I have ordered jewellery set from Meesho worth 1300 and I received a product which is completely different from that I have ordered.
I had paid the amount and in the application it is not updated as delivered. Now I am unable to return or exchange the product .
I have tried to reach out customer care through call back request from app several times but never received any call from team.
Kindly return my amount that I have paid.
Worst experience with Meesho and it is cheating people.

      I have cancelled a product worth 500 rs on 16th August. Though the company policy is to refund the amount within 5-8 working days. I haven't received any amount till now, 3rd September 2022. The costumer care is not supportive at all. Please help

            I have purchased the blouse and now the fitting is not good, i want to return the product but they have deactivated my account stating I have made too many returns.
            they have made the delivery after deactivating the acc, the product was prepaid.

                Orderd a kurthi on 1st sept 2021 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
                But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
                I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
                I need to get refund.

                  I ordered 22 organizers on 21 august and by afternoon of 21 the day order got cancelled i payed online using paytm an amount of ₹3622
                  The order cancelled for reason cod not available i mean wtf? How can this be possible now
                  I wanted those for teachers day for school staff on spot i went somewhere else to buy those but money still not refunded its over 10 days now everyone who contributed in those are yelling at me insulting me in school premises for trusting meesho
                  I need resolution to my issue asap 🥲

                    I have ordered two quantities of adult diapers on Meesho app. But I have received only one quantity. So I have opted for return of the item and refund, but only 50% of the paid amount is refunded.

                    The total amount paid for the orders is Rs.3409.
                    Refunded amount: Rs.1704.50

                    The supplier had delivered only one item even though I ordered two. I have returned whatever quantity I have received, but I received only 50% of the amount I paid. I request the company to refund the balance amount.

                    I have raised this issue to Meesho, but they didn't respond in a positive manner. I request Meesho to conduct a thorough enquiry regarding this order.

                      I ordered two items in meesho on 1 sep 2022 through Google pay. Amount got debited after approval o[censored]PI request. But it is showing in meesho app as "order will be confirmed once payment is confirmed"

                        Hi team, This is to report that i am frustrated and seller from meesho have fraudulently sent me a fake and wrong product to me insted of mavic mini 2 drone worth Rs.8065/- he send me a small baby Rs.20 toy and I frequent been in touch with meesho customer care they said it was a mistake from seller after all i was shocked how come this foolish mistke can happen were the product which I ordered was aprox 9.06 x 9.25 x 3.15 inches and 450grams but the item which he sent it was not even 50grams so i was confused how come this is a mistake after all this is a fraud seller and also meesho dont take any actions on such sellers to verify what thy are sending to customers I placed a return request selecting wrong item but when the pickup gye came he denied to take that as he said the item wht is in the picture he what’s that not this what i have received and he said the reason he not mentioned that u have received a wrong item since 10days i am facing this issue and no one are helping me I to raise a compensation from meesho as well as the seller and also what to complain to suspend the seller with an immediate effect and want compensation on this coz they wasted my time and money for which i paid If i dont get a compensation on this will take this case to higher authorities where possibly i can get wht i am asking this is so worst experience

                        My complaint is that I have ordered for AngelFab women's Capri.
                        Really worst experience because they have sent some waste piece of cloth, used kids drawing book and pencil..this is really utter nonsense. i have raised complined on the same day and they said i can return it by selecting the option as wrong product delivered. I returned it on same day delivered, choosing the reason as wrong product delivered.
                        The 1st pickup date was 6th April and no one came to pick up and someone came to pickup on 10th of April.
                        i gave the product and said this completely useless wrong product and returned it and they picked it.
                        Later i received a message saying it couldn't pass the quality check and in the application it's showing a return cancelled.

                        some delivery guy picked up and if not picked up then why did i receive message saying quality check failed?
                        it was already informed to customer care, pickup guy and also updated in review what useless cloth was delivered.
                        Now, why is this drama ..Return request cancelled??

                        I have never seen such an irresponsible vendor who packs something nonsense and delivers it..
                        I need justice to my money. i have paid 635 rupees. Please return my money or deliver the correct product for what i have ordered.

                        My uploaded images are not displayed in reviews why? i have attached all the screenshots.
                        It shows my reviews but not pics uploaded..Why?

                        SHAME!!! Don't play with customer trust. if you keep doing same your company will be closed/fully in loss in few years. LEARN THE SERVICES FROM AMAZON

                            I had ordered photo frame from our app but the photo frame which i had received was of some one else, The person who collected the photo is not answering the call, what a pathetic service your app provides .                                 I have ordered a pair of shoes from meesho for which i have made a payment through UPI the money got debited i recieved the message as well but in meesho it is showing the payment is pending, This the first time i have faced an issue like that in meesho because maximum of my orders are prepaid only. So kindly refund my money back to my account i never expected this kind of fraud or scam from meesho.

                                  I am megha sinha from guwahati on 1st of september that is today i made an order in meesho which was prepaid order the money got debited i also recieved the message bu in meesho it is showing payment pending. This not the first time i have made an prepaid order maximum of my orders are prepaid only and this time i m really tensed with my money i want my money to get credit on my account.
