I BOOKED A MEGA CAB ON 15TH NOVEMBER 2012 FROM MY MOBILE PHONE AND THE BOOKING NUMBER WAS KOL0459 WAS TO PICK ME UP FROM HOWRAH AND DROP ME IN MY HOME IN JADAVPUR,KOLKATA.THE CAR NUMBER WAS WB04E2252 CHAUFFEUR WAS SHAMSHER ALAM WHO PICKED ME UP FROM HOWRAH AT AROUND 19:30PM AND WHEN I WAS ONLY 2KMS FROM HOWRAH THE METER SHOWED 56 I SAID NOTHING THE DRIVER KEPT ON LOOKING AT THE METER AND ME UNDERSTANDING THAT THE METER WAS TAMPERED WHEN WE WERE DOWN FROM THE HOOGLY BRIDGE THE DRIVER SUDDENLY SAID THAT THE TYRE HAD PUNCTURED AND HE COULDNOT REACH US TO OUR DESTINATION REFUSED TO TAKE OUR ROUTE DROPPED US SOMEWHERE THE 2FEMALE PASSENGERS ALONE IN HIS CONVINIENT PLACE WHICH WAS ONLY 3.7KMS FROM HOWRAH AND CHARGED 235RS AS FARE FROM ME WITH A VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR AND HARRASMENT HE EVEN REFUSED TO CHANGE THE TYRE AND SAID IF I CHANGE THE TYRE THAT WILL TAKE 30MINUTES AND THE METER WILL KEEP ON RUNNING,THIS WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME WITH THE MEGA CABS THEIR METER AND THE DRIVER WILL WANT PROPER STRICT ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM AS SOON S POSSIBLE

    Dear Sir

    I had booked for mega cab service through their internet portal www.megacab.com on 5th June 2012. The details of the travel booking are as follows:
    Pickup Location : Divine Hospital, Beliaghata
    Drop Location : Prempushp Apartment, Liluah
    Date and Time : 6th June 2012, 8:30 AM.

    I got a confirmation sms from Mega Cab stating that the booking has been confirmed and my booking no. is KOL0099 on 5th June 2012 at 8:30 AM.

    The cab had been booked for taking back my new born child and my wife from hospital to my place.

    However, at around 8:00 AM on 6th June 2012, someone from Mega Cab called me to inform that the Cab cannot be made available as there are no free cabs at this moment. When I explained to him that the booking had been made yesterday wherein I had received a confirmation, he stated that this is a subjective confirmation.

    I would like to bring it to the kind notice of the authority that neither at the time of booking nor the confirmation sms provides this information.

    With great difficulty I could manage to get a car to take back my son and wife but the Trauma I underwent was simply unwarranted.

    I would like you to take action against the company for providing misleading information and harressing the customers.

    Mega Cab — non-reporting of vehicle

    I booked a cab to go to Jaipur at 5.30 A.m on 10/05/11,the same was confirmed by booking no.B000433,then the cab no. was confirmed as DL 1 RX 3698 and chauffer Ravnder with mobile no.[protected] was also confirmed .

    As the driver didinot reported till 5.35 A.M i contacted to him on his mobile ,the same was not picked .

    I made the complaint to the office of Mega cabs ,he gave the complaint no. 15 and told that senior from the company will talk to me in 24 Hrs ,but 10 days have passed neither any senior nor any body from company talked to me ,it seems they are pretty good at harassing the customers,I called them on 18 th ,19 th & 20 May and every time I was told that supervisor is busy and i will get the call from him within half an hour .

