When we purchased the mobile, the product was not working as per the specification given and when we submitted to the service center, the mobile due to some technical problem . The company is often put in service center for at least 6 month under 1 years warranty, and they have mentioned in bill that the repaiaring period will not be counted in warranty period, now the 1 years warranty has been lapesed and the company is refusing to admit the mobile for repair /refund but the mobile is still not working properly.at present time the battery problem is as it is . I request you to kindly take some legal action against company and give us the remedy..

    Sir,
    Right from the day I purchased my above cited mobile, I have been facing problem and I have also visited thrice at their service centre.
    During my last visit at service centre, the problem was tried to be resolved by formatting my mobile (by their service centre at Ashok Vihar)and also my Memory Card which I got formatted privately.
    After 2 days again the same problem and still facing the same.
    Fed up with this mobile.
    Now, the warranty is going to expire on 2nd Feb 2016.
    Whatg should I do now?
    Please advise

      I got new exchanged phone on the date 7-12-15 but now I am having issue with that new Micromax elanza a93 phone about its display is fluctuating but now when I just go and ask for the Same issue they said that I need to submitted phone for the display changing process which take about 15- 20 days and when I ask for full conformation that this new phone would not get any issue after this repair they said nothing now I just want to say that this is not good way for consumers Micromax service center didn't have any parts for any phones they just say that phone is gonna submitted and will check by company last time when they said this they return my phone after 2 months for micromax a066 for just silly lock button and they keep that phone for two months now this issue is more than that I must say

        I have a nitro a311 which has become dead suddenly and had given it in your service centre at raiganj pin 733134 on 29th DEC 2015 vide job sheet number EO[protected] and has been said that it would be repaired in 15 days but still its not.. Service centre is very careless in every matter.. This could be my and few's last Micromax set if nothing is done and necessary steps could be taken about it

          On 06/01/2016 I submitted the set which i purchsed on 2/12/2015 for set locked (pin) problem. From that day onward I chess several time to Authorised Service Center SUN INFOSOLUTIONS in kolkatta land line no[protected] but no suitable answer has given by Mr. rahul Chttaterje the responsible executive at last they confrimed that EMI board problem found and the set will send to Head Office and another job sheet no will be provided but no one call me even everyday i called . They were saying only shortly we will come back but no one called. Even I tried their mob [protected] . Someone picked the phone and said it is the officer in charge no you should try in land line no only. Even i had send several mail but one need not to reply the matter . Today also I called in land line no but nothing happened.
          In this condition I draw your kind attention to solve the matter l looking the importance of this matter & obliged me.

              I bought Micromax Q394 on 31 Dec 2015 and it encountered software issue on 6th Jan 2016. Since it's premium phone of micromax, they provide door step assistance. No micromax service centre has it's operating system. so I lodged a complaint to micromax and after 2-3 times of troubleshooting they decided to give me replacement in 7-10 working days on 15th Jan 2016. Today 27- Jan being the 10th working day I asked them if they dispatched my handset but the representative said they have some technical issues and it's not dispatched yet.

              I didn't even use this handset for more than 7 days and now I have to wait for more than 20 days for small software issue which cannot be solved at service centres and the only way is replacement.

              I would better buy ordinary micromax phone model which can be serviced at local service points rather than this pathetic so called premium door step assistance.

              I demand for full refund or option to get other micromax phone if replacement isn't given in next 5 days. It's giving me too much of mental harassment.

              After constant follow up from the company, I was granted replacement and the company sent the handset after 15 days. Handset purchased on 31th Dec 2015, Issues occurred on 6th Jan 2016, Replacement request granted on 15th Jan 2016 after 2-3 troubleshooting from technical team from 9-th to 15th Jan 2016, Handset received on 30th Jan 2016. Thank you

                  I have a Micromax MAD A 94 set. it was working good but from 5-6 days i m unable to make data connection in a particular area. It is no SIM based problem as because the same SIM works in different mobile in that particular area but in my handset it does not works.

                        My phone first time deposit in service center m/s service zone ghaziabad 26/8/2015.after i got 23/10/15.but i have not recive my set duemy set have again same problem. my again deposit in center.after that i heve recive my set 1/11/15. after some time again same problem start with my phone. 19/11/15 agai submit my set in center. i request to service center or co. replace my set there is no responce. i have suffer more problem like money loiss, mentely torcher, time weastage, erespect... etc. after deposit my set i had recive my set 18/12/15. than after some times my set again deposit in another services center, (m/s, k.s.mobile(ncr). but there is no responce also those people rwr my set issue next job sheet dt16/1/16. but problem is same in my set .pls solve my problem or replace my set.

                          This is for your kind notice that I Naresh Singh put my Micromax A 177 to Infinity Solutions (Micromax Service Pune) on 08 Jan 2016 for new sim slot 2 which was not working I went many times but they told me that your item has ordered and takes some time to reach here. I went to service station on 23 Jan 16 then they give back my phone to me without repair. When I reached to home and found that MIC and network IC not working I spent more Rs 1000 for the same This is unfair means by your service centre Case may please be inquired and confirm to me. Otherwise this leads to fraud of your well company

                                Dear Micromax team,

                                Good day to you

                                I am very disappointed to inform you about my experience with Micromax
                                service center. For your kind information I am owner of a micromax mobile
                                with handset model no *E311/ IMEI No. [protected] /
                                [protected]* which is just 4
                                months old. I was having some wifi & software issue on my mobile.

                                I have reported the problem to the micromax service center. As per verbal
                                interaction between the service manager, it was told that this is just a
                                minor problem, we will fix it in 2 hours. So, i have deposited the handset
                                on 7th Jan 2016. After a while, they told me that handset is dead, we can't
                                fix it.

                                However, my handset was well maintained & in operational condition. I
                                refused to receive my handset. After a few words with them, they told me to
                                visit service center later. It was told by them that once the handset get
                                repaired we will inform you.

                                Till the time, i have not received any communication from them. i have
                                visited service center on 19th Jan and i found my handset was totally
                                spoiled. Front panel of my mobile is now damaged including handset cell. it
                                is clearly stating mismanagement by the service center provider. The
                                service manger was trying forcibly to get handset received by me. However i
                                have refused to receive handset.

                                I am totally disappointed with the service and misbehavior by them. As my
                                next step i am forwarding this mail to you which i supposed to get resolved
                                ASAP.

                                I have attached the copy of job-sheet. Please find the same attached.

                                  above address is service center of micromax, they have worst ever staff i had seen before, no one is bother to look after customer, most of the time they say that server is slow, to take compaint of 1 customer they take atlest 20-25 min, they dont even pick up the phone, charges they say are very high ...Please look into the matter on priority basis, it is surely affecting your goodwill

                                    I have micromax aq4501 mobile purchased on sep 2014, it his having charging problem, i approch micromax service center, they kept the phone with them on 22 jan 2016, sercive center people are very much rude, atleast we have to go more than 3 times than only our number is taken..., after keeping the phone they told me taht they will call me after checking the phone ... They were suppose me to call same day...But i didnt recd call...After 4 days i contacted them, they told some mother board problem and you have to keep phone with them ...It will take 15 days ...Just to replace one part they r keeping phone with them..., after that when ever i call them no one picks up the phone..., service is so much poor that we feel like we are baggers inspite of giving them charges..., at any point of time them have big big fights with customers...

                                        I think micromax should got award for being the worst company. I have purchased micromax phone on 08/06/2014 IMEI no. [protected] and from 14/12/2014 the phone is continuously on a tour to service centre for repairing and still it is in service centre. So I just request micromax to refund my amount of Rs. 10654 as soon as possible. I have sent mails a no. of times but I think they dont have eyes to see and ears to listen. I have also sent a legal notice to company but the company officials returned it. I therefore request Micromax to refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise I will took this matter into legal as I am very much frustrated.
