    I am really tired now it is 50 days now.i submitted my phone for repair and still it showing that it will take 21 days. I dont know that which type of service you have.if you continues to treat your costumer like that it will really have a bad affect on your sales.. my job sheet no. Is N[protected].my phone is of micromax with model no. Aq4501..

      I had submitted my mobile in the service center on Jan 6th 2016 under warranty.

      Then i called the service center on Jan 18th, they replied that it will take an additional week for service. But even after a week, I didn't got any response.

      On Jan 29th, I called them again. They told me that mobile wasn't properly serviced and submitted it back again to the headquarters. They told me to wait for a couple of weeks further. I am totally pissed off. How can i wait that long without even a mobile phone. All i had is a borrowed phone that can be used for a couple of weeks. But i had to go with them as i had no further choice.

      On Feb 15, I called them again. They told me to wait for another couple of weeks. Out of anger i fired at them, then they provided me the headquarters number.

      From that time, I had been chasing the headquarters customer care number. All i am getting is a reply that to wait for another week. The story continues throughout march and april. Still they are asking for another week. I had talked and blogged about them too. After that they called me that my mobile is ready. I got my mobile and came to my house. Then i realised the mobile imei is changed and exposed to severe wear in the back panel. I approached them again. First they told me that it was a replacement mobile. Then they told me that the mobile is mine only but the board has been changed. Now i am more feared than before. The wear in the mobile seems to say that it is going to giving problem the rest of the days. I asked them for a replacement mobile. They told me i had to wait till the headquarters decide. But still today no response from them. I even lodged a consumer complaint.

      But still service center ask me to go to customer care and customer care ask me to goto service center.

      Don't be fooled by these fraudsters who don't even care about their customers. They will play around and watch you suffer. None of the representatives have any kind of responsibility and respect towards their customers.

      Stay away from this brand and this service center.

        Dear sir,

        I, pintu saha, purchase micromax mobile a065 (Imei no. [protected]/esn no. [protected]) on 24th july ’15. After using almost six months facing problem in drain out of charging of the said mobile set. We had submitted the set on jan’16 at csd inception service center (At hati bagan, kolkata) & after 20 days my set had been returned back. But found that problem had not been rectified.
        Again we had submitted my set to same service center after almost 15 days. And after 15-20 days set had been returned back without rectifying the problem. Totally irritating.
        Now the set has been submitted for the 3rd time on 6th may 2016 and till now set had not been handed over to me. Sending the message yes that’s ready but when i went to service center it’s been informed sorry that’s yet not ready waiting for spare parts and would you inform later. Job sheet no.[protected])

        Would you please give me the justification of this kind of service and till now one year’s not been over. Please replace the set or else return back my money. Please refer attached mobile bill & job sheet.

          Respected sir/mam,

          I am here to register complain regarding my handset (Micromax canvas 5 e481) which i have purchased at 19/11/15. The handset material quality is very poor, the handset body was not packed properly since the dust particles get enter into the camera lens and display. The back panel body was not made good, the back panel at the upper side there is a gap from which dust get enter into the internal of the handset, also it takes charging time at the time of purchase 4 hour which is changed to 7 hour and while charging and using the handset the battery of the phone is going to decrease in descending order and handset get over heat.

          At all the service of micromax was also not good, the service center kept my handset and told that this model was not repairable in service center.

          I am very dissappointed, this brand is not good as it is indian product (Made in india), there is also a problem o[censored]navailability of accessories of this brand in market since i have not get cover and screen guard from 5 month.

          I will aware my all friends and relatives to not buy this product.

          At all the service center not answering my call when i call to track the status of jobsheet, and when i complain to the customer support [protected]@micromaxinfo.com they always reply that you will get your handset in 45 days.

          Ir i have buy this handset at 12, 500, micromax fools their customer and provide very bad quality product.

          Sir please file a strict action against micromax service center and company situated in platinum plaza bhopal and help me to get my handset soon.

            It is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Micromax mobile on 31/12/2015. Its touch does not work as expected from a company like yours. When its memory was full, I purchased a memory card on Sony 16 GB recently but its slot does not work. I made a complaint to your goodself on 16/5/2016 and a gentle reminder on 20/5/2016. After that I got a call from your good office (Ms. Smiriti) of Gurgaon on 21/5/216 at 3.36pm (No: +[protected] . Ms Smiriti did not gave any satisfactory reply to my queries. She adviced me to visit D1, Ranjit Plaza, Adjoining Jeevan Plaza, Bhupindra Road Patiala.

            I wish to inform your goodself that I had already visited the same Centre where I was asked to pay Rs 600/- for that repair. When warranty issue was discussed they immediately returmed the mobile and asked to talk to your good office.

            These shops are almost 10-12 kms away from Punjabi University Patiala where I am working. I really feel very bad as to why I had purchased this mobile. From both the corners I am getting nothing more than mental harassment. I am unable to save very important informations in that mobile due to the reason mentioned above. It is also causing lot of mental harassment to me.