    It seems the company ,is highly irresponsible and they don't care for the customers I had told this to many people in my contact about the attitude of the company and many have cancelled booking with the company.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I had booked a Mega cab on 27 May, 2012 for 8 hrs at about 6:40 am from my mobile [protected] to report at New Delhi railway stn at 10:30 am. I made it clear while booking cab that I was in Delhi for short period returning by evening Shatabdi dep 5:15 pm. I stressed the need for punctuality and told your representative to have car parked at stn (for which I stressed that I will pay parking charges) so that I can leave the stn promptly at 10:30 am. I made calls to driver/your call centre on train arrival at 10:15 onwards. More than dozen calls. I was fed lies galore that car will report in 2 minutes/5minutes etc etc. Having made a fool of myself calling and waiting in the sun, I telephoned your call centre that perforce I am hiring another car which I did at 10:50 am. I asked your call centre to put me through your Manager – was told I will be called back in two minutes. But no one called. I again called – was put on hold infinitely long – got disconnected. YOUR TWO MINUTES means something else which I cannot understand.
      What is your explanation – when I am paying for 8 hrs. why the car was not there when I asked for and you agreed.
      On hearing from you I will decide next course of action.
      Since filing copmlaint with Mega Cabs, New Delhi, I have sent two reminders without any response.

        I had booked Mega Cab on 16.04.2012 for a pick-up from Dombivali East to Mumbai Central Station for which I received a confirmation SMS I received a call from Mega Cabs Call Centre that they had a vehicle breakdown and will not be sending me the car. I was shocked that at this last minute I will not be able to get any taxi or car and will miss my train . I asked for the Manager which they refused to give . Luckily I managed to get a cab...

        Hi,

        We had a bitter incident a month back with Mega cabs where in the driver came an hour late without apology.
        Also he did not carry an id proof.
        We were 3 ladies with 2 infants and it was a risk but we had doctor's appointment we could not miss.
        We did not make the payment and told we will do so on a written apology.
        We were denied an apology and in turn we denied payment.

        Today i,e on 19 May 2012, we booked 2 cabs (one from the same number used earlier).
        They blacklisted our number i guess and cancelled booking by calling from control room 10 min prior to departure.
        The cab was till airport and Mega cabs tried their level best to put our flight at risk but failed!
        Thanks to Meru cabs.

        On inquiring with booking number 53 on 19 May, they saiod they would call me in 10 min.
        It has been 30 min.
        They also said it was we who cancelled. A lie.
        I have logs of control room's call.

        I wish i could escalate this!

          Hi,

          I have travelled many times with Mega cabs in Kolkata. Every time it was fantastic.

          But last time I have faced a serious problem with driver. The trip was from City Center II to Howrah on 16th April 2012. We have started at my home before 2 hours of train time. He has suggested very long distance route from City center 2 to Howrah via Science city, park circus which is 30 KM distance.

          He took 1 hour 45 min of time. which should be not more than 1 hr even in heavy traffic via Ultadanga. That day I was in full tension until we reach to station. The bill was Rs 550 which should be Rs 250(Via Ultadanga).

          When he has stared the trip I have asked him to go via Kestopur and Ultadanga. He said that if we go via Kestopur, there will be heavy traffic and road jam and also he scared us that we can not reach Howrah with in time. Then I have asked him to go by best route to reach safely and in time.

          That day there was very heavy traffic in science city route also. I was also telling the driver that there will be heavy traffic in science city route. He didn't listen my words. He was just driving towards science city route. The driver was aware about this traffic. Just for money he has selected this route. Please take necessary action to the driver. Otherwise you may loose your good reputation with this type of drivers.

          The driver was Promod Mishra. I am requesting you to take this issue as very serious.

            Dear Mega Cab Team,

            Cab No. was 9873 ( have forgotten the MH - details). I think the Driver name was Abdul or something.

            Yesterday I booked a CAB from Domestic Airport to Powai from MEGA Cabs.

            1.Your cab was shabbily Maintained.
            2. The AC was in bad working condition.

            Would have ignored the above 2 but what happened later has really wanting me to say it all to you.

