I placed 2 orders among those i received one and i didnt received another so I placed a return for which i received refund of only one product and not for another now these people says i will not get refund for that due to high return on my account. I have few returns due to wrong or defective products and despite of accepting there fault they are making me suffer please look into this case and help me in my refund

    I placed my order on 9th October 2022 for a Gown. "Sub order Id[protected]_1. But I received totally different product. I received a piece of cloth in the packet. Now my exchange request has been canceled. This is not expected from meesho. I want my original product or my refund.

      Sir/Madam, I have ordered one San Disk memory card (64 gb) from meesho app and it got delivered to me on 05 July 2022. I used this memory card for less than 03 months and it got defective. I went to San disk service center for replacing the memory card but to my surprise San disk customer support team informed me that, this San disk memory card is fake & not original card. They refused to give me any replacement and also sent me email mentioning that, this card is not an authentic SanDisk brand. I called meesho and informed them the same and requested for the replacement of card as same was delivered by them, but they denied & rudely said, we can't do anything in this.

      Please help to get me the refund or help to deliver authentic SanDisk memory card (64gb)

        I placed an order for a study table from Meesho on 23rd September, and it has not yet been received till 17th October. Everytime I call the customer care number of Meesho, they say that my complaint is lodged and will be resolved soon. I have already made online payment and now I cannot even cancel the order as orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. The tracking link shows that the product has reached the delivery facility 7 days ago, but has not yet been delivered to me.

          Meesho is a cheating company.They practice cheating with customer as well as sellers.As a seller I have beared a loss of arround Rs.100000.Actually they are very well organised their game plan for cheating and I am shocked to see that such fraudsters like Meesho are openly cheating the people in a country like India.People are well aware of their rights as sellers and customer still they are succeeding in their game plan.

          I received lots of returns and maximum number of returns were old and used shoes of third class and cheap quality though I shipped all the brand new branded shoes like Red Chief, Woodland, Campus, Sparx, Lee Cooper.They even marked many of the returns delivered though they were not delivered back to me.Raised lots of complaints everytime but they approved only two or three claims and rest of them were disapproved giving the stupid reasons everytime e.g they say lots of claims have been raised by you so we can't approve your claim.I received huge number of wrong returns so I raised complaint everytim

            I Have some proves with me regarding double deduction for reverse shipping fees for single order, No claims approved for wrong product in return, no claims approved for broken products, no claim approved for lost products .I have photos and videos of packing as well as unpacking for these orders which Meesho denied to action on, I have bank statements as well as seller support statements and communication screen shots through tickets raised .
            On doing business on meesho platform i lost more than 2 lakhs of rupees in 3 months .
            Now I have seen they do not take actions to improve mistakes but when you remind them their mistake they do more and more mistakes to hide old mistake.

              As i ordered an item called kisan vestoor trimmer line nylon cord for brush cutter with order ID[protected]_1 in meesho application by the account name Karthik ([protected]@gmail.com) where i ordered with 2 quantity they deducted amount of 2 quantity but they delivered only one quantity when I called the customer support they told they can't take complaint aganist that means they denied complaint giving an reason that i retured last 2 other products that's why they can't take this complaint then they also not given my another quantity amount also as they giving such a reason they gave one quantity and they deducted 2 quantity amount...plz help me to get that another quantity or another quantity amount plz help me government of INDIA 🙏

                  I have placed an order on meesho
                  But it was not of good quality so I placed a return request but then the application showed that it cant be picked up and called it an unserviceable zone and asked to place a self courier so I had to do it
                  So I shipped the courier back on 23/08/2022 to the sellers address as per the guidelines given by the team Meesho
                  Through TrackOn courier I shipped the order back and also sent the courier slip to the meesho team on their official mail address and also informed them on phonecall and they asked me to wait for seven working days for refund but its been more than one and half month and I am calling them every week for refund and in return I just get another baseless excuses
                  Even When they asked I shared my bank statement
                  I am also sharing some details regarding the order

                    I purchased 2 wallets from meesho but i got wrong product so i request from meesho app but they didn't give me any resolution about my complaints. It's been more than 1.5 month. When i am calling them they just say that they raised the complaint and i will get resolution in 3-4 working days. And after 3-4 days later when i call them again their answer remain same that they will solve the problem in 3-4 days and this process is running over 1.5 month.

