I have two complaints pending with meesho. One order (Order ID [protected]_1) I exchanged because of size issue. But it's been more than one month and there is not refund from their side. Even mail support they stopped. Customer care executives are not resolving any issue after taking the complaint. The second product (Sub Order ID[protected]_1) I paid then amount and it was done Successful. I even got the confirmation from google pay and my bank. But these people cancelled the order and told I will get a refund. But that too I did not receive. When called customer care, they told to charge a file back with the bank. In order to do so my bank is asking email confirmation about the failed payment from merchant. These people are not surpporting even that. I really got fed up. How many calls I have done in the past few days . It's totally disappointing

    I had ordered a dress on 3rd Apri, 2022. My expected date was before 15th April, 2022 But i haven't recieved my product yet and the delivery partner is changing delivery date in every 2 days ...

    And still i haven't received my product after payment also...and not provided any sevice to cancel the product also...it says you can't cancel after the shipment of the product.

    ...Today's date is 20 April, 2022 ...now also showing delivery exceeding date...and customer care of meesho is also not responding ...

      First I've received order which have a slip of my name details and all when I opened that it wasn't the item I've ordered then they do not marked that delivered till now and i am unable to return the wrong product which I've got in the app they have marked that the delivery partner wasn't available to deliver so the product has been returned to them only but it's not accurate I have recieved the wrong product idk how careless are the and i just want to make sure these frawds should pay what misery they have caused and don't ever fool any customer

        On 23 March, 2022 I returned a defective order named "Chitrarekha Fabulous Sarees" valued at Rs.825. I made the payment of Rs.825 through UPI. The refund was supposed to come in 5-8 days in my UPI linked bank account. It's been 28 days since the delivery man picked up my return item but still I haven't received a refund in my bank account. I contacted customer care of meesho several times, each time they said the refund will be initiated in 4-5 working days, but I still haven't got my refund. I emailed them my bank statements and proof of payments, but no action is taken.

          As i had placed an order via meesho app, amount of rs. 1345 was deducted yet not order is placed by app. No details are reflecting in app as after entering my bank otp(axis bank netbanking)it prompted “ oops something went wrong”. Kindly refund asap

            I have registered with Meesho as a supplier/ Seller in December 2021, I am a sole proprietor . My first order was recieved in 27 Feb 2022.
            I have still not recieved the payment for all the orders processed from then. I only recieve a post date for payment and this has been happening everytime I raise a ticket on the support portal and the tickets are closed just for the sake of their TAT but without any resolution.

            They promote on media as they pay on the 7th day of delivery of products to customer. But that is not true. They have not even addressed the issue and
            Just keep giving post dates without resolution.

              I have ordered a T-Shirt of Rs. 239 in Meesho app and I have paid money using Google Pay, transaction is successful and money debited from my account but when I checked in meesho order list my order is not placed and money is debited( attached screenshot of payment). Now I need money back as soon as possible. Please look into this matter and help me out getting my money back.

                AWbno: [protected], i have order a top on 6th april 2022. Delivery date was 15th April but i haven't received the product yet and the delivery parter is changing delivery date in every 2 days. Customer care executive are very unprofessional. They can not help you in any cost. Still i haven't receive my product.

                    I have ordered a Saree of 331 rs in meesho app and in order process I have paid money using paytm, transaction is successful and money debited from my account but when I checked in meesho order list my order is not placed and money is debited( attached screenshot of payment). Now I need money back as soon as possible Please look into this matter and help me out getting my money back.

                      Never make order on meesho website. They are fraud. I have ordered for 05 items. They gave only 04 items and they did not deliver 01 item. They are also not refunding money for that item which is approx, 17800. They are saying that they had given whatever I ordered but I ordered for 05 items where they gave me only 04 items. They gave me the less costly items and they had kept the costly item with them. I have paid money through netbanking and they are now deniying to refund it. Hence, i request you to all please do not faith on MEESH website. They are fraud. They will take ur hard earned money and will not give your order. Be carefull about MEESHO and think 1000 times to make any online order on MEESHO Website

                        I have ordered my order on 4th April 2022 .till now I haven't recieved my order and now it showing that order was ofd and unable to deliver. This was happening so many times and very unfair on your part .i will tell u my AWB number too.please delivery to the respective address asap

                          I have placed an order on 12th of april and the money was deducted from my account after some time I noticed that the order isn’t placed but still meesho has deducted my money it’s been 6 days still I m not getting my money back I called customer support they even don’t know how to talk really unprofessional zero communication skills zero knowledge and not helpful at all

                              I ordered this product but some issue in the product I request replacement in regarding this they send me totally different product from what i order and meesho can't take action on it such a fraud seller is on meesho. Rupees of product is 844

                                Amount got debited from the account after placing an order in meesho using online transaction gpay. Status of online transaction is Successful, but in meesho app, it is showing order got cancelled because of no order confirmation. I had checked with my bank also, they had clearly mentioned that amount is credited to the beneficiary account. But still there is no refund from the beneficiary

                                  I ordered products(Shipaara 40 combo stud plastic earring) multicolor & Design small girls and ladies for matching with any dress) from meesho app on 29 march. But till now I have not received the product. They are responsible for enquire the products are reached by the customer on 1 april, but they don't enquire anybody. I also mailed many times to meesho help center to register my complaint. But they denied to register and disconnect the call. I also paid rs 312/- for my products. Neither they refund money nor delivering the product. Very bad customer support.

                                    Meesho sent a damaged item we raised complaint the same day no one has come to pick it up we were told by meesho that courier will come and pick it up and will arrange replacement no one came till date.

                                      I placed a Prepaid Order on meesho but Meesho delivered me a different and faulty Product. And whenever I requested them to replace the faulty Product then they accept my request and told me that faulty product would be replace within 10 to 15 days but whenever I check on meesho's fraud App there always written one and only thing that's Return request has been cancelled. Now they are refusing to replace my product.
