Respect sir/madam, maine[protected] ko micromax Q-400 mobile purchase kiya tha, or One month baad is mobile me reciver Problem aa gayi, na to kisi ki awaz aa rahi thi, or na mere awaz ja rahi thi, jisse maine mobile purchase kiya, maine use dikhaya to usne mujhe MICROMAX CARE par bhej diya, or unhone mujhe seven days ka samay diya mobile theek ho jane ka, ... but fifteen days ke baad bhi phone theek nhi hua, kabhi 2days ka samay de dete hain, kabhi 3days ka samay de dete hain, mujhe apna work chod kr jana padta h, ...or aaj mai mobile ka status puchne k liye gaya, to sahi tarah se reply nhi diya, jab customer care par phone kiya to unhone 20days ka samay de diya h... aaj ke time me mobile k bina sara work pending ho gaya h. so plz sir mera phone ka problem urgent solve karvayein... ...THANKS

      Hi, This is regarding an issue with micromax service centre, mangalore. On 28th of August, 2015 I had given my mobile for service due to display light issue. Three days later, I was given back the mobile after a software update which I could've done it myself. I returned the mobile immediately and new job sheet number was given to me saying within 15 days my mobile display would be repaired. During these 15 days time neither was I contacted, nor was I informed anything about my mobile. I myself took initiative and visited the service center and I was told to wait for another 15 days. I waited for another one whole month of October, after which, on 2nd Nov they called me to inform that my mobile could not be repaired and in place of it, they would be giving me a new set of Micromax of a different model. When I went to the service centre, I was told even that new set is a defective one. They asked me to wait for another 15 days. During this time period, the job sheet of my mobile had been closed by the main server of Micromax. According to them (customer care), my mobile had been replaced and I had received a new set. Today finally when I called them they claim that I have already collected my new set which infact I never did. When I visited them this morning and discussed about the issue, they realised they hadnt created a new job sheet for the repair of the defective 'New' set. They told me they would contact me but I did not receive any response as usual. When I called them they just very ignorantly answered saying it will take another few days when I asked how many more days, they do not know it. Moreover, they passed ridiculous comments over the phone, telling just drop the call saying it would take 2 or more days. Seriously this is one of the worst service. MY CURRENT JOB SHEET NO IS B SHEET NO-S[protected]

        Sir, i have given my mobile canvas a210 for servicing on 17th dec 2014, and accidentally lost my job sheet. and after inquiry they told me to submit original bill of phone plus imei number. which i did submit still after that they are refusing to deliver the phone under the reason of misplacement of package since last one year. so i please request to help me on this matter. i am suffering for almost one year cos of this service center.

          Sir/ Madam, Job Sheet No.W030613_0615_17533987 Dt. 26.06.2015. Problem : 4101 power does not switch on, 5301 charging/ Battery No charging. Service Centre told me dt.2.8.2015 company dispatch my mobile but miplaced parcel hence you track my mobile or new parcel immediately send service centre because 6 months over.

            I purchase micromax E455 on 12/10/2015 from GANPATI MOBILE, Lucknow after few days of working it got stuck(no network) and shows flight mode always.On 22/10/2015 i went to micromax care(al mobile zone, punjabi market, pratapgarh, uttar pradesh) to show the issue but they said that its a premium handset company provide door to door repair/replacement. i made a compalaint on micromax helpline[protected] with my registered mobile no.[protected].They said that you have to submit your phone to naearest mmx care i submitted to (al mobile zone pratapgarh) on 3/11/15.now till date i does not get my cell phone back.             Sir Maine October 2015 me micromax canvas nitro 4g e455 purchase kiya that but after 2 months phone me network problems aane lagi to Maine phone kp service center pe daal diya jaha se vo thik ho kar aa gaya but after 1 months mere phone me same problem aane lagi to main fir se service center pe gya aur apna mobile submit kar diya aur unhone mujhe 15-20 din ka time diya uske baad mujhe vaha sent call aaya ki apka mobile repair ho chuka h to jb main lene gya to dekha mobile to vaisa hi h thik hi nhi hua uske baad Maine unhe btaya to unhone bola ye fir se company jayega but sir company me 3-4 baar Jane me baad bhi mera phone sahi nhi hua h aur mera phone abhi under warranty h main bahut paresan hu sir mujhe device replace chahiye
            Worst mobile ever seen...i am facing this network problem from 5 months but there is no solution.sent this phone 2 times to service centre and after waiting for 20 days the problem is not corrected and gets some more other issues..and the memory card is not reading too...please dont buy this phone...

