Subject – poor support from micromax service center & replacement of my micromax canvas a300 with canvas 350, which is almost year older then my phone.
Dear micromax team
I would like to bring into your kind notice that i have bought below canvas a300 set on 2-feb-2015 from flipkart which was delivered to me on 7-feb-2016, i am facing a network outage issue (After some hours of working phone was showing no network, or during traveling after some distance network issue arises hence to make my sim online i have to either disable and then enable sim card or sometimes restart was required to make phone working.) from the month of june 2015, for which i initially replaced my vodafone sim, and later migrated the same no. To airtel network but problem still persist.
My visits to micromax service center, situated at survey chaulk, dehradun.
9-sep-2015 οƒ  canvas a300 was shown at service center they simply formatted it and handed over to within one hour, phone worked fine for 2 to 3 days but again problem started occurring, initially problem was faced was once a day but in few days frequency again increased and on random hours again same problem started.
25-sep-2015 οƒ  again visited service center after 2 to 3 hours they again handed over set to me, saying that now problem will not occur, again after few days same problem started.
Then in the month of oct 2015 i was in traveling hence could not visit the service center.
4-nov-2015 οƒ  again visited service center they kept the phone for a day and handed it to me next day and again same issued faced after a week.
5-jan-2016 οƒ  i visited service center 2 time but they sent me back saying that they have some issue in logging call on server hence no action was taken.
11-jan-2016 οƒ  again visited the service center service center kept the phone with them and returned it back to me after 4 days, and told me that it antenna was having some problem which is been corrected hence now phone will work fine. Phone worked fine for almost a week but then again problem started once in a day and after few days phone was again back to same issue.
29-jan-2016 οƒ  again visited service center requesting them to give me come concrete solution, service center deposited phone with them and told me that it will be sent back to company for replacement for which they need 30 days. From 8th march 2016 i have called several time at micromax service center but status was never updated properly, later on 6th-april-2016 in evening when i called they told me that company had sent the replacement canvas a350 against my phone a300, on 7th-april-2016 when i visited to receive the replacement that set was not in good condition to accept hence i have request for replacement other then this set and asked your agent to get me same or higher configuration set or in case they can give me new set in lieu of my problematic mobile, he refused stating that company have no such policy.
I have finally again received replacement (13th-april-2016) with same a350 for which i have refused to accepted and asked your team to get some other set from company other than this model, still i took it and requested service center to extend warranty for at least a week but he refused it, your support team is least bothered about a pain through which customer has gone, not even i got any revert from your feedback team for my online feedback, attached doc. Is for your reference.
I would like to inform you that replacement received is also creating problem .

Your service agent is accepting that micromax canvas a300 was poor set which was having issue of poor phone network, poor bt, and poor wifi if this was the case then it was company responsibility to recall this set from market and replace customers mobile with better mobile.

Call age – more the 75 days still issue exist.
Dear team i request you to replace the mobile either with same configuration of a300 or higher such as micromax e481, or yureka plus or any other set if required i am ready to pay the amount difference for the replacement against my mobil cost.

    I purchased aq5000 canvas hue which later on gaved problem on battery i gave in service center and they gave me in exchange aq5001 juice 2 and it also gave me same battery problem now it took more than seven months giving in service center they didn't gave me my mobile back after all they didn't repair the exchange mobile juice 2 aq5001 and i asked for my old mobile aq5000for replace they didn't gaved me . Overall i am not happy by micromax services fed up from 8 months my warranty is also near to end !!

      I purchased online a Micromax Yuphoria YU5010 smart mobile phone form Amazon.in vide citibank transaction no.[protected] Dated 21-07-15 for Rs.7247. ( Mobile cost Rs, 6499 and the balance is towards accessories.) Within a couple of months the instrument was getting heated up too much and not functioning properly and stoped working. when in formed them I was advised to contact local service agent. Accordingly gave the instrument to M/S. Sky Way Technologies, Shop no. 2. 30/24, Balfour Apartment, Balfour Road, Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. 600 010,
      Ph.no.[protected]. Since they could not do anything sent the instrument HO Delhi on[protected] under cover note no * S[protected]*. The same has been returned to the local service center on 25-02-16 with the same defect. Hence Sent back to Delhi office under cover note no * S[protected] * Dated[protected]. I have been in contact with their Tool free no .[protected] for the past two months and their stereotyped is " leave a query or concern and we shall get get back to you soon. we value your association with us."
      Please replace or refund the money paid for the mobile.
      I am 72 years and your shirking responsibility causes my anxiety.