            Would you please ask the service centre of your choice (if you cannot ask the one I had visited) to look into these problems?

              As per your suggestion, i had taken a job card from sai mobiles, shop no. 23 & 24, basement, hardy complex, opp. Chermas, m. G. Road, secunderabad – 500 003, ph no. [protected] and again handed over my phone for repairing. But i observed that the person at customer care bench giving same reason to all people.In 25 minutes, in my presence he told 3 custoemrs that motherboard of your mobile has damaged and its not repairable.
              This shows that i) you are using 3rd quality motherboard in your mobile or ii) the person at your authorized service center sai mobiles is cheating people. You are requested to look into the matter seriously, otherwise it will spoil the image of your company. I want my mobile fully functional. Here i am forwarding job card for your information and further necessary action.

                I purchased Micromax canvas (Q380) from your esteemed company on June 28, 2015 (copy enclosed). After few months it was not working properly, mainly its screen. I visited your service centre and deposited my phone in service centre on April 20, 2016. I was told that it will be repaired within 21 days and returned back after 21 days. I have called several times in micromax customer care no [protected] but did not get any appropriate response. It’s been almost more than 2 months and I am still waiting for my phone. I have visited twice but the Service Centre is not at all taking care of my problem. This has caused a great distress towards Micromax Company and I really feel harassed and humiliated. It seems that I have committed a mistake by purchasing a mobile from Micromax.

                    I have bayed this phone on 09 jan 2016
                    But unfortunately the display of phone some time becomes non responsive i have submitted the phone to your service center they have given me phone after 15 to 20 days.
                    Again shortly i visit to your service center for the same problem then they said you have to submit your phone again with us.
                    I am surprised that being a very good and renound company what the service peoples are doing with us, how is it possible for me to submit my phone, you peoples knows very well the use of mobile phone is how much important for any working peoples. How is it possible for me to submit my phone to your company, that means i have to buy new phone for my use, even their is a loss of all data and many more information which we cant retrieve
                    How ever the phone is ultimate performance before this problem, and it is quite not possible for a salaried person to buy or spend money on new phone for me

                      I have purchased a mobile - Microsoft Canvas Selfie-255 model on March 19, 2016. The touch screen is not working constantly. Even since I purchased this mobile it creates problem of touch screen. To power off and /or to reboot the system the touch screen has to be functional. As the touch screen is not working we have to drain out the full battery and then we have to charge the battery again to make the mobile function. we have been draining out the battery for 2/3 times but it still gives the problem of touch screen repeatedly. To operate the mobile we have to use the touch screen but it is not possible. Hence I would like to return this mobile to you for replacement of new mobile. Please send your representative to collect the defective mobile and place the same with the fresh one.

                        Hi,

                        I want to resister complain against Micromax service centre. I have submitted my phone on 5th May 2016, to local micromax service centre in Dehradun.The poblem was that the charging port was loose and sometime battery drains quick. They said it will be repair in 3 days. After that they send my phone to their delhi centre without my permission or acknowledgement and on asking they said it will be back in 30 days. I have only one phone, my all the work affected by this. But I managed some how. On 24th May when I got my phone back now my phone is not charging at all. It is dead. I again submitted my phone on 25th now they are saying we have to sent it back to Delhi.

                        Now what is this. My complain points is,

                        1. How can micromax service provider sent customer phone to other location where it take more time than promised, without customer's permission and acknowledgement.

                        2. And before sending back to customer, the service provider didn't check the phone whether it is working properly or not even after taking 30 days for repair it.

                        3. Customer keeps his phone safe and secure, and after I received my phone back it seems like it was handled recklessly also my screen card is not there. They send my phone back without my screen card. Is it not their responsibility to hand over phone as it was before, at least handle with care.

                        4. Now service centre is again asking me to send it back to delhi after this all scenario.

                        " Micromax Service Center is not helping customer. It even making it more difficult for us."

                          I bought the mobile (E455-black) on[protected] from that date i feel the problem of overheating, call cut even in an emergency call, sometimes touch is not in working condition, network is not available and so on. Within these short period, i gave my phone for repair 4 times. No change. Last time take 25 days for the repair. Still there is no change. Nowadays my friends are not call me because of these problem. I am a cancer patient also. Sometimes i want to call my doctors urgently. With this phone i can't connect with them. I again gave my phone for repair to m/s tech beam on 24.05.2016. Please consider my complaint and solve the problem as earlier as possible. I humbly request you to change my phone.

                            I had an issue with my mobile handset charging (Purchased in december 2015). I took it to to the service center closest to my residence (5 mins walk) in santacruz (W) on 13th may 2016 first they refused to take the complaint as their computer systems were down, already overburdened with many work orders also they were shifting to some other place. Then on my request to at least check the problem is they did look into it and concluded that it was the problem with the charger and not the handset and they directed me to go to their dadar branch and get it replaced and they themselves did not have chargers in stock and the other branch have the same in abundance. Reaching dadar service center they found out that its the issue with the hand set and not the charger and had to be sent to the company for major repairs and which may take 3-4 weeks. I was happy to get my phone back on 26th may 2016 well before the forecast ed date but for my dismay the mobile issue remains same. I wonder what work was carried out in all these days.

