We placed an invoice for order number [protected] for urban Kurta, with meesho Cash on deliver for Rs.1205 /- .

A fake order#S12D11122 with some old pant in it, was delivered to our address, cash was handed over to delivery agent.

Next day the original order #[protected] COD came for delivery, we returned it .

We reported about the issue to Meesho jan 20 2022 on app and emailed aswell, they updated...

I hv return product by me and messho accept the delivery still pyment not refund in my account almost 1 month completed please do the needful

I returned a product to meesho, but after 4days left I didn't get my refund now.when I call to customer care they are giving me time for wating every time....

I order a product online and didn't received it for 3 weeks of time. I hav raised multiple complaints and not answered properly. At last they told product returned due to unsuccessful attempts. Moreover he argued and used bad words with his customer. This is fake and waste company...

Hi Team,

I have purchased the bangles from meesho and the order received on 06th December 2021. The quantity is incorrect in the order, only 2 bangles delivered instead of 4. Hence, I have imitated the return request on the same day 06th December 2021. But no one reached us to pick the return item.

I ordered two items from meesho app . Payment was successfully done via Google pay . But orders not showing in meesho . applications. I also contacted meesho customer care but they told me to contact Google pay, I contacted Google pay customer care they asked me to contact bank for further process . Please help me solve this issue and get my money back ....

Please solve my problem. For refund I am waiting for my refund from 2nd February.
And I have complained many times for refund... but your online platform can't solve my problems...

I have tried placing order for tshirtsin meesho app.Amount got debited successfully from gpay but order was not placed.almost 15 days over but meesho is telling that they have credited the amount on the same day.But amount did not get credited....

On 26 January 2022 i order men bag in prepaid. In 1 February 2022 I got my order but the item i so large on that day i make a return and they take it back. Still now I didn’t get my refund money what to do. I think meesho apps is so punctual. Please solve my problem as soon as possible...

i Ordered my gift 9th feb expected date in 17 feb but now showing the app expected date in 20 feb automatically changed date.and my order current status not upadted in my app.
i feel bad to order meesho because amazon and flipkart is one of the best to compare....

Ordered a 7-step ladder from Meesho on 14 Feb 2022 for Rs. 2232. Payment was done through Google pay, gateway was shown as Razorpay. The amount was shown as debited but the order was not booked in meesho account. Kindly resolve this issue and refund back my money at the earliest....

I tried to order a product on Meesho app on 31st Jan 2022 and paid for that product online via Googlepay the payment was successful but the order was not placed...
So I contacted Meesho customer service and they told me to wait for 5-8 working days for refund...i waited till 10days n contacted again...but they told contact googlepay n I called the customer support and they confirmed the payment was successfully and from Meesho side...

I ordered durex invisible condom on 25 Jan 22 from meesho. I used my wife's ID which is registered with meesho. But I received a goggle with cover with different tracking ID on 06 feb 22. On the support, I want to return to delivery boy. But he refused and told me that u can return online. But inspite of repeated calls and emails there is no response from meesho.
