest of the products and weren't sure if I will get a refund or not. I am a student. Please help me get a refund for my product. I have attached the photo which clearly shows the total paid was Rs 1070 and the refund initiated is 356.67.

                                  I had ordered kids spoon set and the delivery agent came to deliver it on 15, as I was not at the place I told him to deliver it the next day, he said ok the parcel will be with me itself just cal me when u come tomorrow I said ok, then he said I'll get an OTP for change of delivery date I said ok and gave him the OTP, later I called him several times but he is not receiving my calls and has updated that the parcel has been delivered...

                                  My product got misplaced/ delivered on 11th of September but I didn't get the order. I was unaware of the product delivered status. So, when I tried to check the status of my product on 13th September. It was already delivered on 11th September. I filled complaint on 13th September 12pm to meesho. But meesho team filled complaint with wrong information in there ticket history. Again on 15th I complaint, were they informed me that my complaint was filled with other issues & I didn't raise the complaint within 48 hours, hence can't we solve. I was asked to wait for 48hours again but again they were giving excuses with some other points. And was asked to wait 48 hours. Again today I raise complaint. But this time they are saying I didn't raise complaint on 13th September. And there is no solution on this.

                                    I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected].
                                    However, I didn't receive the refund amount of 5895/-.

                                    Product : Explore India - Ganesha Resting On Couch Statue Hemo Decor Decorated with Multicoloured Stone Ganapathi Idol

                                    Everytime, I call them via app they keep saying its refunded but my bank statement doesn't even show the entry of deposit of refund amount.
                                    Also, they don't even call back or pick up calls if called to follow up.

                                    Sent multiple times my bank statement but Meesho keeps saying that they sent, if they sent they should atleast verify the statement sent by me and understand the problem,

                                    I have been buying from Meesho for past 2 years this is the worst experience ever. Please look into the details and refund my amount as early as possible. I have shard my bank statements twice and you keep sending same emails this is not the way this should work.

                                    This is STILL NOT RESOLVED tried contacting them couple of times over different platform and they raised a complaint#45716130 on Sep 26th and another one #47052493 . No update here. I have been waiting for 45 days now since my product has been picked up. Please REFUND my amount 5895/- here. This complaint hasn't been noticed yet, as other complaints are logged based on contacting customer care. Appreciate timely help here. Right now I dont even know by which of above complaints they are working on. :( :(
