      Meesho delivered me a empty box of watch
      Nd I made I vdeo when unboxing it
      I contact them but they are not responding and ask me for images of parcel on mail
      Nd I sent it
      But they tell that it take 72 hrs but now 10 days are gone but they are not responding not even answer my any mails

        I orderedBoys multicolour boys tshirts and polos and paid online with preference for all returns. order no[protected]_1, . I received the product on approximately 24th/25th August 2022 and exchange initiated on the same received date. On September 2nd 2032..I called Meesho customer care as the product was nor received or exchanged. They said eventhough it shows delivered in my orders page, it doesn't show delivered in tracking page. The problem will be solved in 24hrs and exchange process will be carried out. On September 10th I again called Customer care and they say exchange cannot be done. Its mistake from there end..but nothing could be done to rectify these mistake. please help and do needful.

          I have ordered Matte Finish 5 in 1 Lipstick 7.5G and ADS eye care kajal and BLACK EYELINER YANQINA 36 HRS GM 3 ml and Colorbar Blend-Itude Makeup Sponge, and blue herbal red sindoor combo pack on 21st aug 2022, when is have received I saw the lipstick is all melted and damaged. I have place return request. But still date pick is not done nore they are refunding my amount. Call center are asking me to do courier from my side they will not raise any complain nor they will do pick up. It was not informed earlier that pick up facility is not there I won't do order than. It's very disgusting service I have ever seen. I want my money back.

            My order was picked up on 25th august and I haven’t received my refund yet ! Such a [censored] customer service and such stupid executives !! Some executive sent my complaint to wrong back end team that’s what the explanation they gave me for not processing the refund !!! None of the executives have good command over language be it hindi or english ! And they are very rude inspite of doing mistake they’re showing bad attitude to customer

              I have a product from meesho but I have recieved wrong product . I have requested for the return but they didn't picked up not they have refunded. I complained but not results since last 18 days.

                I ordered a fashionable garment on 30th August 2022 by Meesho application, which total price was 1179/-.
                On 31st August, 2022, I changed my mind and cancelled that product. As a result, in my application I have noticed the present status as "cancelled".
                But, on 4th September, 2022, a delivery boy came to my home in my absence and forced my sister to receive the product and took the mentioned money as order was opted as COD.
                Afterly, when the product was unboxed, we noticed there were a few torn clothes which did not resemble my product. Now I am not getting any option to "return the product" . I also made contact with Meesho Help Center but they didn't make any resolution and no further response was found from their end.
                Now, this is my request, please suggest to me the way out by which I can get my money back.

                  I had ordered Nirlon Steel 1 litre water bottle on 20th Aug.

                  The status in online shows product delivered on 24th Aug. However i have not received the order at all.

                  Very bad response from their customer resolution despite raising complaints in email and call for 3 times

                  I have been cheated by Meesho

                    I had placed a ready to wear saree worth 1500 in mesho and i had received wring product they send me old and waste sarees which is completely different from what i ordered. When i contact support team they had raised complaint on my behalf and after sometime they changed the order as cancelled with out changing the status to delivered and saying i had received a fake product but not from meesho.
                    So they can't help me on refund.

                      Meesho Flagged My Account and Denying Returns

                      Meesho blocked my account because according to them I returned too many times of course if the person is not satisfied with the products they will return it, & literally all of its product are absolutely different from the pictures shown its only obvious that I return it the saaree I ordered is so cheap and definitely not as shown in the picture, also i have received so many orders wherein the colour was different and the design pattern everything...

                      I received a damaged product twice, first got it exchanged and second one didn't.
                      The moment i recived a product and open infront of delivery boy and didn't accept it, delivery advised to raise a complaint and will come and pick once the issue is raised to the Meesho help care .
                      I did it on the same day ie, on 31.
                      I call them back 4th and 6th they told me I need to be a little patience.
                      Today, on aug 8, when I call them back, the customer support team told me that the matter has been already escalated and the team is initiating the refund.
                      Now i get an email stating that they can't refund because I have cross the 7 days replacement policy.

