I am sudipta had some charging problem with my micromax a210 model & took it to micromax authorized service centre address royal corner, near double road petrol bunk, lal bagh main road, sampangi rama nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560027 phone:[protected] on 03.05.16 vide job sheet no. S[protected]. They took my phone & after that no response. Everyday i was calling & following them up. Maximum time the contact mobile no. Is not reachable or telling invalid. Very rarely get the call connected & if connected some lady receives & speaks only in local language & doesnot have english literacy. Sometimes one rachana cusrtomer dealing exceutive & mr. Vishal received the call & tells they will call back but never i get any call from them. Anyways, after so many follow ups i got fed up & on 10.5.16 i called [protected] (One responsible micromax stuff) i complained him about the poor & delayed response & immediately after 5 minutes i received one call from[protected] at 3.58 pm by mr. Vishal who said that he is the service mechanic of the concerned micromax care & told me to come down as my motherboard is damaged & it will cost rs.5000 for repair. I was shocked to know that & rushed to them at 6pm. After meeting vishal he is not able to explain me what exactly the problem is & insisting for change of motherboard which costs rs.5000/- i told him that i am also an electronics engineer & i can completely understand the technical issues if he explains me by technical ways. But he is not having any words to answer me & again & again telling for mother board replacement. I have complete security paid version installed in my mobile which has anti theft alarm facility. Whenever vishal switching on the mobile within 1-2 minutes alarm sounds & message come 'your phone is locked' i just turned off the anti theft alarm by putting secret password & after that he is able to access the phone. Hence, it is 100% proved that they could not open & access my phone due to the complete security & simply telling to change device motherboard. After that i told give the phone back to me but he was insisting again & again to keep the phone to change the motherboard & telling me to take data back up immediately. I got doubt & took the phone. The whole incident happened on 10.5.16 around 6.30pm-7pm there in presence of customer relation executive ms. Rachana & one more lady stuff. Anyways i returned with the phone & planned to take it to other micromax care of bangalore. On 12.5.16 afternoon 3pm i went to malleswaram micromax care & met mr. Shivraj service mechanic & to my surprise their service is so prompt that within 10 minutes shivraj checked my mobile & told that pcb shield is tampered & vanished, other small ic locks are also broken & vanished previously & pcb is heated up by blow to damage the motherboard. I never give it to outside shops & i want to get it serviced through micromax care only. I explained the same thing to mr. Shivraj. Immediately i called vishal from there over phone & he is simply doing drama not to recognize me & giving to the other stuffs to attend me & finally when i shouted he disconnected the call. This is a completely cheating case & richmond micromax care stuffs just tried in an unprofessional way to damage device motherboard & tried to cheat me for rs.5000/- i am giving the complaint to punish them & give me compensation for damaging my motherboard components. Mr. Shivraj told me that the phone will be charged offline (In switch off mode) & all other functions are smoothly working then what is the issue related to motherboard. If motherboard not working how can the phone will be working so nicely.

My mobile has a charging problem
I had go to service center north 24 parganas naihati west bengal
They charges for service i was agree
But tell me that if mobile will dead at a time of service we not take a resposne
I visit previous 4 month in 2 service center tegahria, chandanagar howrah
But they don't such kind of matter
I have seen some easy problem they tell that we don't take response if dead

I will never purchase next time micromax mobile and suggest to all my friend and related it for never purchase

I have submitted my mobile phone in micromax care in M/S AKS CARE alambagh lucknow on 29th march 2016. When i called customer care or goes to the branch office, they always told me to come after 21 days. but after 43 i did not got my mobile phone. They are not giving any information about my phone. I purchase micromax juice2 on 4-11-205 now i have a problem. After restarting phone it is not start for 30 minute. I want to solve this problem. Now i want to new mobile.

They could not repaired it and send it to the company. Now more than 56 days are over still they have not repaired it and returning it to me. Whenever i call to call centre or service centre, they tell me that it will take further 21 days.

I bought canvas knight2 on[protected] and in just 1 week it has some issue and replaced by the dealer, again after 1 month
Phone has power on issue and again replaced and they give me some old and used phone.I request them to give me my new phone back but because of companies policy again they replace my new phone with old one twice.I have to use old and used phone at the cost of my new phone, now again phone is not start and have some issue please give me my money back.I do not want this phone.resolve my issue or i will file complain against it with consumer court.

My phone display was broken i have submitted in service center Jalandhar on 7-4-2016 it been more than a month i have not received my phone yet. they are not taking responsibility saying that we are not getting part of it since a month and two day before they said we send your phone to company they could have done this before. i am student studing in punjab from andhra pradesh i am facing many difficulties sir please help me out of this i want my phone as soon as possible

My mobile purchase date 10 march 2016 but sum issue in this mobile so submit 1 april m/s mobile care gaya bihar but not issue resolved 11.5.2016. And every day lost my businesses 50000, thousand many time asking but only one respon 21 day under resolved but no any solution till today so please not repairable.

