This thing happening 2nd time. CSE used to ask initiate a return. Pickup man used to deny as product didn't match. Connect again in CSE they will put your call on hold.

    I ordered 8 quantity of saree product from meesho but they delivered 1 saree only also 10 days gone no refund there happening? Many times call the customer care but they said to only please wait! That's the customer care work ??? The resolution not happen???

      Having complaint against the different and faulty product received.always facing this issue with meesho only .Attached invoice. I received product in 4differemt packing with different names .look at the image I ordered lehnga and received used shirt in 4diffetent packing even in the attached screen shot it's clearly visible 4different invoice with different name of the customer and address both .

        I am writing to lodge a formal consumer complaint against Meesho Online Shopping, an online retail platform. My complaint pertains to a highly unsatisfactory and distressing experience I have had with the aforementioned company regarding a product order and subsequent customer service issues. The order in question is placed under Order ID[protected], and the product is a "Light Burgundy Coloured Semi Stitched Lehenga & Unstitched Blouse With Dupatta."

        The chronology of events leading up to this complaint is as follows:

        On October 12, 2023, I received the product I ordered, which was discovered to be in a damaged saare "Fatti huyi saari nikali" upon delivery. The product, amounting to 666 INR, was torn, signifying an utter lack of quality checks.

        On the same day, I promptly registered a complaint through Meesho's chat support, resulting in the issuance of Complaint Ticket ID[protected]. The support agent assured me that a resolution would be provided within 24-72 hours.

        However, my follow-up on October 16, 2023, revealed that the complaint had inexplicably been erased from your records. The support team requested that I initiate the complaint process again, issuing a new ticket number,[protected], and confirming the escalated order number as[protected].

        Subsequently, on October 19, another complaint was initiated, with Ticket No:[protected], still associated with the same order number.

        On October 21, 2023, I received an email from Meesho stating that my claim could not be accepted as I had exceeded the 48-hour window to report issues. This is despite my having reported the issue on the day of delivery, October 12.

        This matter has not only resulted in a financial loss but has also subjected me to considerable mental distress due to the continuous runaround, disregard for my valid complaint, and lack of resolution.

        I, therefore, respectfully request the following actions be taken:

        That Meesho Online Shopping be held accountable for the defective product and the subsequent gross negligence in handling my complaint.

        I demand a full refund of the amount of 666 INR or a replacement of the defective product as per the terms and conditions of the company.

        I expect the Consumer Court/Forum to facilitate a prompt and impartial investigation into this matter and to help me recover the damages and compensation I am entitled to.

        Lastly, I request that Meesho Online Shopping be directed to issue a formal apology for the inconvenience and distress caused.

        In the event that my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily within a reasonable time, I am prepared to take further legal action to protect my consumer rights. I look to the Consumer Court/Forum to ensure that justice is served in this matter.

        I am attaching copies of all relevant documents, including proof of purchase, correspondence with Meesho, and evidence of the defective product.

          I ordered a jeans from meesho whose worth was 679rs.only this product was delivered me on 13th of October but on the meesho order status it was seen as cancelled and returned to supplier..but I received this product when I raise complaint against this to courier partner or meesho coustomer care they said I raised a req on the ur behalf and given me time wait for that tym and after that date when again asked from them they said ur validation date of this product has been passed...when I asked from courier partner that why he delivered me that product without label...he mentioned only my name or payment amount on that product...I was seeking from meesho for resolution they assured me that plzz don't get worry about this we will resolve ur problem but at the end they said ur validation has been expired

            I have ordered a lehenga from meesho but they have sent a garbage saree.. When i requested for return & when the delivery boy comes he says they have not get updated so they can't pickup the product and told to talk to customer care to apply a non QC ... I tried to contact meesho customer care but they simply said they can't do anything

              I have ordered TV cabinet worth Rs1197/- which was supposed to be delivered by 19th October 2023 but it was not delivered, after contacting customer care they asked me to wait for 24hrs, within 24hrs my product would be delivered but more than 24hours have passed my product has not been delivered yet

              After contacting customer care multiple times also they are least bothered to take an action.

                  Meesho can delivered a product which i cannot ordered and and i also ordered another product when delivery boy is come and said it's both my order and i paid for both and after i returned order and picked up but refund is not arrived.

                    I placed an order from Meesho
                    [protected]_1, the product received is completely different.

                    I have raised return requests multiple times, all requests are getting cancelled. I have raised complaints also multiple times, no action has been taken against this.
                    Have called the Meesho helpline multiple times, no help is being provided.
                    They are stating from their side the product delivered is correct.

                    Kindly look into this matter, this is very horrible customer service.

                      That i am a seller name KT Styles on Meesho. On 16th Oct 2023, to my utter shock i saw that my payment of Rs. 5409.28 (Attachment is attached in photos) has been deducted as Ad cost without any intimation even when i didnt requested to start the Ads, the said amount was further increased to Rs. 9389.95. (Attachment is attached in photos), even after the request to stop the said service was made as it was without any permission.
                      To resolve this issue i contacted customer care but he did'nt resolved my issue and instead told me that the cost of Rs. 9389.95 will be deducted and neither my amount of Rs. 9389.95 will be refunded nor he will arrange my call or concern with his senior to be resolved.
                      That this is purely an intentional act by meesho, kindly help me to get the refund of Rs. 9389.95 as the Ads were not requested by me also no permission from my side was taken by meesho to start the Ads.

                        I have ordered 2 Different produces, first product is 2Pants and 2nd product is 2bags
                        1. bag delivered, i paid for 2bags, but when opened the packet, only one bag is their, the other one missing .so i returned the bag. the delivery person came and take the bag. they given refund for only one bag, but i paid for 2 bags.

                        2. ordered 2 pants . delivered 2two pants. but the quality was very bad so i retuned both . i got refund for one pant . i paid for 2pants . these people are cheating the customers. i wanted to file a compliant in customer form

                          I have ordered a product from meesho via seller mango clothing llp on 2nd oct', which got delivered on 9th oct'23 . A completely different product (yellow old kurti) was delivered and I immediately raised for a exchange and also raise the concern via the helpline number. Then yesterday i.e. 16th oct'23 I was again delivered an incorrect product (a smelly old pant) . Post delivering i immediately again shared the feedback and started calling the helpline customer service executives but almost each and every one left the call on hold or disconnect in the name of transferring the call to their senior. At the end of midnight I took support of the chat helpline and the executive "arshdeep Singh" informed that no money will be refunded and no return/exchange will also happen.

                          I'm highly dissatisfied with the service. In fact I emailed the customer service of meesho [protected]@meeshodesk.freshdesk.com but haven't received any response.

                                  I have ordered for this id[protected] and garbage product delivered to me and now from last 7 days I followed up my complaint, but the executives are explaining me policy and other things which is not describe anywhere to get my refund back.

                                  as this big Indian firm I never expected this kind of scam.

                                  Please do needful for our Indian buiseness to grow not to do scams as I have never experienced this kind of behaviour from Amazon or flipcart.

                                    We had ordered a Silk saree vide order number[protected] from Meesho App but unfortunately we received a much inferior quality saree, which we immediately wanted to return. But our return number AWB R[protected]FPL was rejected by company. We raised a proper complaint with the customer care vide Ticket no[protected] on 04.10.2023. But we have not received any further communication from their end.
                                    They have supplied an inferior quality saree against our prepaid order and now they are not taking the return as also not refunding our money.
