Meesho — Wrong product delivered order id 262194707359_1

I have ordered a night dress from meesho order id[protected]_1 but instead of dress some other product got delivered to me on 1st October. I initiated return for the product with reason product mismatch. Their pickup boy visited my place and rejected to pick as product was different and asked me to call meesho help centre as they will support in this case. I have called to meesho customer executives to like 7 times now sharing same concern...

I placed an order for 2 blue colour baby towels worth Rs 404 on 20 sept 2022. Order got delivered on 24 sept but the colour of both the towels was different. So i placed and exchange request on 24 sept. The product was picked up on 25 sept and the replacement was delivered on 2nd oct. Return pickup happened on 30 august but still we have not received the refund. customer care of meesho is not helping. they just saying wait wait...

Meesho — Wrong product delivered - not picked up after multiple complaints

I ordered a dress on 11 Sep'22 where i faced the size issue so i placed the exchange request. Instead of getting the same dress with the larger size i received completely different product so i had to opt for the return mentioning the same reason. Since that day the delivery executive came multiple times but never picked up the dress due to product mismatch.

Reached out to customer care multiple times, followed their instructions...

They did not refund my amound of rupees 2100. The product which I received yesterday was fraud and on asking them theyre saying that its not their responsibilty. My contact number is [protected]....

On 23&24 September 2022 i placed order for 2 watches and 1 ethnic wear also paid in advance through paytm for that. However the money got debited but there is no order reflecting in order list. Need urgent attention over this issue. Kindly resolve or refund my money.

This is to bring to your notice that my exchange order from Meesho has been shipped on 20th September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th September…order Id:[protected]_1

When I was tracking the shipment on the Meesho app it was not moving forward after 20th September…neither still it has not been delivered to me..The courier company is Shadowfax

Due to the delay I spoke to Meesho customer...

Meesho — Product different

I had ordered shows from Meesho for Rs 2293, whose order id is sub order id[protected]_1, instead of the shoes I ordered, I got old shoes, which no beggar used, so many bad shoes found here, no picture or video is uploading here i can show you cctv video as proof, hope it will be resolved soon thanks

I have ordered a kurti from meesho on 12aug and it arrived on 16 aug but due to some size issue I have returned it on the same day but they have picked kurti from me on 20aug. From 20aug till now i have not received my refunded amount. They said that the amount has been initiated on 23 August but it is not reflecting in my account. I have sent my bank statement to them more than 5 times and more than 30 calls. They are not giving any update...

Meesho customer service put my call on hold and they never come back. You ask for supervisor they put on hold. Called Multiple time no one take accountability. The problem is their delivery partner does not call or deliver but I get messages that I’m not available for deliver. Everyday I’m at home and delivery guy gives a missed called and we cannot callback the same number. This happens all the time....

We are the Seller of Meesho (M/s SabhKush Marketplace) . We Sent the Numbers of Right (Smart Watchs and AirPod Pro )Product to Meesho Buyers. The Buyers and Meesho are returning us Empty box and Worng Damaged products. When the Customer Reject the Product without open the courier than unncessory charges are charged from our balance. When we are trying to claim they are not giving us claim. so we got Lose Approximate Rs. 25000/- through meesho....

I am a seller on meesho platform. They have run ad campaigns without my permission. I lost above 10, 000 rupees. I have raised 8+ tickets and they didn't take any action Still, they do the same scam in my account. I orderd two kurti on 25th September 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation messages for the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed
I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP....
