My name is saumyadeep sardar and my booking no is kk[protected]. I have not received the driver's details. I called to the customer support and got the driver's number. I supposed to leave from my home at 4 am. I called driver at 4:10 am because i received the number at the same time and the driver said it will take 20 mins to reach your destination. Is it a joke!!! Within next half an hour i booked local taxi and somehow reached to airport but unable to check-in my lugagge as i was late. Now i am waiting at bangalore airport, i traveled for business meeting, which i am unable to join now. The mega cab executive over the ph just say "sorry' and cancel my booking. What kind of service is this?? Are you guys making joke o[censored]s?? You guys don't understand the priority?? When someone booking cab 4 am for airport which means this has to be urgent. No professional behavior from mega cab and the driver. Please stop the ridiculous service. You guys are making the condition wrost. Just hate it from today.

    Kindly note that i have hired a mega cab from bangalore international airport to ashraya international hotel on 18th june around 10.20 am. I have paid rs.850 towards the taxi charges including the toll. The driver said he will make sure a receipt will be issued in my email id. Even after three days i have not received any email or receipt towards the payment. I have given the visiting card to the driver to issue the receipt. I am extremely sorry to note that so far no communication from your company.

    Secondly i would like to register a compliant that the cab was not kept clean and hygienic and not even a bottle of water to drink.

    I am requesting you to kindly issue the receipt of payment with immediate effect.

    I have talked to one joker through telephone in Bangalore and he said he will send the bill within 1 hour. So far not received any communication. Kindly send the email id of any responsible person whom I can communicate

    I took a mega cab yesterday i.e. 23 sep past midnight from Bangalore airport. The cab number was Ka 50a 6291
    I did not get a receipt for my ride . I paid by paytm. Can you have it sent to Vinita.[protected]@accenture.com asap.

      I had the scariest taxi ride of my life this afternoon. I took an airport taxi (Mega cabs, registration no.: ka 50 a 6209) from bengaluru airport around 12:15 hrs, the destination was malleswaram. I am living in bengaluru for more than a year, and have been availing airport taxi from the stand outside arrival hall at kia every time i travel.

      5 minutes outside the airport, and the cab driver took a sudden left turn to a deserted way without using a way; on both sides of the road there were only construction sites, a woman alone was sitting inside the cab, and she knew it was not the correct route, and one can perhaps imagine how scary it could be. I shouted and asked why he was taking that way (In hindi), a very rude reply came (In hindi): "mujhe rasta maloom hain, yeh rasta highway pe jaata hain". I told (In hindi): "airport se seedha rasta bhi toh highway pe jata hain toll gate hoke"; once again, a rude answer: "airport pe jam hain".

      10 minutes drive on that deserted road, i started believing that my life would end at any moment, the car reaches the highway. Surprised surprised, a little after the toll gate. So, the cab never crossed the toll gate, did he want to avoid it?!. Right on reaching the highway, the driver pulls up the glasses (Only for the rear windows); surprised surprised, no ac on.

      Around 13:00 hrs, reached the destination, paid the amount, wrote an email complaint to mega cabs, called them over phone. I was too scared to collect the bill, which i should have done.

      13:45 hrs: mega cabs changes the complaint to a feedback, and asks for a contact no. To collect more details. Once again, requested them to realize the importance of the matter. No response so far (17:45 hrs).

      Demanding strict action.

      In continuation to my complaint lodged yesterday, I received a call from Mega Cabs this morning (+91-[protected]) at 09:22 hrs. The representative informed me that the cab has been blocked, and strict action would be taken against the driver, and that the toll fee would be returned. They also took my mobile number linked to Paytm. She mentioned that I would be informed about the action by the evening in writing. Till now, no email received, and no message from Paytm also about any credit.

      I wonder why MegaCabs needs so much time to act against such a serious issue!

        I booked cab from airport t3 terminal to noida sector 82.

        Started trip at 10:25 a. M. On 27/04/2018, reached home 11:30 a. M.

        Driver showed on his phone bill of 1278 rupees with trip distance 38 km. Paid him 1300 rupees.

        At 11:49 a. M. Received message of trip fare 1238.51 rupees. Invoice shows ‘total distance’ 45.91 km and ‘total ride time’ 83 min

          On 21 April 2018, I was charged RS 550 instead of actual RS 331 by saying that software is not working and this is how much bill comes from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 of Delhi airport. I took Cab DL1RX7410 and driver was Mr. Prem Singh (Mob No. [protected]).
          This person saw that I am in hurry because my next flight was at 8PM and I was at terminal 3 till 7 PM. So for check-in I had only 15 min left. I did not have option to go back to counter and enquire whether it really cost Rs.550. On the contrary at counter I was told Rs. 350 would be the tariff for Terminal 3 to 1.

          I complained telephonically to customer care of Mega Cabs same day. But they also did not revert back to me for what action they took against Mr. Prem Singh.

            I travelled from t3 to shangri-la in megacab the sms receipt i got said the charge is rs 397 and the driver took rs 600 on the ground that he is not able to log on. He gave me a hand written receipt. Attached are both receipts. I also called the customer care but they told me to pay the driver and register complaint. Please refund the additional amount.

              On 20 april 2018, i was charged rs 450 instead of actual rs 260 by saying that software is not working and this is how much bill comes from igi airport delhi to pullman hotel in airocity.. I m sending screenshot of bill which i received in message from mega cabs as soon as he left... This is disgusting and decietful.. Do take action and let know if any thing u do as customer satisfaction in ur site is 15 percent... So there is big doubt...

