I am writing this mail in context that i had submitted my handset micromax A102 in the name of Rupali Devnath in Lucknow at M/S Mobile Dot Com, 111, 1st Floor, Sri ram Towers, hazratganj dated[protected] as it was having a problem of automatic internet was getting "ON".

I received a message that your handset is repaired, kindly collect from the center, hence i went to collect my handset at the service center. After prolonged waiting the concerned person told me that your handset had came repaired but still the same problem is persisting, so, we will again send to our H.O. for swapping which is going to take another 20-25 days.

I am not sure what is going to happen as i dont have any concrete answer from Micromax... Pure disappointment from such a big brand..

The customer service was extremely poor.. Sorry to say..

A customer invests his money in things which are of durable nature.. hence we bought Micromax but to contrary it is turning to be frustrating and irritating..

I want a concrete solution as to what will happen with my handset..

It has been over two months wherein i have been assured that it would be repaired at the earliest but it has not happened till date..

I purchased a micromax tablet canvas (Model)- p 480 in date -

8/10/2016 but after 4 -5, months tablet not worked. I complained in

Micromax customer service center. Customer executive said to me

Ending teblet for repairing and i send my tablet in micromax service

Center - jobsheet date,[protected], job sheet *no[protected]*

But customer service center - not giving me any detail and not sending

Tablet. Many times i called and i sending messages by writing and

Phone but company not sending information and my tablet. I called in

Micromax service center many times. But no reply from micromax

Company.

I am getting frustrated now, this seem purely customer harassment only.

After so many communication with service center and today i called on[protected] of you service center contact no as provided me on mail and discussed the thing with mr. Vikas around 11:15am, but he is also asking some job sheet no and saying can't do anything without job sheet no, even after i am providing the "reference to your ticket id - 333970" which i have received from you side only vai mail. He said go to the service center again and take the job sheet no and then call back...

After that i have called to service center no 41728191 and same thing happen again madam is asking the job sheet no-again i have provide my contact details, mobile handset detail date of submission, then she said still problem not resolved, i asked her to provide me the job sheet no, she denied to provide me the job sheet no and saying your job sheet no is not generated yet. First she disconnect the phone even i said don't disconnect the call before finishing. Again i had called she said will call by evening i insist for job sheet, she said will call back in 5 minutes and disconnect the call and still not received any call.

How all these things are going as per my understanding myself is treated a out our warranty even after my mobile is under warranty. Person seating at service center cheating the people like this.

I don't know what will happen with my handset, again i am requesting to kindly replace my handset or give my higher model i will pay the differential amount, i can't wait for so long time (Not even confirm expected time given to me)

Expecting the to understand the customer's situation and a better service please...

I am bound to write this mail, because of not getting the solution from service center, you are requested to kindly look in to the matter and either arrange the replacement of this handset or provide the higher mobile handset, i will pay the differential amount for the new higher mobile please…

I purchased s-301 bolt through amazon. You have supplied with out charger and i purchased one from local market. The set is not holding charge even after
100% charging. I took the set to your service centre at erode town with same complaint. Now they they ares saying it is because of not using miromax
Charger. Is it true?. If so why you have not supplied charger with additional

Your workshop is so near to noida but your working style is like you are repairing mobile on foreign country.
I handed my mobile for repairing at your shop at sector -22, noida on 3 may 2016. After few days i got message through sms that i would get repaired mobile in a week, after two days i got message in twenty days. Yesterday i got message via sms that it will take further 10 days. Are you befoolling customer.

I gave my mobile named “micromax canvas xpress 2 (E313) on 7th april 2016. To your service provider “shree services, sangli.” they told me that my mobile would be delivered after a month.
After a month, when i asked for my mobile on 5th may, 2016, they told me that the mobile is not repairable at sangli customer service center and it has been send to the authorised customer care center at delhi. And it will be returned back within 4- 5 days. But on 13th may, 2016 i received a massage from you that my mobile will be retured me after 21 days. And again on 20th may, 2016 you send me a massage that my mobile will take more 21 days for repair. Today is 21th may 2016 that means more than 45 days my mobile is in your workshop and till today i am not in receipt of my mobile from you. If my mobile is always in your custody, then when i should use my mobile. I didn’t purchase the mobile to keep it in my showcase. Due to absence of my mobile i’m facing lot of inconvenience and problems. I neither attend my business calls nor call to under officers to instruct them. I also facing the misunderstandings of my officers. So i request you to please return me my mobile within 5 days from today, otherwise i have to fie a suit against your company in consumer forum and your company will be responsible for further legal matters. I am very very disappointed about services offered by tou. I had given my smart phone which is micromax a 108, which had a touch pad problem to, shubham telecom services, nashik, from 08 april 2016 but till now they dont have given my phone back, not even my problem is solved, even they dont have provided me online jobsheet number. Whenever i call them the lady says that you will get your phone within 3 4 days but till now no action is taken, kindly look in to the issue & confirm back.

