I have been using the brand micromax for the last five years, and I had always been satisfied with the product as I change my phone once a year and this time I regret to tell you that it is very disappointing with the model. No- juice2-AQ5001.. I have been using this phone for only seven months and I'm very disappointed as it didn't perform up to the mark as reviewed.

    I face a problem of charger socket to my micromax a290 phone after two years. I approach authorized service center at aundh detail address given below,
    At the time of complaints on date 22/3/16 there was rush still they are not using token system & there was no queue.After asking for token reception lady's & her co workers are not giving answers arrogantly.
    After registering a complaint they ask me for advance which i paid for charger socket .They ask me to come after 10 days as they have no spares.
    After 15 days when i call back they havenot receive spare & they reluctant to give next date & saying that come in next week .I again call them on 12 apr .But they are not in postion to give date when ask again about date they talk arrogantly & loudly & use bad words.
    Please look into this misbehavior, & take strict action against service centre as it is spoiling image of company .

    I have purchased Canvas Laptab, LT666 of micromax through homeshop and just after 4 months I have faced problem to start the laptab as the windows, the operating system is not working. And for last 4 months, there is no response from micromax and homeshop.

      I have purchased micromax a 311 phone on 19-oct-2015, after using of 5 months the mic has stopped working for outgoing calls. After consulting with online technical help center of micromax mobile i had submitted my phone in service center located at laxminagar, delhi -110092 on dated 12-mar-2016. After doing continuously follow up with online technical help line number[protected] they are not providing any solution to my problem as already on month has been passed, still they are telling they would take another 21 days to get the phone repaired.

      Please help me this regards.

        I have purchased a micromax x2820 black & champagne in flipkart referring my order no:odi[protected] invoice no:f061dmh16-84 dated 20.08.2015. Now the diplay is not working, (Only white colour apprears). My mobile works well upto 8th of april 2016, the mobile disply, ringtone everything was so good, i used my aircel number for the contact in that mobile, now it is not working. Herewith i have attached my invoice purchased against my mobile for your kind reference.

          I am writing this mail in too much frustration, caused by micromax service center in durgapur – west bengal address :

          Detail of incident :- my mobile model no. Micromax canvas knight a350, i put it on charging for 3 hours and when i took it off from charging i found it fully charged, but suddenly it get switched off. And after several trial it could not get on.
          So i went to micromax service center on 14/12/2015. But at that time phone emi number was not on mobile (As sticker was removed) so they submit my mobile by giving hand written receipt only no job sheet as they claimed that we do not know the emi number i accepted and submitted my mobile on 14/12/2015.
          After two days they called me and told that sir you have to bear the responsibility if the mobile back screen got damaged and you have to get it repair on my own cost as the product is out of warranty. I ask them why my mobile back screen will be damaged if you have the qualified and skilled man for repair as you are working for one of the largest selling mobiles service center. So they replied me that ok you come here and talk our manager regarding this and for next week they told me that our manager is on tour.
          So i get the time on 22/12/2015 and i visited the service center and explain the same to manager.
          But surprisingly he told me the same that it happens in this set sometimes the back panel got damaged during repair of the set. Also he told me that earlier company used to replace the damaged cover but now company do not replace the back cover as the product is out of warranty. So i asked him to give in written that in case of opening the panel the back cover may get damaged he simply said “no” that i cannot give this in written.
          I was really surprised to know that company is making such sets which are not repairable or their service center people are not enough qualified/trained to repair.
          I was too much frustrated but i couldn’t do anything because i had no authenticate proof of submit the mobile to repair.
          That’s why first i decided to submit the mobile officially by showing them the invoice / bill of mobile, and finally after lot of discussion they submit my mobile and gave me the job sheet (Attached in mail) on 14/12/2015. And told me that they will call me tomorrow for resolution.

          After that i mailed in below mentioned website so many times for which i got the following ref ticket id :- 213396, 229885, 237320 and every time i got automatic reply that i will get call from customer care but i never get any call or any reply on mail from micromax.

          Than after almost one month when i call to customer care they told me that my phone is repaired and reached back to service center in durgapur.

