I had ordered one of my products from TP Link's wife I miss you for ₹2512.
They voted for me on April 1, but that product was a wrong product.
When I entered the return request, they accepted, but the delivery boy told me that pickup is not allowed for your product. That's why we can't pick you up.
That's why I complained to them that after that they generated my delivery AWB number three or four times, but did the same thing. They didn't pick up me anymore.
And the delivery boy didn't even call me once for pickup. After calling ahead of me, he says that you cannot get the product delivered. If you want to do it, then come to our center and do it. I go to their center and give the product. After that neither they are giving my product nor giving me my refund and product with mine is duplicate please help me.

    In the name of lucky draw they got 8600 rupees from me
    I asked for refund they r saying it will take 15 days
    I want the money immediately
    Have proof of everything required
    If not I will take action in a serious manner
    Hope to get my money back immediately

      I purchased a combo of rs. 245 with all types of return policy amount but when I requested for return they didn't proceed and from that I raised request atleast 4 times. Everytime they said that within 4-5 days Your order will picked up but after 4-5 days the request get cancelled.

        I ordered 2 nighty which was delivered on 11th april but i opted for a return because they delivered me wrong products . its 26th and still there has been no pick up

          Hello Team,

          I have faced major issue on product purchase form Meesho app.. First I ordered the product on 21 April 2022. Then ordered was cancelled from reseller but still the order delivered to my home address. I purchased that order with Cash on delivery because i was thinking that it might be a technical issue. When I opened that order the product was not that which i ordered. I ordered single saree worth rs.1015 but in parcel it has 3 sarees having very low quality. Now app is showing the order was cancelled by reseller. I am very disappointed now. Please help me to resolve this issue

            Price ₹414

            In other apps like Amazon and Flipkart 1 pc ₹ 200 to ₹250

            Unfortunately we were not in station at the time of delivery.

            7th day night we came to home and opened the parcel, We received *1 qty instead of 5 qty*.

            When called customer care, they said 7 days over. So you can't return the product.

            Actually we were not try to returning, just we need justice on CHEATING and need our balance 4 qtys of product.

            But no response from the company.

            So customers don't buy from Meesho or atleast don't buy this Hair towel wrap.

              The customer mobile is theft by others. So he is not available for that contact. But the customer needs that product.

                Product returned on 19 March 2022 but still amount not refunded to me I called meesho customer care so many times but all the time they are not responding properly,
                It is high time I returned product, mailed my all bank statement details to customer care but still not came any response from messho customer care kindly request you to refund my amount as much as possible.

                  I had placed order on 18th April for metallic watch strap in the app the status shows that it has been delivered on 23rd April but i have not received it and also there is no concern person with whom I can contact, the payment is done online

                    After multiple return requests putting in the App of Meesho & as well as sending by email, this company has not picked up the faulty skirt and did not provide me refund. It also cancelled my return requests giving false reason of time laps. I have been putting the return & refund requests since the date of delivery 29/02/2022. Meesho kept sending me apologize email and apologizes in its App and kept delaying.
                    Moreover the company (Meesho) corrupted my account which is not opening now and it stopped their email services. It does not respond on phone call too.
                    I request you to take necessary action against Meesho and get me the refund of this skirt which I bought via suborder ID as mentioned in the subject line.

                            It is showing delivered on 10th March, till now I haven't received the order. It is a prepaid order and even meesho is not raising any complaint regarding this. And their delivery partner shadow fax is also not taking any action even after informing them that parcel was never delivered.

                              Not even attending the call in emergency or in doubt time . Still i did not recieved my money back but i ordered in APRIL 2nd .                                   I have two complaints pending with meesho. One order (Order ID [protected]_1) I exchanged because of size issue. But it's been more than one month and there is not refund from their side. Even mail support they stopped. Customer care executives are not resolving any issue after taking the complaint. The second product (Sub Order ID[protected]_1) I paid then amount and it was done Successful. I even got the confirmation from google pay and my bank. But these people cancelled the order and told I will get a refund. But that too I did not receive. When called customer care, they told to charge a file back with the bank. In order to do so my bank is asking email confirmation about the failed payment from merchant. These people are not surpporting even that. I really got fed up. How many calls I have done in the past few days . It's totally disappointing

                                    I had ordered a dress on 3rd Apri, 2022. My expected date was before 15th April, 2022 But i haven't recieved my product yet and the delivery partner is changing delivery date in every 2 days ...

                                    And still i haven't received my product after payment also...and not provided any sevice to cancel the product also...it says you can't cancel after the shipment of the product.

                                    ...Today's date is 20 April, 2022 ...now also showing delivery exceeding date...and customer care of meesho is also not responding ...

                                      First I've received order which have a slip of my name details and all when I opened that it wasn't the item I've ordered then they do not marked that delivered till now and i am unable to return the wrong product which I've got in the app they have marked that the delivery partner wasn't available to deliver so the product has been returned to them only but it's not accurate I have recieved the wrong product idk how careless are the and i just want to make sure these frawds should pay what misery they have caused and don't ever fool any customer

                                        On 23 March, 2022 I returned a defective order named "Chitrarekha Fabulous Sarees" valued at Rs.825. I made the payment of Rs.825 through UPI. The refund was supposed to come in 5-8 days in my UPI linked bank account. It's been 28 days since the delivery man picked up my return item but still I haven't received a refund in my bank account. I contacted customer care of meesho several times, each time they said the refund will be initiated in 4-5 working days, but I still haven't got my refund. I emailed them my bank statements and proof of payments, but no action is taken.
