Meesho delivered kids set in place of ladies suits that was ordered by me and the total ordered value was 2055/. Despite i made many complaints regarding this every time their CE assuring me ki sir is baar ho jaayegaa. But phir vahi agle din msg comes ur return has been cancelled by our delivery partner. Wat to do.

    I ordered 3 items on 1st May 2022 and paid amount via Google pay - the amount got debited when I logged into Meesho the order has not been placed, I tried requested a call back from the customer care but did not receive any response. I had to place a follow up order for the 3 items and paid for it again.
    Attaching the proof of payment for reference

    Please process my refund ASAP for the transaction where the order was not places, kindly do the needful ASAP.

      I have placed order on 20th April. They scheduled a delivery on 26th April. But I didn't received the product but it's shows your product is delivered. I contacted the meesho team but they didn't give the proper answer.

        Received a defective product and lost access to return saying my account got closed, but was received order post 3days to account closure . Now they are not even following return policy.

          I have ordered a product which have been delivered as on 19.04.2022 and due to products found defective and size issue, i tried to return it, but the same could not be done due to app technical error. I tried mutliples time in a day since 4 days.
          then i called in help centre and executive told me get an email seeing certain details such as bill, photos of products. Total Orders worth Rs.301.
          Email received from management responding me to not to accept the return.
          How can it be possible not to accept return and refund my money?
          I sincere request the meshoo team and refund my money.

          Do in high priority and refund my money.

            I ordered 5 dresses from meesho three days ago all total 1147rs, i paid it online via phonepe but order is still not confirmed. I tried to contact meesho through email and only received a reply saying we don't use this email anymore and received one number in that email. Then i tried to call on that number and received the same message that they are not available here anymore and to connect through help center from the app but when i go to that help center it only takes me back to the order pending status and the product i tried to order from meesho. Meesho is a big time scammer. Please please help me with this as i can not afford to loose this money i am a broke college student i saved this money for two months from my food money and bought it i don't want my money to go to waste as i clearly can't afford it. Please help me with this matter as soon as possible 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

                Hello i'm Nandini i ordered "kurti" on 21/03/2022 product price is 441 and order no. SF[protected]FPL ...31/03/2022 delivery date and but i don't have get any deliveries and til evening show up on meesho site " Product delivered" then i call to customer service he said within 48 hours your money will be credit in your account but ever since they don't take any action and i call more and more times but they not respond or resolve my problem till now and after 25 days troubling he impose such a stupid policy and saying you complained 11 days later but it's not truth and it's company system fault not from my sides and it's very painful journey because of meesho and finally my money goes to worst

                  I send 4 pcs combos shirt and in return i resived one single pcs others brand colour and used but when i claim for this they said youe claim rastio is high and we will not give you claim

                  Received Wrong and dirty product from meesho instead of a kurta 272/ rs received a use one pillow cover, arranged for pickup but pick-up cancelled 3 times and yet I m not able to request for pick again . Spoke to customer care and they are telling they r not responsible for the product, wat the hell is this meesho, been a satisfied customer to meesho from so many years and u have been dis-satisfied just coz of this one issue, i need the product to be collected and initiate my refund to my source account, this is my request, I have received 3 orders on the same day, only this is wrong one, I have a proof of the vedio, y should I lie if i receive a correct one wats the benefit i get, I have received a wrong product.., I m so

                      I cancelled an order worth 394 it's been 15 days yet refund has not created back contacted the support many times no use they just ask more time please help me to get my money back.

                        I ordered a memory card on Saturday April 23, 2022. I paid online through GooglePay by my UPI id. The payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account. But Meesho did not confirm my order. They have not provided any refund too of my hard earned money. It's nearly a week. Very unhappy with the services. Please take strict action so that they refund fast. Thank you.

                          Please resolve my wrong product issue fast. I do order size xxl on 12.4.22 a kurti, pant, duppta worth 912/- Rs on messo. Order number is[protected]. The order is delivered on 15.4.22.
                          But due to dress loose i did exchange request dated 18.4.22 with XL on meesho app.
                          Than on next day dated 19.4.22 courier boy(shadowfax) comes and pick up xxl size dress from me.
                          Then on 24.4.22 replacement parcel I received at my old mother because I were out from home for attending function.
                          When I come to my home on 26.4.22 i make parcel unboxing video. When that parcel package opened I see jn package there is a wrong product (dirty, ugly, old, worst smell gents pent) that was not my order product.
                          Also in meesho app there is not any return/exchange request option available. So that I do talk to messho customer care, they ask me that they are taking my complaint, and do mail on my mail ID, also they ask me to share received product images invoice images. When I receive mail, , then I do share received wrong product image. They accept my mail return request. They ask me soon 3-4daya courier boy wil pick up that product from my address.
                          😒Among 3times courier boy comes at same Adress, but they refused to take that wrong product. These all three person do fight with me, and argues.
                          They asking me that they will only pick order image product which is shown in there app. Now tell me where do I provide that Kurti, pant, duppta.. Even i received wrong product. It's totally my loss.
                          I've been trying to return a wrong product which I ve received but the delivery boy is rejecting it again and again by telling that the product is not matching with pictures that meesho has provided him...i don't understand this thing that from where I provide him that product in the image whem me myself have received wrong product...please provide him images which I ve upload on meesho...and refund my money as soon as possible.
                          I am totally disappointed by meesho.

                            Hello Team,
                            I have placed an order on 06th February 2022 with order Id [protected] Cash on delivery of amount 358/- and returned on 13 February 2022 as it was of bad quality product.
                            I got notified that the amount will be refunded in 4-5 days with transaction I'd TXNH[protected] as I added account details on 14 February 2022.
                            But after one week when contacted, it told that some delay is there and you will get amount soon. Again they demanded for account statement which I had provided the same. Repeatedly I have been notified the same. On 28 April 2022, when I contacted it's representative, he told that the amount has been credited any other bank account which is not mine and he also told, " from meesho side, the amount has been refunded" and disconnected the call.
                            Please help me out of this situation.

                                I had purchased 2 offenders T shirts thru meesho app on 26 April 2022.
                                an amount of Rs 350 was also deducted thru my ICICI bank UPI transaction account. they ID and the product given in the attachment .

                                the details donot figure in the order status of the meesho app or no communication has been sent, eventhough payment has been made

                                      My product worth Rs 1450 was delivered to customer and meesho has a policy to make payments to sellers within 8 days of delivery.
                                      This policy is fake and a scam.
                                      They decided to keep my money and despite repeated appeals to customer care, they have refused to make payment to me.
                                      How can a company just keep your money like this?
                                      Their customer is highly uncooperative and there is no number on which you can call. This is a sham company and sellers should stop selling on this platform.
                                      I have detailed customer care chats with them still not received my money.