I have purchase doodle 4 in nov 2015.
Just after 2 months of purchase doodle came up with many problem auto switch off/on, contacts does not load up, auto disconnect from internet (Even my data is on) and heating problem.

I went to service center they resolved the problem but 2 problem is still there, heating and auto disconnect from internet.

Now this phone is heating too much just like as this is going to burst.

And now there is one new problem came, headjack is not working

I am not able listen songs on my earphone not even i can't connect to the speaker.

This phone is still in warranty but it is so disappointing that it is not the worth of money.

Also i would like to tell micromax if they cant made a phone on which we can use at least one year without any problem. So why they launch those models.

However i am not going to buy any products from micromax and also i will not recommend any to buy micromax smart phones.

Problem : power does not switch on

I am extremely upset with the services and update given to me by micromax. I bought a micromax canvas tab p480 on 25 feb 2016 and it was dead just after 7 days from buying..

I gave it to micromax server center in noida (Galore services, sector 22) and was informed that the tab would be sent to micromax company for the repair and it would take around 30 days for the repairs.

But every time i call up micromax customer care they would ask me wait for 21 days more. I have called them 5 times and they are still saying 21 days.. It is more than 60 days now since i have given my tab for repairs and i am still waiting. This is ridiculous.

It is extremely frustrating to get no proper update from the micromax customer care on when i would get my tab repaired.

I request you to please intervene and help me in getting my repaired tab back

I have given my phone in service center in secunderabad (Sri dhatre mobiles — dimond towers shop no 13, 14, between taj tri star & hotel bleson taj mahal, opp manju theatre (Ph :- [protected] - nagole), to change my display glass as it was broken, before giving it even in broken display it was working awesome with super sound, but after they changed the display, i have been facing lot of problem, like sound is completely gone as no clarity in it mite be paper of speaker is torn, and how much ever i keep for charging, it is getting down, i am facing same problem even if i keep other battery, i feel they have changed the speaker from my phone and don't know why charging is getting down, this service center is disgusting, which screwed my happiness, this service center is spoiling company name, i have never faced this problem as i bought this phone 4 or 5 years back, i want a strict action to be taken on this service center... I want my phone to serviced or else i'm going to complain in consumer court...!!!

I have (Now had) a micromax a111 canvas doodle mobile handset: m_imei: [protected], s_imei: [protected]. It`s battery exploded in my hand on the night of 7 may 2016. I have several burns on my fingers.

I would like to be reimbursed the price of this mobile phone. Also i should be compensated for the physical injury caused by this accident and the loss of data on this handset.

Kindly look into this problem so that it does not happen to anyone else.

We hade purchased micromax a-096 (Black) from jasmine mobile vadodara.
Imei no - [protected] on 25/05/2015.
After purchase of this phone the phone display stopped working almost 3-4 times for which the phone had to be kept for repairing and we have not used the phone for almost 6 months. Last repair was done in april'16 and again the phone display is not working. We gave the same on 07/05/16 and the service center says that it is not covered under warranty even though no external damage or water spillage has happened to the instrument.
Instrument is having problem from the 4th month of purchase and it has become more of a headache for us. First issue in aug'15 and next in nov'15 and then in feb'16, march'16 and april'16.
We need replacement for the same as the instrument itself seems defective.

I purchased 32 inch micro max tv before 1 year ago on 14 feb 2015 which had one year warranty. After 1year and 2 month its showing total white screen .now due to only 2 month past its warranty got completed.Now the micromax engineer is saying that tv pannel need to change.and its cost near 10000 rs..now can any one tell me why I pay 10000 while tv total cost was 14999.And micromax providing his customer show cheap type product.please only beacause of two month before tv was in warranty and now you asking for 10000 rs.plase guys replace my pannel and fix the issue.otherwise i will go for consumer court that micromax provide me froad and cheap product..its request please fix it.and dont let me feel micromax unfaith.

Times but still the issue persist. I have told him to give me the refund or replacement, but i have been told that no one can help me in this regard. So i want to forward this matter to the higher
Authorities of micromax and help me to get the refund or replacement in this regard as soon as possible in an emergency basis. I am really sick and tired with this mobile.


Today on 08.05.2016 at about 12.25 pm a person named mr. Abhishek bhatterjee called me from micromax head office, refund department gurgaon haryana, and told me that he is the
Refund director and wanted to talk with me regarding the refund of my micromax mobile. But later on at about 4 pm, i can to know that rs 12, 997 had been debited from my sbi account
Without my knowledge and at last i came to know that it was a big fraud made using my debit card and sbi account. The amount was kept for my fathers operation. Please help me to get
Back the money as soon as possible.