            3. The Driver was very rude and was speaking in a very loud voice.When I asked your driver to driver for 200 mtrs in wrong direction he misbehaved and took me to Powai Police Station like I did some crime. Above all he was shouting at me at the Police Station. While given a situation the Police were quite courteous and resolved it. But still your driver didn't drop me at home and left me there at Powai Police Station to walk to my home with the heavy luggage I had. When given Rs.200 for the Bill of Rs.175, he didn't had change. I gave him Rs.200 because had no choice or energy left to talk to such a rude person. The Driver name was Abdul shaikh or something. According to my understand Radio Taxi's charge humongous money and should provide best service. At the least there Driver should be polite and should know how to speak to the Customer. When u charge 50% more than a regular taxi you would provide best service and your drivers should be groomed to handle situations or speak to the passenger politely.

            Giving a feedback to improve. But surely will not take service of Mega Cabs henceforth and suggest everyone else to refrain from doing so with such a bad service.

              I booked a cab for one my guest from Vasant Kunj to Nizammudin railway station( which is around 18-20 kms). My guest though being from Delhi didnt know the exact route hence told him to go via AIIMS. Driver using his ignorance asked him if he should take Dhaula Kuan route which is absurd as he has to first go to opposite direction. My guest was charged for around 27.5km. My guest not being aware of the route did'nt protest.

              When I called up Mega cab they told me that they have talked to the driver and it is not his fault but my guest's fault and they will not take any action.

              This is really unprofessional as cab driver is using passenger's ignorance to charge more. This reminds me of old days in Delhi when Autos used to take absurd routes to overcharge.

              Is there a way some action can be taken against this company

                I booked a cab at Mega cab on 15th August 5:20 PM for 16th August 05:45 am. to travel from Thane (W) to Domestic Airport for flight at 8:00 AM of Go Air( Mumbai- Ahd) with my family, Mumbai (booking no. B000114) also I got a SMS(Cab No.-MH01JA 9886, Driver Name RAVINDRA kasle mob. [protected]) confirmation from them.

                On 16th August at 6:00 a.m. after giving a call to Driver . I came to know that cab is in borivali, He was at another booking and won’t be able to come. then I Called their Call centre after putting on hold more then 10 minutes they clearly told me that we have no cab in that area at that moment.

                Will be grateful if you could take strict and necessary action against these people

                I think the licence should be cancelled for MEGA CAB as they fail to provide service and also there should be a provision to claim penality for such instances.

                  Dear Sir,

                  On Friday, I had done reservation with Mega Cabs Mumbai for August 13th, 2011 for a pick from Goregoan (W) at 1.00 pm, with booking reference no. B000249. On Aug 13th, at around 12.20 pm I call them for confirmation on which they assured me and reconfirmed that my cab is confirmed and shall be reaching any moment. Subsequently I got a SMS from them confirming driver details, sms read as ( your cab no. MH 03 - F - 9727, chauffer Vijay Mishra with cell no. [protected] will reach you as scheduled). On Calling Mr. Vijay Mishra I was told that there is no communication with him for my pick up. While I was trying to connect to the call center for to check on the status, I got a call from their Delhi office stating that my booking has been cancelled due to non availability of cab. So I called their customer care and they were with no answers.

                  Though it is a very small thing, but I feel company should be penalized for such negligence and improper management. Their small carelessness eventually costed me three times the price and rescheduling all my commitments.

                  Look forward for a prompt action.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had booked a cab through MEGA CABS yesterday 24/07/2011 and received a confirmation for my booking by sms for today i.e 25/07/2011 at 9.00 am.
                    We were supposed to get a call from the driver before 9.00 am but we dint so we again called up Mega cabs and confirmed about the booking, at that time they informed us that the cars are not available.
                    This is really ridiculous that in the nth hour we get this response. They should have told us in advance about this.
                    My wife is 8 months pregnant and we had to cancel all our plans because of this.

                    Kindly help me wit regards to this as I want to teach them a lesson as they are in a customer service industry and this irresponsible act cannot be tolerated.