                              My name is gaurav srivastava. On 22-march-16, i have an issue with my tab as it does not switch on any more. It was p480 (Blue) in one of your service centers in lucknow i have gvn it. The address of that place is m/s aks care, b-1 /cd-1 lda colony krishna nagar lucknow 226005.
                              The issue which they have mentioned over the invoice slip after detection was 4101 power switch not working. They have told that it has to be sended to head office in new delhi and it'll take max time of 25-40 days.
                              Everytime when i call over the center the single and repeted answer which is given by your agents is "it will take 10 days more sir" that's it and they just shut down the phone. I mean its reticulas and a very unprofessional manner of dealer with your consumers.
                              I am ready to pay every charge if required but please tell me till which date u'll be handover my tab to me. Because of this issue my girlfriend is not even talking to me... Cz i m not online on my "wtsapp" from around 2 months, which was running over my tab.
                              Please try to understand my problem and give me a reply as soon as possile.

                                I laxmikant mallikarjun dhotre, 71, gayatri nagar, vasant vihar phase - ii, solapur 413001 had purchased new micromax e 481 mobile in april 2016. Form the day one there was a problem in switching on & off, & also the mobile was unable to connect other mobile. Also no other call was accepted from my mobile. I complained to sevice provider but they informed me that there no problem in service it is problem in your handset.
                                Than i complained to mobile care at solapur city. After scrutiny i was informed that there is fault in the handset & has to be sent to the company to replace & it will take 30 days.
                                Accordingly i had submitted my handset to we care, solapur city on dt.17/05/2016. I am really facing great problem without hand set. It is taking to much time. So i am unable to wait so many days.
                                Kindly request you to replace my e481 or refund the amount.

                                  My name is arumugam living in nasiyanur, erode, tamilnadu. My contact number is [protected].

                                  I have given my model micromax canvas knight a350 white and gold - item code 210765. Imei number - [protected] to kanishkha mobile care coimbatore on 22/12/2015. This to rectify an issue about auto dialling. The phone was with in its warranty period. I went to check the status of the mobile in january 2016 and found that the shop was closed. They have not updated job number in the receipt. The following are the details from the receipt that was given.

                                  Kanishkha mobile care office outlet had posters specific to micromax service and they claimed that it was one of their official service centre.
                                  I made numerous calls to micromax customer care service centres to recover my phone, but had no luck apart from frustrating responses. I am highly stressed due to this irresponsible behaviour of the company.

                                  I am either expecting my phone back, or a compensation above 16000rs which was the price of the mobile when i bought.

                                  I hope the consumer court will take some quick action on this case.

                                    Sir,

                                    I gone service center because of my phone's ringer are not worked so i put on 21/05/2016 my phone in service center (Al raza service center, sadar, behind karachi bazar, nagpur 440013) and recolleced on 24.05.16 they are solved my phone's back ringer compliant, but they changed my phone's camera front, back and they put a very chip quality of camera, so i go back on service center and told them, they told we are not responsible the service center owner (Ashfak) who is wearing orange t shirt and that a person who is wearing blue tshirt his conversation very bad and abusing me and many type of arguments..

                                    So sir please solved my problem

                                    I dropped my mobile at micromax service centre 'Al Raza mobile service center, , behind Karachi bazar Sadat, Nagpur, ' on '21/05/1016' i left my mobile for 'not worked back ringer '... But i got my phone' s camera changed...

                                      I have a micromax canvas gold a300, it's not having signal in 2g areas, only in 3g areas it's working as a phone should be, i submitted my phone to nearest service center on 11/05/16, they told me to contact them the very next day, when i did they informed me that they need my permission to send the phone to upper office, can't be solved by them here. So i told to do so. And on 25th may 2016, when i called them to know the status, they told me that they did not have my permission to send my phone to repair to higher office, i was totally speechless against their that kind of liability to customers, without showing anger, i told to send it to their higher office. For my bitter surprise they called me the next day morning to inform me that i need to collect my phone which is not repaired due to they have not such hardware parts in their higher office too. And as my 12 months warranty is over so i can't expect to repair my problematic phone any more. I think there should be any such kind of law, why one can't repair his phone after warranty period is over even if he wants to pay the cost for the same?

                                      I have tried the aforesaid link and submitted a complaint, and got a reference no SER[protected]. Don't know if it will do anything worthy. Let's see
                                      Got my phone, with a charge of rupees 2200, on 11/07/16, they said I will have warranty of three months on this, let's see, at least happy that got my phone back

                                        I have many problems with micromax phone and service of care center. My phone is hanged when data is on. Some time data is off automatically, some games r also not run on it where's another phone of 512 mb ram easily run these game. When i change time in phone his minimize button is not working. Service center staff doesn't give proper information. I am very disappointed by the services of micromax.
