    Received Damaged Product

    I have ordered product in Meesho app. Recieved damaged product. Raised multiple return requests and complaints buy no proper response from meesho Team and cancelling my return request without informing me.
    Sent multiple emails with proofs but no one came for receiving the product....

    I ordered 4 products on 9th August 2022, all three were delivered but one product not yet confirmed. The payment was done through online debit card mode and amount was deducted for all the 4 products.
    I reached out to customer care, there are telling that ordered product was not showing to them and it is incorrect order ID.
    In Meesho app, it just shows status of the product as Ordered. There is no update on delivery status. And unable to cancel the product also it shows 'Something went wrong' on click of cancel order.

    Total payment for 4 products done was Rs.1838.
    Cost of the product was Rs.488. Refund the amount.

      I ordered premium Cotton Casual Classy Vouge Half Sleeve Shirt of Rs. 409/- but I got my order after 15 days and its totally different product against my order.
      And this was not a cloth, its like a mopping cloth, torn everywhere and smell like a dead mouse.

        I am a supplier on meesho and send a saree to a customer on 27 july 2022. and without informing they send us the rto product of my black color saree and in the packing i find a torned black color jeans in place of saree. i complained on customer care that number is unavailaible. then i contact to help centre as their support team never contacted me and always give one reason that unable to contact so the help centre girl call me and without hearing my issue in the mid she hanged my call then i again tried then also no body contact me and then i contact to support theam with all evidences but they are replieng that they didn't find the order id how is it possible that the order wihich i received from your side is not mentioned in hour system even i am sending you the image of that order sheet also then also you are denying. is this the way of meesho for cheating people. no one is their to listen you.it is the lossof time, money and product also from my side and whenever i contact to support team they never replied query only one answer that they are unable to contact me. so how they are able to registered me in the starting how they are ablle to contact me ?

          Hi team,

          I am a regular customer of meesho, facing first time this type of issue, which is discouraging me to continue shopping.

          1. My ordered saree was delivered with wrong color. Picked up in next 2 days and then my status says it's rejected on the door step.
          Now how do I continue my trust on you pick up facility? Ur customer agent says I should have some proof of return. None of your products has been picked up yet with slip of return.
          I return products only when the pick up guy show me his request and return product photo for confirmation on his phone.

          I want my return money on the same.

          2. Rakhi ordered and delivered broken and damaged. Nobody coming for pick up.

              Hi, I have ordered a product in Meesho with the order no.[protected]. My product got delivered in Aug 2, 2020 and it is not updated in the Meesho app. It is updated in the courier website but not updated in the Meesho app. I want to return the product but the option is not supported hence the product statuary is not updated yet in the app. I raised a complaint against this. Already 10 day a completed but there is no response from them. I am daily following up with them since 10 days. They are not resolving my problem.

                I had order an electronic weight scale from this Meesho application and I got my order fully broken so I returned my order and my order was returned and they a saying we didn’t receive your order back and your network is weak so we are unable to track and they are doing this for one month so I am requesting you to resolve my problem

                  I placed 2 orders on 5th August to be delivered in Kolkatta and its a rakhi and one order got delivered one day post rakhi and other order is still not delivered i am not getting any response from meesho team i have called customer care team today and they said it will take 4-5 days more

                    I had placed an order of id[protected] and then received a completely different product then also applied for return.
                    Since the starting day every pickup guy denied to pickup as no qc hasn’t been updated by meesho team. I am tired of false assurances abd also talked with 6-7 customer support executives but no resolution yet and today also pickup got cancelled by courier and this was the last attempt.
                    Please refund my money and take ur wrong product with you.

                        I personally loved the experience of Meesho app, but lately I placed an order but it had been cancelled by the delivery person for no valuable reason, i request him for online payment and to leave the package infront of rahe door, but he started misbehave by words ...
                        I felt too bad for the way of his speech!!! If possible kindly allow your delivery employees to know about the customer service

                          I got a call frome [protected] this number he sed he is from mesho delivery
                          And after he is telling fully rong to costomer. And he is telling he dont have time come my home.. if i need the things need to go on his place.. actually i will never expect this.. pls do needfull..
                          And i just want which i order if meesho will not take eny action to my complaint.. i know what to do after
                          Because i m Previous Meesho customer. And the delivery man tottely insulting to me pls doo need full

                            I ordered a Toddler baby walker on 7th August 2022 but the order didnt placed and the amount also debited from my gpay account Rs. 1186 . I already ask help from meesho customer service but they didn't solve my issue. I need to get refund kindly do the needful as doon as possible.

                                Hi my name is Aanchal. I ordered a top from MEESHO. I did the payment through phone pe and the payment was successful the money got debited from my account later when checking the order it is not showing order not confirmed. It's been 24 hours and still it is showing order confirmation pending. So please look in to it and see what's wrong. Let me know whether the order will be confirmed or cancelled and when I will get refund. Please look into it as soon as possible.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have returned a bag 3 months back with the order id:[protected] of Rs 604 but I did not receive the refund yet.. I have raised number of complaints but did not receive any response. I have even sent my bank statement as a proof but no resolution provided till date.. when called to ask for my refund the meesho associates are just saying wait fot 3-5 working days each and every time I call them this is the only response I get.

                                  Kindly look into the issue.

                                    Waited For A Week Every Day They used To Send SMS your Return Pick Up will done today...continued till 6 days..no return pick up done..

                                    meesho quality is drastically came down..Starting it was good..now too worst

My Daughter ordered Dupatta ..Ordered on 28 Th July Suppose To Deliver On or before 8 th August..not delivered called on 9 th Aug..Customer Support Team Asked TO Wait Till 9 th Aug..Not Delivered ..Again Called I Have Asked To Cancel The order And Refund And tHIS aLSO nOT dONE
                                    again called Customer Care on 12 th Aug..He said i will raise complaint ..it will take 4- 5 days for cancellation ..after cancellation agin 4- 5 working days for refund...

                                    BETTER DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM MEESHO...IF YOU WANT TO BUY GO WITH CASH ON DELIVERY ..

                                      I have ordered saree of 4 quantities and later due to quality issue and I got refund of only 1 quantity but not received of other 3 quantities it has been a month since I'm trying to call they raise a complaint and then close it they give reason of technical issues
