My complaint is micromax Mobile service centres are not provide good service.
they all are very bad service and poor technicians no knowledge in mobiles.

Mobile not working at to now 3 time of service my mobile but they are not giving good service iam facing lot problems for mobile. my mobile issue is not solved, Now I am tired to call customer support and visit service center..

MICROMAX CARE TOLL NO AND Kakinada service centre contact numbers are not working and not lifting[protected], [protected],[protected]/[protected] iam fed-up of this contacts numbers .

Hence i request you to please ban all micromax products in india.

When i go to service center they are said simply your is not service we are not properly repaired your mobile go and repair other service or not give money.

2 Time they are said give some time.

3 time go same purpose they are said if you want we sent your mobile Micromax company you come receive after 3 months (:- what is it ? think ).

So I Request you to please ban all micromax Products they use old used, cheap and second hand scraped material parts in all products.

I want new mobile with same features are not give a service within a week.

With service request no. N[protected] and model no. SERMOB0654 dated 07/11/2015, I have purchased new mobile for emergency call purpose. After 5-6 days, my mobile is not working properly, battery is not working. So, I have visited to check and replacement at your service centre M/s B.R. Services, C-30, GF Near SBI Bank, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi-110024 on 07/11/2015. But your unlearned executive advice to me instead of replace to keep mobile and committed to repair said problem within 7 days. I harassed to state that since 45 days, I am running PILLAR to POST. During the currency, I have contacted and tried to know status about replacement or repair of my mobile with your service centre and customer care. You are requested to lodge this matter seriously and advice to any responsible person to handle this matter and send a new mobile handset immediately. I am suffering due to bad system and bad administration of your company. Your both service centre and customer care executives have replied as irrelevant and unexpected word. Please kindly either replace a new mobile or return value in cash immediately. I do not want the said repairable mobile. Otherwise I will go with higher authority as legal and consumer grievance if your company ignore this matter.

My phone Micromax canvas gold is under warranty. It hangs very frequently. I had also given the phone to Micromax service center.they formatted n reinstalled software. No luck but. What to do now?even the charger was not working after one month usage. I m located at Ghatkopar east Mumbai. My purchase date 2 February 2014 Purchase shop prem ratna.Ghatkopar east.

Sir, I bought CANVAS JUICE 2 FROM KOLLAM, KERALA . Within 3 weeks problem started.display got dark/white all the day .also within few usage, phone gets so hot. Once the eisplay got dark and also at night when I plugged in, it says changing the fully charged juice 2 got exhausted and got dark .please give a solution for this fast. Yours faithfully, Gibin.

Hi Jobsheet no -w[protected] I had submitted my mobile on 21/09/2015 but still date my mobile issue is not solved. My complaint no. complaint no mmx[protected] & mmx[protected]. Whenever I called to your Executive every time they answered that "it will take 20 days to solve your problem." and also I visit to micromax service center they told me to call on :[protected] for your issue. It is almost more than 3 months they are giving me these answers. Now I am tired to call customer support and visit service center. Please give me exact time when my issue has been resolved. Thanks.

Hi, I gave my mobile to customer service center near picadely Lucknow 3 months back. Every time I call they say it is still not repaired. How many months you need to repair. Isn't it too much to check patience. Job sheet number: N[protected]

I have Micromax LED, it blacked out within 3 months of purchase, so I called up at their concerned call center, now it has Been over 15 days there is no response, the concerned service station guy ignores our call on daily basis by giving some sloppy reasons. I call them everyday 3 times, but yet no response, I have mailed them twice . My complaint number is 'Mh[protected]', but it's of no use because no one cares . Never choose Micromax my personal experience.

[protected] the problem was from many days. But on this particular day even though i deleted each and every app from my phone. Still it shows "storage space running out" Tell me the solution. I am unable to download any app because of this.. even though there is full space in my SD cards

I have used my A300 micromax handset which is about 1 year and the mother board does not work now. After paying more, the quality of handsets which they give is shocking. There is no physical damage done still the handset is of that condition.. Within 1 year the handset is serviced for 4 times. Now for replacing mother board I have to pay 5000. I dont have any hope as the new mother board may even fail after its warranty. My sincere advice please do not buy micromax handsets above 4000 to 5000.

My wife purchased a new micro max handset : item name x088. Model code.SERMOBO286, and after using it for 2 months found defective and given to your authorised service centre: m/s Orissa Entps.ananda plaza, Berhampur-760002 on 01.10.15 and even after servicing the problem-5305 charging/battery back up problem continued so once again on 10.11.2015 given for servicing with ref no.#N[protected]# We are very much unhappy and dissatisfied with your service and product. I have purchase Micro max Handset Model No. A096 Canvas on date[protected], there battery was totally loss after 15 days of purchasing, and deposit battery on dated[protected] for replacement than I have face a problem with service centre when i have receive battery on date[protected] after charging is not accepted than totally handset are defective as service centre I am not satisfied with micromax product, I want new fresh product with co.

I'm Sudharsan from Chennai. I had some problem with my Micromax A300 mobile. I submitted it for service on 17th October 2015. I got the info that I can get the mobile in 25 days maximum. But after 25 days, whenever I'm calling to the service centre or Micromax care I'm getting the reply that still mobile not ready, Not sure about the delivery date. Its already around 60 days. I'm not gettint any responsible answer from Micromax care. Its pretty difficult to be without the mobile. This makes more bad impact on Micromax to use it in future. Hi..this is amit wasnik. There was an issue of mic with my micromax a350 Knight. I shown my phone to anurag enterprises micromax check point 1month before. They did not provide me any job sheet. They ask me for money for issue resolvation. I thought that the issue is resolved and i lend them money. I went home and i saw that new issue araised with charging and speaker. Since then they told me that they had ordered the hardware part for the mobile. I tried to contact them many times but they were asking me for few more days. I m totally fed up with their service. I took the phone to the Shop where I purchased. The shop person had taken the phone to the Micromax servicing centre. After two days I went to the shop and found that the problem was not rectified. Now, after 25 days The shop person says “I can’t do any thing, The phone is a defective one, it is the Micromax to take decision”. The mobile is with the servicing centre. Now 40 days gone. I have purchased my phone on feb 2015 and after using it for 6 months i am facing problem so i submitted it to micromax service center and now they are not returning my phone for last 4 months and not giving me any exact date till when i can get it.

Date of submission - 20/10/2015 client no. [protected] i was submitted my mobile handset in abacus systems that is the service centre of micromax. the problem reported by service centre was power does not switch on of handset but they do not taking any action from last two month.

Sir, I submit my phone to the authorised service centre in trivandrum for repair Submit date 09/09/2015 ( warranty )..service centre name is M/S CONNEXION, PATTOM, TRIVANDRUM-695004.Till today(16/12/2015) I have no information about my Phone from Micromax centre...What can i do?
