I had submitted my A120 phone(which was under warranty), which stopped working, on 21st July 2015 to service center(F-Tech Services, Pune Phone no - [protected]) and after lot of hassle, company gave me old used phone of A120 model on 4th Dec, 2015. When I asked for delivery slip(with details like IMEI numbers, date of replacement and warranty extension etc) to F-Tech Services, they didn't give me delivery slip. After lot of argument, they wrote it on my existing purchase bill. Legally, they should have given me details on their printed delivery slip. And asked me to contact company for real delivery slip.
Hence I contacted to Micromax by writing at [protected]@micromax.com, also raised my concern at http://micare.micromaxinfo.com but it has been more than 5 days, Micromax didn't reply with details.
I would request Micromax to give following details:
1. send me details of mobile that you dispatched with IMEI numbers and warranty extension etc. so that I'll have delivery slip which I can use as a proof of having mobile and for warranty if the phone again gives problem.
2. service center didn't give me any compensation for taking four and half month for giving me the phone. When will they give it to me and how much amount will be given?
Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
