I have received a letter from meesho online shopping by india post.
Mentioned on the occasion of 6th anniversary of meesho i have won gifts/cash prize and i have to call a number and inform gift code to confirm win of prize.
the number i suppose to call "[protected]". In Rules they have mentioned All Charges+Government Taxes will be collected in advance.

There is a barcode on top of letter, scanning barcode displays...

I had ordered 1 kurta set from Meesho on 18th August '22 and the received the wrong product on 22nd August '22. I have complained so many times but still it not cleared from Customer care. Meesho delivered items with wrong size and color(order id[protected]_1,[protected]_1) and they are not picking it up. It's been 45 days since the product delivered and return request raised but each time pickup got cancelled and they are not picking it up. I have contacted Meesho multiple times (sample complaint no's 41447958,[protected] but each time they give a new timeline. please get return my amount and arrange pick up for these...

Their courier partner picked up my return product and neither they provided me slip not they updated it now from 1.5months I'm contacting them this issue but they are doing nothing regarding they're looting us...

First of this is a complete scam my meesha. I placed this order on 2nd August, my date for order to receive was 6th, it's 26th today. I'm yet to receive order. When asked for cancellation and refund. They only raise ticket. On the ticket too they do not mention what has it been raised for like it is for refund or for anything else.

Ordered saree in meesho but received wrong saree so, requested a return and it was initiated with Tracking ID:R[protected]FPL in shadowfax and delivery agent picked the parcel but it's not updated in the meesho app didn't received the money back its been 4months I'm trying to contact your team but no response I want my money back...

Every time message comes for pick up at morning, than on evening again pickup is cancelled giving wrong remarks. For which my refund is also stopped due to pick up. I have raised complain, yet all fail.
