Meesho is fraud. Meesho delivered wrong product and they are not picking it up. It's been 20 days since the product delivered and return request raised but each time pickup got cancelled and they are not picking it up. I have contacted Meesho multiple times but each time they give a new timeline. It is very disappointing. Meesho is a big fraud.

    I have ordered 'Tuscany Pretty Kurtis's on 11th August at 8.42 pm and made online payment through G-Pay. They are showing that they delivered this order on 18th August at 6.29 pm through 'Libera' shipping platform but I haven't get the product that day, even there was fresher program in my college, so in the college/hostel gate no one were allowed there. So how they delivered the product in that day!
    Then I have complained in meesho using call me back option. They said they will resolve the issue. But today they mailed me attaching my fake signature saying that they delivered me the product with my signature. What a fraud company meesho and Libera shipping platform is.
    Meesho with that shipping platform has done a big fraud with me taking my online payment and without delivering the product properly, they are creating false reports and making us fool.
    I have been shopping my essential things from many online shopping platform but never have such miserable experience. I have never expected such worst delivery service with meesho.
    Please help me regarding this.

      Missing product and not getting refund

      I ordered 2 cotton sarees from meesho on my adress but when received parcel there was one saree missing in it, I called meesho help center and told them my issue, the guy who was talking told me to file a return request in that order section then I asked him if I request a return for 2 sarees and when courier guy will come and ask me for another saree then what will I tell him? He said they will check the weight of the delivered package and...

        Hi, Could not login to meesho as it says user verification failed. called customer care and no response from them as well and she keeps on repeting that its system and technical issue. Have to return orders and 2 on my way and customer care is also not able to cancel order which is in transists. Lost 1886 rs amount

          It has been really horrible experience with Meesho, I had placed an order on 3rd Aug Order id[protected]_1and wrong product has been delivered On 7th Aug, I had placed a request for a return pick up on the same day and return has been done on 9th Aug AWB NO[protected], I patiently waited for my refund as it was stated it will take 3-4 days to resolve it, After that I have made multiple calls and sent a screen shot of the pick up as well over mail but no resolution has been provided till date the only answer i have listening uncultured, unprofessional customer support as it is not updated in there system that return pick up has been done i asked to transfer the call to there senior after multiple requests it was transfered to Mr.Rishi Chakradhari who claimed that he is the floor incharge he started disrespect on call he clearly said on the recorded line ki ''Refund nai milega" when i asked him about the complaint email id he said ''ni hai" when i asked his name he said "likh jaldi likh jo krna hai kar, Jaldi kar Jaldi kar"highly unprofessional Is this the way to speak with the consumers.

          Is this the customer's responsibility to update in the system that pick has been done from my door step.

          I am waiting for my refund and this is the response i am getting from Meesho this is the last time i have purchased from Meesho never recommend to anyone.

          I would like to request you to take immediate strict action against the employee Mr.Rishi chakradhari if he is not respecting the profession, the brand and the consumers he has no right to be sitting there.

          I want my refund as well as compensation of mental harrasing me and my family for more than 15 days.

          It's my sincere request to Indian Consumer Forum to take immediate action against Meesho and the employee who starts cheated customer hard earned money

          Please initiate my refund of Rs.466 & compensate amount of Rs.10000 at the earliest.

              Sir, I have cancelled an order on 5th August due to delay delivery. But, I have not yet received the refund. I have called them more than 17 times till now. Now they tell me to wait another 5days. this statement is been told by them from starting. Everytime they give me time only not the solution. I request you to please take some action against them.

                      Meesho delivery person delivered the product on August 21, 2022 however the person charged Rs. 100/- extra on the bill amount from the senior citizen at home...now there is no way we can contact Meesho as they do not have any valid option to do so.

                      I have raise numerous call back on their App till date but today August 23, 2022 still there is no call received from their end...I need the extra money that is taken from us.

                      This is not good practice these people are cheating Senior Citizen for money and doing their business.

                        Hum the brand house ke name se meesho pe ek supplier hai jisme ek order id[protected]_1 hai jiska humne product 6th august ko order ajmer se disptach kia tha aur jisme humne product bhi bhja tha. toh meesho waalo ka without koi information humare 898.38 rupees kat lie unko itne messages kar die ki humne products bhje the uske baad bhi customer ko empty box kaise recieve hua ? ek toh unke koiu customer care nahi hai upar se messages karne hote hai .unse humne prrof maange ki hume btaye customer ne apko kya proof bhja hai ki empty box recieve hua hai toh bhi uska koi jawab nahi dete bus copy paste answer har bhar bhj dete hai.

                        meesho pe hume waise hi itna nuiksaan ho chuka hai.
                        meesho pe customer itna fraud karte hai aur rto me bhi orders change ho jaate hai uska bhi claim nahi dete meesho waale.

                        humse ye log proof mangte hai ki opening video banye claim k lie warna claim nahi milega. jab customer ko humne profuct bhja hai toh humare kis baat ke paise deduct kie hai unhone.

                        aap log please humara claim dilwaye meesho se.

                          Regarding the order[protected] you have said that the problem is resolved as you got a otp from my side but the person who took the OTP said that he will check in the office then he give the cloth. but still today i have not received the product.

                          I have complained regarding this only but you said the problem is resolved. as i am a regular customer of you.

                          I request you to solve my problem and deliver the product to me and oblige. otherwise please refund Rs.291/- to my account and oblige.

                          Please do not give opportunity for frauding from your delivery executive. If a delivery executive can make a fraud how can we believe for online purchase from your side. or have you also involved in this we dont know.

                                I ordered saree on 2nd August for my sister for Rakshabandhan, it was supposed to be delivered on 6th August. But unfortunately it didn't. I requested a call from them, they contacted and told me your order is under Government Investigation. They told will be delivered by 11th, when not delivered by 11th, they told me your order is in Bhiwandi, which is hardly 5-6km from my house, but due to heavy rainfall it can not be delivered and will be delivered on 18th. Today is 20th the actual date of delivery, the customer care says it is still in Bhiwandi and will be delivered by midnight. If it does not get delivered we will raise a complaint and then within next 7-8 days we will deliver the saree. If you wish to cancel the order you can not do from app and we will only do. What kind of nuisance is this. Is this a fraud made by meesho?
