I took the cab KA 50 6910, on[protected] morning for Bangalore airport drop. At the end of the journey the driver JAYSANKAR informed that he was unable to print the bill and the company will send the bill to my email id in 10 minutes.But nothing happened.So I contacted mega cabs over phone and their executive confirmed me that they will send the soft copy in 10 minutes. But again nothing works.

    I know you have the weakest systems and it in megacabs, and as an employee at the junior level, you have no control to try and enhance efficiency, but the least you can do is to answer back to mails promptly!!!

    Driver has taken cash despite payment mode being paytm. Plus similar amount is deducted from my paytm as well.This is the third instance that this is happening.Your head of it should resign and do bhajans and kirtans. He seems to be such an !!

      I have boarded a Mega Cab on 22nd Jan and no bill was furnished to me. Further the driver informed me that a soft copy of the bill will be sent to my email id which he took from me post ride.
      The details of the trip are as follows:

      Trip time : around 1 am on 22nd Jan
      Trip from: KIAL Bengaluru to HSR Layout Sec 2
      Amount : 996 ₹

      Please provide the invoice/bill for the same at the earliest.

        Hi Booked cab on 1st Dec 2015 for airport drop.I gave my pickup time as 7 pm. HERE IS THE REF #CB421650. Driver called at 6: 30 pm and said that he can't come to point as he is away from my place and he cancelled. HERE IS DRIVER DETAILS KA-50-7033 Chauffeur's Name Akram pasha. with cell [protected] When I called to Mega Cab and told them the issue. The executive was do careless he responded me saying sorry for inconvenience and told me to look for alternative. At last moment I faced lot of issue and was in stress for 4 hrs till I reach airport. Luckily my flight was delay or else I would have missed the flight. And would gave also lost my job. Please take a serious action in them My name Srinivasalu M Mob: [protected]

          I had booked a Mega Cab on 7/11/2015 WITH ID -KOL0118 The cab no-9456 with cabbie GOURANGA TANTI reached the destination more than 40 min late. I was travelling with my aged grandmother and he was uncooperative as ever.He wouldn't even come forward to pick us up. Furthermore, I was not aware of the routes and surprisingly neither was he ! He kept complaining about the fact that i didn't know the way and I had to constantly put him in touch with someone who knew the way. My father had to leave work to come and show the way. Finally he took a long turn and charged us a lot. I reqest mega cabs to not send such drivers who don't know the are and are plaIN RUDE.

            I took a cab from bangalore international airport to lavelle road using megacabs and was charged 1500 rupees. I felt that the price was very steep, but as a foreigner I didnt have much option, and gave him the benefit of doubt. Nevertheless, I took down his license plate KA 50 6528, to be be sure. my friend said it he overcharged me so I reported.

            I have spoken to the MegaCabs manager at the Call Center, and he has been very apologetic and has promised to reimburse me in full for my troubles regarding this incident! I am extremely appreciative of the company's timeliness, understanding nature, and ability to resolve matters that are affecting their customers. While I had an unfortunate experience with one of their employees, I can now confide in MegaCabs managerial capacity to resolve customer complaints on a case-by-case basis. Thank you MegaCabs for being so understanding and sympathetic to my incident! I now feel much better about using their service again, knowing that their Call-Service staff truly cares about customer satisfaction.

              I had trevelled in Mega cab with booking ref no C296596 for pick up at 18:30:00 on 8/6/2015 from Sealdah station to CCU domestic airport in Taxi no. WB051729. I was charged 630 INR stating for 23.21 Km which is max to max 18km. I have travelled in other cabs as well, it has never come to this amount. This is definitely the action of looting. And the service is pathetic, once they send the message of thanking message for choosing mega cab followed in a sec with a regretful message o[censored]nable to provide a cab and then with the confirmation details of driver and the taxi.

