I bought your Micromax Phone in Jan 2015 and suddenly charging was irregular and with great difficulties, I was managing to operate the cell but on 18-4-16 I went to your service center ( Perfect Soloution E3 Kalkaji Market New Delhi) for repairing the charger. I was told A290 charging FPL is not working and is to be replaced.
I agreed for same and necessary part was changed and bill for Rs1540/- was charged vide bill no 2181 dtd. 18-4-16. I thought my problem is sorted out but next day again same problem with no charging and again i went to your service center and was told to me that FPL is loose and some packing is to be given. Problem of charging was as bad as it was earlier before changing the part. I being senior citizen lady and this hot weather I went again to your service centre with my husband and was shocked to hear from your service manager that again Rs.1250/- is required to replace same part as i have broken the FPL.
This is the worst attitude of your service manger and my cell returned to me without charging facility or pay again Rs. 1250/-
Is this the way to handle a senior citizen lady with no fault of her.
They were not at all cooperative and just passing the buck .

Why should I pay again Rs. 1250/- since i have paid Rs 1540/ Just 20 days before.
My phone should be repaired immediately otherwise i will be forced to take Legal help.

    Myself sandeep yadav, i had purchased micromax canvas spark from snapdeal in may 2015. On april 29, 2016 i had lost it while travelling.
    When i call micromax care to track it down through imei number, they told me it is not our responsibility. Go to nearby police station and lodge a FIR, might be they sort it out.

      My name is hemant and i brought a micromax tab before 5-6 month and it is in warranty period right now.It have a lot of problems like battery backup and screen blinking problems, charging slot also dnt work properly so i take it in authorized centre of micromax and now they check it and replied me that u have to submit ur tablet to us and we will return back it to you with in maximum 21 days after rectify it, but now from last two months i request them to return back it but they replied me with excuses everytime and i m fully unstisfied from micromax service and want that you take proper action againest thel and helped me to return it back to me by rectify it

        Sir/madam,
        Reason- service center refusing to hand over the repaired tablet.
        Product details- micromax canvas tab-p480
        Purchase date-06/06/2015

        Problem occured- display mechanically broken
        Micromax care details-
        M/s. Jagganath mobile care plot no.100, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar-751007
        Jobsheet generated for repair
        No.- e[protected] dated-08/02/2016
        Promised to handover after repair- within 45 days.
        Repair confirmation message received-14/03/2016
        And got a message to handover within 21 days.
        After 90 days, still they are refusing to hand over the device. I have also paid rs. 1000.00 as advance for repair.
        There are three complains i have generated with their customer care till date and still they are not responding.

        Please help me to get my device as i am hopeless.

          My micromax cell modal no.A096 has display black lines problem. i submitted it on 25/01/2016.The service centre's employee tells me that my cell is replaced and give me other modal micromax cell which front camera was worse, very bad condition.whatever i have returned it and not accept the other modal.i must my micromax A096 .I have not satisfied with the micromax service.
          Provide me my cell, fast.

          Is very pathetic when it comes to Micromax service centers. Once you submit you phone you will have to drive to the service center many times. most bad thing is the employees do not answer the phones as well...In life time never buy a micromax product is a learning from this experience...

            Non repair of micromax canvas turbo mobile and cheating of rs 12000 by asish (Name as stated by caller) his card no [protected]. **********

            I purchased micxromax canvas turbo model a 250 last year at cp new delhi but mobile suddenly stopped working on 2-4-16, no display coming.

            I am residing in chittranjan where no service centre is available. When mobile stopped working, i submitted the mobile to following nearby micromax service centre at asansol on[protected]

            After checking at asansol service centre, it was informed that your screen needs to be replaced and it may take about 10 to 14 days. Mobile was taken by service centre under job sheet no e[protected] of[protected] which is enclosed.

            On[protected], i got the message that mobile is repaired and collected mobile on[protected].

            The mobile suddenly stopped working again on[protected] when i was at kolkata. I took the mobile to your kolkata service centre (New alipur) where in after checking the mobile it was informed that problem of mobile is due to non working of one flap which need to be replaced. I told that the same problem was last week which was supposed to be repaired then how the problem again. The centre asked me to get the repair from same centre who has not done complete repair last time and report matter to company.

