Bottomwear Fabric: Cotton Silk

I orderd a kurti and plazzo pair on 19th march 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.

I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful

Meesho has sent the message for return amount initiated on the date of 21 march. But the till date after 17 days I didn't got back my amount.

      Don't ever buy with meesho his delivery boys abusing customer my Name is Ravina i order a glitter bag then I accidentally order again order I'd[protected] so delivery boy came i said I accidentally order this please cancel this order but he denied he said u need to take this order else i will call your randomly or coming your home daily he also misbehaving with me delivery boy name sourabh bajpai no [protected] please cancel my order i don't needed or take strict action against that

          We (Freshro Team) had registered our brand name at Meesho to sell our products (Filter Coffee and Copper Bottles). Tickets (#25155359, #25593384, #25431917 and #[protected] were generated so that our brand name gets approved and our products gets uploaded and then gets live.

          Customer service officers were always in hurry to mark the ticket closed instead of resolving the matter and helping. We were asked to create new ticket every time and were asked to upload same documents and share same category path every time which we kept doing.

          In one ticket communication, it was updated that call is made on our registered mobile number but we never received any call from company on that day. When this issue was raised in one ticket that false details are updated on ticket. We received a reply saying "We would like to inform you that Meesho is not dealing with this category right now. We request you to kindly wait, once the category will arrive then you will be notified."

          After getting frustrated we again raised a ticket asking to delete our account and remove us from their mailing, call and text list for which we received a reply saying there is no such option available "Please note that at Meesho there is no such process to deactivate any supplier’s account, if you do not like to receive orders from Meesho, you can mark all your catalogs as ‘Out of Stock. This will automatically prevent getting new orders."

          How can we mark our account out of stock when we have not even completed our process. Infact, when they say our product category is not available and we have to wait they themselves are unaware that our products already had the status of "QC Passed". (Attaching the image for same).

          How can a product is passed when as per the customer care officer product category is not available? How can a company with such a brand name does not have account deactivation/ deletion tab on their dashboard? how can an officer updated false information saying call was made to client? and above all how can we mark our product out of stock when we are still in the process of listing our product.

          Daily we receive endless number of text msgs from Meesho to join mandatory training or on update related to seller dashboard. It is so unfair that we cannot even stop this.

                I ordered a product with the price of 156/- rupees and another one with the price of 311/- rupees.. and I chose cash on delivery.. When the 1st product (156/-) was delivered first of all the delivery man was fully drunk and anyone near him could have sensed the smell.. and he sent a payment link to me.. but the link was showing 325/- rupees that has to be paid.. I thought it is the second order and I paid 325 rupees.. but after opening the parcel, I came to know that it was the 156 rupees product and then I called the meesho customer care number for the refund of the excess money that I paid by mistake.. The customer care department said that I will recieve a mail on my email id but it has been 2 days and no initiative has been shown from the company.. I have the payment receipt of the order that I paid.. and I can show the price tag of the order that I received.. Kindly refund my money and keep a better group of delivery agents.. If this keeps happening I won't be able to trust meesho anymore.. Please take some action asap..

                  complained on 12 march here, as the item is still not delivered please refund
                  Meesho called, said they would refund if order not processed, they also requested that i should submit feedback that complaint is resolved now
                  But now it is 18 march
                  Status shown is delay in dispatch, i have not still received the item
                  they have not refunded me
                  I want refund of 1621 rupees so that i can order from another supplier
                  i do not want to wait more for delivery

                    Hi, I placed an order on meesho 22 February 2022. In the tracking link shown as got to my location. No update came after that.

                    I Called customer care about delivery and they told me.. Issue will be resolved within 24 hours. No matter how long we waited the result did not appear. So I called Consumer Care and complied.

                    Then came the phone call from meesho. They said ''you told yourself to bring the delivery agent later''. But I did not even get the message from them. I conveyed same to that represntative. She said ''Okay understood. We will fix your problem in another 24 to 72 hours, Please wait''.

                    Yesterday received another call. They are saying ''we will refund your money''.

                    This is the response to waiting 20 days for a product. In that tracking link written as ''due to rainfall product delivery delayed''. Actually no rain in Hyderabad from 30 days.

                    I want my product. Say no to money. See how long it will take this time.

                      I have ordered a frock via meesho but the order is not placed. Money got debited via Google pay.
                      When I contacted customer care, they told the amount will be refunded by 5-7 working days. It's already been a week, still I didn't receive my money.

                        I orderd pajamas on 16 march 2022 and paid amount via Google pay money git debited from my account and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
                        But when I open the meesho app, order was not placed and I lost my money too.

                          My returned product was given back to me telling the reason of quality issue...but the quality of the product is absolutely fine ...i complaint it to meesho help center they told me to wait for 5-6 days for solving my problem ...its 15 days passed i am facing the problem of returning my product still it is not solved .please rearrange pickup and refund my money quickly

                            I ordered two product at same time but they delivered only one product and I paid money for both products.
                            Delivered product is entirely different from what I ordered.

                              Worst Product successfully delivered by Meesho.
                              After 2 minutes from getting delivery its showing cancelled order witch i already received the same for amount rs 1274.00 on COD

                              After many time trying i could not contact with meesho help line or request to call back by mail

                              This is final its fraud and cheated with me.

                              So i request to you please refund my money and block them for future no one cheat any any one.

                              I Ordered a Favorite sharee for my wife for an occasion purpose but meesho delivered a worst sharee. Even they have not option to refund they are showing in my app its cancel by me which is totally fraud. This cancelation by meesho after C.O.D delivery the product I trying too much contact but not reached they are on said contact. I Mailed many times for call back or replay and return my money.                                 I bought a artificial Jewelry Set from Meesho of worth 1, 111 rupess and retun it back on 2nd January 2022 but did not received my refund back ...

                                They always asking back to submit bank statement ... asking to do many formalities rather than retuning my amount

                                Very Bad experience with Meesho .. Shame on Meesho ... Fake and bluff ..

                                  I was purchase A shirt for 468 Rs . But size was not perfect so i return the shirt . And meesho said they refund me on 21 feb. 2022 but still i dont get back any refund. I did many calls and mails to meesho but they always said that 4 to 5 working days are required for refund. They ask for my bank statement . I also share my bank statement. But they still said that 4 to 5 working days are taken. And now I did mails to meesho but they dont give any reply..
