I've purchased a new mobile device of Micromax E471 on[protected] in INR 17500. On 8-11-15, since when I raised a complaint, all the activities stopped working in the phone step by step and it is in non-working condition since 10-11-15. The customer care has confirmed to replace but no device given till date. When I called up customer care, they are giving me either wrong Delhivery courier reference number which belongs to some other customer #[protected] or the status that you'll get the call from our senior or device in next 7 days. I've received two calls in between from customer care with same above response. I am feeling myself like cheated after spending lot on this device.

    My micromax a106 model is not working properly. It is under warranty period but when i visited micomax service center they demanded money because barcode is not visible clearly. When i gave my mobile bill and box which have a barcode they didnt accepted it and told me to that you have to pay for it. So i asked them to give it in writing. But they used some bad words and didnt give me in writing. Micromax have a hopeless services. i have submitted consumer forum complaint.

      I brought Micro max Nitro on FEB 3rd 2015, After 2 days i had issues with the phone battery and changed the phone Replaced it, Again after 3 months phone started restarting of its own and Battery Draining fast, Took it to the Service Center and got it fixed, again after few weeks issue started again, again too it o the service Center and got it fixed and worked for few weeks and Now again it started to reboot of its own, i don't want to give it to service and get it fixed any more, i need replacement of the phone or Replacement of it in another few months warranty will be expired soon and i cannot afford to loose my money any more !! I Called up Customer care and they promised me a call back, but no one called me back at all as usual CHARLES M PHONE NO : [protected]

            I have given my cell phone in micromax service centre on 27th October but till now my cell phone has not been dispatched to me and the customer care service not providing me the proper detail I have tired and fed up this service of micromax customer care and my job sheet number is S[protected] and now I think I will not get my device return worst service of micromax I hv ever seen

              Micromax canvas nitro- A311 imei /esn no [protected]/[protected] under guarantee given to laxminagar service centre delhi on 22 sept 15 for rectification alert ring tone issue. under job sheet N[protected]. they call every 10-to 15 days but send back saying problem still not resolved. unable understand why big company has small petty standard of after sale service . No one answers phone at service centre or help line, once they called back promising immediate resolution but that too was a lie and harassment continues. Do we have to resort to consumer courts for our rights. ALL SHOULD UNITE AND NOT BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS. SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT ZERO AFTER SALE SERVICE

                Hi, I have purchase Micromax A 300 from overcart in the month of April 2015 with 6 months warranty. In these 6 month its second time aforesaid mobile gone to laxmi Nagar Service Centre . In first Job Sheet it was given back in 20-25 day but after receipt of mobile from your service center problems still persisted. Now in second job sheet this mobile was submitted on 12.10.2015 with micromax service Center and service center officials commited to provide us back with the correct device in 20-25 days but a in end of october again we got call from service center that it will take further 15 days to correct the no. of problems e.g 1. Ear Phone is not detectable. 2. Network gos very often and to make it operative have restart phone again and again. 3. no. of windows open it selves for which first time mobile given to your service center but problem still continues. N no. of times I called call center of micromax but they are repeatedly giving the same answer that it is in process. It was given in Laxmi Nagar center but they don't lift any call on the nos provided in their job Sheet. Their call Center fix call back as they don't have any information but their seniors never call back. Their toll free Nos. just issue complaint Numbers like MMX[protected] and MMX[protected] but never respond with any solutions. Every time they give 20 days fake time but never follow the same. This is pathetic service by the company rather they are harassing customers. With great regret stating that being a consumer I have already suffered a lot w.r.t time, and money and lots of mental hassles. Service Center issued a Job Sheet no. N[protected].

                  Hi I am shukraraj patil. I purchased an micromac yuphoria yu5010 mobile from shopclues on 5-11-15 order id: 74614079. I got default mobile from shopclues on 17-11-15. There is voice issue in mobile next person can't get the volume of any call. Than i request to replaced the mobile But they can't response to me & suggest me to go service center. I submitted mobile to borivali service center 30-11-15, but they told, we give your replacement after 30 days. But I conform from Custemer Care executive the replacement period is 15 days & it's already completed. Borivali service center job sheet no. W[protected]. My contact no. [protected]. Please support & take action urgently. I am very frusteted from micromax & shop clues.

                        Just lock key is not working properly.

                        I had very bad experience with micromax.

                        I do not purchase a single product from micromax because its service very bad.
                        You make big mistake to purchase from micromax.

                            I had given my micromax phone for servicing (@Bistupur, Jamshedpur) under warranty on 25th aug, 2015 and my receiving No is[protected]-18787345. till now they have not returned my phone. I have written them more than thirty times.. 1st month they said they have referred to priority team and than from last two months they r saying give ur complain in this link in that link our executives will contact u etc etc. I tried that also but there was no response .. kindly help me to get my phone back..

                                Dear Sir I submit my phone EG 111 on 30/06/2015 with ticket no. N[protected] and till now i did not back my repaired mobile by which i am totally disturb in my personal and professional life. I already put too many mail to customer care of micromax and also intimate that if you could not give back my repaired mobile i will knock the door of consumer court, but till there there is no response. This is hence six month to submit my phone in there sonipat customer care centre but till now i could not get my phone.

                                  Micromax A066 was not functioning properly so I visited customer care on 06/05/2015 whose jobsheet no. is[protected] and people there returned it on 15/05/2015. Again the issue occured and my device was placed there on customer care centre since 29/09/2015 whose jobsheet no. is[protected]. and returned to me on 21/10/2015 As per the violation of the instructions The person there submitted my device along with the Battery.again on 22/10/2015 the device was almost dead and is placed there till today first they did not give me submission documents then on very request they provided it on 31/10/2015 whose jobsheet no is N[protected] I am very much upset with your performance over my device as frequently issues has been occurring. I have not gotten my device till today and many times SMSes has been sent to me stating that " Your problem has been sorted out Kindly Collect Your Device" and when I visit the store they told me that this is rubbish and they have not received my parts which has to be implemented last time they told me that the set has been transferred to the company and I will receive it by the end of the October. i urge you to please ask micromax people to compensate my problems by returning the value of my handset as i lost trust in the brand.

                                      Plzzz do something with internal storage of this phone, i can't even install a single extra app excep whatsapp and xender .The phone is of 8gb rom but why its internal storage is only 900 mb its too too low memory for such a phone with lollipop version plzzz do simething about it

                                        I have given my yu yureka phone on 14-nov-2015 to my nearest service center in bangalore to repair and my set is in warranty and they have said that you will get your phone by courier to your home within 15 days . Till date i have not recieved my set, 1 month is going to over, every time i used to call to customer service they are simply saying we have no information about the phone and it will take 15 more days . I want my phone within 2-3 days . i will accept no reasons from you guys, i want my phone that's it. what is this, seriously i'm loosing my patience . You guys are simply torchering me . I'm going to file a case against you all guys .