                MegaCabs booking number- C11023 automatically got cancelled without intimating me although I have got a booking confirmation SMS and Email while booking a cab through their web site "http://www.megacabs.com/" on[protected]. It leads me on soup as this is Puja time and I am having a Train today night itself. I was going to travel with my father in law, mother in law whose age is more than 60. Now I am in a very oak word situation and for all this mega cab should take full responsibility and I want this to complain to be addressed as early as possible so that no one else will suffer what I am suffering.                   I was travelling from Santragachi railway station to Newtown on 28th June 2014. Since there was heavy traffic, I decided to take a longer route via 2nd vivekananda bridge and reached the destination. The total bill amount was Rs 971/- including all toll fees and booking fees. Firstly I had been constantly asking the driver to drive slow, but always the speed was above the limit. Even the car kept signalling to slow down. Secondly, the worst part which made me to write this complaint was, when I reached my house. I gave the drive 971/- out of which a single 500 rupee note was torn by the edge. The driver refused to accept as it was a damaged note. I did not have another 500 rupee note to substitute this. But I requested driver to take me to a nearby ATM so that I can withdraw 500 rupees and give him. He took me to an ATM which was around 500 meters from my house. Unfortunately the ATM was out of order. Second ATM option was far away from that place. So i decided to get home and take the money from my wife's wallet and settle. The moment I asked him to drive back home, he informed that he needs to start the Taxi meter again. I requested him that this was not fair, as all the happenings are out of my control and moreover, it is just a matter of another 500 meters. He took me back to my house apartment gate. I got down from the taxi and was about to take my luggage from the boot, the driver refused to open the boot door. He asked me rather in a rude tone to get the money first and then he would give my luggage. I was taken aback after such reply from a driver of a cab company which has been my regular travel partner. After few minutes I asked my wife who was actually sleeping to get the money till the gate. Even after showing the money (valid 500 rupee note) to him, he didn't open the door, and asked me to hand over the money to him. This was a shock to me. It was actually an insult to a passenger who has booked cab on Mega cabs. A single driver's behavior created a very very bad impact on me about the entire company as a whole. From this day, I don't mind paying few extra money for booking car from another cab company. But, I will never book in Mega cabs. Cab : Indigo Manza Cab No: WB 04F 9443

                    Megacabs confirmed Booking id CAM484837 for a pickup at 6:00 am on 9th June, 2014. The cab details was sent at 6:01 after 8 calls to the customer care. When I called the cab he said he is 20 mins away and kept the phone down. Didnt pick up the calls after that and didnt turn up.

                      On 3rd June 2014 I have booked a cab from Megacabs in Kolkata for pick up on 4th June 2014 at 9 am . I also received an SMS, "Your Megacab booking No. C25016 for 4 June 9.00 am is confirmed". But the car didnot reported. When I called their customer care, the executive told that their is no cab available and so the cab will not come in the reported time.They even said that receiving SMS confirmation is not valid till you call the call center and this is the rule. But this was not mentioned to me in the SMS nor I have seen it in the net. As a result I have to undergo a lot of harassment. It is ridiculous that pan India based company cannot value and respect the time and work of their customers rather mislead by sending wrong SMS confirmation. Suggestion: A line must be stated in the SMS about calling customer care for cab availability and confirmation. Otherwise customers will be misleaded and unnecessarily harassed.

                        I have given 2 complains against Mega Cabs chauffeur's for poor service and charging extra amount Rs200/- without bill in month of April 2014. After several calls, I was offered goodies from executives, free cab passes and 1 free ride in the cab. After 2 weeks I receive 5 pieces of chocolates packed in an envelop. Till now I did not receive any gift coupon and any free ride confirmation mail. I have paid Rs70-80 extra to the cab drivers in 2 trip and travel by bus despite of booing the cab. I have travelled by bus as I refuse chauffeur to pay extra amount without bill. Many times I asked executives that I want to talk to higher authority in mega cabs but no one called me. Mega cabs was having offer of Rs650/- for drop at airport. But for this service their chauffeurs use to come late to the customer place and if you ask them to get you to airport from different route they ask more money. I think company knows about it, as without putting my words to the customer care executive he was sorry for late arrival of cab. I think this is well executed plan by the company.

                          I booked a cab online 1 hour before and got a mail that booking is confirmed, after 15 mins I called them that I didn't received the chauffeur number, so they told me that don't worry your booking is confirmed and you will receive number 30 mins before your journey. I waited for 30 mins after that(15 mins before my journey) and called them, they told me sorry for inconvenience we won't be able to provide a cab, now because of this I didn't call other cab operators as it was suppose to come, but this is pathetic they didn't even inform me by calling back from there side. How can you rely on such kind of service. Booking number - DEL1550

                            I took a Mega Cab taxi from Delhi airport terminal 3 to Lajpat Nagar and was charged 750 rupees. Going, I had booked another taxi service which charged 450 rupees, which I also thought was a bit high. No receipt was given by Mega Cab and, though I did not offer the driver a tip, he kept an extra 50 rupees. I was comparing companies so I didn't say anything to him. Based on this experience, I would not choose Mega Cab again.

