    First the sevice is very bad because my mother board was gone so they asked me to give 2300 rupees then i paid then they said me that come after 10 to 15 days then i came and seen my mobile then it has touch isue then they tell to go other .service for software then i go to another service centre they asked me to submit mobile for 2 days after that they told me that it has hardware issue then i came to my old service centre then they said they are going to change touch pad then also the mobile is not working then they tell me to submit for 25 days then i submitted my mobile after that i went to service centre the told me to wait 15 more days

      I had a Micromax Tab P470 which was purchased on 24th Sep' 2015 by paid Rs.6747 and from 26th Nov' 2015 the tab was owned by Micromax free of cost. The tab stopped working by display Android and nothing, I kept more applications, personal and important memorabe photos and videos of my baby boy which was capture on Diwali and some datas. I went to Micromax care which is located at Tatabad, Coimbatore where they simply kept my Tab and replied that the factory personal from bangalore will contact you by given receipt and without taking any responsibility as they are only collection centre. Today 13th Dec'2015 I have not yet get any call or SMS. They are cool. I went twice this month to CC where they did not favour. How they took right to get my tab which was paid full amount as mentioned in invoice instantly and if that is not worthy then why they sell at market, if they cant do any recovery they should repayment and apologise for their worst effort. They should accept their incapacity.

          I have submitted my mobile(canvas spark q380) in micromax care due to heating effect in between warrenty period. after 40th day of submission they are not giving confirmation for returning my phone. this is what micromax is oversighting on there customers.my jobsheet no-s[protected].

            Hi i have a Micromax A068 mobile phone and the issue i am facing with this mobile is whenever i insert a sim card it doesnot detect the sim card nor does it shows any signal. But when i insert the same sim card to a different mobile handset it shows the signal perfectly. This has been happening with both my vodafone and reliance sim cards. I tried to show it in the micromax service centre and what they did i don't know but since then i am facing this issue. Request you to please fix this issus ASAP. Regards, [protected]

              I have got this smart phone from micromax which is worser than a scrap. Such a waste. It is gonna be 1 year now and more than half of it my cell had been spending it's time in Micromax service centres, still left unrepaired, a scrap thing! I have been asking for a replacement hundred of times but i get the same handset evrytime i visit but 'ENOUGH' is the word now! Again my cell phone is laying there in the service center and if i do not get the replacement this time, I'm not recieving the same handset the piece of scrap again! And what You term it as MICROMAX CARE?? Ohh I wonder do you people really care for your customers handing them a scrap useless thing in the name of a smartphone! I want a replacement and that's it! Also i had given them warnings about complaining in the consumers court bt still my request was left uncared. Finally I had to Post my complaint here. Hope my work gets done here atleast!

                I have purchased MICROMAX TAB p480 on[protected] through ebay .in and after 1 week i received the tab with in 15 days my tab has a problem with battery sudden discharge so i given it in MICROMAX CARE in Vijayawada for rectification they informed me that it has to sent to company for troubleshooting i got call from micro max care that tab is ready so when i went to collect it they are again informed me that tab is not switching on now so we are sending it back and lat thursday i again went to micromax care care at Vijayawada thaye given me one tab saying that this new tab replaced with defective one, but once i brought it home touch is not working in it so yesterday morning again i taken to micromax care they replaced me with one old tabwith scratches on screen, i paid amount for new tab with in a month it has unrepairable problem so they replacing me an old one .this is not fair sir so irequest you help me in this regard .

                  I submitted my phone Unite 2 A106 at Service center Rohini 16, New Delhi on 23 OCT 2015. It was having a MIC problem. Job sheet no. is N[protected].It has been more than 50 days. I've complained many times at customer care and again and again they said to wait for 10 days, for 15 days. Now I want my mobile as soon as possible.

                    We purchase one mobile model A104 on date[protected]. from starting mobile is giving trouble .we visit many time to service centre finaly on date 07/10/2015 cervice centre taken mobile for replace the defective mobile .but alredy two months passed but after many visit in service centre.your service centre only doing comitment that pl wait for more time. (how much time required to replace one mobile, we are unable to understand.). pl look seriously in this matter .and replace my hand set imidiatly.