                      I had booked a Mega Cab, Mumbai on 27th June 2011 for 08.15 am in the morning. The booking was done a day in advance and even got a confirmation SMS. At 08.00 am morning on 27th Jun' 11, having not received the SMS with Car/Driver Details, i called up the toll free number & was informed shamelessly that the Cab supposed to pick me up has broken down, so there will be no pick-up !! When after being shocked at this irresponsible service, i insisted that an alternative arrangement be made, the customer service executive had the audacity to proclaim that nothing can be done and hanged the phone down, while i was still talking...
                      This experience has been faced by me twice with Mega Cabs within a span of 2 weeks. If they can't provide the service, what is the point in taking the booking 24hrs in advance. Plus they have pathetic Customer Care Service and no service sense at all...and they claim in their website about their service experience... Its pathetic and irrationally shabby..They should be answerable to the customer about such service rather than just hanging up the phone !!

                        I had booked a cab from Megacabs for 5am on 16th May'11 since my husband was scheduled to catch a 7am flight from Mumbai to Chennai on Indian Airlines. I booked the can on 15th May'11 eve from Thane to Airport and a confirmation sms was sent to me that the cab would erport on time & I would get the driver details 30mins prior to pickup. On early morning of 16th May'11 when no sms came from Megacabs till 4:45am I called up the helpdesk.

                        The helpdesk executive told me that the cab will come at 5.30am and on asking him the reason for the same he said that the cab has broken down. Now only after I called them they felt it responsible enough to let me know that the cab will not report on time, had I waited this would never ever had come to me. When I asked for the cab details the same was still not being provided to me and when asked for senior / manager the reply was since it was night shift no senior was available. Magecabs should know that its more important to have responsible people at night as when some one is stuck during these hours, working out alternative is more difficult.

                        Then at around 5am after all this I received an sms saying the cab will reach me as scheduled when the schedule had already failed with the driver's details : Cab MH-03-F-9709, driver Moinuddin with cell [protected]. When we called the driver said he is in Andheri and he cannot come and we can call and complaint to his Call Centre or who ever we want, My husband kept on requesting him in vain.

                        Can we get the flight fare reimbursed by Megacabs, will they be responsible for any effect on my husband's career for not making it on time to Chennai for an important business meet worth million dollars.
                        It was to our saviour that we paralley called Meru and they arranged pickup. But this is a big question as today I've seen so many complaints against Megacabs and wonder if any one in the country is taking action against such frauds.

                        If this forum hold some value, please initiate very strong action against sucg faudents. Seize liscenece of the driver and such companies for putting people on trouble. I would parallely tweet, put posts on face book and orkut so that people ban Megacabs. Looking forward to action / response on this.

                        MegaCabs — Missed flight because booked cab not sent

                        I had booked a MegaCabs taxi at 4AM on 23-June-2010 on 22-June-2010 evening only because I could not get through to the Meru number. They gave me a booking ID B000015 on 23-June-2010 at 4:20PM. They sent confirmation SMS at 3:13AM on 23-June-2010 with cab# MH-01-JA-9885 for some Abdul Khalique Khan.When the car did not arrive at 4AM I called them and they said that someone was on the way. My flight was at 6:15AM and I needed to reach airport latest by 5:45AM. I needed at-least 1 hour to reach airport from house. When car did not arrive at 4:30AM I called again, they said that there was some problem and they need another 45 mins to send cab. I immediately knew I was in trouble, so I called local car rental shops, but nobody was able to arrange something in such short notice. It was not possible to get an auto so early in the morning from my place. I was therefore missed the flight and an important official appointment. I think MegaCabs licence needs to be terminated with immediate effect -- and the operators should be blacklisted from starting any cab companies in India.

                          Hi, I too had a very bad and horrble experience with Mega cabs, I booked a cab on 5th May 2011 for 2 pm, kharghar to bandra terminus to catch train, the booking was confirmed on helpline no.[protected] at 9.15 am and got a confimatory SMS vide booking no. B000707 and told that cab number and chaufer name will be conveyed by 1:30 through SMS.

