Our agar ham kabhi bhi chomu micromax cair me jate ha to hame hamesha iek hi jawab milta ha ki 7 days bad aayega hame aaj 1 month se jayada ho gaya ha our aap ko pta ha ki coustmer ka mobile 1 month se jayada nhi rakh sakte aap ka coustmer ajay kumawat.

    I have purchased micromax canvas pulse 4g E451 smart phone on[protected] through the dealer named Ganpati Mobile shop no 17-18 Sri ram towers ashok marg Lucknow. The phone is heating too much. While using Internet or playing games or even talking it gets heated like anything. Secondly, the speakers are also defective which in turn are not giving quality sound when in loud speaker mode. I request your good self to look into the matter and exchange my phone asap as I am facing a lot of difficulty. Before going to consumer court, I am writing to you and I hope you will sort out the problem asap

    I own a Micromax A210. I had ordered the battrry of the same last month on the 14th. (14/04/2016). When checked today, the same is not delivered to the service outlet. I reside in Pune and the service outlet is at Akurdi in the PCMC area. Need an update for the slow process.

      I have submit my micromax phone to get it repair under warranty (Jobsheet: w[protected]). It was just some software problem. First they updated the software and then said its some part (Mother board) has to be replaced and it will take 20-25 days. I deposited my mobile to repairer m/s tvs electronics limited, jaipur on 07/04/2016. When after 30 days i contacted them they still said it will take some more days and for further detail call to toll free number and cut the phone arrogantly. When i called up on 06/05/2016 to toll free number they filled my complaint (Mmx[protected] and assure delivery of my repaired cell within 21 days and same day i got sms regarding the same. Again after 7 days i got the same massage assuring another 21 days to get repair my cell. It means they keep on increasing number of days but not delivering my repaired cell. This is worst service of micromax.

        I had bought micromax canvas spark q380 on 27/07/2015. After few months, the phone stopped working properly. There was an audio problem. I went to the micromax service centre, sector 12, gurgaon on 02/04/2016 to resolve the issue. I was told that the phone will be repaired and returned back within 10 days. However, today it's been almost 1.5 months and they are still saying that it will take more than 30 days to resolve the problem. The details are as follows:
        Model code: sermob0664
        Job card no.: n[protected]
        Problem reported: 4402 & 4404 poor audio quality
        This is the worst i could expect out of a mobile phone co.. Despite my constant reminders and constant phone calls, nothing is being done. I want a new phone since the original phone is under warranty period or else refund me the entire amount i paid to purchase this unsuccessful phone. I can't wait anymore.

          Hang on Logo.           I have purchase micromax canvas gold a300 brand new mobile after some time facing network problem. I have submit 10 times mobile in micromax service center but problem is not solved two times my mobile is swap but till date same problem in my mobile.
          Micromax is very poor brand don't purchase micromax mobiles.

            Following are the information regarding fraud ;
            1. My under warranty micromax mobile is under repair at micromax mobile company gurgaon.
            2. One call was received by me from micromax customer care center mobile no. [protected] on date 12.05.2016.
            3. He said that my under warrenty mobile can not be repair hence, company decide to refund your mobile cost rs. 12090/-. But, after getting your refund back, please take complain back from consumer forum and deposit the charger with the lead at service center. If you agree then provide us bank account number.
            4. I agree and i send my account no. [protected] through sms.
            5. He send me id no.[protected] and told the process of transfer at sbi atm only, on phone.
            6. I completed the process of card to card transfer wherein the response code was 073.
            7. He asked about the response code and when, i told it 073, he says some thing is wrong in process response code should be 072, please try again.
            8. I tried again and this time response code was 000, when i told him, he said that response code should be 072, you should again tried.
            9. I tried again and this time response code also was 000, when i told him, he said that response code must be 072, you should be continue or i will transfer money direct in to account. Then i said you may transfer in my account and i stopped process.
            10. When i disconnect phone and see the massages, there was three times rs, 12090/- transferred (Rs. 36270/-) from my account to id no.[protected].

