I am writing this mail in too much frustration, caused by micromax service center in durgapur – west bengal address :

Detail of incident :- my mobile model no. Micromax canvas knight a350, i put it on charging for 3 hours and when i took it off from charging i found it fully charged, but suddenly it get switched off. And after several trial it could not get on.
So i went to micromax service center on 14/12/2015. But at that time phone emi number was not on mobile (As sticker was removed) so they submit my mobile by giving hand written receipt only no job sheet as they claimed that we do not know the emi number i accepted and submitted my mobile on 14/12/2015.
After two days they called me and told that sir you have to bear the responsibility if the mobile back screen got damaged and you have to get it repair on my own cost as the product is out of warranty. I ask them why my mobile back screen will be damaged if you have the qualified and skilled man for repair as you are working for one of the largest selling mobiles service center. So they replied me that ok you come here and talk our manager regarding this and for next week they told me that our manager is on tour.
So i get the time on 22/12/2015 and i visited the service center and explain the same to manager.
But surprisingly he told me the same that it happens in this set sometimes the back panel got damaged during repair of the set. Also he told me that earlier company used to replace the damaged cover but now company do not replace the back cover as the product is out of warranty. So i asked him to give in written that in case of opening the panel the back cover may get damaged he simply said “no” that i cannot give this in written.
I was really surprised to know that company is making such sets which are not repairable or their service center people are not enough qualified/trained to repair.
I was too much frustrated but i couldn’t do anything because i had no authenticate proof of submit the mobile to repair.
That’s why first i decided to submit the mobile officially by showing them the invoice / bill of mobile, and finally after lot of discussion they submit my mobile and gave me the job sheet (Attached in mail) on 14/12/2015. And told me that they will call me tomorrow for resolution.
After that i mailed in below mentioned website so many times for which i got the following ref ticket id :- 213396, 229885, 237320 and every time i got automatic reply that i will get call from customer care but i never get any call or any reply on mail from micromax.
Than after almost one month when i call to customer care they told me that my phone is repaired and reached back to service center in durgapur.
But when i visited to service center they told that your phone is return without repair and mores surprisingly
They are not telling me the reason behind this.
And when i am asking them to provide me the reason in return that why you did not repair my phone they denied to do so. Than i refuge to take back my phone from service center.
Than i call customer care center on[protected] and they ask me to make a call with local service center, i went there i arrange a call between both, again it was very much depressing the local service center person told him that this job sheet number is closed and they create a new job sheet for the same... I mean how they can close my job sheet without consulting with me.
Anyway now they have prepared a new job sheet and asking me to pay 11470 inr for repair while my new phone cost was around 13500 inr.
And for that also they are not giving any written confirmation that you have to pay that much of amount for repair and for what repair and the
Main question is that a phone which returned back from main service center without repair and even they do not open the phone, how they came to know that it will take 11450 inr for repair??? And for what part repair??
Now i am feeling that they are really harassing me.
Micromax such a big brand have such issues?
Having a team of liers???
Are cheating the customers???
Do not have any credibility???
3 months without phone can anyone imagine???
Now if i will not get any reply i will file a case in court.