                          After waiting till 1:45 pm i called the helpline to check the status and was told the cab will come by 2:15 pm, at 2:24 pm i got a call from[protected] stating this is a call from Mega cabs delhi office, to the uter of my surprise the person told me they cannot locate any cab around Kharghar area so will not be able to provide Cab, my only question was what should i do now and what is the meaning of booking the cab and confirmation on call and SMS and the answer was what can i say....sorry

                          In a similar incident with one of my friend, due to some unavoidable circumstances he has to cancel the booking for which he was asked to pay Rs.200/- as penalty.......

                          Wow great job MEGA CABS.....what a excellent customer service...GOOD JOB....KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB GOING......

                            I hired mega cab from T3 terminal Delhi on 5th May 22:53hrs for my residence at Pitampura. The total bill amount came on meter was Rs.703/- and I gave my credit card to clear the payment. The driver swapped the card and said it’s done and returned my card. I asked for the charged slip and but the driver responded that the system is slow and it takes hrs to generate card charge slip and gave me the print of my bill which was Rs. 703/-. As it was very late in night I also kept quiet and kept the bill which was showing Rs.703/-.
                            After few seconds I received a sms on my phone and email on my blackberry that Rs.8703 was charged on my card and I got shocked to read that message and mail. I was lucky that I just noticed it and immediately raised complaint at Mega Cab's Customer service Delhi and they told me the driver has by mistake wrongly punched this amount and will return the extra money charged in few hrs times.
                            Today the 3rd day is going to over and till now I haven’t received my money back, I have called more than 10 times to the customer services but no solution has been provided as yet and the driver also doesn’t pickup my phone.
                            In these situations what we should do? Is there no reversal system with the customer care?
                            Fortunately I got dropped at my residence but suppose it had been a case of dropping at airport or at hotel in other town, which will follow up for the refund. Was the amount really wrongly punched or was it deliberately over charged with a convincing story, normally people don’t cross check amount punched and in this case I was not handed over charged slip.
                            I was a big harassment and a fraud case; there should be some process to control these incidences.

                              I had booked a MEGA CAB on May 1, 2011 - from Kandivli to the Airport. At 11.54am MEGA CAB had sent me a confirmation text - Booking No.: B000773 for 2:15 pm. However, 13:47 the driver called up stating that he could not come. At 13:54, I called up the help line for some clarity. After hearing me she (Ms. Monica) put me on hold for the next few minutes. I disconnected and called again and this time the lady said they will call me. Its been 24 hours and I am still waiting for that call.

                              Whilst MEGA CABS has a penalty for various defaults by its consumer, I wonder what penalty is applicable for this default by them..

                                Im from Delhi and have a booked a Cab on 18/ 02 from my Home to New Delhi Railway Station. Pick up was 3.00 p.m. At 2.55 the Cab drive calls and inform " Im stuck in the Jam & will not be able to reach on time + you will miss you train, so please make a alternative arrangement".

                                Given a Call to Customer Care at 3.15. inspite to listening to my problem, they inform me to Call be cab drive.

                                Pathetic service.

                                  Mega Cabs was charging Rs 15 per km. And suddenly they raised their charges to Rs20 per km (happened from 1-Nov, when there was no fuel price hike). They are over-charging the customers when the actual cost if a vehicle running on CNG is very little. Even on running on diesel it comes to not more than Rs 5 per km.

                                  The best part that has been started is - on Delhi Airport, if you call a radio taxi, they also charge you the Airport parking charge as Rs 80!! Why in the world should the customer pay for the parking when he doesn't want a cab to wait for him. He can wait at the airport for some time in which the taxi arrives. This is total dadagiri of Mega Cabs and our sleeping government must intervene so that these goons do not burn holes into customer's pockets.

                                  Cab Fare — Over Charging Cab

                                  Cab No. MH-01-A-1492 is carring 2 Fare Tariff Card both doctored, one with around 50% over-charge and the other around 75% over-charg than the actual Fare
                                  An aged Taxi Driver unwilling to share his name nor the Licence No.

                                  This seems to be normal practice with most Cab Drivers waiting for "such" Passengers around Bandra KalaNagar Dharavi Belt.