          But when i visited to service center they told that your phone is return without repair and mores surprisingly
          They are not telling me the reason behind this.

          And when i am asking them to provide me the reason in return that why you did not repair my phone they denied to do so. Than i refuge to take back my phone from service center.
          Than i call customer care center on[protected] and they ask me to make a call with local service center, i went there i arrange a call between both, again it was very much depressing the local service center person told him that this job sheet number is closed and they create a new job sheet for the same... I mean how they can close my job sheet without consulting with me.

          Anyway now they have prepared a new job sheet and asking me to pay 11470 inr for repair while my new phone cost was around 13500 inr.
          And for that also they are not giving any written confirmation that you have to pay that much of amount for repair and for what repair and the
          Main question is that a phone which returned back from main service center without repair and even they do not open the phone, how they came to know that it will take 11450 inr for repair??? And for what part repair??


          Now i am feeling that they are really harassing me.

          Micromax such a big brand have such issues?
          Having a team of liers???
          Are cheating the customers???
          Do not have any credibility???
          3 months without phone can anyone imagine???

          Now if i will not get any reply i will file a case in court.

            Hello micromax.i m Dr. Abhilasha Mishra frm Hardwar, Uttarakhand.i dont want to complain anything bt i wnt to give my suggestion for our leading company specially for smart phone.i hv been using micromax smart phone since 5 years.i bought aprroxmtly 8 diffrnt smart phone for me and my relatives.canvas unite 2, canvas hd, magnus, nitro, canvas nd many more.micromax phones are awsm in all department.but aftr long exprience with i hv found some thing which is lacking in our phone.THE CAMERA QUALITY.aajkal mai windows phn use kr rhi hun samsung bhi kr chuki hun bt i m missing micromax so i bought canvas 5.but i not so happy with camera.plz this is my humble request to improve camera quality and leave behind all smartphone company.i m v hopeful while writting this.micromax is family to me.god bless micromax.

              Service center name-m/s mobileseva, marathalli, bangalore -560037. Micromax customer care no. Which i spoken [protected]
              As per the 1st service complaint no is given from the service center is -s[protected] on date 19/03/2016. After requested service dates again the service center person (Name : bhupender) has changed the complaint no s[protected] on 24/03/2016 as i called for konw the status of my mobile even though without my knowledge. As his requsted service dates from 24/03/2016 to 21days so it has to given back on 13/04/2016. But for present status i called the service center the concern person name is (Preeti) she is asking it will take another 21days on 03/05/2016 only the mobile will be delivered like. So every time i called the service center they asking time time time only. For this issue am really fed up and not connecting to my family and friends and cant able to know how they are and all even for official purpose calls also cant able to do and my business also will spoil. So pls kindly take necessary action above on this service center and they have to repair with as soon as possible.

                Dear sir, my name is hitesh khandelwal i have submitted my phone gc-313 in nagpur on 10-03-16 for replace discolour keypad bt they didn't replace it when product is on warranty i have purchased it jan 2016, i went for query on 26-03-16 in service center then i knew my job sheet is manually made fake by them, i have compliant regarding this to customer care he talk to service provider make online jobsheet and repair it as possible then also they give me same manually job sheet no-2122047..I request u dear sir my complaint should be solve as early as possible, my phone is on "micromax service center dhantoli nagpur"

                  Dear customer support executive,
                  This email would bring to your notice the kind of response given to customers from your staff at swastik telecom, malad, mumbai. It is appalling to be treated this way by your staff including a senior member too.

                  I have a micromax a177 which had developed technical problems. I went to swastik telecom on 18 jan 2016 & was attended by ms. Neha who advised me for mother board change. I promptly agreed to it & was asked to pay rs. 2500/= in cash which was done (Cash receipt number 2731). The phone was delivered to me on 27 jan 2016 with assurance that it will be working in good condition with no problem as it has been checked by the technical team.

