I'm suthakar I'm using micromax e455 phone I was bought on mobile Rs. 11500on 30.11.2015, the mobile was lot of problems battery problem, display color automatically changed, touch pad problem. I'm going to local micromax service center but not responding to me and also many times I contact to micromax head office they are also not responding me. I was suffered mental pressure, refund money or replace the device quickly. I have warranty but no response

    I purchased my canvas nitro 2 (E311) from paytm on 20th Sep 2015, and used it for 20days.On 21st day it get hanged while using. I gave it to service centre. After update, i found that the primary camera is not functioning.then i again submitted in that service center. After 45 days a new piece was provided. After 1month i found a peculiar complaint in the new set. Every thing is functioning good.the only problem is, while calling fron dailer oe contacts piece get hangs. Simple displays a message, ' LOADING...' basic need in phone is not working properly...

    I am vexed up this mobile.

      My phone (Yu Yuphoria)was restarting suddenly when I made calls, later I submitted my phone to micromax service center at rudra agencies, basheerbagh, Hyderabad. The people over there said it will take 1 day to resolve the restart problem. So again I visited the office on April 22, 2016 there I came to know that there is a problem with battery terminal, but when I submitted the phone there was no issue with the battery terminal. The officers at the service center damaged the phone and they stated it will Take 25 days for the phone to repair. My complaint is that those people are damaging customers phone and arguing with customers. While submitting the phone was not damaged that much but they damaged the phone and asking excuses. Also the yu support team is not so generous in handling the customer, their service is pathetic. Please take all the possible actions against yu televentures.

        I bought a micromaxa096 model on dec 2015 withiin 3 months it started malfunctioning itook it to their service centre at m/s getronics karthika building opp sdv school 688013 and was told by the customer service rep that all is well with the mobile. When i found that the problem still persisted i went to the service centre the next dat 26/03/2016. At last they agreed to look into my complaint and registered my complaint as malfunction of a switch. When i persisted they also included the display system as under fault. After a week i telephoned them and was told they will call me back. I waited for the call which never came. This was repeated for two more days. On the 11th of april when i called they seemed irritated and bluntly told me to wait for another 25 days. Now it is the 26th day and i am stuck without my mobilephone. I had complained at micromax official site but i am yet to receive any reply. I request the honourable consumer form to look into my complaint and come to the aid of a hapless customer.               I would like to bring to your attention a support issue on micromax led tv bought by self and find the sequence of events below:

              1. Bought a micromax led 50" tv through snapdeal

              2. Duly delivered and micromax service engineer installed and it was working perfectly.

              3. Invoice date: 3-mar-2016

              4. Effective 14th april 2016 night tv ran into a problem-there was only audio and no video/picture

              5. Duly informed micromax care=service request no:tn[protected] on 15th april morning

              6. Micromax service engineer attended to the service request on 16th april afternoon.

              7. Fault identified and was told by micromax service engineer that they would have to take the tv to their service centre and get this rectified and said micromax personnel would do the same on 18th april

              8. I had waited on 18th april with patience but none turned up and had called up the service engineer who attended the call on 16th april but he did not even pick up the call. I sms'ed him but there was no response. I called up micromax helpdesk and requested them to follow it up. I also requested micromax helpdesk personnel to get this escalated and requested some senior personnel to call on me and understand the issue faced by the customer which did not happen either.

              9. I called up local micromax care (Chennai) and requested them to do the needful for which they said the service vehicle would normally run only twice a week and that i need to wait till 19th april when they would pick the tv from my house.

              10. I had waited patiently and had received a call on 19th april morning @ 9 am from micromax chennai care centre that they would pick the tv today any time and that we should be present and i had given the assurance as well that i would be available throughout the day and none turned up.

              Considering the experience i don't know how many customers would be facing the same issue but serious questions arise:

              Does micromax really have a customer support?
              Will micromax engineer not care to take customer call?
              Will micromax local care centre inform to customer about their internal issues? (That vehicle to pick tv/any item could happen only twice a week)

              What is warranty or extended warranty of this led tv to me i really don't understand and does anyone from micromax really understand the plight of customer without a new tv and there was absolutely no botheration at all.


              At the least some one should have called up the customer which did not happen and communicate when some one would come over to take the tv for servicing. They called up and did not turn up after which i relentlessly follow them with no response back.

              Does micromax think that after the product is bought customer should be treated down with utmost disrespect and at the mercy of micromax?

              I am not expecting customer delight but very normal servicing - proper call up, follow-up, provide a stand-by for 2-3 days of servicing and provide the serviced tv back.

              Leave alone recommending micromax to friends will anyone dare to buy micromax product considering the above mentioned service.

              I am really appalled at the poor customer service received from micromax thus far and kindly take necessary action to track this to closure to save the innocent customers. I request micromax not to repeat this kind of treatment to any other customer in the future.

              Note: i have been calling regularly to micromax care (Both local & central) with no solution and submitted a complaint @ http://www.consumercomplaints.in/micromax-b100092 as well but no response so far. (Ser[protected]

              It looks like micromax support would consistently avoid customer and make them suffer for buying their product

                  Last year, in july 2015, i bought a micromaxx kanvas knight2 phone. The phone was working fine. But in march 2016 it was shutdown automatically and didn't start after that. I gave that phone to your service center on 16, march 2015. My jobsheet id is s[protected]. And now, since that day, i am waiting for my phone. Whenever i call to micromax team, they give just one reply that it'll take 21 days. Don't know, how and why this 21 days timer is still fixed on 1 days. Even when i called yesterday also, customer care guys still saying that it'll take 21-days more.

