I have placed an order of smart watch on
meesho online shopping app Order (No. [protected]) and paid full price amount ₹ 2712 by my sbi credit card dated on 14 October 2021. That product received on 21 October 2021, but due to quality issue that product was returned by me to meesho and requested for refund but till today I didn't get any refund from meesho. I tried to solve problem by contacting to help center of Meesho, also sent my account statement to mail id provided by Meesho representative, but I didn't get my refund.
Product delivered even when not ordered, not refunding the money
This one pertains to order number [protected]. I got delivered a product that I had never ordered. It was a COD and someone at home received the product and paid Rs. 700 to the courier boy, thinking someone in the family might have ordered it.
When I enquired about it, nobody in the family had ordered this product. That's when I decided to return it and claim a refund. It took 7 days for the product to be picked up and I was told that the refund would follow in the next 3 days. I tracked the returned product with Delhivery TRACKING ID [protected]; the product has been delivered back to the seller on January 19th. However, the refund is nowhere in sight.
Would you be kind enough to look into this matter?

I also got a product which I have not ordered through meesho. Kindly look into this matter.
I order ( [protected]) jacket from meesho in 29nov 2021, order delivered 5dec 2021, I raise return request 13 december, pick-up completed 14 december, but till now no refund amount received, and company suspended my payment.. please help me

I have not order any product in meesho aap but i got at the price of rupees 799. It is a pajama and full damaged and reusabale please refund my money back

I ordered a dress for daughter but during cod payment i paid twice for same product because after first payment the delivery boy shows me that the QR doesn't disappear.so i paid again and got the product.but after waitibg of 3 to 5 days when i called to customer care they just said that its expires the time period.
If such problem persist i have to call withing 48 hrs(customer representatives said).
So finally they are not returning my extra payment.i have never seen like this.
I am seller on meesho and they are applying fake penalties for no reasons at all. Please register a complaint and take action against them.

I had ordered bolsters and cushion and paid ₹684 for the same. However due product being not up to my expectations had requested for return/refund. After multiple attempts finally the product was picked up on Jan 13, 2022. But no status of my refund has been yet communicated to me. Today is 8th days since I received below message. I expect this to resolve within next 24 hours or else I will have to file a case with Consumer forum to get back my hard earned money

Marked as delivered but did not receive my product.
I got a call from shadowfax courier service on 16th Jan..Courier service person was not ready to give door delivery ..He said he will not and will drop courier at society main gate..I told him not to give it to security person as they don't give home delivery and you only come to 21st floor..I have waited for a while but he did come..I called the courier person again he said he will come in half an hr but he did not come but I got delivery msg..I immediately informed shadowfax feedback form that courier is not delivered.But nothing has happened...I called courier person that you had not come and how can I get delivery message from courier service I have not shared pin number also.He said that madam the courier is with me only and I will give it tomorrow morning at 11 am..I have waited till next day i.e17Jan.. I called meesho for resolution on 17th ..Customer executive said please wait for 24hrs and if the product is not delivered pls reach to us..I called Meesho on 18, Customer executive said I will raise complaint and investigate with delivery partner.
I got mail from meesho that the product is delivered and some shadowfax delivery receipt.They mentioned that if the signature is not matching then please provide pan card copy..I have shared pan card on mail with meesho and mentioned that my maternal surname is Sarika Deshpande and my after marriage surname is Kulkarni..I have not changed my name on any document and in bank also..So I can provide pan card with the name Sarika Deshpande..I have also shared with them that we as a society use My gate app for each and every entry..I haven given screenshot also to prove that no delivery person has entered my society to give courier on 16th..I have discussed with meesho team on call and mail also..But again they are mailing me to provide pancard of Sarika Kulkarni name
..How can I provide them as I have not changed my surname on any document.I had made prepayment for the same but did not receive my product..But they neither they are providing me refund nor they are delivering product.

Had ordered a green colour garment, however delivered was a totally different colour.
When asked for return and money back, customer service asked for my Bank account details. While most of the well known online stores puts money in wallet, meesho is first such company or app that asks for bank account details which includes IFSC code and account number.
This is a deliberate way of cheating and making money by delivering wrong item deliberately.
I have placed my order on the Meesho app of a top on 9/01/22. On the app, it shows that it will be delivered by 20/01/22, while on the site of Xpressbees it shows that the estimated delivery is by 15/01/22, it is already 20/01/22 and I have still not received my order.
My Xpressbees AWB number is [protected], please look into this, it is really very urgent.
On 18th Jan 2022 I placed order for jeans at Meesho and transaction was done through g pay as the payment (Rs. 677) was successful I pressed back to reach on meesho app but there my order was not placed. Later I contacted customer service for resolution of issue but they did not responded well. So I request to resolve this issue as soon as possible and I am demanding refund of money which I payed.

We placed an order on Meesho yesterday for Women Palazzo from supplier Liaba Arts. It was a pair of 2 Palazzo for 390rs. However, the amount was paid via google pay, amount was deducted but order was not placed. I have attached the screenshot of the amount that has been deducted. Waited for refund but I didnot receive any.
Couldn't find any option to raise the issue on Meesho platform so bringing it up here.
Request you to help and get the amount refunded.

Dear sir, please remove ashmita jha review in goodwill exports, she posted other pic and wrongly reviewed. Fine her give penalty to pay to Goodwill exports as hurt more damage their name in apps, their products very good. So make ashmita jha to keep quite and put penalty. Increase their stars to 4.5.it very good.
