Hello sir, I purchased a micromax A -300 mobile in 20January 2015 but after 1 month mobile display automatic switching off then I reported to care they hold my sellfone for 2 months after that it works only for 15days and again reproblem .sir I'm telling u it is done with me 6th times means in this 11 month compony kept my mobile minimum 5 months and now after 1month, today I got my mobile from care but with in 2hours mobile display got blank.once again reproblem.I had set my mentality that it is your manufacturing defect.know I want replace it instead of repair. Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchase above smart mobile phone of Micromax company on[protected] it's cost is 10, 475 but this phone was not working by 5th of December due to network problem with this phone than I was connected with customer care and the executive of customer care told to me that for this phone we are providing online service that's by you do not have need to deposit your phone to our service center and your phone will exchange with a new phone and you will receive your phone at your address by 12-12-15 but sir when I was not receive my phone by[protected] then I make call again to the customer care then the executive told me that courier service is not available for your communication address and he told me that you have to deposit your phone to our service center then I deposited the phone to the service center but when today I called again for know the status then customer care executive told me that your phone will dispatch to your communication address within 7 to 10 days.I know phone will not dispatch this is my request to you please help me I am not satisfied with this service they are providing.I need your help. I give my mobile for service on 17/11/2015. But still not get mobile back.my job sheet no is w[protected]. I visit. Service center they provide new mistake. Customer care executive have no manner to talk with customers. If company no responsiblity than please return my mobile. Else I go to consumer court against you service and product.

I had purchase micromax mobile before 2 months (within Warranty Period) .. but within 3 months it stopped working. I approched to Micromax Gallary at Dombivali & they assured to give me asap I also mailed the same to micromax delhi office. But They also failed to give me desired result. The staff at gallary is also talking rudely & not attending my compalints . It becomes more than 4 months now. I request you to the needful.

Bought mobile MMX AQ4501 in Guwahati on 6 August 2015, in first week of October suddenly stopped working and could not be switched on. Took it to Micromax service centre at Arcade India, GS Road, Guwahati on 10 October 2015. Still have not received it back, they say that it has been sent to the factory and don't say when I will get it. It is already 2 months and 10 days. Service centre order n. 19682563 Please advise what can I do?

I purchased mobile on 10.10.2014 The mobile was having camera problem Same was kept for 1 month, as there after it was told that software needs to upgraded & mobile was formatted. After that the mobile could do net connectivity on its own & only wi fi connectivity was working . Again submitted to mobile center then, what changes they have done they only know somebody else name was appearing in phone & no net connectivity was happening Now lying in service center since 20.11.2015 .No body is ready to reply the only ticket opening notiication is given . The service center is giving no reply saying FSL is looking into the case dev enterprise

This is to inform or to complaint against tha micromax care centre location at n-6 cidco Aurangabad(maharashtra)431001 complant against : Ganesh Hede and Santosh Bawiskar working at that branch.. My name is sumeet ragde, i have given my mobile canvas 4 on 3th of dec.and after 20days also they have done nothing but there speaking language is so like jhuggis people and with no respect of custumer they have thrown my mobile to me saying that take ur mobile and go what do u want to do against us... Dear sir, i have use micromax canvas 114, but few months ago i have faced a problem i.e.contacts isn't responding ... please give me your suggestion /opinion.

Sir.I had deposited my mobile to service center on 08 oct 2015(Gadgetz service center, shillong, meghalaya) for repair which was in warranty period.after two months on 14 dec 15 they returned my mobile without repair.due to parts not send by company.

I have bought micromax A104 canvas series a week before. It has same problems as the other consumer having : the touch pad is not working properly. Its been a week only and I am having problems in using it. Neither the retailer nor the service center are giving me the proper reply. I want an action to be taken otherwise I would complain in consumer forum.

My phone went into water and was waterlogged. It was working properly but still I saw some water content in the display so I contacted micromax service center called getronics in karthika building located in mullakkal alappuzha and asked them to clear the water content. They asked me to give 350/- as their service charge . the phone was under warranty coverage but still I agreed since the phone was waterlogged. When I went to collect it I noticed that the water content was not removed. They even didn't open it . it was working before I gave it for service but when they returned it's touch was not working. I asked them to change touchscreen, but they didn't respond. I am very much sad for their behavior towards customers. I was planning to buy a micromax television but now I am not going to buy any micromax product.if micromax's service is like this, no one is going to buy your products

I gave my mobile to the service center in nellore to change the software but they destroy my motherboard... so they sent my mobile to company...before 60days... when i asked at the service center.. they replied that we are not responsible, call to the toll free no. on the mobile box, when i call to that no. they are telling another 15days time... I am calling every week from 25days, but they are replying the same answer of 15days everytime... PLEASE HELP ME SIR.. I AM VEXED TO CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE...

It is to submit that I had given my mobile micromax EG111 for servicing on 02nd November, 2015 in authorised service centre in Ara, Bihar. However till date it is not came to service centre as told by the staff of service centre while enquired the status. and it was told by customer care people that it may take further 15 days to reach your mobile to service centre. I am enclosing the job sheet for your kind reference. It is therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that I can get my mobile at the earliest. Job No. - N[protected]

I bought my phone, the charger slot is not working, I went to service center near Sadhuwaswani Chowk they said they are closing the center and gave my phone back. Then I went to Swargate center they are not taking my phone they said go to Sadhuwaswani Center. Both service center are not entertaining. Kindly please do help, I bought phone to my sister as a gift of rakshabandhan.. And this is the result of Micromax.

Sir, i had purchased amicromax p480 tab on[protected] hoping that micromax is a better brand but i was wrong because after using one month from the date of purchase my tab showed various problems like battery backup, automatic software instalation and slow prossessing .about the above problem i informed to nearest micromax service center at balasore, odisha, at the service center they told me that your tab has little bit problem you will take your tab after 1/2 hours .in the mean time they call me and said your tab had amother board problem so they send it to level 4 service center and it would take 30 days .so i had wait for 30 days having no other option.after complition of 30 days they call me again and said your tab is ready now you will take it.after ithat call i went to your service center and cheek out my tab at the center then again i show that my tab is not in working condition .it is totally dead .so reg arding this problem i informed about the matter to the center head .he told me that again i have to make another job sheet then my problem will solve .so i made another job sheet having no---E[protected].SO KINDLY i request to you plase solve my problem as soon as possible other wise i will take judicial action against micromax.
