This is regarding an issue with micromax service centre, mangalore.
On 28th of August, 2015 I had given my mobile for service due to display light issue. Three days later, I was given back the mobile after a software update which I could've done it myself. I returned the mobile immediately and new job sheet number was given to me saying within 15 days my mobile display would be repaired.
During these 15 days time neither was I contacted, nor was I informed anything about my mobile. I myself took initiative and visited the service center and I was told to wait for another 15 days. I waited for another one whole month of October, after which, on 2nd Nov they called me to inform that my mobile could not be repaired and in place of it, they would be giving me a new set of Micromax of a different model. When I went to the service centre, I was told even that new set is a defective one. They asked me to wait for another 15 days. During this time period, the job sheet of my mobile had been closed by the main server of Micromax. According to them (customer care), my mobile had been replaced and I had received a new set.
Today finally when I called them they claim that I have already collected my new set which infact I never did. When I visited them this morning and discussed about the issue, they realised they hadnt created a new job sheet for the repair of the defective 'New' set. They told me they would contact me but I did not receive any response as usual. When I called them they just very ignorantly answered saying it will take another few days when I asked how many more days, they do not know it. Moreover, they passed ridiculous comments over the phone, telling just drop the call saying it would take 2 or more days.
Seriously this is one of the worst service.
