I had received orders to supply through meesho and i had delivered all the products as per order but later all the products started returning and I received wrong products i raised the complaint for the same with meesho wide ticket no's below

Meesho had said will refund all the amount within 7 days but now they are not responding

Our exchange order was initiated on November 18th, but for that request nobody has come till today that is December 5th

As per your mail, you have mentioned as December 3rd exchange was initiated.

December 3rd our phone call to customer care to compliant the issue and gave a exchange request through call.

I still got my refund back of my 3 products after successful pickup.1 product is of 463 rupee, 1 product is of 2058, and 1 product is of 905.out of 3 2 products were same but colour is totally different so I return it.after pickup it was more then 25 days got no refund.customer care of meesho was totally of no use.plz refund my money...

I called the customer care number regarding a refund... He took all my bank account details and took all the money in the account... He committed a fraud.. I need strict actions along with the money

They delivered wrong product of my customer, cost of 900. Rs. but when i call to customer care it always says wait 4 to 5 working days today is one month complete but they didn't return product I fill my customer loss 900 Rs. they are fraud its fraud company. don't do work with this company.

I have bought one product with order id as [protected] associated with phone number [protected] on Nov 28th 2021.

As I was not satisfied with the quality of product, I decided to return the pracel on the same day and initiated return on same date.

After return Inititation, an AWB generated and got message on my number saying the agent will pick up the product with some agent number.

I awaited for the same for 3 days and finally came to know that my return initiated got cancelled because Delhivery partner was not able to reach me. ( Which is completely false statement as I havnt got any call or any one coming to the address which was mentioned during the delivery).

Then again I reinstated the same thing and the process keeps happening and meesho delivery partner keeps on faking around about the status and cancel the return after every three pickup attempts.

I even raised complaints on meesho customer care and also I even escalated the issue to the senior executives who are working on the same but to my surprise, both customer care executives and seniro executives dint even bother about this repeated reinitiation and keeps on telling me to wait for 3 to 4 days to pickup the product which never happens because meesho deliver agents is faking around with the pickup and this process is repeating since two weeks and meesho is not bothered about the return as per there policy.

I have ordered the product for the customer. Order id is: #[protected] is delivered to the customer but the track system shows the product is returned and not delivered. But actually, the product is delivered and the customer send to me the invoice and product image which he had got. I have complained so many times but not gotten any support. They told me to send all details in the mail but emails are stuck and queued.

So I request to you please verify the issue and resolve it. I am so disappointed by Meesho.

I ordered a rug from Meesho for Rs.1131/- amount has been debited but order was not placed, i again tried placing order, again money was debited without placing order. Refund an amount of Rs. 2262/-

I ordered and item 15 Nov 2021, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 22 Nov 2021, 23 Nov 2021 on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.
Today i called (4/12/21) at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.
Then now status shows that shipment rto locked revoked.

I have ordered a kurthi in meesho it was delivered in[protected] @1.30pm kurthi is damaged and its torned I made a return request on[protected] @ 1.40pm itself but till now they didn't pickup my product it takes already a month I have called the customer executive morethan 20 times but no response at all they are not taking any action I don't know what to do.

Payment of 387₹ made through google pay but order not confirmed yet. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you .

I have requested a return on my product. But it is getting cancelled all' the time.. Again i reintiate the return but by 2, 3 days it is getting cancelled again and again. I have reported it to many times on the customer care..And they told within 3, 4days it will be solved.. yet not solved .. Feels very bad with the delivery on meesho..No responsibility in the timing of return..

I was placed one order on 1 dec 2021. But this order not shown in my account as well as i was pay money on gpay rs. 535/-. Yet not refund a money nor dispatch my product.
