I had purchase micromax mobile before 2 months (within Warranty Period) .. but within 3 months it stopped working. I approched to Micromax Gallary at Dombivali & they assured to give me asap I also mailed the same to micromax delhi office. But They also failed to give me desired result. Bought mobile MMX AQ4501 in Guwahati on 6 August 2015, in first week of October suddenly stopped working and could not be switched on. I gave my mobile to the service center in nellore to change the software but they destroy my motherboard... so they sent my mobile to company...before 60days... when i asked at the service center.. they replied that we are not responsible, call to the toll free no. on the mobile box, when i call to that no. they are telling another 15days time...
