I have ordered 3 units of sandals but got delivery of 2 units. 1 unit is missing from meesho end. I have got refund of 1 sandals but meesho is refusing to refund of 2 sandals.[protected] and[protected]. Total cheating by meesho.

    For some couple of days someone is ordering from his/ her account with delivery adress as my home and my name.
    When called on meesho customer care, they are hanging up the call directly after listen to the situation .they are not taking any action or not even sharing the account from which the order has arrived under my name and contact.

      Sub Order ID[protected]_1
      Ordered Lehenga but received inferior quality and different design product.
      Raised refund on same day, but there customer care is asking me to courier yourself as there current courier partner is performing delivery but not pickup. This is clear case of deficiency in service and using bad practice. They should not deliver product if they have issue in there courier.
      They are already notorious in manual delivery where they take the product and say haven't received. Can you help in refund.

        Marking a copy to the cyber crime ([protected]@gov.in)

        Hello,

        We are requesting a call back for the past few hours. we are not receiving any call back from Meesho?

        This specific order

        this order is supposed to have 7 items. We received the package today in our location and the package even mentions that there are 7 items.

        However there are only 3 items.

        Mentioned above the items that are not received. All the other items are received. This is not the first time this is happening to us. We will definitely file a case in the consumer court if this is the case. All my previous issues are still pending. In total, I am to receive more than 20000 indian rupees. Which is not ethical.

        Mentioned below are all the issues that I have raised to Meesho since May of 2022. Which are also unresolved. Whever are being promised over and over but we are not getting any resolution. Not our money back too. I request the authorities to interfer and take necessary action immediately.

                  I’m calling their CUSTOMER service regularly from 27th august and yet my problem has not been resolved !! I haven’t received my refund and their executives doesn’t know how to work and their back end team is the ### ! They don’t know how to resolve the problem !

                      Dear sir/maam My Name - Farhan Ahmad My Mob No - [protected] I ordered (Sub Order ID[protected]_1) watch on 27th Aug 2022 from www.meesho.com I received this product on 5th September. This watch was bad which was not working at all. When I received I tried to run this edge several times, but it was not working. When I told to the customer care to return this product, he said, You have to courier this product yourself And according to Meesho I even couriered myself to return this product I sent this product through trackon courier (tracking id- [protected]) I have also mailed the courier receipt to Meesho and attached it in your PDF also. But he still hasn't sent my refund amount. In my bank I talked to customer care many times and told this problem but no one is solving it. I request you Get my money back. Thanks&Regards

                        I have made a payment of ₹257 on 12/9/22 but my order is not placed. After I paid, the page was still in the payment section, it did not proceed further.                                   Please find the appended mail and help me understand the following as I have been straddling between your team and the seller portal and unable to understand the reason.
                                  1 I am a new supplier who came to your platform seeing the initiative you have taken to build up sales from grass level. In my home page it was showing that "you have received 1200/- as Ad credit and you can use this as advertisement". Based on that communication I have used the credit and now it is showing negative in my payment due tab. Your team is now confirmed that it's not showing in the rewards tab. It was showing then as free ad credit and I have attached the screenshot of the same . What else can you expect from a supplier?
                                  One agent called back and said I had one more account and my GST has been used by another supplier so i am not eligible for Ad crdit though it was showing at your portal only. = Please provide me the details also why such mess has taken place ?
                                  Krishnamurthy.d Devadiga- said it is not showing in your reward tab so i am not eligible. I have already attached a screenshot which proves that it was in my reward tab only.Â

                                  I am confused ... Can I expect someone senior to call me and solve the issue please.
                                  I strongly request you to please intervene as this definitely demotivates the supplier and raises questions on trustworthiness.

                                    I ordered from Meesho Aakarsha Drishya Kurtis (price Rs.331). The product was received by paying cash. I tried to order a return of the product and refund of my money. But, the app was not showing the option for return of the product. As per instructions of Meesho executives (over phone) and the emails sent by them, I have done all the processes including sending them all the desired screenshots etc. Since then many a time I have spoken to Meesho executives and sent all the desired screenshots to them again through my registered email id. But, so far they have not resolved the issue and I have not been able to return the product and get refund of my money.

                                      I ordered from Meesho Trendy Crepe Kurtis-combo of 6 kurtis (price Rs.907). The product was received by paying cash. As I was not satisfied with the product, I tried to order a return of product and refund of my money. But, the app showed that the product has not been delivered and the order has been cancelled. Since then many a time I have spoken to Meesho executives and sent all the desired screenshot to them through my registered email. But, so far they have not resolved the issue and I have not been able to return the product and get refund of my money.