            In this way i became victim and lost my rs. 36270/-. The person who made froud, knows every thing about my complains at consumer forum and micromax care service center. He told me my imei no. Job sheet no., mobile model no., job status, my contact no., problems of my under warranty mobile, etc. He also know that, mobile charger was not submitted with the mobile. How the information he get. Is any of the employee of micromax company involve in this act of providing information to fraud.
            You are requested to please find the reason behind and establish the belief.
            I have also inquired at sbi, as per bank my money is transfered to account no. [protected], bank code 624 main branch sbi bulandshahar, account holder - sonu ram. Add - 437, devi pura, bhavan road, bulandshahar.
            All above happened due to the mobile repair at micromax gurgaon.

              My father purchased a micromax canvas tab p480 for me on 25 july 2015 bearing imei no.[protected] & [protected], cin no. U0110mh1999plc120563 from reliance retail limited, rl, cdit, sector-29, gurgaon, sco-312. One day the phone suddenly hanged while i was watching my gallery and switched off automatically. On contacting reliance store they advised me that there could be a problem in software and advised me to contact micromax service centre at sector-14, gurgaon. When i visited them along with my tab they told me that they will change motherboard which will cost me rs 3500 and is not covered under warranty. Whereas this tablet is in warranty. Same was recommended to fellow customers with different problems like defect in battery too, you are requested to please get the same repaired under my warranty claim else replace it with new one.

                I gave mu mobile micromax a118r (black) to the service center before two nmonths on 15 march 2016 but till now i don't get it back and i call many many times to the service center

                  Aircell SIM card and Vodafone SIM card does no t get network form this micromax mobile, but for the same SIM cards network can accessed from Nokia mobile.

                  Is there any problem with this model of micromax mobile hardware?

                  Can this problem be solved?

                    I bought micromax mobile canvas xpress 2(E313)on 16 feb 2016 .It was working excellent for 2 months without problem and later i encountered some problem and issues .I went to customer care in ranchi, jharkhand on (6th april)and they said it had software issues problem considered warranty and it will take 30 days for reparing my mobile. After 30 days i called customer care they said it will take 21 days and it is in process.And after 21 days i called them every day and daily they it will take 21 days they didnt reduce the number of days they said it will take for reparing it seems they are lying

                      My LT 666 touch was broken. I had gone for replacement and was ready to pay for replacement as it was a broken case. I had deposited my device with them on 4th April'16 and they had said it will cost me 2290/- for replacement of touch even the customer service told the same. On 12th April, I got sms from micromax that my device has been repaired but when I went to collect they said its not repaired yet. But, when I went to collect my device again after a month, they told that my will be repaired but it will cost me 5900/- as touch & display both will be replaced (only touch was broken). Why should I pay for something which is not broken. At the end, I had to collect my device without repair. I am very fed up with their service.

                        Dear Sir, With regards I would like to inform You that My Micromax A350 Black Gold Smart phone bearing IMEI/EsN No. [protected]/[protected] model code SERMOB0431 purchased on line on 22/08/2015 deposited at micromax customer care service centre SUPPORT MEDIA 108/110, B T ROAD, Kolkata 700108West Bengal for repair vide job sheet No. E[protected] dated 14/01/15 and E[protected] Dated 17/01/2015 which I received after approx 1 and half month(45 Days) and again it is placed in your above same customer care centre vide job no.E[protected] dated 02/09/2015 comma job sheet No. E[protected] dated 22/09/2015 and job sheet no. E[protected] dated 30/11/2015 which i have not yet received . Same smart phone always facing major technical problem since its purchase .I have never used it two month without any problem . A new costly smart phone which i have purchased is no longer coming in my work when needed. On the contrary it is wasting my time and money .Now since last 6 months is deposited with the customer service centre and its where about is not known.I have given 100s of mails and spoken to customer officials 100s of times .But the company is not giving any firm decision. Only saying yr set is repaired and collect it . Sir I collect the phone and see no problem is solved again contacted to micromax and deposited to service centre . this process is continuing since last 1 year. I don't know how long will this continue . The cost of mobile is 27000/-. Since last one year the company has failed to either repair or replace the set. How long will I wait? Hence it is requested your kind honour :- i) to file a consumer case against the company for replacement of the set . 2. Give compensationequal to the cost of mobile I.e 27000/-.as this phone is not successful from technical point of view as per your advertisement being a costly set.                           I had purchased a new micromax mobile phone A290 on 2/8/15 having IMEI no. [protected] & [protected].

