I am Amit Nath, I bought a ladies anarkali cloths through meesho last 23 September 2022, Friday. But that product was sold to me through one of your agents her name keya khanna. Product arrived to me 4 days after ordering i.e. 27 September 2022. I am very happy with the product because I received it very quickly. But the problem is with my dress size. I ordered a size XL which didn't fit to my wife, so I told the agent I bought the cloths through the next day to replace it in L size, I went know there to get a replacement within 10 days. as such, I given a photo copi of the bill on 30th September 2022. After that the main problem started. Every day I ask him to replace my parcel but she keeps refusing every day after seeing the message. Finally, on 14 October 2022, I told her for the last time, she told me "I was in puja festival, I am on vacation, now I can't do anything even after seeing the message". By saying this she blocked me on messenger. Now you tell me how your agent does such an inhuman act even after I told him to replace her from the next day? However after all efforts failed I am contacting you directly to find out why my dress should be changed very quickly, otherwise I will have to complain to the department in the consumer forum. Hope you will give proper reply to my complaint and take action against it. Below I have given all the details of the conversation with her and attached the bill and order number.

      3 Rd oct and got broken product on 9 oct i am very disappoint about this issue and i request to return on that day only next got notification in
      WhatsApp link today got schedule of pick up 1 day miss 2 day miss and by with out calling the customer partner how can u resedule the order next day after got 4 days same got rejected by pick up partner i am sooo disappointed like this partner r behaviour and
      showing attitude like this and yesterday got same procedure wt stupid like this xpressbees and meesho
      At any cost i want to be return the product and should get refund to me i will keep on doing daily compliant on it or else clear it soon

          This is to inform you that I had exchanged a product from Meesho which was shipped by Shadowfax courier company on 20th September and this exchanged product was supposed to be delivered by 26th September….when I was tracking the shipment on Meesho app there was no movement after 20th September so
          I had to call Meesho customer service…They said it’s on the way and you will receive it…but I told them that the shipment is not moving while I’m tracking…They raised a complaint saying it on highest priority many a times…But no solution is given so far it’s been more than 10 days neither I have received the exchanged product nor m refund…Being a customer I had to mail the shadowfax courier company for the same and as per them the product is already returned back to the seller…My point is if it’s returned back to the seller then why am I not getting the refund…why Meesho customer service is not working on my concern and getting my issue resolved…Why am I suppose to coordinate and call them everytime….Why there is no internal coordination between Meesho and shadowfax….Customer service of Meesho is not helpful…I’m calling them everyday for my refund…also told them that as per Shadowfax it’s returned to the seller so kindly refund my amount but as per Meesho it’s showing them the order is on the way as the tracking of the shipment is stuck on their app after 20th September…

          My only concern now is that I want my refund for this product…I’m tired contacting the customer service of Meesho and also contacting shadowfax..

          Kindly expedite my refund process

          Its returned to the seller which is not reflecting on Meesho shipment tracking but is reflecting on shadowfax courier shipment tracking

          This is not a customer’s concern

          My concern it’s clearly mentioned it’s returned to the seller..
          So I request you to process my refund

              My Account has been suspended permanently

              My account is suspended permanently. I understand Meesho has some policy which might have been bridge unintentionality by user's like me.

              I request Meesho instead of blocking account permanently you can suspend for 6 month or so.
              If you block permanently than user will go to flipkart/amazone and like this you will lose lakh of customer & obviously this is advantage for your competitors.

              My account has been blocked. I have received defective product yesterday and now i want to retrun it. I am unable to return it as account is block. Also, I have place a order for few product and payment was done before Account was suspended. Now here is query -
              1. Will i receive those product?
              2. If those product are not fitting well or are defective than how can i return it?

              This is very pathetic policy. When this is online app and we have facility to return than why user account is suspended unnecessarily.
              If you app is providing any facility user will utilize it. Rather dont provide such facility if you want to suspend user account and make it difficult and grab there money.

                Hello,
                I placed an order in Meesho - Order ID[protected] and AWB number E[protected]DT ; AWB mentioned in the label [protected].
                However, I received wrong Product. I paid COD amount Rs.909 via UPI to the delivery agent. However the delivery status wasn't updated in the app and and so I am unable to place return request.
                The customer support rejected my return/refund request and denied that they sent the product. I just want my money back.