                              we travelled by mega cabs back and forth between airports and hotels on a number of occasions. They were brilliant in Amritsar. The great thing is they have a meter and the pay so you know what you're paying + 80 rupees or so for their return journey. However in delhi we saw a completely different side to megacabs. in fact on landing in the airport, we booked a taxi to our hotel only 6 km away from the airport. we got into the cab and the driver drove past our hotel saying that he couldn't take a right and would have to continue down the busy road and turn around. When i asked why he missed the right he gave me a lot of rubbish about safety and accidents as though i've never been on the roads in india. He then pulled up outside the hotel and we asked to see the meter which he very cleverly or stupidly covered with his cap and said it wasn't working although you could clearly see 240 rupees underneath it (this is including the extension to our journey). he then pulled out his mobile phone and came up with a random number of 380 rupees. At this point i left my colleagues in the cab and stepped out to make a phone call to the mega cab company. It helped that i could speak fluent hindi being asian. The company told me not to pay him until they calculuated my fee and when i explained that to him he got a bit wired up and aggressive towards me and my colleagues who are all females. I provided the number plate and waited for the company to phone back who were taking their time so i went inside and informed my hotel manager. He came out and suggested we oay 300rupees but at this point it was ore about the principles to me. So i waited for the phone call from megacabs but it never came. The manager told me and my colleagues to wait inside with our luggage. The driver was very peeved off at this moment so i phoned back the company. At this point the driver started behaving very rudely being the he is (in hindi it is anpaar and gavaar)to the extent that my hotel manager then spoke to the company and said that no payment will be made because of how the driver had started to behave. I didn't get an apology or phonecall back from the company. Just goes to show what their customer service is like. Advice look up how far your hotel is and do not get into a cab that has a 'broken meter' or one with a cap over it though you can clearly still see the meter and also drivers that look like they have no etiquette or manners.

                              I had booked a cab for 15th Oct at 04:30 AM in Kolkata, (booking no-KOL0319) however to my surprise & shock the cab cab did not arrive on time and when I called your call centre I was told "we can't provide you the cab (though) it is booked". Due to which I missed my flight (costing me 12000) . After this incidence I have been calling their call center to let me speak to your higher officials which I have been conveniently denied by them.
                              I need to be compensated.

                                Honestly, this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Mega Cab has to be the most unprofessional, irresponsible, dishonest, and unreliable car service provider in all of India. Not only did their driver arrive nearly an hour late to pick me up, but he also, against my advice, took the most inconvenient and traffic ridden route possible. Furthermore, we had to stop for gas along the way because he hadn't filled up with a sufficient amount of gas beforehand. Needless to say, I missed my flight AND had to pay for the ride. Although I have spoken to countless Mega Cab representatives (most of who failed to return my calls despite their many promises to assist me to the best of their abilities) I have received nothing aside from apologies. When someone has incurred an additional $1,200 USD in airline expenses because of your atrocious service, repeating "I'm sorry" over and over again simply doesn't cut it. Mega Cab's customer service is a complete and utter joke. Their staff is unhelpful, poorly managed, and incompetent. What a sad, pathetic excuse of a company. tl;dr DO NOT USE MEGA CAB. EVER. Please do yourself a favor and call another service.

                                we travelled by mega cabs back and forth between airports and hotels on a number of occasions. They were brilliant in Amritsar. The great thing is they have a meter and the pay so you know what you're paying + 80 rupees or so for their return journey. However in delhi we saw a completely different side to megacabs. in fact on landing in the airport, we booked a taxi to our hotel only 6 km away from the airport. we got into the cab and the driver drove past our hotel saying that he couldn't take a right and would have to continue down the busy road and turn around. When i asked why he missed the right he gave me a lot of rubbish about safety and accidents as though i've never been on the roads in india. He then pulled up outside the hotel and we asked to see the meter which he very cleverly or stupidly covered with his cap and said it wasn't working although you could clearly see 240 rupees underneath it (this is including the extension to our journey). he then pulled out his mobile phone and came up with a random number of 380 rupees. At this point i left my colleagues in the cab and stepped out to make a phone call to the mega cab company. It helped that i could speak fluent hindi being asian. The company told me not to pay him until they calculuated my fee and when i explained that to him he got a bit wired up and aggressive towards me and my colleagues who are all females. I provided the number plate and waited for the company to phone back who were taking their time so i went inside and informed my hotel manager. He came out and suggested we oay 300rupees but at this point it was ore about the principles to me. So i waited for the phone call from megacabs but it never came. The manager told me and my colleagues to wait inside with our luggage. The driver was very peeved off at this moment so i phoned back the company. At this point the driver started behaving very rudely being the he is (in hindi it is anpaar and gavaar)to the extent that my hotel manager then spoke to the company and said that no payment will be made because of how the driver had started to behave. I didn't get an apology or phonecall back from the company. Just goes to show what their customer service is like. Advice look up how far your hotel is and do not get into a cab that has a 'broken meter' or one with a cap over it though you can clearly still see the meter and also drivers that look like they have no etiquette or manners.

