I have purchased micromax canvas e353 in jan 2016.
On 3rd april my cell got locked and was asking for a ppp(Privacy protection password)
I took my handset for unlocking the device at service center of sakchi tank road jamshedpur jharkhand on 4th april around 12.45 hrs.At the very first instance without listening to the problem what my set had the representative told me in a disreputable manner "your screen is broken so we need to change it and the screen comes along with the display unit so it will also be changed. It will cost you around 3500 inr."after telling him what was the problem with this set he told me you will be charged 280 inr for getting it unlocked i have asked it is the problem of system which is supposed to sent the privacy protection password to any of the emergency contact i have provided as they are getting a message to their numbers as "please keep this number in case of my micromax stolen."however my all efforts to explain them was in vein as he said if you need to get it unlocked you will have to pay 280 inr thats all. By the time the service center manager was arrived i explained him the whole matter on this he brought out a new theory of the problem with your carrier/network but he was unable to explain how the first message was delivered by the same network later on i managed a call from the service provider for him and the service provider told that one message generated by the system is delivered so will the another one but the if it is not generated that how it will delivered.He was unable to understand and told me that you will have to pay for the unlocking.
I handed over the set with job card ref no-e[protected] to the service center on 04th april 15 at 1300 hrs with an assurance of getting it back after 10-15 minitues time. But after 25 minitues when i approached to the representative he told me that it is not getting connected with the system so i left the site with an assurance of getting a call form the service center.Till 1700 hrs i didn’t received any communication form the center around 1720 hrs i visited the service center again where i have informed the same that it is not getting connected with the system we will try and revert back to you as may be the progress.
I called the center at 0955 hrs on 5th april 15 regarding the status of my handset and i was told we will revert back to you as may be the progress till 1155 hrs there was no communication received from the service center at 1205 hrs i made a call to the center and asked about the handset i got a new theory that due to the crack in the screen the hardware of handset was not working so it is not getting connected with the system and for bringing back to normal operation we need to change the mother board and display with screen which is going to cost around 5500 inr. I told them that i will visit the center in the evening.Around 1745 hrs on 5th april i reached the center where i asked the technician about the working of anti theft and role of privacy protection password and the working which he was not able to explain.On my explanation about the ppp he told me that due to the problematic hardware and motherboard the set is not sending the message.However he was unable to explain how the "please keep this number in case of my micromax stolen." message is getting deliverd with the same set. Iasked him that you escalate this matter to your higher technical authorities on this he told me that i have already sent a mail and told me that the service center will revert back to you within two days or as early as we receives any solution form our higher end.
With my own resources and support from android solutions i was able to unlock the set on 5th april around 1900 hrs working as it was early.
Till the 1700 hrs of 9th april 15, no communication received form service center, by the time i met with an another problem with the charging cable provided along with set i took the charging cable along with the set and shown it to the representative. He confirmed about the fault.
I asked the inquiry staff about my previous problem he said sir we dint received any communication regarding solution for your problem than i told him that give me a written diagnose report for my handset as what problem it has and probable solution along with the approximate amount required.The representative completley denied to provide the said report.
Told him about the charging cable problem he told me in a disreputable manner that hence your set’s screen is broken so it is out of warranty and so the accessories are too out of the scope of warranty. I asked to show me the written document or policy of micromax where it is clearly mentioned that the accessories will also go out of warranty in case of lapse of warranty to handset. On this another staff joined him and started arguing about the policy but not shown. I asked him that i want to see the manager he told me his number is written on the board so can talk to him.
I called on the number provided [protected] i tried to make call but the call was not picked
Later i checked the warranty card and the details in which nothing was mentioned about the relevancy with lapse of warranty due to damage of set with the lapse of warranty to its accessories.
I made a call to micromax customer care and explained about the whole seen created by the service center i was surprised to know that my job card was closed on the same same day 4th april and i was being avoided and wrongly informed that they were working on it as they kept my handset till the evening of 5th april.
He assured me to look into the matter and confirmed that he has arranged a call back form micromax in next 24 hrs.On 11th april 15 i received a call form micromax, however i was in a meeting so i requested to talk after one hr but till date i didn't received the call.
On 23/04/2016 i logged a complaint on micromax site with ref no ser[protected] in the morning and around 12 noon i received a call calming itself a representative from micromax head office gurgaon.
I explained all the things to her and asked whether the accessories is still in warranty as my my phone's screen in broken however the set is working absolutely fine and as per the details provided by micromax the handset is out of warranty. She said yes it is and you go to nearest micromax service center with the bill and tell them to replace the charging cable and if they deny you call on our customer care no.
I did the same thing and again the staff of tank road sakchi jamshedpur denied to do so.
As per the instruction i called up the help line number and told the representative to talk with him.
Now the representative is totally changed the tone and said no sir you have to pay for the same as it is out of warranty.
I asked them to give me the same thing in written clearly mentioning that in case of mobile is out of warranty the accessories will also not covered under the warranty but no one of them agreed to do so neither the service center nor the help line .
I dont know what to do next