        My name is sridhar we have purchased micromax bolt mobile phone and after purchase we came to know the touch display screen is not working properly, so we have given to service center at ameerpet, hyderabad on 7th march 2016, but till now we have not received the handset after so many follow-ups also.Still they are saying it may come in 7-10 days.

          Dear sir,
          My micromax nitro a311, imei no. [protected] and esn no [protected]. Is on warranty period its not working properly, so i submitted the phon on date 07/04/2016 to m/s hsr communication pandari, raipur (C.G.) thats job no. E[protected]. Service center not return my fon on time .
          I had call to costumer care where told me, my fon is ready but hsr communication said my mobile is dead and and its replace with new phon and this process take 1 month . But i want my phon till 18/04/2016.

            I purchased a micromax (Q392) from surat from mobile city dated 15/03/2016

            After that i came to jaipur and there that phone fell from the table..So its battery and the case opened.
            I went to the service center in indira bazar and deposited the cell on the 25/03/2016...Before depositing they checked the phone and asked told me it is a physical damage u will have to pay 1100/- for the battery and i agreed to pay.
            So they told it will be returned in 10days as battery comes from delhi center and you will b informed via call...
            I agreed to all the things...
            I kept waiting but there was no call from there..One day i got a call from the center saying hope your phone is working fine..I called up the center that i got a call from your end..For that they said mam ur phone is still not repaired battery is on its way.Few days passed still no communication from there end..I called again still the same response its on its way...
            Then again after few days i called they said its a financial year closing so product is still not dispatched from delhi...But when today i called i was told it can not b repaired co.Has refused to provide this product.So take your phone back.
            I called up the senior center manager and told him the exact situation but he could not help me as he was nt in the office..
            I am highly disspointed by the services of the company and disrespectful behaviour towards their customer..
            I want a replacement of my phone...Coz the phone got spoiled just in 10days...N moreover co.Is also not providing the battery..

                I had given my laptablt666 for service before 2 months. No news till now the service center puts the blame on the company and the company asks me to go to the service center. The job sheet number is S[protected]. Please help.

                The above product was purchased by me on 27.09.2015 and i have given it for servcice two months back. The job sheet number given by Micormax is S[protected] and this is issued by Sri Sai Telecommunication No.9 2nd main 4th cross Malleswaram Bangalore 560003. When i approach them why so much delay in getting the product serviced they put the blame on head office and vice versa when i contant the head office they tell me to go to the service center. I had paid close to rs.15000/- and now i am frustrated. Please help

                  I unhapply want to say that.i have micromax canvas spark. I am facing mobile hanging and switch off problem continuous thrice time in two month. I had already visit your custemer care sector 20, chandigarh twice in two month.third time I am facing same problem. Your care return me after 21 days but every time i got same problem. Care told me that i have changed the mother board. But he couldnot able to solve my problem.my second time job sheet no.                     I have been using Micromax Canvas Selfie since 29 April 2015.In November 2015 when my charging slot stopped functioning, I was charged around Rs 750, despite the phone being under warranty, as it was considered to be a "Physical damage". Last month I accidently dropped something on my phone and the screen got damaged .I was charged a whopping amount of 4500 for getting it replaced through the Micromax service center in Dadar, Mumbai. I was assured that the amount is huge due to the authenticity of the part that would replace my broken screen .Within a month the screen got damaged yet again, this time without any external factors such as dropping it down etc. This time again I have been told I need to shell out 3800 for the same .When I argued that it has been less than a month, the obnoxiously curt executives at the Dadar Service Center began accusing that I may have dropped the phone or caused some damage despite me claiming otherwise. Assuming I had actually accidentally dropped the phone, what happened to the assurances given to me while I was charged 4500 during the last repair. Are MIcromax's "Authentically Replaced Parts" so fragile that they fall apart in less than a month .Within one year I have had to repair it thrice . If I proceed with the repair this time, I would have spent 9050 on the repairs for a phone I bought for 15500 last year and whose price is less than 9000 as on date. Also the terms and conditions for warranty are extremely unclear .I was using a samsung and a Sony Experia earlier and never had to face such issues of being looted at the Service centre.Seriously dissapointed by the product as well as the service center facilities provided by Micromax

                        This is gangadhar i have submitted my micromax phone at service centre before 40 days ago. They told me that your phone will be repaired within 10 days. But my phone not yet returned from service centre. My job sheet no is : s[protected].

                        One time call customer care : they told your mobile is repaired.. Job sheet is close the 17.3.16. But my handset is not returned the local service centre.

