I have ordered baby teether/food feeder on 20th February and today is 12th March and i am still unable to get the product.
The same thing happened with 4 other products and they were returned to the seller without calling or sending me a message about the delivery.
The delivery boy who delivered other 2 products threatened me that he will not deliver the order at my place and he will remove my address from his delivery company so that I can not get any further order delivered to my home.
When I told his superior about his behaviour he told me that the pin code i provided is not under his area and he gave me another (wrong)pin code which is very far around 50 km away from my home. So he tried to fool me by giving wrong pin code.
When I called the help center in meesho and told them about the whole incident, they told me to relax as they will resolve the problem but the issue is not resolved yet as I am having the same problem again and again.
The delivery partner returns my orders by saying that I don't receive the order so the problem is from my side, but i never got any message or any call regarding the delivery and the product is returned to the seller.
When I told the same thing to help center in meesho they told me to reorder, i did reorder one product but I can't do it every time..
I avoid going to the market because it's mentally and physically exhausting, but for the past few days the mental exhaustion is on another level as I have to keep on checking the order status and if there is slight change in the status I have to make a call to the help center. it's too much time consuming and i am tired making calls every single day about the order
I shop online but this is the worst experience I ever had in my whole life.
The product should have been delivered last month but still undelivered.
Please help me out and do the needful.
THEY ARE HAVING WORST SELER SUPPORT. THEY ONLY HAVE ONE EXCUSE LIKE "Based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request."