            Horrible product, Been using for the last 10 months, already been in the service centre for two months for not detecting network signals, after repair, the problem was intermittent and now again in the service centre for last two weeks for the same issue. Been writing to Micromax, only to get the standard reply that it will be rectified.

            I wonder if I paid for a Micromax product just to be kept in their service centre!

            There needs to be a law against launching such substandard products at premium prices, accompanied by pathetic support.

            I purchase micro-max E455 on 22/10/2015 from NIKKI COLLECTION MOBILE, Ahmednagar after few days of working it got stuck(no network) and shows flight mode always.On 19/04/2016 i went to micro-max care(vadia park Ahmednagar) to show the issue but they send handset to company for repair/replacement.now these is the second time i am facing same problem i need a solution or new handset I am too aerated about the problem .
            In my view micromax is one of the worst brand that I exprienced .in 2016 march I purchaced nitro 4g after 2 month it shown me some sort of problems like battery drain heating up after that network problem then I hand over my hand set to service center for repairing after taking a long time they return back by saying now it is ok, but unfortunately problem remains same...I did this process 6 times I mean to say I gave it for 6 times for repairing. Then I changed the service centre where I got same result at least I gave it 3 times when I visited again for repairing they surprised me by saying your hand set is out of warranty...
            AS per my experiance micromax E455 is an waste phone with in 1 month i faced network problem number of times i wisited micromax care center but they gave my mobile 6 months later . Then also same problem with in 24 hrs

              I had purchased this phone on[protected] .since the time of purchase the ringtone would not change .I went to service center for this they said that a tech will come they never came till now and now my phone is not turning on .It has been off for a month now and no service at all .service center and care is rejecting service .All they do is arrange a call back which is never made .for three days now the call back was never arranged .complaint no mmx[protected], SER[protected], SER[protected] this is all I have for over a month of struggle with micromax care .Please return the phone as I cannot keep waiting for a month without a phone .and do not play fruad with consumers as there is no service available for the phone at all

                I am Baji Babu from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I have bought yu yuphoria mobile from Amazon on Jul 2, 2015. After using the mobile for 4 months it stopped responding and it is completely dead. I went to the micromax service center in Kukatpalli(Hyderbad) but they denined in accepting the mobile again somehow I managed to travel for another 20 kms and submitted in Ameermet service center on November 2, 2015 (Job Shee Number: S[protected]), while accepting the mobile they said it gets replaced in max 20days. After 10 days of submitting the mobile in service centre I kept calling micromax customer care when ever I call they keep saying it takes another 20days but till today (December 9, 2015) I haven't received the mobile. Customer care never responded with correct information whenever I call. Its been more than a month stil I don't have any update on mobile and what happened to it. Could someone please look into it.                 I have contacted the YU support over phone but the response I got is phone is with Micormax, Micormax only has to solve this issue.

                I called Micromax support multiple times and the response I got is another 20days when ever I call.

                  Hi Team i have submitted my mobile micromax A350 job sheet id is s[protected] on 19th october 2015 at rudra agency at basheerbagh hyderabad. This was thrid time, that device was submitted to micromax and evry time new problem comes, and also its 3 times that micromax failed to repair and deliver device on promised date ..its almost 50 days now, and you do not seem to proactively act on customer requests /complaints and no one bothers to look .poor after service from micromax.