                  It's really frustrating from this kind of support micromax team.

                  Please let us know if you are able to fix that issue or not. If not, then please send me another set so that i can use.

                    I have purchased Micromax E313 on 08 Feb 2016 and it stopped working in next few weeks. So I had given the phone for service on 23 Feb 2016. Its more than 50 days from now and still the phone is not returned. Every time I call, the service people are giving same 21 days excuse till date. This is really frustrating as it was not even used more than 2 weeks from purchase.

                          Newly purchased Micromax Lap Tab became non functional within 3 days of purchase and it was entrusted to their service station at Pattom, Trivandrum, Kerala vide Docket No: [protected] on[protected]. They sent it to the Factory for Repairs. After 34 days on getting info that it was ready for delivery after repairs, I went to take delivery; but only to be informed that the monitor alone came back and that the key board was not received back. Consequently I could not use the machine even after 5 weeks of purchase.

                            I deposited my mobile under job sheet no. N[protected]. Today morning i checked the status and your system was showing delivery in 2 days and when i checked just now i got shocked it is showing 21 days.

                            It is not at all acceptable that such a reputed organisation takes such a long period to address the customer issue.

                            In case your sales after service of such nature then it is humble requested to inform the customer at the time of sale of the mobile set that service after sale is totally unsatisfactory and too at the sweet will of your company.

                            Kindly inform the exact status of delivery of my mobile as delivery period changed from 2 days to 21 days in the span of few hours only

                              Hi team,

                              This is to inform that i was purchased kinght 2 few month back and mobile device suddenly got hanged and not able to up due to this i lost my contacts and all data from phone. As i complained micromax, they ept my phone for 1 month and replace it in 1 month as said this is new phone and in actual that was used phone.

                              After using that phone in same month, i faced the same issue & lost again all data and as i complained they said now you need to submit phone in micromax center, i went there and they picked up my phone without any acknowledgment and now 1and half month, there is no call from micromax to any confirmation regarding my phone.

                              This is very pathetic service given by micro max as i was first user to share my experience by using this phone. I was expecting something good response from customer care but as i tried to call customer care many times, however call were busy or disconnected by customer care executive without providing the status of my phone.

                              In 1 year, my phone was in customer care for 3 months, how can micromax provide such warranty as device keep always in service center.

                                I bought a phone yu yureka last year in march and the product was rebooting on its own and was getting over heated. I told this problem to the company but they were doing nothing but making me do some trouble shootings. Finally in october they replaced my device but it was damaged from the corner. I called the company on their helpline number on that day only and they promised a replacement. But again they made me wait for so long and replaced the device in march 2016 that too after my constant calls and emails. The main problem is that the device i got after this replacement is again faulty and it is not charging. This time the problem is way more serious as my phone goes dead anytime due to which i am facing many problems. When i go to service center they tell me to call on helpline number. When i make a call on helpline number they tell me to send an email. And they are not replying my emails. I am sick of this company now and i want some serious actions to be taken against it. I have all the unanswered emails as a proof.

                                  I have purchased micromax mobile a311 at november 2015, but from last month mobile screen get blur and have white mutiple linning. So i went to micromax service center for repair at noida sector 22. They said screen will be replaced but he need 20 days time as per micromax policy. I said if pay for screen now, they said we need 30 min to replace the screen . Really micromax fooling the persion of behalf of service, nobody satisfy of micromax service. And service center employees behavior is really bad.
                                  And the same day i went to sakarpur delhi service center he said they need 25 days for the same.
                                  Why micromax need 20 or 25 days time to replace the small parts?? A single person have only single mobile, if he handover the mobile for one month, so person should purchase second mobile?? What a great service.

                                  I got 2 time Call from Micro max side, first call Got same day of complain, Caller asked the Mobile Bill, i send the same in same day By mail and caller said My problem would be solved tomorrow but its not solved and After 12 days i got second call from micro max side And Caller said micro max will return the Mobile Amount and delivery boy will collect mobile from your home. so as discussed with him i send Bank A/C number same day By mail. Neither Problem solved Nor I didn't get Mobile Amount as well.

                                    Hi.this is Dr.navneet.i bought micromax canvas thinking its a good phone but afte 4 months the battery started to swell up.so thinking its a problem with battery i bought a new battery.but It's happened again so I bought a new I original battery thinking the battery might be at fault.but it's swollen again.I went to service center they r saying it's the problem with the phone and they can't do anything about it.I spoke to few of my colleagues they also saying the same problem with this model.                                       It is a matter of extreme displeasure that I have to make efforts and write this mail, I am waiting for my mobile to get repaired from last 15 days and every time, I approach the service centre I get the same response that it will take few more days. I had bought the mobile keeping in mind the reputation of your company. But I am totally disappointed with the product and service, first of all the device was not up to the mark and stopped working in a few months after purchase without any reason. Secondly when approached service centre they are least interested in quick service and customer satisfaction.

                                      I am also working in a service industry and I can guarantee you that I could have lost my job if such thing happened in my company.

                                      I am suffering from last 15 days without phone and have missed many deadlines due to that.

                                      It’s high time that you Please look into the matter and rectify the same.

                                      Hope this mail will land up with someone who’s responsible and is a genuine person who understands what customer service and customer satisfaction means.
