THREE JOBSHEET NUMBER GIVEN TO ME FOR SAME PROBLEM ARE-
A. WO[protected] COMPLAINT NUMBER-MMX[protected]
B. W[protected]
C. W[protected]
1st time send phone to copmany on 1st sept. received on 10 th october in one week all isuues regardding phone again come talk to you and service center said me that phone has some manufacturing defect which can only be solved by replacement
2.after that send again phone to company with JOBSHEET NUMBER-WO[protected]
which i went to collect my phone from service centre but when they give my phone after the sealed open i am very shocked to see that it is my same phone and this time it has some physical damage as follows;
1.left hand sim slot has very big hole and damaged too.
2.upper black part of phone has broken too.
3.back side battery covery has some threads or something coming outside which is glued by gum which is all over it.
4.phone has scartches too.
and last but not least the problem for which i send is not solved even you service center people is unable to switch it on or operate it and this time it is fully dead.so i called your customare care today they said me to go to service center and after that call us so we can talk to them.
and after you spoke to them they take back my old jobsheet and give me a new one with
jobsheet number-W[protected] and they told me nothing about when i receive my phone.
3.and today when i called customare care they said your new jobsheet number HAS RWR which means the service center close your call please go to them and when i go to them they give me today a new jobsheet with number- W[protected].
AND I AM GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYESS WHOM I TALKED ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND THEY NEVER RESPOND ANG GIVE ME SOLUTION TILL.
