On 4th of august i hired a cab from delhi t3 airport to faridabad green field colony around 1 o'clock. I need bill copy for that ride.

This is not a complaint. I am not getting your executive either toll free no. It's saying busy please call later.
Then i called up your delhi telephone no.[protected]. She was unable to hear me might be networking issue.

    I had to reach the airport at 6:40 am to catch a flight. I booked the cab a day in advance, and got the confirmations for the booking.
    On the day, the cab did not show up. When i tried calling the driver on the number that was provided in the confirmation message, there was no response.

    It is extremely hard to find a means of transport that early in the morning. And it extremely disappointing that i couldn't rely on megacabs. I could have missed my flight thanks to them.

      I took a cab on 16 july from airport to my house. The total kms would have been 17-18 kms. The driver overcharged me by showing wrong reading and by not providing bill giving an excuse that his system is updating. As his meter was not working he showed me reading in clustermeter which has two readings - trip a and trip b. At the pick up point he showed me trip a reading and at my destination he showed me trip b reading thus overcharging me with 7 kms extra. He also asked me for airport parking charges of rs 226 and service tax of 6% but after confirmation from customer care i came to know parking charges were rs 130 and service tax was 5%. Above all the drives was rude and did not accept his mistake. I paid him rs 700 and later he said he got only rs 600 from us. We asked for our bill at the customer care they said they will give on our email address. Till now we have got no bill.
      So i feel mega cabs and its drivers are cheating customers by not providing bills and overcharging us and making profits by not paying taxes.

        A very bad experience. I had booked a mega cab from sector 18 to chandigarh airport at 8 pm on 16 july. The full record is available on your computer/call record including details of person who attended my call. The cab was confirmed by the operator and was to reach my house next morning (17july) at 0600. The charges including airport charges were also confirmed by the operator.
        Next day, no cab came. On checking, i was told that there is no booking record.
        I had to ultimately take a ola cab and was late for my committment.
        Do not depend on megacabs.

          Worst service canceled the confirmed booking of cab and then send a message after i called them stating that i requested the cab to be cancelled.
          This is cheating under ipc 420
          Cheater on wheels booking id cb803427

          Cab: city to airport, bangalore, 8:30 am

          How can you take a booking 2 days in advance and cancel at the last moment.

          I don't know what the solution is but definitely not happy with the service.

            I had a booking on 26.06.2017 from kolkata airport to sealdah by a cab no-wb05-1710 and chauffeur was gourang haldar. After completion he asked me fare for rs.450/- but no printed receipt given. As per his claim i have given rs.450/-. Later on when i received a message from mega cab that actual billing was rs.439.47. Figure is not my concern but reliability and honesty is more important for me and for you also. Warn this type of driver for reputation in market. More over tell him not to talk unnecessary words with customer and teach him to behave well with customer which i experienced in other city like hyderabad.

              I took the taxi at the post paid stand at kempagowda airport at 11 pm. The driver said that although he had no gps he knew my destination place well.in the middle of my drive i realized that he was taking me for a spin as consciously he had taken a very long route. This made me pay 2.5 times my original fare. I shall never take a mega cab again and please beware of these extortionist minded company who rob people in need.

                I had booked a Mega Cab on 23rd April'17 with Booking Reference No: KK[protected] for pick up on 24th April'17 at 05:30AM from Residence to Howrah Station. I received the confirmation SMS immediately on booking. But on the day of pick up i.e. 24th April'17, the cab did not turn up at 05:30AM. As I had a train to catch at 06:30AM, I booked an UBER and left for the station.

                I only received an SMS from Mega Cabs at 05:33AM that there are no cabs available for pick up. I again received a call from Mega Cab driver with Mobile No "[protected]" at 05:33AM asking me about the pick up location. I informed the driver that it was too late for the pick up and that I had already left for the station.

                I strongly feel that there is a serious lack of communication between the call centre and drivers of Mega Cab accounting for such confusion. Also the attitude of Mega Cabs is very unprofessional because of the information about cab unavailability being sent after the due pick up time.

                Such unprofessional behaviour only leads to mental harassment of the customers who has early morning flights/trains/buses to catch for official purpose.

                I would request some sort of compensation for this mental harrasment.

                  Booked a megacab as per the details in the subject. Got confirmation immediately at the time of booikg. On the day of pick up i telephoned at least thrice the office of the megacabs continuously from about 4.30, and every time told by the operator that it will reach you soon. Ultimately, i received a call from the driver of the cab at about 4.48 am that taxi will reach you soon. Then, i was told thrice from the operator as well as the driver end that the taxi is on the way. But at about 5.05 am, i was sent a regret sms that the megacabs is unable to provide the taxi service, while me train was slated to depart at 5.15 am. This is indeed a malpractice and amounts to harassment besides deliberately causing delays that amounts to loss in attending the usual personal and official engagements. This is very serious that causes willful loss to the client who has been a loyal and regular customer of the megacabs. I feel mentally and physically tortured, and such an irresponsible act made me to stand outside my house and beg for a lift to the railway station, the destination point.
                  For causing me torture and the failure to provide me the service against the consideration that i have been paying regularly in the past, i put up my claim for the damages that the company has caused for none of my fault. I would like you to respond immediately.

I was told that the invoice would be mailed to my email id but i was wondering i have never registered with Mega cabs. How do they have my mail id.                       I have pre-ordered the meeru cab from my residence in bangalore to bangalore airport on 5th march by 5.30am, after regular calls to driver did't picked the call then i have called meeru cab office, they have arranged the cab by 6.15am and i have reported airport late and i could not able to catch the flight, to next flight i have waited 3hours and spend 5000/-additional expenses in airport. I have incurred total loss of 50, 000/- and looking for claim from meeru.