                  The joy of working phone after shelling out rs.2500/= was short-lived. The phone again started giving problems & i informed neha about it. I gave the phone back on 8 feb 2016 for technical check (Work orderno. Mcl 5730) & was assured of delivery within a week. Now the trauma started. I started calling them on +91-[protected] &[protected]. The landline number is never picked. The mobile number is always busy or switched off. I was told that there are many customers & it’s difficult to attend all calls !!! I was told by neha that she will call me asap & took my contact numbers which were also written on mcl 5730, cash receipt 2731 & also given in most of the calls when they were luckily attended. I have been told that my contact numbers are misplaced or the paper is lost. I have been repeatedly calling neha regarding status but all i get is a robotic mechanical reply that my phone problem is being checked & she will call me within a week. I have been extremely patient & polite with your staff. I fail to understand what a week means to them? Is it 7 days or 7 working days or unending number of days? I have been calling repeatedly but got the same robotic mechanical answer from neha. They would even disconnect the phone when i asked them about the problem. Is it such a grave issue that it’s taking almost 2 months to repair. They have never ever taken the time or courtesy to update or call back. Finally a senior officer ms. Kusum attended my call & promised me to look into this matter. Again the same history repeats. No reply from your office. This has been happening since 8 feb 2016. Ms. Kusum gave me an insider information saying the company will not be shipping parts soon as it’s march ending (Year ending) & we can’t give you the phone till mid-april 2016 !!! A real insider info. I asked her why has she not responded to my calls to which she (Kusum) says she can’t take my calls as she has many other important things to be done. She had asked her subordinate to inform me but if the subordinate has not informed, she (Kusum) is not responsible for the act. I asked her if she is senior then shouldn’t she question her subordinate’s inefficiency but again her answer is same. I had requested for a refund which has been refused as the phone is under repair.

                  I would like to say that interaction with your authorised service centre m/s swastik telecom has been very disgusting. They (Front desk customer support executives) are absolutely arrogant, inefficient & incompetent. Not only the front desk staff but even the senior is equally same. They only give un-satisfactory mechanical answers. I feel absolutely let down by a company which is a large share holder of mobile phones in india which had overtaken samsung in market share. The staff employed by you treat customers with total disrespect.

                  I request you to look into this matter & resolve the issue asap. I hope to get my phone back in working condition or refund.

                    I have bought new phone called micomax canvas 5 having problem of very dark patch of light brown on the screen, submitted to their service center for repairing /replacement wide job sheet no.W[protected] on 19.03.2016 and committment form their side was to settle the issue within next 21 days. When i call service no [protected] its switch off and no idea / no status of their service.

                    They are careless and negligence in their commitment to call the customer and inform about the status particularly when they have not honoured their commitment.

                    Can somebody help me to get matter end?

                      I had purchased a set micromax canvas blaze hd imei no.[protected] through flipcart on 26/9/2015 but the handset was faulty i was called twice by their service centre but till date there is no response from them.I complained about my issue to micromax team on their website as well as on facebook but no one helped me my complain no.                         I had purchased a micromax canvas A104 Mobile thru flipkart on april 2015. after 11 months o[censored]se there was some problem in the mobile related to downloading unnecessary applications and start laucher loading everyt now and then.
                        I approached to micromax authorised service center in gandinagar sector -22 on 28th march 2016. The product was still under warranty till this time. after repeated followup withrRidhhi commumnication aAuthorised micromax service center) they informed me that they are not able to track the imei number and the product is not a genuine duplicate), but they are not providing any proof in writing/email.

                        I have followed up with them multiple times over phone and email but fail to get any positive response fromrRiddhi communication till date.
                        I hereby request for a help in getting a written proof conforming the product being not genuine, so that i can contact the seller (flipkart) and bring to their notice.

                          I am customer of micromax i buy canvas hd (A116i) on 25.1.2015 i give my phone to micromax service center (Rani ka bagh branch, simran enterprises, amritsar) because there is some problem in power key or restart issue my old job sheet no. N[protected] my handset was replaced with model a290 i don't want to replace with a290 this handset market value is only rs. 6, 500 but my handset value is rs. 12, 000 and my new job sheet no. N[protected] and now new jobsheet n[protected] but till the date i can't receive my phone which cause a great trouble for me it’s already 180 days. It really hurts the trust of the customer. I want my phone back within 2 days, i[censored] r fails to provide my phone kindly refund my handset money. Then u will not take action then i regret to say that i am going to consumer court the job sheet and phone bill is with me as a proof to represent in the consumer court. I hope u will take action on this. I shall be very thankful to u.