                                  I do not know whether this will help but thought of dropping a complaint.

                                  Mega Cabs — over charging

                                  Air conditioner of the cab was not working still they charged the full money the meter was showing. I spoke to the call center officer 'Kevin" who was unable to help me. the driver "Mohammed' was extremely rude and very unprofessional.

                                  I called for Megacabs on 7th August 2012 at 5.30 am to go to Kolkata Airport from Park Circus.
                                  1. Driver knows the long way to the Airport not the short way
                                  2. Charges me Rs. 18/km in place of Rs. 15/km.
                                  3. Charges we for waiting 10 secs. Rs. 2/
                                  After, I placed a complaint, the manager over phone sweetly accepts the fault and assures not refund but adjustment in my next travel bill.
                                  I called again today, 31st October 2012, for Megacab to go to Kolkata Airport on the 1st Nov 2012. I told them about the adjustment. They fall from the sky. They give me series of instructions:
                                  1. Scan the bill copy
                                  2. Send a written complain through email
                                  My booking confirmation no. for tomorrow is KOL0186 and I am very much confirmed they will not turn up.

                                  Megacabs Kolkata - Always the worst experience!

                                  I am a senior citizen. On 28 June 13 as I came out of the New Kolkata Airport I went to the Megacabs counter not risking to try any other mode of transport including the famous Black and Yellow cabs in Kolkata (in which everything sound after it reaches the speed of 40 KMPH except the horn). Probably the worst in the whole of India.

                                  At the MegaCabs counter, they asked me for my destination and then told me just go to Gate A and the cars are parked there. So from the counter I started walking and walking and walking, crossed around 5 gates and then finally asked someone where Gate A was as none was numbered or labeled. He pointed me to the far end of the airport and so I get out after walking around 1/4 KM inside the airport.

                                  As luck would have it the first in line MegaCab was from the appalling. The mudguard on the passengers side was ripped off practically half and started fluttering as we took off. I asked the driver Mr Jaykumar why he was driving such a broken down cab and he told me that only the clip had come off. I then asked him why he was not wearing his uniform and he replied that he had just joined a month back. The inside of the cab was even worst. The floor mats were torn and worn out and there was drinking water bottles which have passed their life span.

                                  Anyway, getting back to the journey, I asked the cab driver did he know why people paid 50 % extra charge and airport parking charge to travel on an AC cab and he said yes he knew but he shouldnt be blamed but I should blame the company meaning Megacabs who he said didnt give him a uniform even though he joined a month back. Regarding the mudguard he said the he had complained to Megacabs but they just didnt get the job done.

                                  We finally arrive at the destination Santoshpur and the driver gives me a bill which had the following details:

                                  Cab No: WB 04 D5649
                                  Date of Journey: 28 June 13 Kolkata.
                                  Driver's Name: Jaikumar
                                  Trip No: 673 .
                                  Start time: 9:29 AM,
                                  End time : 10:32 AM.
                                  Distance travelled : 28.10 KM.
                                  Waiting time charged 11.31 minutes.
                                  Waiting charges: Rs. 20/-.
                                  Total fare: Rs. 529 plus Kolkata airport parking charge: Rs 60/-.

                                  So I ask the cab driver who now was really upset with me for raking up such issues which he claims a normal Kolkatan does not, why was there a waiting charge. He said because we stopped at red lights on the way to Santoshpur. I almost screamed. I said no where in India do they charge for this. So I called Mr Pradeep, MegaCabs Manager Customer Care and he said Sir we are sorry about the condition of the cab and the fact the driver is not wearing his uniform and the condition of the inside of the cab but you have to pay the waiting charge which I might add I had nothing to do with.

                                  So I paid everything and asked the driver to wait just 20 seconds so that I could take some pictures. He refused for very angry with me. He banged the door shut and drove off in a hurry.

                                  Just like all the other service providers in Kolkata who have no competitions MegaCabs lives and lives well in Kolkata.

