I did two orders back to back and had to cancel them because of some personal issues the amount debited from my account but not refunded yet...

I had ordered shows from Meesho for Rs 2293, whose order id is sub order id[protected]_1, instead of the shoes I ordered, I got old shoes, which no beggar used, so many bad shoes found here, no picture or video is uploading here i can show you cctv video as proof, hope it will be resolved soon thanks

I have ordered a kurti from meesho on 12aug and it arrived on 16 aug but due to some size issue I have returned it on the same day but they have picked kurti from me on 20aug. From 20aug till now i have not received my refunded amount. They said that the amount has been initiated on 23 August but it is not reflecting in my account. I have sent my bank statement to them more than 5 times and more than 30 calls. They are not giving any update...

Meesho customer service put my call on hold and they never come back. You ask for supervisor they put on hold. Called Multiple time no one take accountability. The problem is their delivery partner does not call or deliver but I get messages that I’m not available for deliver. Everyday I’m at home and delivery guy gives a missed called and we cannot callback the same number. This happens all the time....

Refund not credet my a/c...

We are the Seller of Meesho (M/s SabhKush Marketplace) . We Sent the Numbers of Right (Smart Watchs and AirPod Pro )Product to Meesho Buyers. The Buyers and Meesho are returning us Empty box and Worng Damaged products. When the Customer Reject the Product without open the courier than unncessory charges are charged from our balance. When we are trying to claim they are not giving us claim. so we got Lose Approximate Rs. 25000/- through meesho....

On 17 September 2022 from my university account amount of 510/- deducted for which I am complaining regularly but still didn't getting amount in my upi bank account...

I am a seller on meesho platform. They have run ad campaigns without my permission. I lost above 10, 000 rupees. I orderd two kurti on 25th September 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation messages for the successful payment transaction.

I have order two Kurtis from Aagyeyi pretty women kurta sets from JAI PURIA kurti company through the meesho. I have ordered on 20 September 2022.

But i received wrong products which was not ordered me (images are included with this mail) . I have initiated return pickup so many times but the pickup boy not yet came to my residence and cancelled my order return pickup.

I booked the jewellery set in meesho. Jewell set wroth Rs 2400.I received worng Jewell set. Meesho application is disable the return option. The suplier is fraud. Meesho customer care not care about this issue. I complaint again again but no used. I lost my amount.
