I ordered the sari on meesho and received on 13 nov 2021 by cash on delivery but due to some quality issue i returned the product on 14 nov 2021 on the meesho aap they said that payment will come to your bank account within 2-3 days but I have not received my returned product payment....

I had ordered a jogger set combo in Meesho app and the amount was debited from gpay, but still the order has not been placed...

I was trying to place an order on meesho app yesterday . I was paying from my bank's upi, like i did for my previous order. The money got deducted but my order was not placed.
I called on their customer support number. They assured the money will get refunded but i didn't get my money back....

Order placed on 01/10/2021 till date no delivery no refund.

Requested many times to arrange delivery but MEESHO customer service is not lending ears.

Even try to cancel the order but the system says your cancellation request will be approved after item delivered?

This means you place order pay money, MEESHO will not deliver and you can not cancel the order and MEESHO will not refund unless delivered.br...

I ordered an essential oil combo worth Rs.352 from meesho app today. My money deducted but order not placed....

I order a product on 6th of nov. It was showing to be delivered by 15th of nov. But now it is showing to be delivered by 17th of nov. I really don't understand why it takes too much time to deliver, every single time. I am very disappointed from your services....

We ordered 2 Qty, But received only 1 Qty.
When we placed for the return pickup, The return pickup person has come, he also agreed that only 1 Qty can fit it into the cover. But we received the refund for only 1 Qty.

When we called the customer care, they have taken the complaint and asked me to wait for couple of days. I waited for 1 week, then called customer care, then they are saying that "I received 2 Qty and returned...

My exchange product has not been delivered and I have complaint within 2 days after they have updated in their app the product was delivered. The costumer care support didn't register my complaint and I have came to know that after some days.

Meeso company has changed me and sand the item which I don't odder, this is fake company and the delivery boy miss bihave...

I have raised return request for a product under shelf oraganiser since it was not fitting into my cupboard. The delivery person did not contact me and cancelled my return request . It was happening several times and when I contacted customer support they are telling so much of lies that the delivery boy will come in 72 hours for pickup but it's been more than a week they did not come for pick up...

Amount debited however order not placed...
