I submit my mobile phone(A311) at 5th feb 2016 for some technical error. After that i receive a conform sms from your side at 21st march 2016 with "device vide job sheet no.E[protected]".
But still i will not receive any conformation from service center that my phone is ready to pick. Whenever i call at service center, they told we don't have any information from mircromax center.

Kindly look into this matter.

    Order number : od[protected] . I bought a phone from flipkart on 3rd march received on 8th march 2016. This phone screen has stopped working . Went to the micromax service center but they say its moisture defect which is not included in the guarantee, now they want me to pay 3700 rs again for the phone i bought 35 days back. I want to refund the phone immediately. And i want a refund for the phone . There is not even a single mark on the phone. Micromax has a defect in the phone for moisture on the phone which is even on the internet that the phone has some defect the sweat goes in the phone and the screen stops working . Please immediately look into the matter . Otherwise ill go the consumer court for the same .

      Please sir give me a solution..
      I bought a new Micromax canvas hue 5000...They said all the specifications including external storage capacity expandable upto 32gb... But when I insert a 32 gb external memory card. It doesn't detect my memory card... I don't know what is the problem? They said that it can accept upto 32 gb bt it doesn't detect itself... They only responsible for this.. . If you have any solution please tell me.. .. . Thank you sir.. . ..

        I submitted my phone on[protected] for replacement, i have tried talking to yu- yunique customer care with patience but all looks waste.It's been 3 and a half months that i didn't receive my phone (Yu yunique) and by calling 50 times to customer care i get the answer there are some technical issues kindly wait for 24 -48 hours.
        I had bought the mobile keeping in mind the reputation of your company which is micromax. But i am totally disappointed with the service, first of all, i used that device for hardly 10 days and secondly when approached service center they are least interested in quick service and customer satisfaction.I regret writing yu yunique support.It’s high time that you please look into the matter and rectify the same.Hope this mail will land up with someone who’s responsible and is a genuine person who understands what customer service and customer satisfaction mean.

          With due respect i have the honour to inform you that i already submitted a complain in regards of my defective micromax mobile but i didnot get any solution from micromax company and micromax authorised service center (Viz., [protected]@ajmera, thana chariali, dibrugarh-3, assam).In this regard i hopefully submitted the complain to your court. But till today i have not get any proper solution. So please give me some advise which can solve my problem and save my valuable money rs. 6600/-.

          Micromax Informatics — Care center change my battery and camera

          I have a warranty micromax nitro mobile.mobile creating on off problem when I give in care center they change my battery and camera and same problem occur again and now they don't help me even my mobile in warranty

            I submitted my phone on[protected] for replacement, Service center already said to wait for 20 days.But now still it not replaced.While complaining on service center they says for waiting another two days .I have no idea how to get my phone.Kindly help me and give my phone soon.

              I visited in the service centre address fruit garden micromax service centre for update software due to many isues the staff namely reva behaved vey bad and not listening to the costumer and said le jao iss phone n thrwn the phn on the table.. Please see my complaint and solve it and change your staff and put strict action on mrs. Reva due to throwing phone and damage get mrs. Reva is responsible... Thank you

                I have bought your CANVAS 5 around one and half month back and I am getting lots of problem, As per the specification it is 3gb ram but it perform less than 512 mb ram. Battery drains very quickly. even if I make 2/3 calls.
                I had a long discussion with your customer executive and your technical person, but all in vein.

                It was been told by your technical person to show the mobile to the service centre in Ahmedabad. But I am afraid that they are just your affiliates, not the company's own service station. I am not interested to show my mobile to the same

                Why I am not showing the mobile to them is, earlier I was having Q80 mobile with me, Once I shown mobile to one of your service station at Maninagar. They ruined off my mobile and that was like to throw once you receive. They are not trust worthy.

                I requested you earlier and now just last time to get my mobile replaced or refund by amount. I am sure to go to Consumer court any how.

                  This is with reference to my job sheet no. W[protected] i submitted my mobile with the authorized service center. My voice could not reach to another person & also Network problem.after two days. problem is not solved & they said to sent my phone to company.after few days they call me & said your phone is ready.
                  but my phone is X088. & company replaced me another mobile & said your mobile parts not available..therefore replaced another mobile...the company give me X091 mobile..these mobile also battery problem...battery is not charged well.
                  i have not time such all thing.give me proper service.

