        I’m calling their CUSTOMER service regularly from 27th august and yet my problem has not been resolved !! I haven’t received my refund and their executives doesn’t know how to work and their back end team is the ### ! They don’t know how to resolve the problem !

            I had ordered ( Sub Order ID[protected]_1) a ladies suit from meesho App, But I received a useless and inferior product
            When I entered a return request for this product, my return request was rejected by the meesho.

            I don't know why they are doing such bullying?

            Dear sir/maam My Name - Farhan Ahmad My Mob No - [protected] I ordered (Sub Order ID[protected]_1) watch on 27th Aug 2022 from www.meesho.com I received this product on 5th September. This watch was bad which was not working at all. When I received I tried to run this edge several times, but it was not working. When I told to the customer care to return this product, he said, You have to courier this product yourself And according to Meesho I even couriered myself to return this product I sent this product through trackon courier (tracking id- [protected]) I have also mailed the courier receipt to Meesho and attached it in your PDF also. But he still hasn't sent my refund amount. In my bank I talked to customer care many times and told this problem but no one is solving it. I request you Get my money back. Thanks&Regards

              I have made a payment of ₹257 on 12/9/22 but my order is not placed. After I paid, the page was still in the payment section, it did not proceed further. And right now I'm unable to even call meesho. I'm adding this image as a proof. I want you to refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you

                        Please find the appended mail and help me understand the following as I have been straddling between your team and the seller portal and unable to understand the reason.
                        1 I am a new supplier who came to your platform seeing the initiative you have taken to build up sales from grass level. In my home page it was showing that "you have received 1200/- as Ad credit and you can use this as advertisement". Based on that communication I have used the credit and now it is showing negative in my payment due tab. Your team is now confirmed that it's not showing in the rewards tab. It was showing then as free ad credit and I have attached the screenshot of the same . What else can you expect from a supplier?
                        One agent called back and said I had one more account and my GST has been used by another supplier so i am not eligible for Ad crdit though it was showing at your portal only. = Please provide me the details also why such mess has taken place ?
                        Krishnamurthy.d Devadiga- said it is not showing in your reward tab so i am not eligible. I have already attached a screenshot which proves that it was in my reward tab only.

                        I am confused ... Can I expect someone senior to call me and solve the issue please.
                        I strongly request you to please intervene as this definitely demotivates the supplier and raises questions on trustworthiness.

                          I ordered from Meesho Aakarsha Drishya Kurtis (price Rs.331). The product was received by paying cash. I tried to order a return of the product and refund of my money. But, the app was not showing the option for return of the product. As per instructions of Meesho executives (over phone) and the emails sent by them, I have done all the processes including sending them all the desired screenshots etc. Since then many a time I have spoken to Meesho executives and sent all the desired screenshots to them again through my registered email id. But, so far they have not resolved the issue and I have not been able to return the product and get refund of my money.

                            I ordered from Meesho Trendy Crepe Kurtis-combo of 6 kurtis (price Rs.907). The product was received by paying cash. As I was not satisfied with the product, I tried to order a return of product and refund of my money. But, the app showed that the product has not been delivered and the order has been cancelled. Since then many a time I have spoken to Meesho executives and sent all the desired screenshot to them through my registered email. But, so far they have not resolved the issue and I have not been able to return the product and get refund of my money.

                              I had placed a prepaid order for dress in meesho. Without even delivering that item, they updated order (Order ID[protected]_1) as delivered on aug 17. I contacted meesho support on aug 17th about that. They just gave me an eye wash that they will refund me in 3-4 days. They irresponsibly closed my complaint without any refund. I called them several times, sent mails several times.I emailed my bank statement also but no use at all and i was mailed an automated response that they will update in 48 hours. Already a month over and till date I haven't got any refund from them. Such a fraud company meesho is and their customer care service is just disgusting.i need refund from them asap.

                                    I order 5 kurties from meesho. I was out of town when the product got delivered. When I came back to home, I tried the product and it was too loose. (I had ordered perfect size). And in one kurti, inner was missing . I spoke to customer care executive, named Manju, to provide inner . Now they are reduced to provide inner and refund for my products.