                                  I booked a taxi from Mega cabs on 9/6/13 for the next day 10/6/13, booking REF no: BOM0073. As promised i did not receive the name and phone number of the driver until my mother called and requested for the same. The driver(Ankeet Singh) said he was at national park ( borivli east) which is about 3 km from my house(I.C colony- borivli west). however the driver did not reach until 5.15 am 10/6/13. when called back he started to argue with my mother and say he doesn't want to drop my dad to the airport he will not come for the pick up etc.
                                  he reached 15 minutes late and started to talk very rudely and aggressively when asked why he was delayed. it was raining very heavily and my father did not have another option but to use that taxi service. the driver kept aggressively, disrespectfully talking to my father and saying he wont take him to the Airport. with no other option available, my dad had to convince him and sat in the taxi. he driver the entire way to the airport kept verbally lashing out rude words on my father and saying he will stop the car and ask him to get off. he never wanted to take him in the taxi etc.
                                  we were all under stress until my father reached the airport, as the driver was to boisterous and aggressive. During this entire episode my mother tried calling Mega Cabs call center several time, but it was all in vain as the line was connecting and she was being billed for the call but no body was answering.
                                  I called them back around 11 am to complaint and spoke to someone by the name of Brijesh. i requested to talk to a senior member of staff and he said that it wasn't possible. he said he will register my phone number and his manager will respond within an hour. i waited for # hours and got no response. It made me more upset. i called back and spoke to a lady by the name of Monica- who then gave me the complaint number 141 and said that i will receive a call only after 24 hours of the registration.
                                  i inquired if the had a number where i can compliant and they said they only have an email address. it is surprising how insensitive they are towards the customer. i did not even receive an appropriate response of the complaint.
                                  i would like this matter to be taken up with seriousness and the driver to taken t task for such behavior. my father has gone out of town for 15 days and its very sad that he had to start his trip with a psychotic drive as Ankeet Singh. and worst of all is that the company doesn't really even care.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am a frequent user of Mega Cabs & I have been wrongly charged by their drivers multiples times..

                                    Have compained regarding one of the incident - I booked cab on 21st Jan..i booked 2 hour package @ Rs 500 (for 20 kms)..

                                    When I reached back at my final destination, it was 5 minutes more from 2 hours... and driver charged me "Rs 795" because it was 5 minutes more than 2 hours (kilometers were less than 20). And as per the driver, if you are a single minute late from 2 hours, then you will be charged additional Rs 295... at that moment i gave the money to driver since he was shouting like anything..

                                    I reported a complaint regarding same to customer care... (COMPLAINT No. 69).. called them 10-12 times since then.. but response was really surprizing.... like "our driver is on leave, once he comes back, we will refund your money via him", "please share your address we will be refunding money on your adress directly", but unable to commit deadline...

                                    Below are the entire details:

                                      I had booked a cab from Vijay Nagar, North Campus to the domestic terminal of the airport and I had specifically asked them to reach by 6.15pm as my flight was at 8.25pm, but the driver showed up after 6.30pm and the car did not even have any fuel. The driver stopped at the gas station and he took 20 minutes to fill fuel. He was also really rude to me and his behaviour was unacceptable as he did not take the situation seriously despite repeated pleadings. I reached the airport only by 8pm and missed my flight and had to purchase the next flight which cost me Rs. 8000. As this was completely the fault of the cab service, as the cab not only did come late but also did not have any fuel. I must really say that this is by far the worst service I have experienced. I must insist that I be reimbursed for my losses as I missed the original flight which cost me Rs 5500 and had to buy a new one on the last minute for Rs 8000.

                                      Mega Cabs — Loss of money & time and causing mental trauma and anxiety

                                      I am waiting for the reply to the E-mail sent by me to the Mega Cabs Car Rental company and the verbal communication with Mega Cab Rentals employees at Junior and senior level. I will post my complaint in full if not heard from them.

                                        I was driving on my scooty along the inner ring road near EGL. A Mega Cab Airport Taxi with registration no KA 51 6551 was following me. Just after EGL there is a traffic signal, for people crossing. When I reached there the signal was red and so I stopped there. The cab with the above menioned registration no was behind me and started honking incessantly. When I didnt move, it overtook me from the left side, and the driver started using indecent hand gestures and abusive words.

                                        The incident happened at around 9:15 am on 14th Feb 2013.
