Hi Sir & Madam,

Last 27.08.2022 at 6.39pm I have order ( Order No:[protected]_1) One plus Nord Buds wireless Earbuds. Paid card payment also same time. ( 2473.00 INR).

on 02.09.2022 I have received the consignment via Xpress bees ( tracking id [protected], after opening the box I came to know that is not Earbuds I received one tomato.

I have given the complaint No:43261752 on same day of 02.09.2022 meesho help desk & mail.

Now meesho is rejected my complaint non vaild reason. ( see the mail attachement).

Please do the needful to return my money back.

    The order was to be delivered on 6th of September 2022 but it is not yet delivered and the customer care is not providing any help the payment has been made online need information on my product and it to be delivered soon

      I live in Asansol, West Bengal. requested for exchange of my product so the incorrect product was taken back and they said that the exchanged product will be received by my after 10-12 days. On 5 th September I received a call from the delivery partner at 8pm and they spoke in an informal manner but also said that they have tried to reach for delivery on that day but could not deliver it so they will again try it the next day. From the very first day I did not receive any kind of text message from the delivery partner side that it is out for delivery or there is a delay. Till today I have no updates given by the delivery partner. I want my money back as my product is not being delivered to me. I have also contacted the help line number of Meesho tons of times and the only thing they could do was lodge a complaint mail and I received reply mail from Meesho that my product has been delivered. Please look into the matter as my product has not been delivered and my money has also gone in waste.

        Worst service ever from meesho, as i have ordered a saree with Order ID[protected] on 15 aug 2022 and receive jeans(ripped old jeans with bad smell) inside packet on 29 aug 2022 which is late from its delivery time 24 aug 2022, after i try to return order the delivery boy rejected multiple time and asking me to give saree not jeans.
        After multiple attempt they take my order and rejected afterward by saying mismatched. I have paid 564 online at the time of ordering and receive this old ripped bad jeans which is worthless.
        I tried to contact customer care but they are just try to avoid my plea and i am stuck now with all of this.
        If they don't return the money then at least provide me the saree i ordered.

          Sir,
          With due respect I would like to Inform you that, I ordered A Gionee P7 Max Battey on the dated of 7 August, 2022 on the Online Platform MEESHO. The Product was deliverd to me on the dated of 21 August, 2022. The Delivery Boy delivered the Product and gone. I received the Product and Opened it. The Product was defective. Same day at 1-53 PM I submited for Return Request. The Delivery Boy Received the Product on the dated of 25 August, 2022. After two days later The Delivery Boy Called me and return again the Product and told me that the Product was mismatch. I shocked and called to Customer care and also Complaint against that matter. I already three time called the Customer care. But No any Response from their Site till today. They message me again and again Please wait some day I will be received your Product and Refund Your Money as soon as Possible.
          So, Therefor I request you to please help me regarding this matter and take any step action against the Company as soon as possible.

              I've placed an order on 6th September 2022 on Meesho. After receiving the payment request from Meesho's end via UPI, I’ve approved the request on GPay. The money got deducted but my order wasn’t placed. The items are still in cart.

              Request you to look into this and process the refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot of the payment made.

                I received two unconsented orders from Meesho. I contacted Meesho's Customer Care and the same was confirmed by Meesho's Customer Care Executive and they raised a Complaint Id[protected] on 15 August 2022 against the order numbers[protected],[protected] worth Rs. 642 and Rs. 712 respectively. They assured me that the refund shall be initiated after the unconsented orders shall be picked up from my doorstep and the same shall be reflected in my bank account within 3-4 working days. The orders were picked up from my doorstep on 22 August 2022 and after the pickup Meesho's Customer Care Executive confirmed my bank details via telephonic conversation and assured me about the refund. However, I have not yet received the refund. I tried calling Meesho's Customer Executive and they asked me to share my bank account statement with them. I have shared my bank account statement with them via mail thrice and it clearly shows that I have not yet received the refund. Meesho is now not responding to my mails and meesages.