                  I booked a mega cab on 24th feb for a drop to airport on the next day i. E. 25th feb at 915am. The cab was booked for dropping from barasat to kolkata airport. I immediately received the sms quoting the ref (Ref no: kk[protected] and i got relieved that i won't neeed to struggle for ola/uber. The next day around 850 am, i received a call from driver about his inability to reach my place in time. He said that he will be late by 35 mins. Its really painful that inspite of booking a day before we still have to face this. This no show is being communicated in the last hour to create nightmares for the customers.

                        We had a most horrendous drive last night (11.30 pm) returning from delhi indira gandhi international airport by a taxi owned by mega cabs. The driver (Id. No. 1480) of taxi no. 3994, mr. Ashok kumar shukla, first couldn't get his internet connection going and would not attempt to do anything about it. When we approached the local desk, an official tried to help the driver to get his connection going, but did not succeed. He then told the driver to provide a manual bill. The driver finally started the taxi but he grumbled continuously along the way. He was rude and aggressive. He wasn't wearing his seat belt and drove aggressively, making us feel extremely worried about our physical safety. When we told him that we wanted him to take a direct route, he just refused, saying that his taxi would not go that way and he would take the detour through vasant kunj. He said it was not for us to decide the route and he was the one to decide. We were travelling with our young son and such behaviour made us feel extremely insecure and vulnerable. We had to finally threaten to call the police before he reluctantly took the route we wanted him to take. But he aggressively asked us, "did i make a mistake in agreeing to take you i as passengers?" he was abusive and intimidating all through. Even when we reached the main gate and took a token, he would not take it from us. Instead, he rudely ordered us to place it on the dashboard. When we reached our house he refused to get out of the car or help with luggage.in fact he wouldn't even open the car trunk until we requested him to and in fact challenged us to complain to any complaint site that we wished. Now we going to make sure that none of our friends travel by mega cabs ever.
                        The driver added rs. 86 as night charges and then charged 18% over the final meter readings claiming gst charges. So the final bill was rs. 525.

                          Dear mega cabs,

                          This is with reference to my getting overcharged for travel (Booking reference dl1rx3762) through megacabs on 29/12 2017 (5:30 an) from gurgaon residence to t3 delhi airport by cab driver (Vinod kumar).

                          At the time of telephonic booking for this trip, fare as chosen as the lumpsum (Rs 399) gurgaon - airport drop rate. However, at the end of travel, the driven wrongly charged me rs. 650 even after being told on multiple occasions that that i have been booked for this trip at a flat total rate of rs. 399.

                          Kindly arrange to have rs.[protected] refunded to me at the earliest.

                            I am very upset with your service.
                            Taday i book a mega cab from harlur road to airport and we have a offer a sum of 750 rupees.
                            Your driver tell us that you have to pay the bill what meter show. He also misbehaving with me and my mother abuse me and also tell us to get out from my car in the middle of my journey.
                            Now i am going to tell all my friends and relatives to don't take mega cabs because there drivers are unfriendly there drivers are misbehaving with there customers. When your policy tell us that we only charge rs 750 then why there drivers submit us the bill of 1200 or 1300 or what the meter shows.

                            I just want to take the appropriate action for the driver. The details are:-

                              This is regarding the crn835163. The driver didn't turn up on time. He purposely came late so that i wouldn't have any other option but to take his cab only.

                              He was rude and when i told him to start the ride, he flatly told that he would charge more than the amount reflected.

                              Seeing no other option i had to leave the cab and had to rebook another cab at odd hours with a risk of losing the flight. Also i had to pay more than the required amount for other cab as it was on the moment.
                              But ofcourse a better option than this cheat rude liar and manipulative driver.

                              How can the driver do that??? Upon calling the company's help desk, they have repeatedly told they will take some action, but they didn't even register the complaint.

                              I strongly want an action against the driver and the company who harasses the riders in this way.

                              Also a compensation for the same

                                I had taken ride from igi t3 to noida 75 on 21 sept. 06:30 from t3. At noida driver was stuck with the app as aap was poor connectivity issue. So i asked how much i need to pay. Driver asked me 1207 which at first place appears too high but in good faith i paid. Later i received message of bill payment rs. 896.35 for booking id dl[protected]. It means i was charged over rs. 300.

                                  I had booked Mega Cab to travel from my residence in I P Extn, Delhi to IGI Airport Terminus 3 vide Booking No. DL[protected] on 09 Sep 2017. We started our journey at 1115 PM and reached Airport at around 1215 AM on 10 Sep 2017. Despite multiple attempts driver could not connect with billing system on his mobile at the time of starting our journey. So, he had no option but start the older meter installed in the cab. However, after couple of kms he could connect with billing system with his mobile. On termination of journey, I received message that trip fare was Rs 754.91. But I paid driver Rs 1, 021/- as per the older meter in the cab for which driver issued a hand written receipt.
                                  I hired another Mega Cab at 0230 AM on 10 Sep 2017 for our return journey from Airport to my I P Extn residence. Connection was duly established with billing system on driver's mobile. On termination of journey, it showed trip fare of Rs 1, 400/-. Driver demanded additional airport fee of Rs 130/- and I duly paid him Rs 1, 530/-. He also suggested that I should also pay him Rs 250 to 400 for night time journey. But as he said this amount was optional, I did not pay him this additional amount. I may inform you that I did not receive any message on my mobile for trip fare. Also this cab was different from cab that was assigned by your airport reception party. There was some argument between driver and your airport reception staff. However, I was told to start my journey.
                                  I request you to kindly look into both my onward and return journeys and confirm that trip fares charged were fair and correct. Best wishes,

                                    On 27th aug me and my daughter got into a cab from banhalore airport bearing number ka 506539. I was very unwell having severe headache and running high temperature. Driver was constantly on phone and yelling at peak of his voice. It was disturbing it was annoying. He didnt bother to stop the mobile conversation after requesting him several times.
                                    I was very unwell and he made me more sick.
