Please resolve my wrong product issue fast. I do order size xxl on 12.4.22 a kurti, pant, duppta worth 912/- Rs on messo. Order number is[protected]. The order is delivered on 15.4.22.
But due to dress loose i did exchange request dated 18.4.22 with XL on meesho app.
Than on next day dated 19.4.22 courier boy(shadowfax) comes and pick up xxl size dress from me.
Then on 24.4.22 replacement parcel I received at my old mother because I were out from home for attending function.
When I come to my home on 26.4.22 i make parcel unboxing video. When that parcel package opened I see jn package there is a wrong product (dirty, ugly, old, worst smell gents pent) that was not my order product.
Also in meesho app there is not any return/exchange request option available. So that I do talk to messho customer care, they ask me that they are taking my complaint, and do mail on my mail ID, also they ask me to share received product images invoice images. When I receive mail, , then I do share received wrong product image. They accept my mail return request. They ask me soon 3-4daya courier boy wil pick up that product from my address.
😒Among 3times courier boy comes at same Adress, but they refused to take that wrong product. These all three person do fight with me, and argues.
They asking me that they will only pick order image product which is shown in there app. Now tell me where do I provide that Kurti, pant, duppta.. Even i received wrong product. It's totally my loss.
I've been trying to return a wrong product which I ve received but the delivery boy is rejecting it again and again by telling that the product is not matching with pictures that meesho has provided him...i don't understand this thing that from where I provide him that product in the image whem me myself have received wrong product...please provide him images which I ve upload on meesho...and refund my money as soon as possible.
I am totally disappointed by meesho.
Received Wrong and dirty product from meesho instead of a kurta 272/ rs received a use one pillow cover, arranged for pickup but pick-up cancelled 3 times and yet I m not able to request for pick again . Spoke to customer care and they are telling they r not responsible for the product, wat the hell is this meesho, been a satisfied customer to meesho from so many years and u have been dis-satisfied just coz of this one issue, i need the product to be collected and initiate my refund to my source account, this is my request, I have received 3 orders on the same day, only this is wrong one, I have a proof of the vedio, y should I lie if i receive a correct one wats the benefit i get, I have received a wrong product.., I m so
dis - satisfied i definitely need my amount back, kindly do needful ... I m going to attach the following images which I have received kindly check, ( The others comments are also same den y is that seller still on process ) kindly check and hold that seller not to sell in future and scam people like me 😡
