    I have order a 3pants which cost me ₹1189 but it was been canceled by the meesho due to the demand of supplier... But now suddenly received that product... And it was burnt and torn inside how can they send such cheap product...

      I have ordered baby teether/food feeder on 20th February and today is 12th March and i am still unable to get the product.
      The same thing happened with 4 other products and they were returned to the seller without calling or sending me a message about the delivery.
      The delivery boy who delivered other 2 products threatened me that he will not deliver the order at my place and he will remove my address from his delivery company so that I can not get any further order delivered to my home.
      When I told his superior about his behaviour he told me that the pin code i provided is not under his area and he gave me another (wrong)pin code which is very far around 50 km away from my home. So he tried to fool me by giving wrong pin code.
      When I called the help center in meesho and told them about the whole incident, they told me to relax as they will resolve the problem but the issue is not resolved yet as I am having the same problem again and again.
      The delivery partner returns my orders by saying that I don't receive the order so the problem is from my side, but i never got any message or any call regarding the delivery and the product is returned to the seller.
      When I told the same thing to help center in meesho they told me to reorder, i did reorder one product but I can't do it every time..
      I avoid going to the market because it's mentally and physically exhausting, but for the past few days the mental exhaustion is on another level as I have to keep on checking the order status and if there is slight change in the status I have to make a call to the help center. it's too much time consuming and i am tired making calls every single day about the order
      I shop online but this is the worst experience I ever had in my whole life.
      The product should have been delivered last month but still undelivered.
      Please help me out and do the needful.

          I have ordered 3 bedsheets from Meesh(Renuka Factory Jaipur) as cash on delivery for 906 rupees.
          On 10th march i have received courier and packet showed picture of 3 bedsheets and i paid delivery guy complete amount. After some time when i opened packet it had only 1 bedsheet instead of 3 . This is sheer cheating and unprofessional behavior. I have been following up on Meesho app. Written reviews, asked for call back but there isn't any response.
          This is first time i have ordered from Meesho and it is seriously a trust breaking experience. Please help i getting my issue sorted.

              this is sub order ids for which i received wrong return product when i claim for this they rejected my claim for above sub order id when i ask for reason they told
              Based on past data, we have observed that the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order kindly request you to cooperate with us.

              they have same answer for all i ask give me proper reason or my tell me any my fault but they have no answer

              loss around 20000/- & more on meesho
              WE ARE FACING SAME ISSUE.
              THEY ARE HAVING WORST SELER SUPPORT. THEY ONLY HAVE ONE EXCUSE LIKE "Based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request."

                    Order not delivered.

                    I ordered a pair of shoes on 20 Feb 22 on Meesho app with online payment of Rs 304/-. On 24 Feb, I got message that order is delievered succussfully whereas i did not get it till now. In that message i got one verification code also. But no one asked me that code and no one called me on that day. After that message, i tried to contact meesho on their app via 'call me back' option available there as they don't have any contact number, email...

                    I got a call from messho and I got scammed.. She called and said u are our regular customer so we are offering you this that i[censored] order between 1000 to 2000 so i order then she said that don't pay on app than you will count on regular customer so i said i already paid...she said no worries u can pay here i will cancel from that app so i done as she said... because she sent her pan card and addhar card pics on my whatsapp. Please help me..

                      I ordered a trimmer and when i opened the packaging the product and the box both were broken and not working.
                      Then i raised a return request and after two days the status was showing "return rejected at customer doorstep due to the mismatch of product handed over by the customer" but they have not even called me for return pickup and how can they say that i handed them the wrong product because they have not contacted me for return and the product is with me only.

                        I had ordered 2 qty of order and i had received only 1 qty and payment was done for 2 beds .. after 4 day he returned initiated. but after that also pickup not done in 7 days . guy was just called me for asking is this small parcel or big parcel. then he will arrange for tempo .in this process period of 7 days are expired

                        now meesho have cancel my return request. and nothing is done. my payment is stucked now of 2400 rs for 2 qty,

                        Please help me to resolve the issue

                          Even though supplier put all the proof, meesho is telling that you have high rate in claiming. If we get the right product, why supplier will keep for claim of product.

                              We are registered seller on meesho. Past some time, we are getting some returns where in return we are not getting our product back nor the claim. We have proper videos and images of the package opening. We have raised complaint on portal, i have tried mailing Mr. Vidit aatrey regarding the same but no claims neither do they return your product. Like this we have incurred loss of 20, 000 and finally we decided to shut our business on meesho. They have keep repeating like robots that your claim ratio is high. They have no justification of rejecting the claims.
                              They are mere cheaters and fooling sellers.

                                We are sellers on meesho online platform, we genuinely sell our items here and loyally sell them to their customers. But customers when they receive our items they keep our items and send us back some garbages packed and deliver it to us. We are at loss here, this happens with so many sellers here, who are earning their bread for their family,
                                If we claim against these type of frauds meesho doesnt support us and do not compensate us atleast what we have invested.so many sellers are at risk, meesho reject our claims and they are in support of fake customers and this increases so frauds happening in our country India.They dont even investigate or verify the items before receiving the returns from customers. This brings very bad reputation for our country.Please stop these platforms and save our country from fraudsters, i have lost nearly 5000/- rupees on this platform but still am going because of some hope that it gets better next day, but nobody is helping our citizens, finally i came here so that we can get some help from a king like you.
                                hope our voice gets heard to you and a proper action is taken against these platforms. #Make india better

Hame laga ki paise
                                  aajayenge uske bad mene dubara help center call kiya lekin ab vo mera call hi pickup nahi kar rahe mujhe lagta hai unhone block kardiya shyad . Mujhe mere paise chaiye kese bhi glti meesho ki hai or ab vo call bhi nahi utha rahe agar ye apne customer ki help nahi kard skete to inhe apni company band kardenicahiye

                                      I ordered a sari on 14th March 2022 and paid the amount via phone pay. and debited money from my account. But when I open the meesho app, the order was not placed and I lost my money too.
                                      I contacted the customer care of meesho multiple times but they didn't solve my issue, I have also contacted phone pay customer care but they said money has already been transferred to the seller's account. but no order was placed from meesho. worst experience ever had. never recommended meesho to anyone
                                      I need to get a refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
