My handset was micromax bolt a67 and jobsheet no-E[protected].I sent it to the care on 1st dec 2014.The phone had touch problem.They told me that the mother board had to be changed and told me to come after 2 months.But after 2 months there was no existence of the service centre.The address of the service centre- City Consultancy, Tarakeswar, Padmapukur, Dist-Hooghly, West Bengal, Pin-712410.Pls inform me about my handset immediately.my Phone no-[protected]

I use micromax a350. Many problem in that mobile. 3 times replaced I 1 year. Same time this time also. Plz change that mobile I don't want that mobile. Plz do need ful.

I have ordered a battery for Micromax A37B model in Koramangala micromax Service center more than 1 month back. I called them so many times.. There is no response. 3 weeks back I raised the complaint against this. They asked 20 days maximum time. But still I didn't get any response. so I felt this is the worst service I have never seen. please assist.. Battery order Number: S[protected] Complaint number: MMX[protected]

It is the 95th day that i have not get my phone back from micromax service centre. Every time they are taking extra time for repairing and just irritating me so much. I am facing so many problems without my phone and i have lost many good opportunity for this phone. Now i am requesting you to give my phone back soon either i have to go for a consumer harassment case. thank you

I have given my phone in service center before 3 months because it was not getting switched on. They told me that it will take maximum 4 weeks and they will inform me. yet they are not repairing when ever i call they say it will take 2 weeks more. It's really bad. The micromax service is worst service in phones.

I took the phone to micromax service center in yelhanka they made to wait an hour and told the respective person to check is not available. Came second time she took the mobile and told we need to check ur mobile and later told we will inform by calling regarding the display broken cost etc but till evening no response no call. Waited till next day but then no call. I myself called the lady later the girl again informs server down after making me wait for a long time on call .Such a horrible situation so called authorized service center in Bangalore yelhanka.. Micromax is this how u treat ur customers???

I hv given my micromax A102 mobile for repair as it was not working, as the mobile is in warranty i hv given it to vashi services, M1 1st floor vraj vihar, Nr Makhmali talav, LBS road, Thane, tel:[protected], my complaint no is W[protected] dtd 30/9/2015. i hv given my phone on 30th sept and today on 11/12/2015 still i hv not got back my phone. i am regularly following up with Vashi services but they are not able to give me proper answer. i have written them 3 mails but they are not bothered to reply. now it is too much as i am with out proper phone for 70 days, i want my phone back with proper working or else need refund of my phone. i need an answer

But its Not new piece. pieces used by any other people from M.P. his contact no. details Also available In my phone. SO Pls in this time u return me NEW piece or Refund Me.

I hv bought new mobile phn on date 7 dec. 2015. then i check the phn cover, it cant be fit with body and becus of this the volume button and lock button cant be work.

It was very urgent requiredso i have purchased a Micromax Yuforia mobile on 09/12/2015 after 6 hrs its display was not working so i subimitted in raebareli service center(M/SVIJAYCARE-RAEBARELI ) Tin No.[protected]s on 10/12/2015 for deo but till now there have not gave me satisfactory response.It was my fist experience with micromax and finally was very bad.Please resolve it asap . This to inform you that I had purchased Micro Max EG111 Phone in the month of January 20015, but after few day I started facing few problems which were shared with your technical team over the phone. I was informed that at times this type of problem may occur, so they guided me to factory reset the phone. These practices have been done twice. Again in the November first week same type of problem started and on 06.11.2015 I was travelling by train my phone gets switched off and did not started due to which I phased lot of problem as my train ticket was on my phone. On 09.11.2015 I had produces my phone in your JAJPUR service centre & explained the history along with the current problem. They requested for a few days’ time to diagnoses the problem and after few day I came to know that it has been send to BHUBANESWAR service centre. A month has already passed & there is no any information about my phone, so request you to kindly send me a new cell phone as per company policy since it is still covered in the warranty period. For the above the replied me We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you. This comes further in reference to the issues faced by you with your handset, we apologise for the delay in regards to the repair of your handset. We would be able to resolve the issue with your handset in a short span as it is been taken care on priority by our repair team. And also like to inform you that replacement is only available within 7 days from the date of purchase after the service centre finds any manufacturing defect. I am still waiting positive response from them and also requesting you to kindly help me to get new cell phone from the company.

Dear Sir, I has purchased micromax smart phone a year back. exactly after 13 months the phone started having problems related to software, I took my phone to Mahavir Electronics (authorized repair centre for Micromax for repairing), n Mulund Mumbai. my phone got repaired in 3 days. within 5 days of repairing the camera stopped functioning, I took it back to repair centre they charged 1700 for replacing the camera...this was on 7-Nov-2015 with job sheet number 3621. I again got my phone back in 4-5 days. from that very day my phone stopped catching signal from serice provider, or the signals were week. assuming the problem was with service provider I got my sim changed...to my surprise the problem persists...its the sim slot which is not functioning well. Either there is a problem with phone or service centre . whats the point of buying a phone worth 21000 with such poor service and phone quality. do get the service centre to repair my phone for free...the staff there Mr Tejas is extremely rude and misbehaves. pl resolve my problem. Ello sir, i had buy micromax canvas juice a177 last year...now there is a virbration problem in my phone its vibration property not working from last few months automatically. i think there is a software or any type of hardware problem so please give me solution about it asap.

I have a set of Micromax A104 smart phone. There is some issue regarding to its internal storage. It has enough memory space, even I have formatted it and erased all the data even then it is saying that internal storage space is running out of memory and I am unable to download any new app. Please provide me some solution as soon as possible.

My smartphone A311 needed your service center 5 times for last 7 months.At last it was resolved that its motherboard will be changed.For this purpose they kept the mobile & gave me jobsheet.I got a message "Dear Customer, Your device deposited with us under jobsheet no. W[protected] has been repaired." on 3rd Dec.Unable to take it back.

Hi, It is with great regret that I am writing to you as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligent in services. On 26th July 2015, I had purchased a Micromax Cameo A290 of your company from Paytm. Towards this purchase, I paid Rs 7800/- to your company. After purchasing the phone within few months, it developed a problem I found that there was some charging problem and it was not working which caused most of the problem. In order to get the defect repaired I visited your company M/S The Mobile Care (Delhi) B-36, Guru Nank Pura, Opp.V3S Mall, service center and after inspection I was told that some parts needed to be replaced and asked to submit the phone on 16th September 2015. For many days I waited to get the issue resolved and called to micromax customer care and visited to service center but they just ignored me and gave me run around. every time when i called they gave me generic response it will take another 20 days. Now I am hopeless I do not understand what to do as I have been mentally torchered. I am extremly disappointed also. Infact now the micromax service center is not responding to my emails. that was my hard earned money which I have wasted... Job Sheet Reference : *N[protected] Please help!

I bought gorilla glass mobile handset "yo-yureka" in feb2015 only but the display cracked on fall from table just 1.5 feet. Is it fake claim or else company shell change the handset since it is in waranty time also. Is there any regulatory authority for the fake claims of quality. Please suggest.