                            I bought a micromax canvas juice 3 q392 cosmic grey mobile phone on january 15th 2016. It is regretted to inform within 3 months o[censored]sing this mobile twice a time it was hanged and display was blank. When first time my mobile was hanged a month before i used to went micromax authorised service centre (Named) b.R.Services, c-30 gf near sbi bank, lajpat nagar part-2, new delhi-110024, at that time service centre team updated the software and returned the mobile within the same day.

                            But the second time i.E. On 09/04/16 i again visited lajpat nagar service centre with my hanged mobile and this time the service centre executive told me that you have opened the battery hence your warranty period is waived off and you have now charged rs. 800/- for its repairing.

                            I showed him my mobile bill and also told him it is in warranty period and also convey him if the mobile was hanged then i have left with no choice but to open the back cover and remove the battery for overcome the problem. He has continuous arguing with me and told me to pay the amount for service as your phone’s warranty is lapse. When i said please give me the reason in written then he has also charged rs. 50/- for the same.

                            I am very disappointed with micromax and it has a bad experience with your service centre team as still my phone is not working. I am going to file a complaint against your bad services at consumer court.

                            Please look into the matter and provide the solution asap.

                              I bought a micromaax tv in february this year from amazon, the micromax panel was broken, the packaging was great in an amazon box and i spoke to the amazon people, they were willing to change the product within seven days of purchase however they did not have the same model with them so as suggested by the micormax installation personnel i spoke to micromax if they could do something in this regard. They assurred that the panel will be changes with no extra cost within seven days. It was important that they do it within 7 days otherwise amazon would have not taken the product back either as per their policy. I called them before the 7th day was over(Keshav) he informed that the panel is on its way from delhi and would be reaching them next week, i asked him over and over again if he is sure otherwise i will be stuck with this broken panel as amazon would not take it. He assured it won'tr take more than a week, after repeatedly calling them, i heard back on march7 via a text message that the panel was received in bangalore but it reached them in a broken condition too. Been trying to get in touch with them after this but they have turned a bling eye. No body responds to me on twitter or on his number or messages. Request you to please find a solution. I am stuck with a broken piece for so long. How much more patience do they think a customer should have? A company like micromax should at least inform the customers of why the delays are happening if not an immediate solution. I have lost trust in the company now therefore i am filing this complaint.

                                  For the last 8-9 month my mobile is travelling from one c.C to another. After buying my hand set i had found an over heating problem on my phone, software problem and display problem. Every time i visited nearest cc but they are unable to solve this and they recommend to visitother cc to solve my problem. It's a harresment for me. Serivice of the cc is very much poor. Model name a-107(Cosmic grey).

                                    My micromax - yureka phone had issues related to battery charging repeatedly since last 2 months. I reported to their auth. Service centre m/s. Mobi tech, tambaram, chennai - 600045 (Ph.[protected]. They asked me to change the battery also which i did for rs. 1200/- at their service centre. But it did not work even for a day.

                                    Finally on 26th march 2016 at the above service centre, they took my phone back and replied that it would be sent to micromax delhi for replacement and it would take 15 days.

                                    Imei / esn no: [protected] / [protected]. Now it is more than 15 days and there is no clear update. In micromax website there is no updation and shows 21 days more is reqd (Http://jobstatus.Micromaxinfo.com)
                                    Need the genuine status as on date

                                        I have purchased micromax canvas P 690 tablet last year. It is still in warranty period. on 27-1-16, it fall and its screen gets damaged.As it is in warranty period, service center of micromax told that it will be sended to company for repairs and will be back within 1 month. I went to them on 1 march, but they said that it is still pending and will take time of 10-15 days more. I again went to them on 18 march, but they said same thing again. They also said that they are snding mail to company for quick redressal.
                                        But it is already 10th of april nd i am still waiting for my tab...

                                        I am never gonna purchase any product of micromax in future...
                                        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
