I have ordered from MEESHO a product which i recieved on 8/5/22. I have placed a return request from MEESHO on the same day and the pick-up partner was shadowfax. Shadowfax didn't pickup till 11 and on 11/5/22 i have reinitiated the return request..Till now my pickup was not done..This is a ### service done by both shadowfax and MEESHO playing with CUSTOMERs money..that ### MEESHO seevice gives only, 7 day return request and if thats over return will not be accepted.. when will it get picked up

    I ordered 7 kurthi at May 04 2022 And I paid my amount through phonepe..in my bank my amount as been debited...in meesho app it seems like..."order will we confirmed once we get payment confirmation"...till may 12 I didn't get any further...news about my payment...when I file charge back in bank...the bank says in bank side there is no problem...it is upon to seller..in bank there are asking merchant statements... For futher use...what is solution for it ...

        It's been two months and still meesho did not refund my amount for a purchase made in March 4 . I have been calling and raising this issue continuesly with the customer care executives. The only response was to wait and wait and wait. Please provide me my refund soon. Your customer care is not providing a solution at all.

            I was order a product from meesho
            (Order ID[protected] . And Suddenly I seen that my account gone blocked and then I calling in customer care he told me your refund received you with in 10-12 days but I don't received my refund yet, it's completed approx a month .
            After some time I lost my sim card when I again called in customer care she told me for buy a new sim card just for get my refund.

                I ordered 2 items on 1st May 2022 in the meesho app for that I made a payment of Rs. 440 through the google pay app. In meesho app order is not placed it's showing the order will be confirmed once payment confirmation received but amount already debited from my account .I contacted Meesho customer care app they telling not received money also contacted Google pay they telling payment already done.Please file chargeback against Meesho app .

                  I placed the request for purchase of above product on 4.4.22 amounting to Rs. 1183/- and got the item delivered through Delhivery courier services on 8.4.22. On 9.4.22 I placed a return request for the item as it was not sturdy and stable and was having a dent in the leg. I had also uploaded the picture of the product stating my return reason. The AWB number for the return of the product was generated and it was informed that the product pickup will be done in 3-4 working days but when the pick up was not done I contacted the help centre.They again generated a new AWB number and this process is continued for four times but still after one month of my initial complaint of return the product is not been picked up. Now they have cancelled my return request. I have been calling their help centre but in vain. Meesho help centre executive has registered my complaint have given me ticket ID for three times but did not provide any solution. I had called the courier partner ie. shadowfax and delhivery with which my pick up was arranged, they said Meesho has cancelled your request and we have not done it and the Meesho help centre people say that courier people have cancelled your request. Now where should I go and talk to about my issue, I do not know who has cancelled my request. I am with the useless product and not getting my refund. As per Meesho's return policy one has to file for a return within 7 days of receipt of the product. I had done it the next day itself, but the company is not taking back the defective and not needed product and no proper solution is being provided to me. Please help me get my refund of Rs. 1183/-.

                      I have placed the order on 25 th April and received the product on 27 th April. I have started using the product from 28 th April after properly charging the device. First three days it worked properly but after that I had to charge the product daily twice it sothat it functions well. From 6 th may the product has complete completely stopped working, I charged it thoroughly, only the light is there but the actual machine is not working. Previously also I ordered same product from meesho which has stopped working after two months. This time I called up customer care several times and told that the product is defective, they are neither refunding the money nor allowing for any kind of return or exchange which seems that they deliberately sell defective products and fix the return deadline as 7 days and the products stop working just after 8 or 9 days. I want a justice and solution of this problem

                        I placed a saree through meesho, I didn't like its quality so I placed a return request. The return request got approved. But Nobody came to take the return, I waited for a few days then I opened the app to know the status, in the app they wrote product mismatched and return is rejected(How is it possible, when nobody came to pick back the product.)Then I again requested a return and after 2-3 days they rejected the return request, by mentioning in meesho app that the time has exceeded its limit. What is this?

                        I placed a return within your time limit, if you guys didn't pick up my return and gave me a false reason, is it my fault????
                        I am doing online shopping for the last 9 years, never faced such type of issues with any e-commerce website. Amazon, Myntra and Nykaa are really awesome .

                                On the 24/4/2022 i ordered many item from meesho online shopping app and out of them i have received two items wrong. instead of yellow and purple kurtis i have received navy blue and pink kurtis. after that i put return request from my side and meesho rejected my return request. later on i continuously called to meesho customer care team and explained the issue over a call, also i did email from my side for the same. i face mental harassment being ignored my call, being ignore this issue, being cut my call, being kept my call on hold for ling time, not proper responded to email. i have been taking follow up from last 7 days and issue not yet resolved. i request you to take strict action against meesho and ask meesho to send pick up person to collect wrong item and return my money as soon as possible ( amount is 346 Rs and 521 Rs). i have provided sufficient evidence including invoice and screenshot and images. i

                                  The person who came for the pick up had no information about the product he has to pick up or the company/brand/ecommerce entity.

                                  The delivery partner confirmed that he is from Flipkart upon which we handed over the Flipkart product to him and he simply took it with him. The parcel returned was carrying the tag and bag of Flipkart mentioned clearly over the parcel.
                                  Which he did not check.

                                  As a process the delivery partner should be knowing which entity's product and exactly what product he is referring to and has come to pick up. He should also open the product and check if the same has been handed over to him. But, here it was not done and as a result I am suffering.

                                  So, I strongly believe that I am not at all any any state in the wrong side and expect my Flipkart product to be returned to me as soon as possible and before 10 May by when I can hand over the same product to the right delivery company.

                                  As suggested by the meesho customer care team I even called and checked with the delivery partner for the product but he said it already has been dispatched and now he can not do anything about it and I need to contact meesho customer care only.

                                  The customer care is not able to help. They raised a complaint for this situation and the answer I received against it was they can not help me in this situation as I gave a wrong product to their delivery person who confirmed that he was there standing at my door to pick up a Flipkart product.

                                  So the meesho hel. Centre has refused to help me and the call centre people are neither helpful, not willing to make me talk to any of their senior person, neither willing to accept their or their delivery partner's fault and nor willing to solve this out. They are more interested in knowing what value the wrong product was holding so that can calculate if they are in benefit or loss.

                                  Have tried getting in touch to a authorised person from meesho for atleast 5 times and have not received any valueable resolution or atleast a call back from the senior/authorised person.

                                  I would like the meesho team to return back the Flipkart product to me before 10 May and pick the right product from my address and process the refund as the product delivered is defective and stained.

                                  I hope you understand and help me in the right way.