                      On 10th Oct.15 I purchased Micromax LT-666 NoteBook Product IMEI [protected]. The front and back camera never worked. I registered my complain through mail and also sent screenshots. The mail was accepted and agreed by micromax to replace my new Laptab, but till date they have not shared the despatch details and keep saying that I will receive it. Now I have a bounce mail that the [protected]@micromax.com is no longer working. I keep calling repeatedly to their toll free number after long wait they provided another (preimum) toll free number expressing their inability to check the status. This premium toll free number[protected] not responding, all their advisers are busy on another line, we will be attending you shortly, ...this has become a long long wait and i feel like I am befooled, grave mistake by me trusting the product of Micromax...i don't know what the solution will be now...guess i will be approaching consumer court...if i don't get the full refund.                           I bought the micromax AQ 5001 from the shop "Mobile King, Kochi-682031" on August 21.I am enclosing bill details Tin no:[protected] .Invoice no:B-18037/15-16.Phone details IMEI No:[protected].Battery no VO[protected]. After charging battery on 16/11/2015 battery became bulged .The battery bulged to an extent now the back cover of phone is not able to close. On 17/11/2015 I went to Exclusive Care, cochin-682016.At that time I came across news on Malayalam daily that men got injured due to explosion of battery. The representative said that battery is available and I have to pay the battery amount even within the warranty period.when I am ready to pay the battery value they said battery is not available and there will be further delay. After waiting almost I returned back the mobile from them and now planning to go for the consumer forum.

                                  I have purchased one Micromax a350 on 16/08/2014 for Rs.21200. I am a habitual buyer of micromax only. But my phone a350 has some problem recently.The phone is automatically switching off and on.when i approached the Micromax service center Abu communication, TlirunelveTamilnadu-627001, they did not response properly and without checking my mobile properly they answered in a lethargic manner and informed me it has a board problem and has to be replaced. Since one year has completed they said there is no warranty for my phone and advised me to purchase a new one by exchanging the A350. I wondered and was very sad within one year how it got a board problem.I am a middle class man it is not possible to me to change mobile every year. I purchased micromax only on the hope that it will give more life at least minimum 2 to 3 years. I made an complaint to micromax company through mail id.But they also simply replied to contact the service center again without giving any proper solution. I am mentally depressed with the lethargic activities of the micromax company.kindly do the needful to settle my issue.

                                      I have purchased this TV from http://www.snapdeal.com on 21-Nov-2015 having Order No: [protected] SUBORDER NO.: [protected].. After receiving the product on 30-Nov-2015 when i checked the TV, found one defect, i.e. Audio problem of the TV. Audio physically is not increasing even it is showing increasing in TV screen. Then I lodged complaint at Micromax LED Customer Care[protected] over phone. Complaint was lodged on 01-Dec-2015 and having complaint No. WB[protected]..Then after several number of call at service centre & also customer care, finally technician from service centre has come to my house on 05-Dec-2015. After checking problem of the TV, he has told me that this model having this audio issue, so this can't be resolved forever. Most disgusting is that Micromax customercare don't communicate with service centre, everytime I call the customer care they simply says that it will take 24 Hrs and withing 24 Hrs problem will be resolved. And number of their head office:[protected] is a fake number, they don't pick up customer's call. Once the product is sold they don't care customer. Micromax is not showing any interest to solve my probelm. They don't reply mail.Customer only gets autogenerated receipt of the mail. They don't action to resolve problem of their sold product.

                                        Hello sir my namer is rahul saboo. i purchase mobail in micromax a 177 in 14 dec 2014. and company promide me one year warranty bt in sep 2015 my phone in some mistake am give in this phone for repair in 24.10.2015 micromax service center in surat gujrat. bt company not repair my phone more then 1.5 month then after return my phone on 08.12.2015. bt not repair. am requested for u plz return my all money in my cell phone or repair in my cell phone rahul saboo [protected]