    I have purchased led tv from reliance digital shop on[protected]. After installation tv manual control panel is not working. The same confirmed by the technicians and said they will come later . So far no body has rectified the problem including rd and local technicians.

      I am engineering student of gbu greater noida .i submitted a mobile yuphoria on 29 feburary 2015 at service center sector 27 noida for repairing .There was a short circuit takes place in my phone .       sorry to say but it is true that micromex mobiles has bad performance & bad service my job sheet no[protected] & my phone had problem since oct 2015 then I CONTECT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE DEC 2015 & till present date i can not reccived my canvas A99 I connect your service centre in gupta brothers city plaza shah market but they can not give me a satisfied answer i registered allready my complaint for your costomer care service & email in 4 -04 2016 but i have not reccived my mobile & any satisfied answer so soon as please take possitive action & i have reccived many massage from company inwhich company increase repairing time again & again but i have no reccive my mobile till 30 04 2016 i want to answer that what is the policy of company for consumer service otherwise i take legel action in future so please solve these issue

          I Purchased Micromax Spak Q380 in Aug 2015, My Handset is got Hanged & after power off it is not getting power on, then i Visited Micromax Care. After Checked by M Care Executive he replied your Set is internally damaged & it’s Chargeable. Then I agreed to repair on dated 09.04.2016, logged job Sheet no. N[protected].
          Many Follow-ups with Care center finally they are Called to me on 23.04.2016, for receiving of Handset. I visited on your care center on 25th April. On receiving time checked my Hand set found breakage. But your Executive says it is not our fault. When I gave handset for repair it is completely ‘OK’
          Please manage to provide me my handset on same condition not Breakage.

                I want to know about status of mobile repairing under jobsheet num F[protected] ... My phone is not working. it is the 6 th time the same problem is happening . 5 times software changed and one time board changed. problem is repeting after every 2 month and fed up with the problem . there is no time to get use the phone .. i have only time to repair the phone service center . se please give me cash bach . i am fed up . i want to buy a good brand other than micromax. and i also want to wait 2 months to get back my mobile after board change .. i think that again it send for board change.

                    Cheating of rs 12000 by asish (Name as stated by caller) his card no [protected]. **********

                    I had lodged consumer complaints with micromax informatics of non repair of canvas turbo phone of micromax.

                    Mr ashish mobile no [protected] saying to be from micromax support service asked to give the complaint to support.[protected]@india.com.

                    Yesterday he called and informed that company will refund 80% of mobile value and asked to provide bank detail i.E. A/c and ifs code for transferring 80% of mobile value of rs 12000. Details was provided to him.

                    Today he again called and he gave an id [protected] and asked to create transaction id for transfer of amount through atm by debit card which is required for transferring refund amount. Following his advice, it seems that rs 12000/- has been transferred from my ac to id [protected]. This appears to be cheating work. He is not lifting phone now.

                    It seems that the person is fraudulent person and has got transferred amount from my ac to card no [protected].

                    As ashish has ranged up stating micromax person, the complaint given for necessary action please.

                      I have lodged consumer complaints of non repair of Canvas Turbo Phone of micromax. Mr Ashish Mobile no [protected] saying to be from Micromax support service asked to give the complaint to support.[protected]@india.com. He later asked to provide bank detail i.e. a/c and IFS code for transferring 80% of mobile value of Rs 12000.

                      For transferring amount he gave an ID [protected] and asked to create transaction ID for transfer of amount.

                      It seems that the person is fraudulent person and has got transferred amount from my ac to card no [protected]. Please see as this has been done by Micromax or someone else so that proper complaint to police may be lodged for cheating.

                      I purchased Micxromax Canvas Turbo Model A 250 last year at CP New Delhi but mobile suddenly stopped working on 2-4-16, no display coming.

