    24th August 2022 I found a empty box of crawling baby toy from Meesho and then I did request to return with empty box photo and video with feedback comment. No one contact me about these. I also try to inform customer care but their number permanently disabled and tell to go from help center call back option, i have tried several time but they didn't call back, finally i write my problem with order id :[protected]_1 and photos but their email id also disable and reply the same call back option.
    Today 27th August 2022 I got a phone from customer care and they tell me they can't help as 48 hours passed. Don't buy from Meesho. They have no responsibility.

      I had received an order with below details: which was paid by me by cash of Rs 9706. My sister collected on my behalf. When I opened it, it was just a garbage cloth. I have gone to the local police station and cyber cell to raise a complaint. These people are scam. Below details

        Hello, my wife Shikha Bhansali placed an order for a Trueview 4G camera on the 13th of July order id:[protected] Rs 3708/- but the seller has not shipped the product as the product was out of stock so the order was cancelled and on 19th July meesho has updated that the refund will be credit in 5-8 days, after this on 19th July I have again placed an order for the same product Order Id:[protected] Rs 3708 again the seller has not shipped so the order got cancelled and meshoo updated on 23rd July that refund has been initiated it will take 5-8 days. Now in my bank statement, I have received one amount on 23rd July - Rs 3708/- but still, to date, I have not received any other pending amount of Rs 3708/- I have total placed 2 orders for the same amount but received only refund for 1 order and refund for other order has not been received for this I am following up with customer care from past 1 month they are again and again asking for a bank statement and even after sending them they always reply to wait for again 4-5 days or 10-12 days really they are giving pain to the customer for refund also.           I received wrong product from Meesho. I bought from Facebook Marketplace
          Seller Santhu Sri with seller name on meesho as Priyanka Priya

          i ordered for 6 dresses but received 4 wrong ones. I called customer care they are saying order to be cancelled through seller but she is not responding. I also sent mails to meesho. Please identify this seller and send the correct product.

          How can you allow such sellers to register in first place?
          I am attaching the courier slip sent with parcel. Please do the needful

            First of this is a complete scam my meesha. I placed this order on 2nd August, my date for order to receive was 6th, it's 26th today. I'm yet to receive order. When asked for cancellation and refund. They only raise ticket. On the ticket too they do not mention what has it been raised for like it is for refund or for anything else.

            The lady Kiran says you place the order again and it will be shipped. No refund and says place and order again.

                With inline to your mail communication, please be informed that my return products for the following ID Numbers have been picked up on 14/08/2018.

                1. ID[protected] Returned the product on 14/08/2018 & received the refund.
                2. ID[protected] Returned the product on 14/08/2018 along with above order since the person showed both the ID No's but it has not been updated in the system. When I called the customer care they said that this product return has been cancelled on 17/08/2018. where I returned my product on 14/08/2018. The courier guy has not been given any tracking number & said that I will get a message.

                Now I want to know how will I get my amount refunded for Rs. 724/- which I was prepaid against the order number :- ID[protected]

                Quite upset with meesho that your team is unable to solve the issue. how can you cancel the request after the product returns. Please do the needful.

                I have the mobile number of the person whom I have returned the product to. I have called & checked with him. He is telling both the ID no's product has been submitted to the team. His Mob No is [protected]/-.

                Please take necessary action or else I may take this issue to the consumer court.

                        Meesho is fraud. Meesho delivered wrong product and they are not picking it up. It's been 20 days since the product delivered and return request raised but each time pickup got cancelled and they are not picking it up. I have contacted Meesho multiple times but each time they give a new timeline. It is very disappointing. Meesho is a big fraud.

                          I have ordered 'Tuscany Pretty Kurtis's on 11th August at 8.42 pm and made online payment through G-Pay. They are showing that they delivered this order on 18th August at 6.29 pm through 'Libera' shipping platform but I haven't get the product that day, even there was fresher program in my college, so in the college/hostel gate no one were allowed there. So how they delivered the product in that day!
                          Then I have complained in meesho using call me back option. They said they will resolve the issue. But today they mailed me attaching my fake signature saying that they delivered me the product with my signature. What a fraud company meesho and Libera shipping platform is.
                          Meesho with that shipping platform has done a big fraud with me taking my online payment and without delivering the product properly, they are creating false reports and making us fool.
                          I have been shopping my essential things from many online shopping platform but never have such miserable experience. I have never expected such worst delivery service with meesho.
                          Please help me regarding this.

                            I ordered 2 cotton sarees from meesho on my adress but when received parcel there was one saree missing in it, I called meesho help center and told them my issue, the guy who was talking told me to file a return request in that order section then I asked him if I request a return for 2 sarees and when courier guy will come and ask me for another saree then what will I tell him?                                 It has been really horrible experience with Meesho, I had placed an order on 3rd Aug Order id[protected]_1and wrong product has been delivered On 7th Aug, I had placed a request for a return pick up on the same day and return has been done on 9th Aug AWB NO[protected], I patiently waited for my refund as it was stated it will take 3-4 days to resolve it, After that I have made multiple calls and sent a screen shot of the pick up as well over mail but no resolution has been provided till date the only answer i have listening uncultured, unprofessional customer support as it is not updated in there system that return pick up has been done i asked to transfer the call to there senior after multiple requests it was transfered to Mr.Rishi Chakradhari who claimed that he is the floor incharge he started disrespect on call he clearly said on the recorded line ki ''Refund nai milega" when i asked him about the complaint email id he said ''ni hai" when i asked his name he said "likh jaldi likh jo krna hai kar, Jaldi kar Jaldi kar"highly unprofessional Is this the way to speak with the consumers.

                                Is this the customer's responsibility to update in the system that pick has been done from my door step.

                                I am waiting for my refund and this is the response i am getting from Meesho this is the last time i have purchased from Meesho never recommend to anyone.

                                I would like to request you to take immediate strict action against the employee Mr.Rishi chakradhari if he is not respecting the profession, the brand and the consumers he has no right to be sitting there.

                                I want my refund as well as compensation of mental harrasing me and my family for more than 15 days.

                                It's my sincere request to Indian Consumer Forum to take immediate action against Meesho and the employee who starts cheated customer hard earned money

                                Please initiate my refund of Rs.466 & compensate amount of Rs.10000 at the earliest.
