Customer complaint team and delivery team both are to irresponsible and 2times happened this with meesho and after given correct address also delivery team demanding by to other way to collect it.

      I had bought 128 gb ki pen drive from Meesho app but wrong product was delivered then I returned it but did not give parcel pickup information to the delivery boy which stopped my refund. Then I spoke to Meesho customer care but there was no solution but customer care says that if your parcel is not picked up then we will not give any refund

        But the order has not been placed yet
        This is the second time happening to me

            Request you to kindly process the issue and refund the amount ASAP

                      I ordered a dressed from meesho order ID [protected] paid via online mode by Phonepe my transaction ID is T2110212004546373356138.But I didn't like the product. So I returned the product and the product is received my the merchants. But still yet after 20 days had gone I didn't get the refund back in my account. Please help me to get my money back.

                                I ordered 2 numbers of combo offer of dress, only one quantity delivered remaining three quantities undelivered. Very bad about meesho. Worst, please dont order from meesho. It is a prepaid order i didnt even get my money back.