I have purchase an android hand set Q327 on 23/04/2016 at sahidnaga, bhubaneswar shich is defective one, either battery performance or mother board is very poor inspite of swich off power is reducing, I have visited your service centre located at sahidnagarnear about 3 times but no satishfactorey result found please do the neadful.

I have buyed a micromax mobile one month ago but from the first day onwards it is awsomely slow. I mean if you open an application it will take atleast a decade to open I am very disappointed as this is my forth Micromax mobile and I was very excited to use it. It is true that micromex company is a biggest chor company beacause my job sheet no[protected]-23318086 &my mobile canvas a99 is under repair to dec 2015 till present date 21 may & i have no reccived any satisfied answer to company so if the company representative read this complaint mail that this is a last reminder mail then i adopt a legal action against comapany

This is a gentle reminder in continuation of my complaint dated 16/5/2016 (Copy enclosed). I wish to remind your goodself that i am having problem with touch and slot of memory card in the micromax canvas purchased on 31/12/2015 (Copy enclosed) from your esteemed company. I visited your service centre in patiala but they are not ready to repair it in warranty. They are asking me to pay rs 600/- only for slot repair. There behaviour is also not up to the mark.

I bought 32b8100mhd tv on snapdeal, for the installation purpose micromax executive came my house and open that product while power starting that product is damaged picture/video scratches are their he is prepared call sheet and went out, but i didn't get any response, i also mailed to micromax (Ce. [protected]@micromaxinfo.com & [protected]@micromaxinfo.com) with he is given call sheet screen shot.
I have been complain-ting about product damage but they didn't give proper response.
1. Micromax complaint no: an[protected] : 10/05/16 -6:29pm — complaint about damage.
2. Micromax complaint no: an[protected] : 14/05/16 -10:05pm — complaint about damage.

I had called many times in single day and i was conference with their two authorized executives with customer service center executive -[protected]
(He is told authorized person is micromax owner, please talk with him, they given authorized service person, what is this?),
But i didn't get replacement of that product.

After many services done (I am really not sure if it was the case) thru your authorised service center in coimbatore, tamilnadu, i am writing this email with high stress due to my wrong selection on buying this mobile thru amazon.

Here are the list of issues of this mobile which was purchased on 11nov 2015.
1. After few weeks o[censored]sage, sim got deactivated by itself often.
2. Started to repair this device for more than 5 times thru authorised service provider but it had never worked continuously for 2days after each service. I doubt if you people were just returning back it without doing anything every time as it is the result i have been getting.
3. Last time i got this mobile from service center was 14th may which was working fine for few hours and sim went to deactivate mode automatically (This is what asked to repair for 5 times)
4. Now i don’t know what to do with this phone as anyway you would return the same phone with same “not working condition” if i approach your service center by 6th time.
5. I was requesting your authorised service centre to replace this mobile with new one. But got no favour.
6. This mobile was being used (Or kept) mostly by your servicing people than me from the date of purchase.
7. Please advice on what should i do as my transport cost to service center has exceeded than this mobile cost.

I am writing this email with little hope to get the solution on this.

Phone deposited at service center name royal services rani bagh as on 09.05.2016 wide job sheet no.- n[protected], but till to date phone not recieved and customer care says will be reaired after 07 days.

Please resolve my complaint asap and give extended warranty on my product.

My self samrat pramanik from kolkata, west bengal. I have ordered a micromax mt500 mobile batter cover on 26/03/2016 and job sheet no is e[protected] and mobile imei no is [protected] and my complain number is mmx[protected].

Its been almost 3 months since i ordered my mobile battery cover to the service center. Every time when i called customer care of micromax ([protected]) they told me wait 7 days and the order will be delivered. I called 4 times and they told me same things. Please do the need full step against micromax and please tell them provide battery cover as soon as possible.

I purchased a micromax phnone around 2 months ago & its on/off button came out. When i went to customer service centre they said the button is not available and they cant provide even later on. If this is the service they provide then whats the benefit of opening customer care centres all across the country. The customer service centre name is apex enterprises, near ganja park, netaji bhawan, kolkata.
