Meesho Refund Fraud case for Order ID: 196220424569

During the return option two items with a refund amount Rs 1063/- is shown but after returning two items only amount Rs 531/-.is refunded.

So it is very hard to understand for a customer in such a condition as shown in the screenshot.

Now the situation is like a pickup boy or your backend team has just stolen my item with SubOrderID:[protected]_2.

Please verify and suggest.

I bought 3 products at Rs 1070 from Meesho but only got one. I returned the product but only got a refund for one product i. e Rs 356.67. I called customer service. They asked me to again file the complaint regarding the rest of the products and weren't sure if I will get a refund or not. I am a student. Please help me get a refund for my product. I have attached the photo which clearly shows the total paid was Rs 1070 and the refund initiated is 356.67.

    Delivery boy has updated that parcel is delivered but it is not delivered

    I had ordered kids spoon set and the delivery agent came to deliver it on 15, as I was not at the place I told him to deliver it the next day, he said ok the parcel will be with me itself just cal me when u come tomorrow I said ok, then he said I'll get an OTP for change of delivery date I said ok and gave him the OTP, later I called him several times but he is not receiving my calls and has updated that the parcel has been delivered...

    My product got misplaced/ delivered on 11th of September but I didn't get the order. I was unaware of the product delivered status. So, when I tried to check the status of my product on 13th September. It was already delivered on 11th September. I filled complaint on 13th September 12pm to meesho. But meesho team filled complaint with wrong information in there ticket history. Again on 15th I complaint, were they informed me that my complaint was filled with other issues & I didn't raise the complaint within 48 hours, hence can't we solve. I was asked to wait for 48hours again but again they were giving excuses with some other points. And was asked to wait 48 hours. Again today I raise complaint. But this time they are saying I didn't raise complaint on 13th September. And there is no solution on this.

    I have all the prove of complaint i.e call recordings.

      I have returned the product on 18th August for order#[protected].
      However, I didn't receive the refund amount of 5895/-.

      Product : Explore India - Ganesha Resting On Couch Statue Hemo Decor Decorated with Multicoloured Stone Ganapathi Idol

      Everytime, I call them via app they keep saying its refunded but my bank statement doesn't even show the entry of deposit of refund amount.
      Also, they don't even call back or pick up calls if called to follow up.

      Sent multiple times my bank statement but Meesho keeps saying that they sent, if they sent they should atleast verify the statement sent by me and understand the problem,

      I have been buying from Meesho for past 2 years this is the worst experience ever. Please look into the details and refund my amount as early as possible. I have shard my bank statements twice and you keep sending same emails this is not the way this should work.

      Note : The product has been successfully picked up on August 18th and upon ask from Meesho team I have also given the pick up slip copy already on Aug 23rd when Meesho team asked via email for proof.

      This is STILL NOT RESOLVED tried contacting them couple of times over different platform and they raised a complaint#45716130 on Sep 26th and another one #47052493 . No update here. I have been waiting for 45 days now since my product has been picked up. Please REFUND my amount 5895/- here. This complaint hasn't been noticed yet, as other complaints are logged based on contacting customer care. Appreciate timely help here. Right now I dont even know by which of above complaints they are working on. :( :(

            Meesho is not giving me my refund since last 45 days.

            Order no Sub Order ID[protected]_1 never delivered to me and after repeated reminder no refund made to me till date. Two different products from two different places on your screen can't be combined together and send to customer. This is just cheating.

              Me and my friend have ordered 2 Nikon Cameras on Meesho, instead received potatoes in that place. We immediately cancelled the order in the app and also informed customer care service regarding the same. They asked us to provide the details through mail (Photos of the product), we have even sent the video while opening the product and then they asked us to wait for 3 working days for refund. But today is the 10thday but still the return product is not picked and the refund is still pending. When called the customer service several times, every time they are telling us a new reason for initiating refund. Now they came up with a new reason and asking us to cancel the order as they have initiated the cancel request from there end, but they can't process the refund as they have some technical issues. As the return policy stays for 7days (completed) how to trust them? Please help us in getting our refund. Our order Id's are[protected]_1 and[protected]

                    Wrong rto return and claim not approved wrong commitment from support team

                    As a seller it really hurts when you receive wrong return or wrong Rto as if customers is returning its ok but if fake return is made then it hamper the whole budget. Same happened with me meesho is supporting courier partner like Xpressbee and delivery who are in regular practice of doing this thing on regular basis. They place order and changes the product and will make a new packet similar to yours and then will mark it rto and will return...

                    Wrong product received and cheated

                    I have ordered one Classy Glamorous Women Gowns against order no:[protected] which price is Rs.1037.00, As per meesho app update expected delivery date is 24th Sep'22.
                    We received the shipment on 16th Sep'22 at approx 7:00PM which is delivered by smartr logistic against (XSE[protected] and the delivery boy name is Pawan kumar (Mob: [protected]), before delivery he called and said i am from smartr courier and carrying...

                      I had ordered a tablet cover which was not upto my expectations (different colour and few scratches) and then I exchanged the product and the new product which I received was not able to hold my tablet. And when I told my issues to help centre they just passed My time
                      Ma'am please do this do that and then told me to call after some time because there is technical issue going on there.

                        On Sep 11, 2022, I have placed an order in Meesho and paid using Federal bank UPI id and the amount also debited but the order is not placed. I called customer care and askes for thr refund and they said that will be credited within 7 days.

                        My complaint is about why they still not resolved the issue in their system and also why it should take 7 days period for refund.

                              I am complaining about the product for which I have submitted return request in the given timeperiod and their delivery man has not reached to us to pick that product and then cancelled the request by himself. And now I cannot raise the request again as the time bar if return has exceeded.
                              I cannot keep that product because I have quality issues with it.
                              Kindly provide me with it's solution.
