HELLO SIR,
I had ordered a classy elegant women tops & tunic from supplier (global village (08ACBPK5475A1ZV) ON 21 March, 2022 (12:04 PM) and it was delivered to me on 24 March, 2022 and also put it for return (refund) on 25 March, 2022 and my request was accepted and initiated and AWB (R[protected]FPL) also generated but while continuously checking the status on meesho it shows that your order is delayed for unavoidable reason on 28.03.2022 and on AWB status it shows on hold on DILSHAD GARDEN, regarding this issue i click on help and received call from customer care (91-[protected]) 30.03.2022 on my first attempt and he guided me that my complaint no. is 27207815 and i will get email about the resolution of my problem but in one day but to no avail I again asked for help two more times (second on 31.03.2022 & third on 01.04.2022) but on last attempt a girl answered and said i can cancel the return request and than put it again as advised i did the same on 01.04.2022 and now on meesho it shows that my return request is rejected because the return period is expired
I want to ask what I did wrong or maybe I did it by ordering from the worst app (MEESHO) . Even the customer care replies are ridiculous no even helping. I just want my refund. My Sub Order ID[protected]_1 and the amount of product is Rs.340/- I, m also attaching all the documents to clarify my above statement
Please Resolved this as quickly as possible
