On 23 March, 2022 I returned a defective order named "Chitrarekha Fabulous Sarees" valued at Rs.825. I made the payment of Rs.825 through UPI. The refund was supposed to come in 5-8 days in my UPI linked bank account. It's been 28 days since the delivery man picked up my return item but still I haven't received a refund in my bank account. I contacted customer care of meesho several times, each time they said the refund will be initiated in 4-5 working days, but I still haven't got my refund. I emailed them my bank statements and proof of payments, but no action is taken.