                      Hi, I am having Micromax Canvas A110 with IMAI NO. [protected] / [protected].I had given my Mobile phone for servicing in M/S Max care, Rospa Tower, Main Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand on 9/9/2015.According to them the Mother Board was corrupted and the same will be sent to company for replacement. They assured me that i will receive my moblile in 1 month. But till date i had visited several times in the service centre but only got assurance that i will receive my handset within next week, from last two months.God Knows how many months it will take for that next week to come.I am Very sorry to say that i haven't experienced this kind of pathetic service in my life.Also going further i will not buy or suggest any person to buy micromax products in future as the same is not customer oriented company.

                        I have purchased a LED from micromax in 14/10/2014 it is my mistake to purchase product from micromax why you harras your customer if you not able to make a world class product than why you sale product in market and also your support to rude with your customer no one follow I have registered my complaint from September 2015 but Mr. Ravikant M-[protected] sent their engineer and noting to do in three month problem not slow till now he asking money for same problem if you are not capable to hire a good engineer than why you sell product in market now take a strict action if you will not take proper action than I will FIR with police on Micromax, Service Center and Engineer as well as with Consumer Court.                           I had purchased the micromax P469 version of student tab. i had no sim to register. so registration was not complete. i have procured a new 4 g sim bearing sim No.[protected] and tried to register. But now when i accessed the parent mode of the tab it says forget pin. click here. if i used this facility and said click here it says enter 9 digit pin which i do not know. what should i do. i do not know whether the registration process is complete. if it is complete let me know the 9 digit pin to enter to unlock the parent mode. kindly help me.

                            Bought Canvas 5 in Dec 15, first it was giving Proximity problem now the display is showing yellow line at left top side of 2 mm in width.

                            Two problem in two month, visited Service Center Ganpati Plaza Jaipur, no response.

                              I had submitted my A120 phone(which was under warranty), which stopped working, on 21st July 2015 to service center(F-Tech Services, Pune Phone no - [protected]) and after lot of hassle, company gave me old used phone of A120 model on 4th Dec, 2015. When I asked for delivery slip(with details like IMEI numbers, date of replacement and warranty extension etc) to F-Tech Services, they didn't give me delivery slip. After lot of argument, they wrote it on my existing purchase bill. Legally, they should have given me details on their printed delivery slip. And asked me to contact company for real delivery slip.

                              Hence I contacted to Micromax by writing at [protected]@micromax.com, also raised my concern at http://micare.micromaxinfo.com but it has been more than 5 days, Micromax didn't reply with details.

                              I would request Micromax to give following details:

                              1. send me details of mobile that you dispatched with IMEI numbers and warranty extension etc. so that I'll have delivery slip which I can use as a proof of having mobile and for warranty if the phone again gives problem.
                              2. service center didn't give me any compensation for taking four and half month for giving me the phone. When will they give it to me and how much amount will be given?

                              Before posting complaint here I had raised concerned at http://micare.micromaxinfo.com and SER[protected] is reference number and had informed Micromax(at [protected]@micromax.com) twice - 1) on 10th Dec and 2) on 12th Dec but still I didn't receive call from Micromax. Neither did they provide any info.
                              It has been more than 10 days still I didn't get reply from Micromax. It's very annoying Micromax is not responding to their customers.
                              I again raised concern on Micromax website with reference no: SER[protected] Hope now Micromax with reply with satisfactory answer.

                                My handset model is q391. my service no is e[protected] though it is almost one and half moths passed i have not got my phone back. What a pathetic and ridiculous service by micromax. Agar aukat nehin hai warranty dene mein then shut down down company and go to hell. pse resolve my problem otherwise i will go to consumer court for your harassment and erratic service

                                  Sir I have given my micromax handset for repairing at it's service center on[protected] at Paradeep and they have sent it bhubaneswar for further action. But on[protected] when i have contacted their service centre on phone regarding the status they are telling that they are waiting for the spare part from delhi and they can not tell when it will come and it may teke months where as my handset is in warranty period. So it is a great cheating on the customers by micromax. Pse take action

                                        I have been calling in micromax consumer care no [protected] since last 4 months and every time they say that you will get your phone back in next 15 -20 days. My phone is in dead condition according to my local service center of micromax. According to rule of guarantee period time they should give me a new phone, they have registered complain and complain no is MMX[protected] but they are not doing anything about it. I had requested to talk to senior and they replied that our senior will call you back but till today after 4 months I didn't get any call.
