I have given my mobile micromax a311 for repair on 07-11-15 at shimla. Problems were-it was hanging and not responding. Shimla micromax care centre was not able to repair it so they send it to chandigarh.But till now have i have got no response from micromax about status of my mobile. My mobile is in warranty pd purchased on april 2015. Complaint n is n[protected]

I purchased a mobile handset of Micromax Company in July-2015, Model - Unite III (Q-372). Suddenly it stop working after one month and i deposit it in your service centre, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52. I visited your Service Center Several times, But After 3 Month that still not repaired. I am sorry to say but Company do not give satisfactory service.

I have given my phone only for a minor defect. They take my phone and sent to the head office. Since from last 2 month and 15 days they have not given my phone back. I fought with them many times regarding this but they didnt answer properly for this. please let me help to come out from this problem.

I've submitted my phone on 31/10/2015 in Micromax service center in Pimpri Pune, they informed me that, I'll get back my phone within 20-30 days .Now its almost more than a month, I have'nt recieved my phone each time, I call service center they tell me that phone is under process & i would get it in 15 days.

I have purchased micromax mobile Unit 3 in June 2015.after 4-5 months o[censored]sage there was issue in hand set so i shown it to micro max service center SP-kavya enterprises Pune station(Pune-Maharashtra) on 5th Oct 2015 they said there is problem with mother board need to send it for replacement so the hand set was send to micro max after one month i received the handset the the problem was solved but the next day i was not able to charge my battery so again i went to same service center they again said same mother board issue need to send it again so they kept the hand set again and after 10 days they called me on 24 Nov 2015 so i went to take the hand set but i was still not able to charge the battery they said there is same issue of mother board and they will raise the request to change the whole hand set and requested me to mail for hand set replacement and call to service center and tell them to replace the whole hand set so i called and requested to replace my hand set i am also sending the mail so please replace my whole hand set this time its already 3 times the mother board has changed so please give me new hand set. job sheet no :W[protected]. dated 24.11.2015 complaint request number MMX[protected] dated 25 nov 2015 1 pm IST MMX[protected] dated 15.12.15 i have already called to servie center 3 times and 7-8 mails were send they always say it will take 20 days.

E[protected] i was submitted my handset 8 sept 2015 after 3 month later my handset had not been repaired many times i had called the micromax customer care number always said that your handset is under processed and handset will be delivered with in 10 to 15 days so sir plzz imediate take some action i will be grateful to you thanks

I am vivek. i had submitted my mobile MICROMAX ELANZA A121 on September 14 due to touch pad complaint.i got it back on October 29th. but due to repeat complaint i resubmitted my moble on October 31st. they told that mobile will be delivered within 20 days because of repeat complaint. but they have not delivered the mobile yet. now it is 31 days delay. when i am calling them to know the status of the phone they will not give a clear reply.again they extend the delivery date of mobile phone i have approached many times to get back my mobile. but they have not taken any action yet. i have never seen these type of bad service in my life ever yet... please give my mobile back... plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

This is sujatha from kanchipuram tamil nadu working as a assistant professor i have micromax p410i last year i have purchased more than two r three times i have given for service but now its not working while giving service they r taking more than a month so this is again and again getting a problem the problem is not resolve so kindly change the mobile and refund my amount bcox we are not satisfy with your service. kindly reply me bcoz againg i cant give this for an service due to ur lack of time. with regards, suji([protected])

HELLO I am priya vishwakarma im tired from your service becouse since 4 months my phone is in service centre and stiil they are not giving to me alsws giving time ...i warn you if my phone will not come in next 7 days i will case on micromax to consumer forum.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Hemalatha from Hyderabad, have recently ordered Micromax Canvas Juice AQ5001 online on Nov 11 2015, and have received mobile. After using the mobile for a period of 1 month I am facing some problems with the performance like the phone gets switched off suddenly, and I have shown the same to the local retailers and service centers. I am using Micromax Canvas Nitro A 311from last 1 year. It's a good product. But Gujarati language is not supported by this device. What to do to read and write in gujarati as it is a mother tongue Kindly reply soon.

Heloo sir Maine micromax ka a300 purchsr kiya tha nov 2014 ko.. june 2015 ko uski screen off hogyi.. maine dwarka mod service center ko submit krvaya.. unhone mujhse 6500rs mange .. thik krne k liye jabki mera handset warrnty me th.. maine mana kr diya.. then mai use lene gya after somtym to unhone kaha ki apka handset compny gya hua h replace k liye.. or kha ki apko new handset mil jayega.. or jab call aaye tab aana aap.. to mujhe 20days baad call krke kaha gya ki apko 6500 rs dene hoge tabhi thik ho payega.. maine kaha ki warrnty me h mera mob to kis baat k rs to unhone kaha ki rs to lagege sir.. maine mana kr diya to mai next day apna handset lene gya.. fir maine bahar kisi ko dikhaya usne thik kr diya .. or mai shock ho gya jab maine uska imei no chk kiya.. vo change tha means mera mob ka board change kr diya gya tha.. mere pass proof h.. micromax k kisi gagandeep singh gulati ka handset ka board mere mob me daal diy jo ki bilkul kharab tha.. us gagandeep ki mere pas pic h bhot ..uske center ki bhi.. mera mob chahiye mujhe otherwise mai consumer court jakar case daluga.. Dear sir I given my micromax max smart phone dated on 12/11/2015 by hand service ref no S[protected] to their service centre located at chennai in the address 30/24 BALFORE APPARTMENT BALFORE ROAD KILPAUK CHENNAI-600010 CONTACT NO [protected] for display replacement job. They yet to be return back to me.their reply is irresponsible.