            I have suffered lot of problem and loss due to above and request you to arrange replacement / complete repair of set.

            I had lodged consumer complaints with micromax informatics of non repair of canvas turbo phone of micromax.

            Mr ashish mobile no [protected] saying to be from micromax support service cell on[protected] asked to give the complaint to support.[protected]@india.com.

            Mr ashish mobile no [protected] called on[protected] and informed that company will refund 80% of mobile value and asked to provide bank detail i.E. A/c and ifs code for transferring 80% of mobile value of rs 12000. Details was provided to him.

            On[protected] mr ashish mobile no [protected] again called and he gave an id [protected] and asked to create transaction id for transfer of amount through atm by debit card which is required for transferring refund amount. Following his advice, it seems that rs 12000/- has been transferred from my ac to id [protected]. This appears to be cheating work.

            It seems that the person is fraudulent person and has got transferred amount from my ac to card no [protected].

            Today mr desai (Saying to be sr account officer from micromax ) mobile no [protected] called on to my mobile and said that your transferred money will be credited to your account.

            I have checked from bank and it is found that money rs 12000/- has been transferred to a/c no [protected] which is in name of tarun kumar through card id [protected].

            Further mr anuj srivastava (Saying to be from micromax ) mobile no [protected] called on to my mobile and said that your transferred money is available on server and will be credited to your account today for which he is taking action. But later he sent sms that it will be done tomorrow.

            Besides uploading complaints on your site, my husband (M [protected]) also called on your no [protected] on[protected] wherein i narrated the problem to mr adil and requested to get my set repaired free of any charges for the reason that in last complaint when set was under warranty, it was not properly repaired as mentioned above. He advised me to visit service centre and in case of any problem of repair of mobile he should be contacted for intervention to get the set repaired. I visited your above service centre in asansol but centre refused to repair the set and informed that it will cost about rs 6000/. My husband (M [protected]) again contacted your customer help line no [protected] but in spite of much follow up, your customer service official mr krishna could not resolve the issue. He finally asked service centre to receive my set and wait for company instruction.

            I am residing about 40 km away from your service centre in asansol and suffering lot of harassment and financial loss due to careless attitude of service centre and problem in your mobile set.

            I am informing this for taking necessary action from end (I) for arranging replacement /repair of mobile (Ii) to get back the money taken from my account rs 12000/-.

              I deposited my under warranty micromax a311 cell phone to new tirupati cellulars, pune (Authorized micromax service center) on 19th march 2016 with power on/off problem.
              They checked my mobile and mentioned that the main board needs to be replaced and will take appx. 25 days as the handset needs to be sent to company.

              A job card number w[protected] was generated. I received a text sms on my mobile on 30th march 2016 stating that mobile has been repaired and sent to customer service center asking me to collect.

              When i visited the service center and showed the sms to them, they couldn't give me handset as it was not physically received to them. I had to visit the center 3 times to get the mobile.
              Finally on 5th april 2016 i received the handset with the power on/off issue resolved, but next day i found that there are cracks on the cell phone body in the area where screws are fitted and also the screen of the handset was not fixed properly!

              Same day i reported this service center with the issue and they were ready to resolve/fix the problem but not willing to take the mobile stating there was some issue with system. I had to again visit 3 times to your service center and as a turn around they finally took my handset and issued me manual job card and 5 days later gave me another job card number w[protected] which took further 15 odd days to get a response.

              Meanwhile i called your call center number numerous times about the status of my mobile and complaints against the customer service center employees but i couldn't get a resolution with just a reply that senior department will get back to you.

              Finally when i again got a message to collect the mobile again, unfortunately i again found an issue with the screen fitted to my mobile and i couldn't get my mobile for the 5th time in one and half month duration since i first submitted it to micromax customer service center and again got one new job number w[protected] on 27th april 2016 and not sure what new problem/issue i'd find with it when i go to collect it.

              One thing i've learnt for sure is, we one should not buy these kind of cheap branded company mobiles and get fooled around.
              What i'd urge is be patient and wait till we have enough funds to go for very awesome quality mobiles of samsung/moto/nokia/sony etc as these company mobiles seldomly have issues and yet have a very good customer service support.

              I've already shared my concern on above website way back and yet to hear a reply. Reference number for same is SER[protected]. It's been more than 2 months now and yet you are not returning my mobile handset.