                                  Next time I am actually contemplating taking a Black and Yellow prepaid cab. At least they are better maintained and you pay less then half the cost. I recommend this to my readers as well.

                                  Got a Mega Cab from the Delhi Airport to take me to Lajpat Nagar - I was charged 750 inr! There are plenty of other Taxi companies in Delhi - I would definitely stay away from this one!
                                  Unfortunately the only recognized AC Cab service in Kolkata is MegaCabs, So they are literally taking the citizens of Kolkata for a ride. But then every service in Kolkata has a monopoly. Take the electricity supply. So who can take them to task, If you do then the citizens are the bad guys. We expected better governance from Mamata's Government but as the saying goes anyone in Lanka becomes Ravana.

                                    I have had a bad experience with Megacabs in the past where they cancelled my taxi without bothering to inform me. I missed my flight on that ocassion.
                                    On 2nd Dec'10 again, I thought of giving Megacabs a try but to my dismay I had a worse experience this time.

                                    I booked a taxi for Thane to Domestic Airport at 8:00 am. Booking Reference No: B000055. Till 7:30am I got no sms, so I had to call to check the status. Nobody called to inform of the cancellation but when I called the lady had no clue of the booking as well. I was asked for all my details again & they confirmed booking of taxi at 7:45am. After that another lady called me at 8:00 am from [protected] stating different reasons for the cancellation. Taxi Breakdown was cited as the reason & when I asked for a compensation, she said that the taxi was on the way but will take time. She has also taken down my complaint & compensation request verbally for which she was to provide a complaint number which I am still awaiting. The way she spoke (arrongantly) is also not expected from Megacabs.

                                    I was been informed by the call centre that if I cancel the taxi I have to pay Rs.100 as penalty. So for this uninformed cancellation from their side which has put me in deep problems, I hereby demand a compensation.

                                    I sent a mail to them and a reminder as well but have got no response.
                                    Please advice me in this case as I want to take it up strongly with them

                                    Mega Cabs — Cancelling the cab without any information

                                    I had booked a cab for 13th Oct morning 4 am for drop at domestic airport.
                                    Confirmation No. provided by Mega cab was 28
                                    As the cab didnot arrive, At 3.58 am in the morning when I called p for details of driver they said cab is not available
                                    I had to leave at 4 am at 3.58 am they are informing that cab is not available. This information was given only when I called up They didnt have courtesy to inform the customer well in advance what could I do at 4 am in morning. From where can I get cab suddenly at 4 am in morning I was about to misss my flight

                                      VERY BAD SERVICE.....THE CAB NEVER ARRIVED IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND MEGA CABS FEEDBACK FORMAT IS A JOKE.

                                      THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT THE CAB NEVER ARRIVED. I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BEST ANSWER GIVEN TO ME WAS THAT A CAB WILL BE ARRANGED FOR ME AT 9 AM WHEN MY BOOKING WAS FOR 7:30 AM.

                                      MEGA CABS SUCKS!!

                                      Mega Cab — Worst Service

                                      The Mega Cab services in the Mumbai is really pathetic. I booked a vehicle on[protected] to travel from navi mumbai to kalyan station at 7.00PM. The said booking was done in the morning itself and got the confirmation no too (383). During the course of the day, I verified twice and reconfirmed the same. Also received the reply that, “I will receive a sms 30 mins before dept time”. But till 7.15PM, i was not received any communication & with lot of difficulty i called their callcenter & got a shocking info that, “the vehicle allotted to me got into some technical trouble”. They were neither worried to make any alternate arrangement not listen to my problem.

                                      Finally i made my own arrangement by blowing 4times excess money to reach the station with my family & baby..
                                      For me this is the 4th incident with Mega CAB. Al times I face some problem with respect to their services.
                                      People should avoid using Mega CAB services
                                      Mega cabs has terrible service ! Cab promised called and said they cannot make it and asked me to call customer care for another booking. Customer care never answered and especially when you are late for a flight it is the most annoying this. You can just not rely on Mega Cabs.
