I made a payment for an order in meesho yesterday night (6th Dec, 2021) at 8.55 PM.My money got deducted but order wasn't placed. Also there's no grievance redressal option in meesho. Money transaction Ref no.[protected]

    Hello, i had ordered one dress but when I get it, i was not satisfied with it because the size was big . Then, again i exchanged it but i didnt get the correct size and color of the dress . I wasn't satisfied . So, i chose refund on 27 nov 2021 but today is date 7 dec 2021 i didn't get my money back . in Message it was mentioned i will get it within 2-3 days but i didn't . Return me my money please . It's a request.

      Address: IRCTC limited, Rail yatri niwas building, Ajmeri gate side, New Delhi Railway Station complex, New Delhi, Pin- 110002

      I order in meesho id for banarsi Silk Saree code no. [protected] through COD. And the Company send the item Through Shadowfax.
      My tracking ID is SF[protected]SFL.
      I make the payment through Phonepay amounting for Rs 504.00 and UTR no. is[protected]. But the Shadowfax Agency ask for the money on Delivery. They are not updating the payment. I provide all details to Shadowfax.
      Yesterday on 06.12.2021, the courier person called me to deliver the Courier. Due to not updating the payment, he is refusing to give the product to me around 5:30 PM. Around 6:10 PM, he called me saying that Payment is updating, can he come for the delivery?
      At that time I left the office. Then he told me that he is coming tomorrow morning (07.12.2021).
      I checked the status by tracking ID, then there the message reflected that Product is delivered on 06.12.2021 at 6:12 PM.
      But i have not received any product. Please do the needfull.

        I ordered this product on 22nd November 2021 and it was delivered to me on 2nd Dec 2021 but the delivery guy delivered the product some other place and I didn't receive anything on 2nd dec so on 3rd I called customer care for this reason I got no response next day I called again they registered my complaint then till now there is no resolution regarding my complaint nor I received my refund that is 370 rs, I would like to request please look into it it's a urgent matter

            Not getting refund back after successful pickup

            Address: No.4bijoynagar near old BDO office,adhata road, naihati
            Website: Meesho online reselling application

            I still got my refund back of my 3 products after successful pickup.1 product is of 463 rupee, 1 product is of 2058, and 1 product is of 905.out of 3 2 products were same but colour is totally different so I return it.after pickup it was more then 25 days got no refund.customer care of meesho was totally of no use.plz refund my money...

              They delivered wrong product of my customer, cost of 900. Rs. but when i call to customer care it always says wait 4 to 5 working days today is one month complete but they didn't return product I fill my customer loss 900 Rs. they are fraud its fraud company. don't do work with this company.

                I'm a good customer of meesho, for past few months I'm very disappointed with your service, it's been almost more than 20 days I requested for refund, the order have been handed over to your executive 3 weeks before but still refund amount is not reflected in my UPI account, it's not fair service, please refund the amount as soon as possible, I am waiting to order so many products but very disappointed with your service, please find the below tracking detail of the product

                    I have bought one product with order id as [protected] associated with phone number [protected] on Nov 28th 2021.

                    As I was not satisfied with the quality of product, I decided to return the pracel on the same day and initiated return on same date.

                    After return Inititation, an AWB generated and got message on my number saying the agent will pick up the product with some agent number.

                    I awaited for the same for 3 days and finally came to know that my return initiated got cancelled because Delhivery partner was not able to reach me. ( Which is completely false statement as I havnt got any call or any one coming to the address which was mentioned during the delivery).

                    Then again I reinstated the same thing and the process keeps happening and meesho delivery partner keeps on faking around about the status and cancel the return after every three pickup attempts.

                    I even raised complaints on meesho customer care and also I even escalated the issue to the senior executives who are working on the same but to my surprise, both customer care executives and seniro executives dint even bother about this repeated reinitiation and keeps on telling me to wait for 3 to 4 days to pickup the product which never happens because meesho deliver agents is faking around with the pickup and this process is repeating since two weeks and meesho is not bothered about the return as per there policy.

                      I have ordered the product for the customer. Order id is: #[protected] is delivered to the customer but the track system shows the product is returned and not delivered. But actually, the product is delivered and the customer send to me the invoice and product image which he had got. I have complained so many times but not gotten any support. They told me to send all details in the mail but emails are stuck and queued.

                      So I request to you please verify the issue and resolve it. I am so disappointed by Meesho.

                                My name is Tania Sarkar, I am from kolkata, , I am a reseller on Meesho.I have ordered 5 products from meesho from the month of October to November but after successful delivery of each product without any exchange or refund after 7 days, neither verification of order has done nor I received 50 reward points for each order, as it supposed to be done.                                   I have ordered a kurthi in meesho it was delivered in[protected] @1.30pm kurthi is damaged and its torned I made a return request on[protected] @ 1.40pm itself but till now they didn't pickup my product it takes already a month I have called the customer executive morethan 20 times but no response at all they are not taking any action I don't know what to do.
