On 10.2.2022 (3.33pm) I have ordered 2sarees from meesho Rs. 972 i gpay my money was deducted but order was not placed

I have ordered a kurti on 11th feb, made the payment via Google Pay.Money has been deducted from my account but order hasn't been placed.
When i opened my meesho app, order section was also empty. There is no confirmation of order, not any message on my number, Email or meesho app itself.
I request you to refund my money. It's my first order on Meesho and it's such a terrible experience.

Please sort this issue ASAP and refund the money in my account.

I requested for refund after 7 working days no response at all

I had complained many times for retuning my product but company is not giving any response.

While making an purchase on 2nd feb 2022 from meesho amounting rs.545. Amount got debited and yet nt recieved. I waited till 7 to 8 days as per there TAT and call for call centre 5 to 6 times bt they were highly misleading and helpless. And also wrote an email to them still no reply. This is for meesho- if you guys are nt affording a good customer service plz close the app dnt harrass people unnecessarily. Payment was made through gpay and all details were shared to [protected]@meesho.com. Spoke with agent named pravin and varun.

[protected] Sub : 2 Watched not available, I request to send Dear Sir, I Ordered 3 Watches with Cash on delivery on 03.02.2022, I received 1 cover on 09.02.2022 and I pay totally Rs.416/- for 3 Watches, when I open the cover 1 watch is there, I suddenly mailed to [protected]@meesho.com on 09.02.2022, 11.51PM, and mailed to [protected]@meesho.com on 10.02.2022, 1.05PM. but there is no response, so kindly arrange and sent balance 2 watches immediately with out any payment

I ordered the scrunchies, the expected date of delivery is 18th Feb . But the product has reached the location by 5th Feb, but tilll now no one contacted me for delivery of product ...wil I receive or not .

I am a meesho customer. I order a 20ppemask and pay 171/-. I got yedterday it was a empty covers and test papers. You are cheetinh me. I complaint yhe consumer court. Pls send cash or original product immediately

On February 7th 2022, I tried to make an order for a cake baking kit from the Meesho app. For the payment, I opted UPI through Gpay. The payment was initiated by Razorpay, which got my phone number and other details. Then I made the payment, in Gpay the payment showed successful status. But then it was not redirected to the Meesho app page, but stayed in Razorpay alone. I received mail that Meesho received my payment and from my bank, that money got debited. However, when I opened the app again, my order was not placed. I contacted customer care, they told me to try again and again the same thing happened. I have now lost my money two times. Twice my money has been deducted but the order was not placed. The amount I paid in one transaction is Rs.771 and for two it sums up to Rs 1542. Please provide me with a refund for this.

Sir, I am a seller at meesho.com, I sell mobile accessories on the platform like Bluetooth neckbands, it's very hard to survive on this platform, I get too many fake orders here even in this situation the company is cheating me, I had received an order with order id [protected]_1 Order Date:[protected]:47:21, I had packed it and dispatched it to the customer as per their rules and regulations however today I had payment credit for this but they have just updated it as EMPTY BOX though I had sent the item to the customer, I provide genuine service to people, they are not investigating these kinds of issues properly and making us lose our money along with making me as a culprit by just supporting their fake customers and fake delivery boys. the item cost 1579/- they didn't make my payment sir how can I survive when there is no reward for my work and for my loyalty.

Even in a previous case, I had received an RTO order wherein I had received the wrong item and I had shared photos and video proof which I opened in front of the delivery boy from Xpressbees with them but they rejected it and didn't provide me any compensation for losing my item even after raising multiple tickets, I just left it off like let it go, but now again they have cheated me. I have a family to support sir how can I live with these kinds of people around me. I am really fed up with these cheating customers and also with Meesho that they are not helping me for being cheated and they are just making me a cheater and protecting the real culprit.

I have shared the screenshots with you please check and help me, sir, please let me get justice for being loyal to society, good should happen for the good, let them to investigate and pay my money as had to for my work. I am feeling helpless and have no options to go forward with other platforms

Sir man my payment is rs250 pls send my amount sir

I have placed the order and i have paid amount from my Google pay. But when i see my order detail then it was empty and it shows no order placed. i have compalined the same many times to by calling customer care. But till date my amount has not refund by meesho.

I ordered for a kurti on meesho on 6th frb 2022 and paid via googlepay. Money has been debited and is showing as paid to the seller but this order is not showing in my order placed tab. Kindly help in getting my refundof Rs.458 back to my account.

On 27 Jan I placed an order but my order is not placed and money is deducted from my account as proof I am sending you an attachment with this mail. I just asked for my refund to meet customer care. They told me I will refund your account in 5-7 days, but it has not refunded me back. Please help me. I just sent you a bank reference id your FBI bank sent me for this successful transaction that money I transferred to you and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

I have tried many a time to complain an issue to support team of meesho but they dont work properly and till that any of my problem have not been solved & whenever i ask for the concern person they are not available at all. I request for a call back from a concern person then they close the complain mentioning that "we tried calling you in you registered contact number but it was out of coverage area." they always put the same kind of reply only..

Payment is successfully done in g pay. But order is not placed in Meesho. So, I want my money back. Customer ID:
