Canvas juice 2 aq 5001 model mobile phone purchased on dec 2018. 20 days back facing complaint. I cannot able to attend incoming calls. Other applications works properly. Approach micro max authorized service center m/s care station @ tirunelveli, tamilnadu. They said repair because of soft ware issue & soft ware updated required to rectify the issue. I agree. No job card issued. After 2 hour they say one spare to be replace & 2 days required. I agree too. There is no response. After one week when i approach them they say we could-not identify & rectify the issue. I ask them to return the product. When i got the mobile is death. They are using with non matching software for updating the mobile. There fore the mobile is dead. Pure responsibility for my mobile death is micro max mishandling. I want my phone with working condition. Can i got it?

    Hi,
    I am tukaram jature my cellphone not working properly that's why. I visited micromax service in pimpri chinchwad (Pune) center at 15th november 2018. I submitted my cellphone same date at that time customer executive told me cellphone will be repaired within 7 days. After 10 days contacted to service center that asking for 2 days extend. Then i contacted parallel after 2 or 3 days but still cellphone not repaired.

      My name is navdeep duhan and ph. No. [protected] (Email-id [protected]@gmail.com). I own a micromax canvas laptab lt 666 and on 7th of december 2018, i had its motherboard changed due to some issues. Upon changing of the motherboard, the windows operating system that was installed was unresponsive, constantly showing the not responding sign on the top of every program and the operating system eventually crashed in 15 days time. Also it did not seem to be the genuine windows operating system that i had received with my laptop when i had purchased it even though the service centre (V4 tech solutions pvt ltd, ghatkopar mumbai claims that this is the offcial windows given by the company i. E. Micromax. Now the service centre does not have each other windows 10 operating system other than the faulty one that was used earlier and there is no help currently being offers to him (V4 tech solutions pvt ltd) by the micromax technical support. Please see to it that this is resolved and the required help is given to service centre (V4 tech solutions pvt ltd) and your customers are satisfied i. E. Me. Because i will take this matter to consumer court because this product was purchased by me from my first salary and it hold great sentimental value to me.

        Sir i am using micromax bolt selfie q424 and it is working in best conditions but it does not supports volte calling feature do i was unhappy with it but a system update came on this phone in that update volte support is integrated so i downloaded that update and when it started booting my phone sytem update goes about 10 percent and stopped and when it turned on it tells that system update error.

          I had purchased a full hd tv from snapdeal on 23rd feb 2016 modal number -32c6150 full hd with 1+2yr warranty but suddenly the display of it had disappeared. I had complained in micromax care on 6th july 2018. After 15 days the t. V was repaired. After few days again the same backlight problem was detucted i. E on 11th august 2018. I had complained to micromax customer care on 13thaugust 2018 but still the television is not yet repaired. I had called to micromax customer care many times but they only replied us to wait for 7 days everytime.
          Customer care had also given me the service centre’s number and told us to speak to mr. Hamid on [protected]. I had dialed many times on this number but i received no response from him.
          I had also complained to the micromaxinfo.com on 15 sept. My complain reference no. Is ser[protected]
          After all this i had continuously call micromax customer care. Later they assured us that your led t. V will be replaced without telling us the modal number. I had many times tried to call them and even mailed them to ask the details of the replaced television but they had not replied a single time.in mid november i got a call from the service centre and told me that the television is being stopped manufactured of that particular modal no. 32c6150 full hd. They further told me another modal number. I told them to give another t. V of the same configuration but they told to give me ipshd t. V. And we opposed to it as the t. V which was provided to us was hd ready instead of full hd.
          After sometimes they informed me that we can opt for upper modal by paying the difference amount to which i agreed and send them some modal numbers but they had again not replied to us. After 20 days i had called the service centre and they told me that they will repair my led t. V and cancelled the replacement.
          Engineer came to my house and took some parts of the television and had not arrived yet.
          Today is 11th january i. E 6 months and still there is no solution to my complain.
          Sir/madam
          I request to you get my t. V. Replaced as soon as possible.

            Dear sir, I change my Micromax spark380 mobile battery @rs 1200/ behala chowrashta service center on 31/12/18, but it couldn't charge properly, before I change the battery old battery charge 100% within 5 hour, but new battery need 18 hours 100%, now service person said for change SUBPCB.               I purchased my micromax canvas 6 on 6april 2018 via flipkart and since then the phone had lot of problems. Mother board replaced once and again i had the same problem for which they submitted my phone and promised to refund a brand new phone at lajpat nagar service station with customer job sheet numver[protected] my phone is under warranty. But inspite of almost a month wait they returned a scratched old used phone which i refused to take an old phone in exchange of my brand new phone shocking really disappointed

                Topic - escalation on micromax led tv service.
                Good day.

                Need your help to pass this case to a relent escalation team, as not getting a proper support from micromax service center.

                Issue : i have purchased microvax 40inch led tv on 2018 jan 21st and it was triggered an issue with led panel after 5 month of purchasing. But even i have confident on the service part of micromax and opened a ticket for replacing the same.
                But after moved to support there is no solution from past 3 months. Initial verification was over from technician 3 months before and notified for replacement of the device. But there is pathetic response from service center, from past three months their telling new device not arrived, pending for billing.

                I have completely loosing the confidence on micromax now. First time i am getting this kind of pathetic service from your end. There is no proper replacement for a warrantied device from past three months even after the notification for replacing the device from technician. Where it is pending why it is taking this much long duration. I am loosing the trust, so please either return my money back or replace my device before 10th october.

                  I have purchased micromax bharath5 pro mobile in the month of october 2018 and in the month of december its touch screen had problem. It started misbehaving. I thought there might be any hacker app got installed and that may be the reason. Did a factory reset and the problem still exists. Then i took the mobile to authorised service center in mangalore.

                  The service center people did not have courtesy to talk to me about 20 minutes. I only interrupted the service desk for the assistance. The girl on the service desk took 20 more minutes to respond back. Finally she told me that there is no warranty for the touchscreen replacement.

                  Finally they replaced the touch screen charging rs. 2800/-

                  The product was purchased just 2 months before and micromax violates warranty policy.

                  Sir when i use my phone for install and uninstall apps it's screen is became black in white and its system is not working properly. Hang problems in phone. Phone is brought 5 months ago only. I submit a black in white screen photo.

                    My micromax led tv 32" are under warranty period, it's display was not working properly, due to this, I send it to service center for repair,
                    Person of service center come at home on[protected] for pick tv for repair and ask us to return tv after repairing you 10-12 days but now it's[protected] it means around 1 month was pass but now reply or return till now .
                    When I am calling service center they always tells us give me few days and now not even pick up the call and reply the matter properly, when the pick up call they tell us I will check what's the problum is going on and then revert you back tomorrow, unfortunately tomorrow is not coming till now,

                    I request you to look towards the matter and repair our products soon and return us as early as possible ...

                        At the launch event you promised that all micromax canvas infinity series will get upgraded to android 8. And no updates for android has been given yet. I bought this product because of the promised android update. That's not good for your company's reputation. Please give the android update. Also the battery drain is very much high in the handset.

                          I have followed up multiple times with micromax to get my tv repaired or replace as it is within warranty, they are simply responding wait wait, but no action taken until now. It's such worst and waste service. Who lives without t. V for more than a week in these days. Don't believe in micromax products, warranty and services or promises. Such a worst company. Hope atleast this way my issue gets resolved at earliest and will be able to watch tv soon.

                            Hi i am a customer of micromax. I purchased an led tv 32 inch of micromax on 04/02/2018. On 4/dec/2018 it stopped working but it is under warranty as it is in 3 years warranty. I called to the customer care for the help they sent me the technician to my home he said the card is damaged. Sine than to till neither he respond my phone nor the customer care is responding they are very rude on call, i asked them to transfer my call to senior so he denied.

                              I bought a Micromax 2105 inch full HD LED Blacklit IPS panel Monitor( model no.- MM215BHDM1) on 16/05/2018. The monitor stopped working in the end of August, 2018. I complained online in 1st week of september and service center person visited my place and after inspecting it declared that it's mother board is defective and as it was under warranty, I was assured of changing the defective part. But in 10/18, I was told that, "my complain was registered in some other district, so I have to register a new complain". I registered a new complain on 11/10/2018. Regarding this, I have been in regular touch with MUNNA(service center person), ALAM (Micromax service center franchise owner of Jharkhand) & KUNDAN ( Head of Micromax service in Jharkhand).Since, november, 2018, I have been assured of replacement of the monitor as defective part is not available. But whenever I enquired about it, every one tells me that replaced new monitor will be delivered to you very soon. It's more than a month time, but neither the new monitor came to me nor any help from micromax customer care service, irrespective of so many complaints. Now, I have told that as monitor is not available with the company, so a LED of small size will be given to me. I am really fed up with MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE & it's service center people. Kind look into the matter and either replace me with the same monitor or hand over me my hard earned money. I really thinking of taking this matter to court for such harrasment for 04 MONTHS. I am attaching the copy of INVOICE with it.

                                Dear micromax team,

                                I have brought below product from amazon, recently i got an issue with the below product when i am watching the tv it got suddenly black spot on the corner and screen started flickering.
                                Then i approached the service center and he visited the site, he just saw and taken some pictures and then went away. There after i got the call and there are closing my ticket as it is physically damaged.

                                How it is possible to declare my tv as a damaged, the thing which wasn’t true. Service person he didn’t even opened the tv how can he conclude it is damaged, why can’t he checked board failure /component burnt.

                                How can he cheat costumer to escape from replacing the parts, this very very poor service from micromax. I’ll fight and i’ll escalate this to next level.
                                I am going to claim a file against the thing happened to me in consumer court.

                                The service center guy’s talking very ridiculous is this is the way to treat a costumer……i am really disappointed about micromax.

                                    I have bought a micromax canvas unite 4 pro mobile in march 2017.
                                    According to your warranty terms and condition, it is company duty to provide free software service till one year.
                                    In one year or 12 months from date of purchasing mobile, till one complete year there was a software problem in my mobile and i have to go to your customer service center for twice or thrice per month. So is it my mistake to buy a micromax mobile??
                                    And today suddenly mobile gets off.
                                    So i went to your customer service center named - "krishna service center, fatehgunj, vadodara". They behave with me very rudely.
                                    I told them what is problem in mobile??
                                    So they check it and take 300 rupees cost for it without solving my problem.
                                    And also they broken up my battery socket and also damage my motherboard's component or damage a component of hardware of my devices.

                                      I have bought a laptop micromax l1160 on 10/10/2018 with order number[protected] from amazon, within 2 months it has lan problem/keyboard issue/chipset issue / and some day before its formatted automatically and did not woke up, i have visited service centre at jp service vashi, navi mumba, maharshtra, given the original bill they refure to give service asking for some kind of c sticker that had in the packing box, but due to no where mention to keep the box securely i have thrown it in dustbin on or before 1 months, they says its warranty is over, hah such a stupid excuse which product i have bought before 2 months how should be its warranty could be over, contacted amazon and micromax care with this issue but still no response my complaint number with micromax is 977597,

                                        My mobile was having a problem after switching on.
                                        Only a message was displayed mentioning "encryption unsuccessful".
                                        I contacted micromac customer care, as per their instruction, i went to the below mentioned address:

                                        "shop no 06, 1st floor, sigma arcade, hal old airport rd, marathahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560037"

                                        At first the mechanic was hesitating to give me the serice card, later he gave.

                                        I called him, then he told that he will put another chargigng pint and try to update the software as there is problem in motherboard.

                                        Next day no call came from their side and his both numbers were switched off.

                                        Then when i went there he told you need to change the motherboard. I told then put my original charging point (As he told that he will put another charging point and check).

                                        He told that we put in dustbin, later his collegue told that due to language pro blem he told it by mistake.

                                        Now the problem is my mobile is not in the old condition, i am not able to charge it and the job card which he gave me he took back.
                                        The job card was generated on 6th december 2018 after 1 pm.

                                        Please help me out and suggest.
