I ordered on 08-August-2022 garbage bag. and delivery date is 13-August-2022 but I didn't get my order on my address. And delivery boy change the status DELIVERED. I called to messo customer care at same time and complain it. She said you get your refund with in 5 to 6 business days.
Now at 19-August-2022 i called for the refund but she said you are not eligible for the refund.

NOW I DIDN'T GET PRODUCT AND REFUND. WHAT...

We are facing harrasment from meesho we have booked online one Kurti but We have not receive packet till now as per company executives saying u r packet has been delivered this is Big harrasment from meesho company, so please take seriously this matter....

I ordered two suits but didn't received it.It shows that I have not ordered anything but amount is deducted.

I have ordered a saree on August 5 2022 with order ID[protected] which should have got delivered on August 10 but isn't delivered yet and I have raised tens of complaints to the customer support through the app with no response . Please get this delivered at the earliest or get my money refunded.

I have placed the order of "Classic chandeliers & pendant Lights" on 30th July 2022 and the product was delivered to me on 4th August 2022.
As soon as I received the product through the delivery partner Xpress bees. I shared the OTP and then opened the box immediately.
The box was filled with small small garbage boxes. I immediately gave a call to Meesho and file a complaint. Then they have asked for the video and images of...

I am a seller at meesho. Dispute is regarding settlement of my payments. I raised a ticket 37876685 on 14 july, 2022. After multiple attempts, i clarified meesho team over call that excess payment has been debited for order[protected]_1.
After that meesho supplier team gave an excel file in which it was mentioned that your payment of 254+254 will be settled by july 28, 2022.
No payment was settled and i raised multiple tickets...

Hello everyone,
I'm a supplier of Meesho, one of my shipments was marked as lost by meesho and I am not able to receive my compensation of the said shipment.I contacted meessho support but in vain.

I contact Meesho every day but they are useless fellows over there
They never resolved my issue....

My item not delivery...

I have ordered product in Meesho app. Recieved damaged product. Raised multiple return requests and complaints buy no proper response from meesho Team and cancelling my return request without informing me.
Sent multiple emails with proofs but no one came for receiving the product....

I ordered 4 products on 9th August 2022, all three were delivered but one product not yet confirmed. The payment was done through online debit card mode and amount was deducted for all the 4 products.
I reached out to customer care, there are telling that ordered product was not showing to them and it is incorrect order ID.
In Meesho app, it just shows status of the product as Ordered. There is no update on delivery status....

I ordered premium Cotton Casual Classy Vouge Half Sleeve Shirt of Rs. 409/- but I got my order after 15 days and its totally different product against my order.
And this was not a cloth, its like a mopping cloth, torn everywhere and smell like a dead mouse.

1. My ordered saree was delivered with wrong color. Picked up in next 2 days and then my status says it's rejected on the door step.

Hi, I have ordered a product in Meesho with the order no.[protected]. My product got delivered in Aug 2, 2020 and it is not updated in the Meesho app. It is updated in the courier website but not updated in the Meesho app. I want to return the product but the option is not supported hence the product statuary is not updated yet in the app. I raised a complaint against this. Already 10 day a completed but there is no response from them....

Since the starting day every pickup guy denied to pickup as no qc hasn’t been updated by meesho team. I am tired of false assurances abd also talked with 6-7 customer support executives but no resolution yet and today also pickup got cancelled by courier and this was the last attempt.

I personally loved the experience of Meesho app, but lately I placed an order but it had been cancelled by the delivery person for no valuable reason, i request him for online payment and to leave the package infront of rahe door, but he started misbehave by words ...
I felt too bad for the way of his speech!!! If possible kindly allow your delivery employees to know about the customer service...