                    Hlo micromax as i go to service center but at service center when i checked that p480 in exchange of p580 tab was having too much defects like hanging prob sim slot broken battery drains faster so i request u to give me a non defects tab whenewer i go to center u provide me only defected product it is too shamefull that today is getting to be almost 78 days but i did, nt get the tab so once againg plz provide my tab faster and u can call me on [protected], [protected]

                        Please find attached Job Sheet along with this mail.

                        It is a matter of extreme displeasure that I have to make efforts and write this mail, I am waiting for my mobile to get repaired from last 16 days and every time, I approach the service centre I get the same response that it will take few more days. I had bought the mobile keeping in mind the reputation of your company. But I am totally disappointed with the product and service, first of all the device was not up to the mark and stopped working in a few months after purchase without any reason. Secondly when approached service centre they are least interested in quick service and customer satisfaction.

                        I am also working in a service industry and I can guarantee you that I could have lost my job if such thing happened in my company.

                        I am suffering from last 15 days without phone and have missed many deadlines due to that.

                        It’s high time that you Please look into the matter and rectify the same.

                          I bought this phone on dec 15.
                          This phone is not working properly since first day.
                          My voice could not reach to another person. Ramesh Nagar service centre kept my phone for a week to resolve the problem. But nothing was resolved, still i face the same problem.
                          I never used the phone since 4 months.
                          After that i took this mobile to the noida sector 22 service centre. They told me to go to the previous service centre.

                          I really frustated to this kind of behaviour of the service centre.
                          I bought a rension not a mobile.

                          This is my mistake to buy micromax mobile. This was the first time i bought a micromax phone. This is the worst company i have ever seen.

                                i have submitted my phone to my nearest service center of micromax for servicing . it been 1 month 2 days time and still i do not recive my handset. on the date of 14.3.2016 i submited my phone in asansol micromax service center they told me it will take 20 to 25 days . and when i called ti custimer care number they told me on 2.4.2016 it will take more 10 days and on 7.4.2016 i called again for confarming when i going to have my hand set back but they said more 10 days ... now when i am calling they are telling it will take more then 10 days ok my phone EMI NO. os [protected]
                                my complin id is E[protected].. and my handset is onlyone month old handset i brought it on 5.2.2016.. now is realy frustrating for me and loosing faith in ur servicing please reply soon i need my handset within the last time period which is given to me by you customer sales and service.

                                      In reference of job sheet no.[protected], i had given my mobile mmx nitro for servicing on 12 april 2016 and after being serviced haven't yet got my phone . I am running to the service centre from 13 april to collect my mobile on being informed by msg and call from your service centre to collect the mobile . But on asking about mobile at the service centre they are refusing to give the mobile and making useless excuses . Service centre is 15 km away from my house and after getting call from servicing centre only i go there though they are not giving my mobile and even not giving any mibile related information .. also they do not talk properly and not behaves properly ... and also i do not get a sincere reply ... so if i won't get my phone in 2 days i will be forced to go to consumer forum against your company . And i may file a case againt your service centre ..so its a humble request to you to kindly sort my problem out ..

                                      my Micromax cellphone has encountered some problem in charging.I apprached your service center M/s JB solutions at Rajamill road Pollachi in Tamilnadu on 17/03/2016.After examination they told me that somr parts has to be replaced and a complaint was registered on 18/03/ 2016.Till now they say that they have not received the spare part from your office .Please make necessary arrangement to send the part at the earliest.the model code is [protected]

                                        Dear team,

                                        This is with reference to my job sheet no. N[protected] I submitted my mobile with the authorised service centre of Micromax on 12 March 2016 and was told that I will get my replaced phone (in warranty period) in the next maximum 20 days and i will be informed accordingly.

                                        But now it's more than a month now still there is no satisfactory response from the service centre and above that they donot pick up the calls until I visit them in personal. Moreover, I registered this issue with the micromax (SER[protected] but there also I didnt received any response. Dont know what are they doing with my mobile. It can very well be imagined that without a smartphone its very inconvenience to a person.

                                        Request you to kindly take up this matter and help me get my phone at the earliest.