                        On 17th March 2017 I had booked a cab in Megacab, Bengalore for droping to Kempegowda International Airport picking up from Electronic city Phase -1 on 18th March, 2017.

                        Accordingly, booking was confirmed, the Whatsapp message sending confirmation is sent herewith. I had to reach the Airport 8.30 PM . To my utter surprise at 3.13 PM I was informed from MegaCab over phone that the booking is cancelled for the reasons best known to you .
                        Now my question is :
                        How can a booking that too catch flight can be cancelled at last moment putting me in big trouble . Because from electronic City it is impossible to get a taxi to Air port at the last moment .

                        if you can not provide cab it is not at all justified to confirm booking .
                        For this service of yours I have to incur monetary loss as well as time .
                        I have heard from my friends that this type of service from MegaCab is not rare rather regular.

                            1 year before i have recharged 799 rs directly in mega cab account to avoid to pay by cash. But the cab driver didnt deduct money from mega cab account and top of it he charged more than 1100 and everything i had to pay by cash. When i tried to contact customer care they said many excuse and said its my fault. Then i have complained in consumer care for it. Within 2 days mega cab customer care called me up and they said they will return my money. it was surprising that they still did not deduct money from mega cab account and just return the extra cash which i have paid ( somewhere around 300). When i called them to return back my money which i have recharged i have been told in my next ride i can utilized it. After this incident i have taken 3/4 rides in megacab but driver never deduct money from account and asked for cash and customer care as usal did not help me. Recently when i checked the megacab account its showing me zero. I was shocked. Was it the process to get money from people ? Very unethical behavior of mega cab. I am a regular user of ola and uber. But i never face such issue. I just need to know why the account is showing zero and how i can get it back to my bank account not in mega cab account as it is no use.

                                I've booked a mega cab on 10.10.2016, at 13:00 p.m, with above reference no. from Garia, Kolkata to Howrah Station.The booking was done on 8.10.2016. On 10.10.2016 at 12:00 noon I received message that due to no cabs near by my locality mega cab cannot provide any car. It is absolutely unethical & ridiculous to intimate just mere one hour before the schedule time that no car can be provided. If mega cab has really scarcity in no. of cabs in that case they should not confirm the booking.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had booked a cab at 8.15 am from Bellandur to Kempegowda Internation Airport on 26th of July 2016 because I was aware of the unpredictable Bangalore traffic condition, however the cab arrived at 8.45 am. As predicted, we were stuck in the traffic for 2 hours 40 mins. Our check in time was 11.40 am. After continuous communication with Mr. Kishore (call center executive), by 11.20 we were around 4-5 km from the airport, when the driver stopped the cab at the petrol pump and started demanding money for refilling the tank. After much communication with the call center executives Mr Kishore and Ms Asha, it was decided that since we were almost going to miss the flight, it was alright if we did not pay the bill, as compensation. On reaching the airport at 11.45 am, the chauffeur, drove us out of the cab and started demanding money, keeping our luggage as mortgage. Finally we had to pay the amount as well as miss the flight.

                                  On raising a complaint, Ms Lakshmi, Ms Asha as well as Mr. Kishore, could offer only apologies instead of actually compensating for our loss. They seemed blind to the mistakes made on the part of Mega Cabs, that firstly the cab arrived half an hour late, secondly, we were stopped at the petrol pump which wasted further 20 minutes, is keeping the tank full, not a responsibility of Mega Cabs, instead of hogging at the passenger's time and lastly the harassment that was caused by the chauffeur when he blackmailed to flee with our luggage.

                                  The only excuse they had was the heavy traffic, but if the same excuse we give to the airline, will they return our ticket fare or make the flight wait? How can Mega Cabs be ignorant of the fact that they wasted 50 mins of our time which resulted in the loss. Had the cab been at our doorstep at the allocated time with an entire tank of fuel, we would not have missed the flight. If the cab was supposed to reach at 8.15 am, the chauffeur should have started at 6 am from his destination. This is one crucial information which Mega Cabs very disappointingly is omitting.

                                  If this is what customer satisfaction means to Mega Cabs, then I will not mind paying a little extra but ensuring a hassle free ride with some other travel partner.

                                    I took a mega cab from t-3 at 12.15 pm on 25-7-16. cab no 9047. driver a5a4 as written by him. i came to gurgaon dlf phase-4 (near galleria) via signature towers exit. driver charged me rs.730/-. i asked for the bill. he gave it to me but inspite of asking, didn't put kms. i am a frequent traveller and i know the distance is 21 kms.
                                    I thought i should let the company know about it. such experience doesn't help in building goodwill.

                                      I took Mega cab from Airport Terminal for my journey to gurgaon on 10/06/16 Car no. was 6246 white swift dezire. Before boarding the cab I asked the cab provider lady to give printed bill and she agreed. After boarding the cab also I have asked the driver, he also told that he will provide the bill. During journey I saw that the bill meter is not running. Then I asked the driver and he told me to give hand written bill.

                                      After reaching the destinaton at my home, he told me that he can not turn the car in the street and start shouting on me. After that I told him that all cab coming to recieve me always can turn from the empty plot at the end of street and tell him to turn from there. But he didnot agree me and starts shouting and abusing and take back the car.
                                      Mega Cabs customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I got I checked on from airport at 4 pm on 29th may. This guy is not ready to wot two mins in airport to withdraw the cash. Secondly disnt switch on the AC on several requests stating, it's out of order, when I asked should I pay less no I can't, ap had asked for your company phone number . later he switching on secondly, I asked to go via city he denied there is traffic jam, wheb I checked on Google nothing was so.he was driving back harsh and very indecent behaviour.

                                        Would need a penalty on this and hope mega cabs will appreciate this complain and take needed action