                  Order no.[protected] & Order no.[protected] has been cancelled by me on 01/09/2022 but it has been forceable delivered to me on 05/09/2022 at my address by the rep of Delivery courier stating that this two order are due for delivery.However i told the delivery boy that this two orders were cancelled by me and it is reflected in my cancelled details order but the delivery boy told that he had received this two orders which is due for delivery to the customer. Since i was busy on urgent office work i recieved one parsel for which i made COD payment of ₹3148 (₹1574*2).After one hour when i unwrapped the parsel i found a single product instead of two products and that single product which was sent by the company was completely different from the original. As i have received a single product and has cancelled the order before so I'm unable to request for refund though the meesho app. Even after delivery of the wrong product to me it was not shown in the meesho app delivery report. i kindly request you to look into the matter and refund my amount ₹ 3148 at the earliest and take back the wrong product . Failing which i will take up this case to the CONSUMER COURT. Pictures regards the subject and wrong product is attached.

                    Received a letter in the name of Meesho claiming that i have received Rs.6, 20, 000 andit says that it's a random lucky draw which i won. It is mentioned that you should only call on the no. Provided and not the meesho helpline number.
                    They are further asking for bank details to transfer the money amount.

                      We recieved 2 products with same order I'D, Out of which 1 product is that we have ordered for and the other is that wrong product and material is a waste stock, without the knowledge about the order, Our Anscestors have recieved the wrong product also, Which had costed 1559 Rupees, I also have brought the issue to Meesho Help Centre, They said that, Money can't be refund.

Material quality not good. Received a defective product. Color is not same as shown. Design is not matching. Size is not same as shown. Fabric is not same as shown. Packaging not good.                             I ordered 2 nos.of Kurta against above order. Since my wife didn't like the quality, she decided to return both and was duly collected by Meesho logistics. To my surprise, refund of only 273 was received. You contact centre staff said he cannot process refund just because we didn't mention in app. We did return 2 No's.which was checked during return by your logistics. In this case, Meesho need to refund me 273 which is pending, seeing genuine track record of purchases in the past. If you fail to do so, I will address through the social media and other possible channels to bring out the fact.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,
                              I ordered Jewellery Sets Product on 23rd August 2022 which cost Rs. 2, 377, I received the product on 26th August, Its very worst one. PFA the photo. Then after I request to customer care, They told its direct delivered from supplier, we have some Technical issues regarding direct shipment. and you should adjust in this time we clear shortly.
                              This order was delivered Direct from the supplier. Ok But i placed the Order through Meesho, I have received the product with correct Order Invoice number, Place, Mobile Number Etc, My order details are correctly mentioned in the invoice so I get it and also pay the amount. This is your server issues, then why you did not return my amount. nearly 12 days I called to customer care, I explained my problems to each and every person, But still there is no use. So Please refund my amount.

                                  I ordered for Rainbow Umbrella via Meesho - ordered ID[protected]_1 on dtd: 28-08-22 and delivery date shown 05-09-22 through online payment for full and final payment. Now without any intimation they change to delivery date from 05-09-22 to 12-09-22 but they are still not sure that on said date they will deliver the same. When I mail to their customer care mail if which is closed, I also called several number of times to customer care but they are not responding to calls, some times when they received call they casually told that supplier change to delivery date so we are not able to deliver within[protected]. They force me to cancel order why should I cancel my order if they are not able to deliver any product in time then why they are taking order through Meesho app. Their associate behavior are very unprofessional and rude to their client and simply ask to cancel order if meesho not able to delivered. Now I want my Product on 05-09-22 .

                                    Product was delivered to the customer but status updated as shipment cancelled return to supplier this has happened twice with the same customer one was on 2nd sep the order ID is[protected] and other happened today order ID is[protected]. Meesho guys did not solve the query for 2nd sep as customer do not have the invoice packing it is not customer fault as the Shadowfax is doing this intentially.
                                    Customer informed last time n today there were 2 delivery agent who were rude n unprofessional.

                                    I would like to take action against meesho n Shadowfax both.
