    Meesho didn't deliver my pre-paid order on the given date and today on call they lied by saying they tried to deliver, I didn't receive any call from them. They cancelled my order and haven't refunded my amount yet. Their customer care is of no help.

      Respected sir
      I am romaisa from jammu and kashmir i have order a duppatta dress price 1609 from meesho in 28 august and due to wrong product delivery i have placed return reqest many time but product not pickd up after that i have cal meesho customer care and they provide me return address for self return. I have return the product to supplier on 18 september and sent return slip to meesho mail provided by customer care for refund of product and courrier charges.
      But till date i have not recived my amount from meesho i have sent account statment that the amount not reflect in my account but i have no resolution of my complaint till date please sir i requested to you return my amount i am parmanent customer of meesho from last three years and i have face alot of problem please make my payment sir.

        Been 2 months + post i returned the product.

        I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected] as it is a damaged product.

        I have been buying from Meesho for past 2 years this is the worst experience ever. Please look into the details and refund my amount as early as possible. I have shard proofs multiple times they keep sending same emails but no definitive date by which refund will come

        Will look forward for your update soon. This is almost my 3rd complaint here as there is no response from Meesho. They raise complaint but no response for almost one month on that front as well.

          I placed an order of Lehnga on 16th Oct and paid the amount via paytm UPI.
          I got confirmation email from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
          But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
          I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
          I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

            I am highly disappointed with meesho customer service will not ever use meesho again in life also would rate poor everywhere and let everyone how pathetic yiu guys have customer handling .I placed an order on 28 september fir airpods placed an order for white received the packetbof white but inside it was black in color placed an exchange received black again and tbis this time product was defective one of the product was not even working, two times delivery guy came to pickup the order but didnt receive it says the order is mismatched as its black in color which is why he cannot accept it .I mean is this even makes sense if you are sending a mismatched product are we not suppose to exchange it? I got the wrong product with a different colour thats the reason i placed an excahnge but now they are not even replacing the order nor giving my refund pathetic service would raise a consumer complaint on this highly dissapointed will also attach the video o[censored]npackaging .I want my refund as soon as possible its been 1 month now.
            I am waiting for 66 days for refund, Meesho service is pathetic never recommend to anyone no use of their stereo emails or their complaints they just log for the sake of logging.

              Ordered 2 watches for 218/watch. But got only one watch on delivery. So we returned that order . WE GOT ONLY 218 INSTEAD OF 436.

                Money has been debited from my account but order is not placed and no refund received.

                I tried placing order on Meesho App on 23rd Sept. I have paid amount of Rs. 5256 through SBI net banking. Money got debited from my account but order is not placed.
                I have contacted Meesho customer care and explained the issue several times on email and on call. After many follow ups they said that "Order will definitly be placed if we receive money. As order is not placed, it means that we didn't receive money. So contact SBI net...

                I had ordered for 2 items (Rs 880)but Meesho delivered only one item. I raised the Return and they paid only 440 Rs. I called helpdesk multiple times but they are saying due to high percentage of Return they can not proceed. But here I am not asking for new Return, its request to deliver the missing item.
                Any update please?

                    As we ordered a product in meesho it arrived on 21 St of October and we paid nine hundred cod, further after unpacking the order it wasn't the order that we have placed we tried calling meesho back but the service are so poor, we literally need a refund from them

                      I have not recieved my refund in bank account i also send the bank statement in pdf to meesho . But meesho is not giving my refund they tell sometime to wait 10 days, sometime 5 days sometime teo day . But the day passed my refund not credited

                        I will try to placed some orders on meesho application on 26/09/2022 from kotak mahindra bank debit card. The total amount of the order is 760₹. My money is debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. Meesho customer care said that bank will give you the money and bank customer care said that meesho will give you money back, I didn't understand what to do. Please help me out from this.

                        Sir, I want to placed some orders on messho, I do my payment for my order from kotak bank debit card. My payment was deducted from my account but my was not placed. When I talk with meesho customer service they said this is the bank problem and bank will give your money back and the bank customer service said that the messho will give you money back. What to do i didn't understand sir.

They cut my whole amount in the advertisement they mentioned different status in their portal and they cut my rupees in installments I do not understand that and did not give my payment yet I am facing too many issues while dealing with it.

                            I have ordered a smart watch(Boat) with Order ID[protected] and received a fake product in the name of meesho courier (as attached in screenshots) on 17th October. Instead of that I got a courier with six marbles packed and kept inside it. There is no label on the box and the outer Box is of amazon. Seems like someone wantedly kept the fake product.
                            Contacted Meesho customer care and they are saying that the order was not sent by them and rejected the refund claim.

                            Also the delivery partner is XpressBee and delivery Boy and Manager has provided all the AWB number and tracking status stating that product was given by Meesho.

                                I had ordered a saree from Meesho. Order number is[protected]and courierid : AWB [protected] .It was delivered to me on 3rd 0ct 2022.
                                Since the saree was too old, I raised a return request for the same. The return was picked up on 5th Oct and the person did not give the pickup slip stating he does not have one. He took the returned product and went away.

                                Meesho then updated the status of the product as Return Cancelled.

                                When I raised complaint to their customer care, they said they had raised a complaint and asked me to follow up in 2 days.

                                I have been following up since then. Every time when I follow up they ask me to call after 2-3 days.

                                I raised the complaint, and they send me an email asking me to update the picked slip but so far all throughout my order picked person never give any slip.

                                Please help me with the refund of same.

                                  Ordered kurtis but the items were sub standard. So placed a return request. Return not picked up despite several reminders. Customer service keeps telling that the issue will be resolved for sure. But it never happens. Nobody came for pick up