                  मेरा oder I'd[protected] है जो कि हम 25sep 2022को oder प्लेस किए थे 6oct 2022को मिला . जब मुझे पार्सल recvied हुआ उसमे pack of 6 के बदले pack of 3 recvied हुआ तो मैंने तुरंत meesho customer care me फोन किए. उनको पूरी बात बताई. तो उनके तरफ से retun requst हुआ. लेकिन करियर बॉय बोलते हैं इसमें pack of 6 मुझे दिख रहा है मैं आपका pickup नही लूंगा . मैं लगातार meesho customer care में फ़ोन की लेकिन उनके तरफ से मुझे कोई संतुष्ट जवाब दे ही नहीं मिला. आज जब हम फिर Meesho customer care or Courier boy को फ़ोन की तो उनके तरफ से बहुत ही गलत बात करते हुए बोलते है आपका parcel Retun नही होगा . आपको कंप्लेन करना है कर दो लेकिन मुझे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है .

                    I want to complain that I ordered one book- Accountancy dk goel on 11 October, 2022 through the Meesho app and also completed the payment process by Paytm UPI (I have photo) but in the app the order didn't show. I also tried to contact the customer care but they showed it's available only 10 AM to 7 PM (as the order I tried to place at 8PM).I want my money back as refund.Please help me.

                    Thank you. I got back my money as refund. I later got a call from customer care no +918069320000 and they informed that it was some problem out there. And they also assured me that the amount would be refunded to my bank account within 48 hours.And I successfully got my money back.Thanks to consumers complaints.

                      I don't understand why my account was blocked. We want to work seriously with meesho. I already have another account on mesho which is named SITARA BAG. My Meesho and Gmail both Ex Employer HACKED a on 17 September and HACKER changed My product price by using price recommendation 1200 to 200 rupees. and in that case i have received too many orders in less price that why i unable to dispatch my order on that price. We are already asking for...

                      I have received a pair of shampoo and conditioner in 29th september and I have ordered 2 qty amounting to ₹1036/-.But I have received just one pair of product so I thought that this price belongs to 1 pair of shampoo and conditioner as it contains both things.Because outside market price is 1300/- for one shampoo and one conditioner.
                      But when I came to know that the product is fake from AAYAT enterprise, I raised a return request on 2nd October within 7 days.
                      They have refunded me ₹518 and now they’re saying that you have not requested for the 2nd pair of product which was missing .
                      Terrible company and a brand .

                        Hi My name is Devendra Singh. Meesho company is continuously cancelling my orders placed. With lots of efforts I agreed customer to buy products and gain their trust. All the orders were placed successfully but now 5 order Meesho cancelled right now and can cancel more. I don't know what fake Meesho company is doing. I have no words to say to my Customers. Just waiting for few more days to get cancel more orders then I will show the reality of Meesho on every social media platforms so that customer can be aware to get fraud.

                            I have purchased defective product from meesho on 11th September 2022, so I have replaced request for this product, I am also received another defective product on 22 September 2022, So I was Returned the product on the same date, Refund issued message was received in 24 September 2022 but I can’t get refund.                               I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected].
                              However, I didn't receive the refund amount of 5895/-.

                              Product : Explore India - Ganesha Resting On Couch Statue Hemo Decor Decorated with Multicoloured Stone Ganapathi Idol

                              Every time, I call them via app they keep raising complaint new one each time this is frustrating. I want my refund : 5895/-.

                              I have been buying from Meesho for past 2 years this is the worst experience ever. Please look into the details and refund my amount as early as possible. I have shard my bank statements twice (also sent pick up slip) and you keep sending same emails this is not the way this should work. I logged another complaint here on Sep 19th and no one responded for that as well so reposting here.

                              Will look forward for your update soon.

                              Someone called from consumer complaint and they in turn debited 20000/- stating that it will be credited back along with my refund of 5895/- and the call center person abruptly left the call. what is happening is this how consumer complaints work ? This is very scary. i need an authorized call here providing explanation on the actual mix up.. does it mean we cannot trust the emails we send to consumer complaints ?

                              Phone number from which call was made : [protected] and when we tried calling back to this number it says switched off. BEWARE GUYS !!!
                              Guyssss beware of this number[protected]. They will call you to get the refund and will actually debit the money from your bank.

                                I had placed an order on 17.4.2022 worth Rs.651. It shows that the order was expected to be delivered to me on 1.5.2022. I made multiple calls, sent emails to Meesho and have still not received the order or the refund. Either they disconnect my calls or or ask me to wait for 3-4 days. Till date I have not received any resolution of this. Kindly check and help me with this.

                                  I have ordered a product but I won't recieved it..I gone through online payment..not received the product yet..it had delivery date of 1 October.. whenever I call on complaint number [protected] the workers don't provide right information..I am truly disappointed with this service propaganda of Meesho.
