          My name is Tania Sarkar, I am from kolkata, , I am a reseller on Meesho.I have ordered 5 products from meesho from the month of October to November but after successful delivery of each product without any exchange or refund after 7 days, neither verification of order has done nor I received 50 reward points for each order, as it supposed to be done. I am enclosing payment ans delivery proofs, Please help me to get the reward point.

            I ordered and item 15 Nov 2021, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 22 Nov 2021, 23 Nov 2021 on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.
            Today i called (4/12/21) at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.

            I have ordered a kurthi in meesho it was delivered in[protected] @1.30pm kurthi is damaged and its torned I made a return request on[protected] @ 1.40pm itself but till now they didn't pickup my product it takes already a month I have called the customer executive morethan 20 times but no response at all they are not taking any action I don't know what to do.

                I have requested a return on my product. But it is getting cancelled all' the time.. Again i reintiate the return but by 2, 3 days it is getting cancelled again and again. I have reported it to many times on the customer care..And they told within 3, 4days it will be solved.. yet not solved .. Feels very bad with the delivery on meesho..No responsibility in the timing of return..

                      My has been delivered on 22nd November, But Status hasn't been updated in my Account. They have delivered a product with worst quality and now as the status is not updated in the application, I'm unable to raise the return request. I have been calling customer Care for 10 days but there is no progress. So I would like to raise a complaint.

                                    I received the parcel on 8th Oct, 2021.
                                    Due to unmatched color combination and poor quality I try to return the product.