                          At the time of purchase 1 SIM slot found broken for which I asked for replacement of mobile set.

                          The shopkeeper told that there is no replacement. Moreover the mobile was under warranty. He suggested me to go to micromax care center for repair of the broken Slot and care center charged me Rs. 350 on 25/8/15. I got it repaired.

                          After few months 2nd problem came, the mobile not charging then I again went to service centre for repair and they charged me Rs. 780 on 2/4/16'

                          After 2nd repair I had seen a light cross Mark on the screen, it seems that screen is crack but care center told me that there is not an issue in the working of mobile and I had taken it back but after few days nothing had been visible in the screen then I again went to care center 3rd time and shown the mobile to care center and they told me that the display is damaged and needs to be replaced for which the repairing price is Rs. 5500.

                          I had purchased the mobile for Rs. 8000 and till now I have charged Rs. 6630, also I have taken 4 leaves for that which costs me Rs. 1500.

                          I have paid more than the mobile cost in repair. I feel that I have choosen the wrong company for mobile I.e. Micromax, a renound company which have sale more than any other mobile company.

                          Now the phone is not at all working. I need replacement of my mobile.

I don't know what they were told me. even m not satisfied with them even not 1%. even they were in also trouble. next m requested them to upgrade and they told keep ur cell phn with us for 2days if you want update.they are just fake not satisfied any one..bogus workless staff.

                                My mobile handset is dead. He is under warranty but service center not repair in mobile. He told your mobile imei no. Is not registered in company record so mobile complaint is not registered.
                                The service center is the saying of the mobile accessories and the complete packing with us. The company will be mobile repair. Now after 5 months to come from the mobile box and accessories. I do not have a mobile box and accessory.

                                  I have complain about Micromax mobile model no. E481. As per customer care center, it was advised that mobile phone to be diposited in any of Micromax care center, accordingly I diposit mobile on date 06.05.2016 at Poojya Enterprises in MP Nagar Bhopal. One call received from micromax care center on 12.05.2016 through mobile no, [protected] . He says that your phone have some technical problem and can not be repaired, we also not have replacement hence, we are going to refund you the cost Rs. 12090/- . He says refund will be done through transfer I will send you a transaction ID and follow the instruction and you will get your phone cost in your bank account.
                                  I follow the instruction and done as per instruction and my money is transfered to [protected] it happen three times since he says try again till you not get the response code 072 and total Rs. 12090 x 3 = Rs. 36270/- have been debit from my account instead of credit of Rs. 12090/- Please help me to recover my money.

                                    Following are the details of the jobsheet issued by the micromax authorised service centre in malleshwaram, bangalore: s[protected] address where my handse was given on[protected]: m/s sri sai telecommunication #9, 494/11, up royal, 2nd mn, 4th cr, sampige road, malleshwaram, bangalore-03 phone nubers given on the jobsheet with their respective status when called: mobile:[protected] - not an existing number at all! Landline:[protected] this number is always busy for days together or no one receives the call at this number for most of the days. I was lucky to be able to speak to the customer service person at this number thrice in these 2 months though the number of times that i have dialled this number exceeds 600-700 times! Now with abovemention details given to you, i hope the micromax team will return my handset and then only close the complaint.
                                    It is 3 months now and i have not got back my handset from micromax!

                                        With due respect i state you that i have given my micromax tab (model no. P480) to repair to my nearby micromax care at 01/04/2016 . The employee told me that it would be delivered within 20-30 days. But it is still not delivered to me .

                                        So, i request you to solve my problem and deliver it to me as soon as possible, as i am in need .