              It will be great if you can return me my mobile as it is at the earliest so that I can destroy it on my own rather than being in a feeling that you will actually repair the same. It's humble request to kindly return my handset at the earliest.

                I have purchased micro max canavas knight 2 mobile in pay tm last september i think the validity also there for this mobile is one year, problem is that the software is damaged automatically imei number showing null, actually i just went for repairing the phone to mircomax service center they asking me to pay 1000 rupees still i have one warranty also they asking me to pay, other wise they will not repair the phone so please provide me option like what i need to do,
                I purchased with 18000 still warranty period is there then also why i should pay money to them, its not an physical or user mistake its about software so please help me

                  I can buy a micromax mobile model no. - micromax bolt q335 on august 2015 from delhi . But due to some personal issues i cant use this mobile till feb 2016. But when i can switch on my new mobile on 3rd march 2016.After that i can call my relative and when he pick up my phone . After near around 1 minute voice is not audible from front end .Than i go to customer care of micromax branch hansi (Pin code -125033 ).This mobile is under guarantee till august 2016. They return me this mobile after one month and assure me that this mobile is working perfect. But when i get home and again put my sim in mobile . Mobile network is not showing. Than after few days again i go to customer care of micromax and tell them to resolve this issue . Again they do the same and return me after one month and tell me that this mobile can not be repaired because your mobile is drop down and get damaged.So we are not able to repair this mobile.My usage of this mobile is maximum 5 minutes.

                  I hope that this consumer complaint forum resolve my issue and get new micromax bolt q335 mobile.

                    I bought micromax canvas on feb 2016. Within a month had software issue. Submitted my phone to service center in mobi vision t-nagar, chennai on 26.3.2016

                    They said, it will take one month at most. It's been more than a month. Not proper answer from customer support and service center is not picking up my calls so far. I tried my chennai service center through call for past two weeks. Not even once, they attend my call.

                      I submitted my smart phone at service center on 12.03.2016 ( job sheet no. E[protected]), after complete out of order of the set, only after 5 months of purchase and for the last 2 (Almost) months, micromax is replying that they are on service of my phone, and will return back in 21 days. Is it call service? 2 months to repair a new phone? May i ever get back my phone? How? When? Please help me to get back my phone in running condition .

                        Charging socket is not proper, it is a manufacture defect since starting charging is not being connect properly. Some times during connect of charger, battery shows full i.E. 100%, but after a while phone is dead.It is worth while to mention here that, phone is every time is being charged with original charger supplied by the phone. It is also observed that phone is overheated that no one can touch to ear. After all functions are disabled the battery is draining very fast and required to charged within every two or three hours. I have contacted to service center he says that you have leave the phone for 45 days. My all contacts are in phone than how can it be left for 45 days. Please help and do need full to correct phone.

                          I provided Micromax Q413 to service center and service center said that your mobile will be replaced with old mobile witch is available. It is pathetic to micromax because I spend 6500 rs on new mobile and used only one month .I thought if mobile is not reparable then you should provide New phone instead of old phone .It is like a fraud with customer and it is not good for micromax COMPANY .

                              i have purchase a new hand set of micromax, model canvas 5 E 481.(22/03/2016) after two the set get starting trouble to me i went to the shop where that i have purchase, he told that it will manage on micromax service ce ntre, so i went there on 29/03/2016 there the owner of that centre mr. raz chaudhary had told me that it is only a software problem and will remove after resetting it so i deposit it and after evening i get it back with updated ...
                              after one day the set do the same trouble so i went gain to the centre again and met to mr chaudhary now he agree that it is a manufacturing defect so he told that it wil be replace in ten to twelve days i submit the set at once ...my job sheet no is N[protected]., , ,
                              Since i have talk to the helpline 11 times about the set from 04/04/2016 till today they are saying that it will get in 21 days
                              my simple request is that today 03/05/2016 if the set takes 21 days to repair, that means 54 days i did understand the policy micromax company...
                              so plz sir do some thing so that i can get my set back and will sell it out

                                I bought a Micro Max Canvas mobile about 2 years back. for last few days it is not getting charged fully. After 25% charge, charging stops. I took it to authorised service center at Chandra layout, Bangalore, Karnataka. Service person initially told that software has to be reloaded. Subsequently he simply informed that mother board needs replacement, which costs almost Phone cost and better I buy a new phone. He was also rude when I asked some clarifications. If Mother board fails in 2 years, it speaks bad about quality of Micromax. It has not happened due to any wrong handling like fall or wter leak etc.

