I returned an order on 27 July. It's been a already 10 days but no refund has been initiated. On account it showed that refund has proceeded but in my account there is no such transaction. Even asked in my bank No customer care no. Is given . Option is there for call me back but no response. Please look forward to it...

On 31st July I ordered a night suit from meesho through google pay. My account was deactivated today without any information. On calling many times at the customer care, it was brought to our notice that there has been breach of policy. However, no such breach has been done from our end. There were active orders in my account and I have no way to track the status of the order. Also, few orders delivered are incorrect and there is no way to return and exchange the order as the account is deactivated....