                      I have not received my exchange product which was picked up on 31st aug i have been calling them every alternate days from 2 months for update and the customer service agents keep on telling the same thing that they have raised the complaint and wait for few working days and now they are telling that they have sent update and marked that order was delivered on oct2nd i have called them so many times after 2nd Oct also but i got the same response and today they are saying that I won't receive my product and also the I won't receive any refund regarding the product worst customer care and also no proper delivery service please file the complaint on the meesho as they don't have the proper updation process and also the customer service agent who doesn't provide proper update and as per their update the product was shipped for out for delivery now I want my Refund because I'm waiting since two months

                        I am Amit Nath, I bought a ladies anarkali cloths through meesho last 23 September 2022, Friday. But that product was sold to me through one of your agents her name keya khanna. Product arrived to me 4 days after ordering i.e. 27 September 2022. I am very happy with the product because I received it very quickly. But the problem is with my dress size. I ordered a size XL which didn't fit to my wife, so I told the agent I bought the cloths through the next day to replace it in L size, I went know there to get a replacement within 10 days. as such, I given a photo copi of the bill on 30th September 2022. After that the main problem started. Every day I ask him to replace my parcel but she keeps refusing every day after seeing the message. Finally, on 14 October 2022, I told her for the last time, she told me "I was in puja festival, I am on vacation, now I can't do anything even after seeing the message". By saying this she blocked me on messenger. Now you tell me how your agent does such an inhuman act even after I told him to replace her from the next day? However after all efforts failed I am contacting you directly to find out why my dress should be changed very quickly, otherwise I will have to complain to the department in the consumer forum. Hope you will give proper reply to my complaint and take action against it. Below I have given all the details of the conversation with her and attached the bill and order number.

                            WhatsApp link today got schedule of pick up 1 day miss 2 day miss and by with out calling the customer partner how can u resedule the order next day after got 4 days same got rejected by pick up partner i am sooo disappointed like this partner r behaviour and

                                This is to inform you that I had exchanged a product from Meesho which was shipped by Shadowfax courier company on 20th September and this exchanged product was supposed to be delivered by 26th September….when I was tracking the shipment on Meesho app there was no movement after 20th September so
                                I had to call Meesho customer service…They said it’s on the way and you will receive it…but I told them that the shipment is not moving while I’m tracking…They raised a complaint saying it on highest priority many a times…But no solution is given so far it’s been more than 10 days neither I have received the exchanged product nor m refund…Being a customer I had to mail the shadowfax courier company for the same and as per them the product is already returned back to the seller…My point is if it’s returned back to the seller then why am I not getting the refund…why Meesho customer service is not working on my concern and getting my issue resolved…Why am I suppose to coordinate and call them everytime….Why there is no internal coordination between Meesho and shadowfax….Customer service of Meesho is not helpful…I’m calling them everyday for my refund…also told them that as per Shadowfax it’s returned to the seller so kindly refund my amount but as per Meesho it’s showing them the order is on the way as the tracking of the shipment is stuck on their app after 20th September…

                                My only concern now is that I want my refund for this product…I’m tired contacting the customer service of Meesho and also contacting shadowfax..

                                Kindly expedite my refund process

                                Its returned to the seller which is not reflecting on Meesho shipment tracking but is reflecting on shadowfax courier shipment tracking

                                This is not a customer’s concern

                                My concern it’s clearly mentioned it’s returned to the seller..
                                So I request you to process my refund

                                    My account is suspended permanently. I understand Meesho has some policy which might have been bridge unintentionality by user's like me.

                                    I request Meesho instead of blocking account permanently you can suspend for 6 month or so.
                                    If you block permanently than user will go to flipkart/amazone and like this you will lose lakh of customer & obviously this is advantage for your competitors.

                                    My account has been blocked. I have received defective product yesterday and now i want to retrun it. I am unable to return it as account is block. Also, I have place a order for few product and payment was done before Account was suspended. Now here is query -
                                    1. Will i receive those product?
                                    2. If those product are not fitting well or are defective than how can i return it?

                                    This is very pathetic policy. When this is online app and we have facility to return than why user account is suspended unnecessarily.
                                    If you app is providing any facility user will utilize it. Rather dont provide such facility if you want to suspend user account and make it difficult and grab there money.