                                  I have given my set a300 at h.S.R.Communication raipur, for reparing ...
                                  1st they repaired it n give me bill of abt 700rs ..I paid the amt n took back the set ..But from very second day i was faceing the same prob again n again..
                                  They kept my set n told that it will go u company service center n will take time approx 10/15days ...I told them its ok...They gave me customer complaint copy...After 15 day when i visited center ...They told set will not repaire co.Will provide u another set ..Again i said its ok...Then i receive the call from them a300 is not avilable ..Will provide u another model...I again said ok...But they they started giving dates ...They i called customer care they asked me complain no.On 26/4/16
                                  That time i got shoked that they have not given me auth.Compalint sheet
                                  I went to service center n asked them ...They cam ein tension n they issued me auth.Complaint no ...But told me cannot provide u receipt as server is down ...I again said ok ...When i again talk to customer care they told u have given set today only how can we help u ...
                                  I went to servise center they told again lie they told 1st time your complaint was rejected n recall was issued so i gave u same date complaint no...They gave me date that come on 2/5/16. They will provide me set
                                  When i visited center ...They asked me to wait i was sitting there for more an hour...At last they were giving me one damaded set n told me that this set has come from company ...I rejected to take that set n i call customer care again

                                  They asked me the complaint no...
                                  I told them complaint no ...
                                  They gave me the reply sir your prob have been solved, your set has been repaired n given back to u on 27/4/16


                                  How is this possibe ...
                                  Till date i have not received any set from service center...
                                  After a long talk thry r saying give u 10 days will provide u same set n alll


                                  What is this alll...U r cheating customers.
                                  How can they close comlaint
                                  My set has been repaired n they r saying compnay will give u another set ...R they cheating them

                                    I bought a micromax canvas s4 mobile phone on jan 2016, now the call automatically drop during calls and display also not working properly, and the phone automatically switch off whereas the battery status is 30-40%.many times I gone for service centre but they always denied to take my phone they assured me if I complain online on micromax compliant then the company will replace my phone..wat to do. ..?as I m suffering so much due to mobile phone

                                      I have purchased Micromax Canvas 2.2 (A114) April, 2014, after using 18 months this phone started problem with its software. I visited Micromax care B R Services in Lajpat Nagar 2-Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Micromax Service Centre for software installation but after two months it again started problem with its application, like Google Play Services not working. I visited B R Services in Lajpat Nagar 2-Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Micromax Service Centre, i was told to change the Motherboard for resolving this problem and got changed its Motherboard at 29.02.2016. But very soon at 13.03.2016 my Mobile got problem with software and when i restarted it, my phone dint start so that again i went to B R Services in Lajpat Nagar 2-Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Micromax Service Centre on 14.03.2016 for resolving this problem, and again OS was installed in Mobile. After using 45 days my phone stop working on 27 March, 2016 and again i visited the service center at B R Services in Lajpat Nagar, my phone was taken by them for installation of OS but in was not done on the same day and i were told my Mr. Sameer, Mob No.-[protected] for B R Services, Lajpat Nagar that they will retain my Mobile for one week in supervision. Whatever OS Service center installed in mobile it stop working exact after 45 days. I want to why i can't use my phone without any problems.

                                      Please do something for this, i want better response by your side.

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        I had bought micromax e 311 on 15th may 2015. But, from last 40 days i started facing some issues with the sim slots. They some time work and sometime they dont. So i went to the sec-17, vashi plaza, navi mumbai sevice centre on 25th april 2016. They made me wait for almost 1 ghr and after that they informed me that it is not under warranty as i had already got it repaired from somewhere else.

                                        I have been using cell phones and i know this thumb rule that if you get it opened by any unauthorised person your warranty would be void. So, i gueess i am not a fool to do that mistake.

                                        How have they analysed the same and are now saying it would cost 5, 500/- to get it repaired.

                                        Is this the way how micromax fools its customers in the name of warranty.

                                        I` want a solution for the same and request you to get my phone repaired asap as after some days my 1 yr would be over and again it would be said that it is out of warranty period.
