Dear sir,
I have purchased the mobile set of model code [protected] from your respective dealer of janakpuri only 3 months back.
The details of my mob. Set are as given below:
Imei no-[protected]
Esn no-[protected]
Item name-without acc q414 (Grey)
All of sudden the audio system of my mobile is not working & i can speak through speaker only
I have contacted your service centre at a-1 dda market paschim vihar for necessary repair. The gave me the estimate of rs. 450/- vide no.[protected] dated 26/05/2016 being the warranty out scheme.
When the above model is launched by you a six months old & given the vide advertisement that our model is so strong that it can pass through the load of heavy buldoger.
Any how your service centre people says that rs. 250/- is our service charge & rs.200 for parts.
When the parts mobile set are so weak. It is better to test the set before sending in to the market for sale please.
It is my humble request to instruct the service centre not to charge any fee for the repair, being the goodwill gesture of your co. & regards to the sr. Citizens & retired officials

    My micromax tablet was not booting up so i took to micromax care center,
    After checking they are telling that it was opened outside and warranty void.
    I have not given it anywhere for repair, if warranty is already covered why i will give the tablet outside to repair.

    This micromax people did some mistake at their end and blaming me that it was repaired outside.

    I need a justice for this

    My Tablet Micromax P480, As i can see observe this guys in care discussing lot of things internally before coming back to me they have did some mistake to cover up this they are telling so, me stories that i already given for repair outside

    This is very bad customer service,

    As already micromax is losing its market because of faulty devices and bad customer services this is one of the thing it they behave like this this will loose their complete market

    Unable to log a concern it displaying message to visit nearest customer care.
    This is truly ridiculous service my Micromax.
    That is the reason people stopped trusting Micromax and your market value going down day by day
    First build the trust else you wont need customer care only in future because if no one is buying your mobiles
    who will need your service ??.

    This is very bad even escalation team is not doing justice .

    If the product is covered under warranty why i will give outside to get the device repaired.
    I have to pay if i get this repaired outside that i know and have some common sense .

    This guys did the mistake they did something wrong with my Tab;et in order to cover up they blaming me
    This is very bad service and support from Micromax,

    The service is really bad and i pass the message to all the friends and people not to buy any micromax product.
    i wont recommend any one to but any micromax product.

        My phone's battery is dead for 2 days. When i plugged in the charger i found it was not charging at all. At first i thought it was the problem of the charger but the charger is working properly in other phones but not in my phone only. I have tried many chargers but nothing is working.I have tried a lot to charge my mobile but still it is not working.

          Dear sir

          I am using micromax mobiles from the past three years, my first mobile was micromax canvas a111, and myself purchased a brand new micromax canvas silver 5 (450) on 14/01/2016 from pathanamthitta, kerala wid imei no [protected]. Now i am totally dissatisfied with the phone and the service that you provided to me.


          I had faced a problem related to the loud speaker of the phone and i reported the complaint to the nearest service center of micromax in pathanamthitta on 29/march/2016 wid job slip no s[protected] and the service technician told me that it will not be repairable at there and they will send the phone to company and will provide a new one. I received my phone back on 12/apr/2016 at evening with a new imei no [protected]. I get back my mobile to home and charged the phone and inserted sim card but there is no net work was showing in my phone.
          On 13/apr/2016 i had purchased a duplicate sim from bsnl and inserted the sim but the experience was same. As i am went to delhi on 13/apr/2016 i did not contacted the service center for the issue and when i came back to home on 22/apr/2016 i went to pathanamthitta micromax care and with help of the technician the issue solved.

          On 06/may/2016 the phone got again shown the loud speaker complaint and i approached the service center on same day and given my phone to repair they said that it will be ready by two days, after two days i again contacted them at that time they told that they had sent email regarding my complaint and solve the issue at the earliest and told me to wait for two more days. After two days they told that they will replace the phone with new one and advised me to wait for three days, like the same after 14 days they given back my mobile on 20/may/2016.

          On 23/may/2016 when i was speaking in phone the phone got hot and the phone become dead, i approached the service center wid job slip no s[protected] and they told that the battery is down and need to boost the battery and i had waited there for 1 hr and after that they told that they need to open the phone and after that they will clear the complaint and they had given an alternate phone for using. Today i visited there and asked the status of my phone and they told that there is some shorting in board and need to replace the board of the phone.

          I am so irritated with service and poor quality of the cell phones that you had given to me,
          I am not interested for using the same repaired phone again, so requesting you to kindly refund the amount rs:12500/- which i had invested for purchasing a micromax mobile phone by trusting the brand. Or replace the phone with any other model in the same price range.

          The photos of bill, imei no of replaced phone, messages i had received from micromax at the time of repair at first complaint screen snap of complaint registration and latest job slip copy are attaching.

            Rs.7500


            . And from 1st day it gets automatically reset around 5-10 time per day. Therefore you are

            Requested please replace this phone with new phone, so that in future i can, t face such

            Types of problem.

              I, amit singh chauhan, have purchased a micromax mobile model no. E471 with imei no. [protected] and [protected] on 24 september 2015 vide invoice no. Jc/15-16/2335 from cell mobiles.

              On 03 december 2015, i have reported to micromax customer support service phone no. That my mobile gps is not functioning. My phone was exchanged with an old repaired mobile with imei no. [protected], [protected] by the company (Which i got to know of late). Now my mobile is again unserviceable due to imei invalid as told by service centre at pune. I have submitted my mobile for repair to m/s planet cell, pune on 25 april 2016 under job sheet no. W[protected]. Till date my mobile is not repaired. Also i would like to ask from the company that on the day i got old refurbished mobile in place of my new handset, my warranty should have been extended.