                            I raised a complaint to micromax customer care on 23/03/2016 regarding my led tv, they raised a complaint (Mh[protected] & sent a technician to check the led. The technician (Ranjit) told, to replace the mother board. I asked the price, he said rs 4200* then i told him to get it done. He said he has to order it & i'll get it by 28/03/2016. I called him on 29/03/2016, he replied that the mother board is not arrived yet to pune. Then i went to the vendor vijay sales of pune satara road, the sales person dialed a number of vijay sales service care, that executive of service care told me that they will raise this issue to the company micromax & fix my problem asap. That executive told me that i'll get a feedback call from vijay sales regarding my problem. Still i didn't get any call from them too. After all conversation, i called micromax customer care again & asked for the complaint, then the executive amir was telling me, they resolved the complaint as per the technicians report. The customer care didn't bother to ask customer about the resolving experience. After all this talk fight they had given me the pune office number & told me to raise one more complaint against the same. As per their advice i raised one more complaint (Mh[protected] & called the pune office person asif. I spoke to him & told him all history. He said i'll get it done by 04/04/2016 again fake commitment same thing going on. Again i called micromax customer care on 12/04/2016 & i told amir(Executive) that i want to talk to any senior person, he replied that i'll get call from senior team within 2 hrs. Still i have not received any call from customer care, pune office or the vendor vijay sales.

                            My complaint part is all of them are big fake. The customer care is the worst one, then the pune office persons are not workale & the vendor vijay sales is only making money by doing fake marketing. Now please tell me in this type of case what i can do??

                              I had purchase a micromac laptab on 10.07.2015 from amazon vide bill no: hr-del[protected]

                              The tab was locked in february.

                              I has called the toll free ninber of micromax, they said i have to visit the service nearby to me, i visited the service centre at tagore villa in dehardun and shown my devise. They again said that i have to call the toll free number of micromax and the problem will be solved by them.

                              I called the toll free number again, they told me that i have to pay rs. 999/- than micromax will send me a replacement of my tab at my address.
                              For which they will send me a link on may mail.
                              I got the link on my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) and paid rs. 999/- on 01.03.2016 payment id 94232636 dated 01.03.2016.

                              Therafter i again called micromax toll free number, they said i have to go service center and tell them about payment etc.

                              I again visited micromax service center at tagore villa dehradun on 5.03.2016, they said i have to leave my tab with them only.

                              And the tab will be serviced to working condition within 10 days or get replaced within 20 to 30 days.

                              After 10 days i visited the service center, the staff told me that the devise has been sent delhi for replacement and will get in 10 days.

                              After lapse of more than one month i could not get the devise repaired or replaced bt micromax,
                              Kindly expidite the process of replacement of my tab earliest as posiible..

                                We have to a complain to again you'r service our country india west bengal (berhampore) hear have a customar care allthough the customar care executive are verry un helpfull they are so lazy and we find problem one suppose (software update) they recommended to another problem i.c if paid service then paid 200/- rupee they are recommended to paid 800/- rupee and when if any customar have big paid then the customar chances before without token. suppose 2000 something afterthat chance token person why this difference ?????

                                  I had purchased Micromax Canvas HD (A-116) from Gujarat. It was a awesome device but before 2-3 days, the cell phone being off automatically. At Micromax Customer care centre in agartala, they refused to entertained to repair this device.According to them this set is old one and now they will not accept to repair it. Also currently the company is not making this set .

                                    Good evening sir. I bought a new canvas selfie 2 mobile. It's good and I given to your chennai kilpauk service station by 8th of December 2015 because that is water locked when chennai flooded. I attached the photos for your reference. Since I didn't get it back. Always they are lier. Now I cannot believe that you are going to return it back. From now I won't refer your product to anyone since your having a worst service. I need mobile whether it is serviced or not. Pls look into it otherwise I'll escalate this to next level.

                                      I had purchased one micromax smart t.V (Model 42c0050uhd) in nov, 2015 . This model comes with one year plus two year extended warranty. From the very first day of installation the tv is showing problems relating to picture quality. The engineer visited for installation inform that picture quality will be like this only. Later on i have made a complain regarding this at the service center number on 15/03/2016 vide complaint no.3hh[protected]. The service engineer visited my place and informed that some parts are to be replaced. Now to my surprise more than 25 days has been elapsed and nobody form the company has ever visited to resolve the problem. I had called so many times to the service center/engineer, later i have sent a mail to the company, but i got the same typical reply " we are sorry for the inconvenience your problem will be resolved within few days" . I dont know what few means its like a year or two i suppose. I think this three years warranty is totally ridiculous. This company is doing nothing but harassing people. I now just repenting on my decision for purchasing a micromax tv. It turns out to be a horrible decision. Never ever buy products of this company.