                      I am residing in Chittranjan where no service centre is available. I submitted the mobile to following nearby Micromax Service centre at Asansol on[protected]

                      After checking at Asansol service centre, it was informed that your Screen needs to be replaced and it may take about 10 to 14 days. Mobile was taken by service centre under Job Sheet No E[protected] of[protected] which is enclosed.

                      On[protected], I got the message that mobile is repaired and collected mobile on[protected].

                      The mobile suddenly stopped working again on[protected] when I was at Kolkata. I took the mobile to your Kolkata service centre (new Alipur) where in after checking the mobile it was informed that problem of mobile is due to non working of one Flap which need to be replaced. I told that the same problem was last week which was supposed to be repaired then how the problem again. The centre asked me to get the repair from same centre who has not done complete repair last time and report matter to company.

                      I have suffered lot of problem and loss due to above and request you to arrange replacement / complete repair of set.

                              I bought my Micromax Nitro 2 phone on 22nd June'2016 with a 1 year warranty.
                              After 10 months phone switched off on its own.
                              Further trying to start it didn't started it.

                              I showed my phone in Micromax service centre, opposite Raj Cinema, OLD-Delhi gurgaon road.

                              Even on producing the original bill, service person refused to accept the warranty claim and asked approximately 1700 INR to repair.
                              His judgement was that seal was broken.
                              At the time of buying no customer checks the seal, or any other identification mark.

                              It is possible that Micro max phones do not have the seal in original, ready to sell phones and later when there is any issue with the phone their service person will tell that seal is absent and cannot be repaired.


                              My only request is that phone should be repaired free of cost as it is under warranty.

                                I bought micromax canvas juice to on 12 nov 2015 . from second me my friend was surfing on internet nad suddenly it got black out .after 5 to 6 hours it got resolve it self.second incident happen in january on 24 .then in feb 5.on againg on march 8.and agian on 23 of april.it go as when connected to much to internet or by playing more games .

                                  I have given a brand new tab, which is hardly used for a repair as there was a power problem in the tab. Its almost more than 2.5 months, i haven for repair, still they say that it would take another 20 - 25 days for repair. I have given this tab at Sri Sai Telecommunications (Malleswaram, Bangalore). The people are so irresponsible that they are rude in answering and dont give any specific date of returning my product. If the company takes 3 to 4 months for repairing, then wats the use of buying the mobile/tab of micromax which is of so low quality and poor in providing service to the customers. I have contacted even Mr.Shivanth(GM), even he is giving false promises.
                                  Such a pathetic customer service and i strongly will never ever recommend anybody to buy micromax mobile.

                                    I have purchased Micromax Canvas Xpress 4G on 09 Dec 2015 and it stopped working in February month. So I had given the phone for service on 2 March 2016 in your service center. Its more than 50 days from now and still the phone are not returned. Till date the service center reply negative way and asked wait for 10 to 15 days

                                      My name is santosh i have A77 mobile camera problem i was asked to service or replace the camera micromax Reception/ Representative tolled me it will be repair/ replace the camera this discussion happend in phone
                                      then i went ( 2 hours journy) to micromax service center at(hardy complex opp. chermas, near paradise, secunderbad ) handed over mobile on 22/04/2016 now they are telling this is not serviceable problem you can change to mother board now i need solution if any mother relavant problem they will know they have to tell the customer on phone if they will tell i did't need to the service center

                                        Sub- Complaint about non repair of Mobile
                                        I have purchased Micxromax Canvas Turbo Model A 250 last year from CP New Delhi but mobile suddenly stopped working, no display coming.
                                        I submitted the mobile to following Micromax Service centre at Asansol on[protected]
                                        M/s Cell Link, G T Road East, Ram Bandhu Talab opp Halti Mangal Plaza,
                                        Asansol – 713303

                                        On checking it was informed that your Screen needs to be replaced and it may take about 10 to 14 days. Mobile was taken by service centre under Job Sheet No E[protected] of[protected].
                                        On[protected], I got the message that mobile is repaired and collected same on[protected]. The mobile suddenly stopped working again on[protected] when I was at Kolkata. I took the mobile to your Kolkata service centre (new Alipur) where in after checking the mobile it was informed that problem of mobile is due to non working of one Flap which need to be replaced. I told that the same problem was last week which was supposed to be repaired then how the problem again. The centre asked me to get the repair from same centre who has not done complete repair last time and report matter to company.
                                        I have suffered lot of problem and loss due to above and request you to arrange replacement / complete repair of set. I am going to Asansol service centre for the above work today again.
