I ordered a kurti from meesho today only i.e.31 Aug via UPI I'd .
The money got deducted from my account and the payment section in the app is still pending . Please resolve my problem.

It is very disappointing to receive unconsented parcels everyday from meesho since last one month. I tried reaching the company through the contact me option but they never call you back. Please resolve this as soon as possible. It is causing mental harrasment.

I've placed an order today itself i.e. 31st August 2022 on Meesho. After receiving the payment request from Meesho's end via Gpay, I have approved the request received on my cell. Then after, before even placing the order, the money got deducted and couldn't proceed with the order too.

Request you to process the refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot of the payment made.

I ordered a saree and i recived a defective saree, i choose exchange options and meesho get the product but next i didn't receive the parcel, i checked my meesho account and informed, my exchange product changeable to refund and my costumer threatened me, she didn't want money and she wants the saree, now i faces finagler, scolding, please i want meesho to be punished because he has already cheated a lot

I ordered a crop top. When i first ordered i done online payment..but after i ordered it shows cash on delivery... The amount debited from my account..i didn't get the refund amount... I ordered it on 17.08.2022 ..please send the refund amount of Rs.177.

Meesho's logistic partner took the incorrect shipment or its been intentionally replaced with used Shirt and Kurti. Even though after having the picture of the product at the time of pickup how can the agent took the shipment. I did raise a ticket with meesho seller support after getting 19 returns on Aug14 which was pending from July13 out of which having the issue with 5. Please help!

27th august i got 1466/- amount deducted from meesho when i placed the order the order amount got deducted from my paytm but no order has been placed and it been three days no one resolving this issue! U even talk to help support on meesho but my query wasn’t resolved! I want my refund of 1466/-

Dear Sir,

I placed an order on 03.07.2022 Reference no.[protected] but unfortunately order has been cancelled by the courier company shadowfax.

Even upon repeated requests and provided my location pin & additional phone nos. also given by me. but unfortunately the courier guys not came.

Anyhow, I want my money back but since one month meesho is promising to refund within a week but not refunding. I just wonder why this delay from meesho.

Whenever calling help desk giving new explanations.

Please help me & refund my money back. If you can't refund the money please send my ordered product.

I am Meesho user. Someone in your company ( Meesho) leak my personal data such as name, mobile number to FRAUDER.
He called me and saying that i won a lucky draw for buying product. And he asking for a payment of ₹3000 for lucky draw. I have call recording too. This all happen on 30 Aug

Therefore please take a strict action against leaking of personal data first.

I have received a letter from meesho online shopping by india post.
Mentioned on the occasion of 6th anniversary of meesho i have won gifts/cash prize and i have to call a number and inform gift code to confirm win of prize.
the number i suppose to call "[protected]". In Rules they have mentioned All Charges+Government Taxes will be collected in advance.

There is a barcode on top of letter, scanning barcode displays address and phone number "[protected]".

Take action against this scams

Our concern is How Does My Address, Phone number is exposed to them. Does Meesho take responsibility of their customer data leakage ?

I had ordered a yellow kurti from meesho app on 18 august. Due to quality issue i decide to returned this kurti . On 23 August i had file a return request on meesho app. After 23 augut on 24 25 26 august i received msg from meesho app regarding pickup of my order. When i tried to call them they said that they didn't deliver to my locality. Many lame excuses made by them day after day. On 27 August meesho app cancel my return order for pickup without informing me . On that same day i against raised a complaint regarding my order and file a return request but no update made on it. Since 2 days . I called meesho for help me but they always said that wait wait and gave me no solution. Plz initiate my return and refund

Meesho delivered items with wrong size and color(order id[protected]_1,[protected]_1) and they are not picking it up. It's been 45 days since the product delivered and return request raised but each time pickup got cancelled and they are not picking it up. I have contacted Meesho multiple times (sample complaint no's 41447958,[protected] but each time they give a new timeline. please get return my amount and arrange pick up for these items
