I am a supplier at Meesho online selling platform. I’ve been selling shoes on Meesho since past * months and I receive returns also. There are two types of returns one is customer return and the other is RTO return. I tried placing order on Meesho App on 23rd Sept. I have paid amount of Rs. 5256 through SBI net banking. Money got debited from my account but order is not placed.

My account is suspended permanently. I understand Meesho has some policy which might have been bridge unintentionality by user's like me.

I request Meesho instead of blocking account permanently you can suspend for 6 month or so.
If you block permanently than user will go to flipkart/amazone and like this you will lose lakh of customer & obviously this is advantage for your competitors.

We are genuine seller and manufacturer of designer saree gowns etc. We sell on different plaforms but on meesho from last 20 days claims are not getting passed. They rejects all claims with same excuse "based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Meesho customer service put my call on hold and they never come back. You ask for supervisor they put on hold. Called Multiple time no one take accountability. The problem is their delivery partner does not call or deliver but I get messages that I’m not available for deliver. Everyday I’m at home and delivery guy gives a missed called and we cannot callback the same number. This happens all the time....

During the return option two items with a refund amount Rs 1063/- is shown but after returning two items only amount Rs 531/-.is refunded.

So it is very hard to understand for a customer in such a condition as shown in the screenshot.

Now the situation is like a pickup boy or your backend team has just stolen my item with SubOrderID:[protected]_2.

Please verify and suggest.

As a seller it really hurts when you receive wrong return or wrong Rto as if customers is returning its ok but if fake return is made then it hamper the whole budget. Same happened with me meesho is supporting courier partner like Xpressbee and delivery who are in regular practice of doing this thing on regular basis. They place order and changes the product and will make a new packet similar to yours and then will mark it rto and will return...