                      This what the email read from Amit Roy, meesho support team .

                        Hi Sir & Madam,

                        Last 27.08.2022 at 6.39pm I have order ( Order No:[protected]_1) One plus Nord Buds wireless Earbuds. Paid card payment also same time. ( 2473.00 INR).

                        on 02.09.2022 I have received the consignment via Xpress bees ( tracking id [protected], after opening the box I came to know that is not Earbuds I received one tomato.

                        I have given the complaint No:43261752 on same day of 02.09.2022 meesho help desk & mail.

                        Now meesho is rejected my complaint non vaild reason. ( see the mail attachement).

                        Please do the needful to return my money back.

                          The order was to be delivered on 6th of September 2022 but it is not yet delivered and the customer care is not providing any help the payment has been made online need information on my product and it to be delivered soon

                            I live in Asansol, West Bengal. requested for exchange of my product so the incorrect product was taken back and they said that the exchanged product will be received by my after 10-12 days. On 5 th September I received a call from the delivery partner at 8pm and they spoke in an informal manner but also said that they have tried to reach for delivery on that day but could not deliver it so they will again try it the next day. From the very first day I did not receive any kind of text message from the delivery partner side that it is out for delivery or there is a delay. Till today I have no updates given by the delivery partner. I want my money back as my product is not being delivered to me. I have also contacted the help line number of Meesho tons of times and the only thing they could do was lodge a complaint mail and I received reply mail from Meesho that my product has been delivered. Please look into the matter as my product has not been delivered and my money has also gone in waste.

                              Worst service ever from meesho, as i have ordered a saree with Order ID[protected] on 15 aug 2022 and receive jeans(ripped old jeans with bad smell) inside packet on 29 aug 2022 which is late from its delivery time 24 aug 2022, after i try to return order the delivery boy rejected multiple time and asking me to give saree not jeans.
                              After multiple attempt they take my order and rejected afterward by saying mismatched. I have paid 564 online at the time of ordering and receive this old ripped bad jeans which is worthless.
                              I tried to contact customer care but they are just try to avoid my plea and i am stuck now with all of this.
                              If they don't return the money then at least provide me the saree i ordered.

                                Sir,
                                With due respect I would like to Inform you that, I ordered A Gionee P7 Max Battey on the dated of 7 August, 2022 on the Online Platform MEESHO. The Product was deliverd to me on the dated of 21 August, 2022. The Delivery Boy delivered the Product and gone. I received the Product and Opened it. The Product was defective. Same day at 1-53 PM I submited for Return Request. The Delivery Boy Received the Product on the dated of 25 August, 2022. After two days later The Delivery Boy Called me and return again the Product and told me that the Product was mismatch. I shocked and called to Customer care and also Complaint against that matter. I already three time called the Customer care. But No any Response from their Site till today. They message me again and again Please wait some day I will be received your Product and Refund Your Money as soon as Possible.
                                So, Therefor I request you to please help me regarding this matter and take any step action against the Company as soon as possible.

                                    I've placed an order on 6th September 2022 on Meesho. After receiving the payment request from Meesho's end via UPI, I’ve approved the request on GPay. The money got deducted but my order wasn’t placed. The items are still in cart.

                                    Request you to look into this and process the refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot of the payment made.

                                      I received two unconsented orders from Meesho. I contacted Meesho's Customer Care and the same was confirmed by Meesho's Customer Care Executive and they raised a Complaint Id[protected] on 15 August 2022 against the order numbers[protected],[protected] worth Rs. 642 and Rs. 712 respectively. They assured me that the refund shall be initiated after the unconsented orders shall be picked up from my doorstep and the same shall be reflected in my bank account within 3-4 working days. The orders were picked up from my doorstep on 22 August 2022 and after the pickup Meesho's Customer Care Executive confirmed my bank details via telephonic conversation and assured me about the refund. However, I have not yet received the refund. I tried calling Meesho's Customer Executive and they asked me to share my bank account statement with them. I have shared my bank account statement with them via mail thrice and it clearly shows that I have not yet received the refund. Meesho is now not responding to my mails and meesages.