                My wifi router micromax mmx440w has a problem off losing charge. I gave to service centre for servicing out of warranty.. They told that approximately 2000 rupees for replacement, that time i show the price of new one in rs.999 in online market and told them to clear only the complaint. After some days they called and told, it has been replaced & amount is 2000. It was not with my approval. I talked and they not willing to back the complaint product or reduce the amount than the new one having warranty. I lost ma product.. They didn't give back. I need justice. How can i accept the replacement with rs.2000 in case of the availability of the new product less than rs

                  Second time mobile given to the company.
                  First time during warranty but response was very poor . handed over the set that Zoom lens will be replaced soon but till date no action has been taken.
                  Now againg mobile handed over to service division at haldwani on 5th of May . Job sheet no is N[protected]. but still mobiole has not repaired already 20 days over.

                    My name is shashidhar i have booked replacement of battary in service cetre shimoga-577204 ph.No.[protected].
                    I have booked on 01.04.2016 till now not recieved the battery almost two months they have taken to replacement of battery. The worst service in micromax and also in service cetre they are not picking the call not properly responding uselee staffs in micromax.
                    I have another mobile gionee the service was very good i am happy with gionee .
                    Almost all micromax modles battery problems so dont go for micromax go other company giving good service.

                      Micromax service center at Borivali gives 3rd class service. Worst service center in India. Staff don't have manner to talk with customers. They start fighting with every customer. They want much more time for repairing even for small fault. They don't have any knowledge about mobile repairing. Staff members do time pass by chit chat with each other.AC is not working in your service center. There is no drinking water. Staff members don't care about anything just because they know at the end of the month they will get the salary but if it will go like that only then it can cause a serious problem.
                      Please take some necessary action otherwise it will effect the name of micromax company.

                        Sir i brought a micromax laptab on august2015 (Model name-acc. Lt666 grey).
                        In the march 2016 it became automatically got dead. I show it in the micromax care at patelnagar delhi. They took 1 month time. I received my laptab but again it show the same problame. Then i again submitted in the same micromax care. And then it took again 1 month. But here they are giving me a diifferent product by saying that it is a replaced product. And the replace product is not compareable to my laptab.. Becoz it is lesser price in market.
                        O i again gave back my product to the care. Yet i have not received the product.

                          From very first day, when i puchased this dabba phone micromax canvas 5, mic is not working several times in a day, another person cant hear my voice and it heats very much. Reastart itself. When i went service centre, they stupid told, this dabba phone is special so call customer care they will come to ur home and repair it. Or replace it, when i call customer care, they said go to service centre.
                          Hould i go to consumer court or police station. I know you people not worry about it, but i have all previos mail from starting and clame. I will try it. Otherwise humble request, please and any other word for request that one. This time make it ok, next time i will not do this kind of stupid mistake to purchse any item of micromax.

                            I have given servicing for my tabp470 on 10th march 2016.. At the time of submission of mobile they told within 21 to 25 days you will recieve mobile.. Till now there is no update of about my handset.. Whenever i complaint they just tell wait for 21 days.. And it is almost 3 months but no update of mobile.. I have made a heavy loss due to unavailability of mobile.

                            Now my patience is over.. I am looking for legal action... For this company.. My job sheet no.- e[protected]

                                On 28th march 2016, i went to mircomax service centre in Civilines branch, Allahabad and gave my mircomax canvas P480 tablet for repair as it had issues with charging. Since the product was under warranty i wasnt charged but i was asked to wait for 45 days as the product will take some time to repair. The so called 45 days are already over now and i tried keeping up with them for details but they keep giving excuses, the most common excuse being "the tab will take more 21 days to repair". The warranty date also got over on 19th may 2016 and i really doubt if they'll ever return my tablet. I want my tablet back safe and sound.

                                    I have brought a new micromax - 4g dual sim mobile from distributor in moradabad.
                                    After inserting the sim in 2 slot, it got hanged and nothing was displayed there.
                                    Screen totally turns into black. Even after trying it to switch off, it not getting off.
                                    Next day, i took to the mobile to shop from where i brought it. Then the shopkeeper says that send it to service center.
                                    Technical from service center says that problem with its software is occured.
                                    Job no[protected].
                                    22 days has already passed from taoday and i do not get my mobile.
                                    How critically i buy that mobile. My business got totally disturbed as my whole business is dependent on communication.

                                      Bad service provided by Micromax service center, they had promise me 30 days time to get repair my phone bt after 30 days they used to tel they had forgotten to repair it and they asked another 20more days to done.. if we ask for manger no for complaining about it, Service manager name Suresh and his contact no.[protected] told Yes it takes 20 more days.. where ever you need you can register complaint I don't care, such a irresponsible person..
                                      Myself devendra and I had given my Micromax mobile to service on 22nd of April.. hope u people take action on this issue.

                                        I, Zubaid Shaikh had ordered a new battery for my Micromax A 210 from a customer care of Micromax, Akurdi, Pune. I had paid a advance amount of Rs.200/-. The battery arrived after 1 month and I paid the remaining amount of Rs.690/-. The battery provided is a faulty one and the customer care is not ready to provide a new battery. New Battery is barely 14 days old.
                                        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
