I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected].
However, I didn't receive the refund amount of 5895/-.
Product : Explore India - Ganesha Resting On Couch Statue Hemo Decor Decorated with Multicoloured Stone Ganapathi Idol
Everytime, I call them via app they keep saying its refunded but my bank statement doesn't even show the entry of deposit of refund amount.
Also, they don't even call back or pick up calls if called to follow up.
Sent multiple times my bank statement but Meesho keeps saying that they sent, if they sent they should atleast verify the statement sent by me and understand the problem,
I have been buying from Meesho for past 2 years this is the worst experience ever. Please look into the details and refund my amount as early as possible. I have shard my bank statements twice and you keep sending same emails this is not the way this should work.

Updated by prathyusha.ch Note : The product has been successfully picked up on August 18th and upon ask from Meesho team I have also given the pick up slip copy already on Aug 23rd when Meesho team asked via email for proof.

Updated by prathyusha.ch This is STILL NOT RESOLVED tried contacting them couple of times over different platform and they raised a complaint#45716130 on Sep 26th and another one #47052493 . No update here. I have been waiting for 45 days now since my product has been picked up. Please REFUND my amount 5895/- here. This complaint hasn't been noticed yet, as other complaints are logged based on contacting customer care. Appreciate timely help here. Right now I dont even know by which of above complaints they are working on. :( :(
