Dear Concern, This is to inform you regarding the after sales services provided by the Micromax Care. I had purchased a micromax tab P480 in the month of August. I had a problem with charging point as the tablet was unable to charge so i approached to the Micromax Care Thane West center which is opposite to Makhmali Talav (M/s Vashi Services, Viraj Vihar, 1st flr, LBS road, Thane W). On 13th Nov i submitted the tab as guided by the executive out there. I got a call to collect my tab on 4th Dec 2015 by 6:00 PM. I reached there around 6:15 PM, then they handover my tab. But it was found that the the back side of the tab had damaged, the color was almost off over the scratches. When i shake the tab in my hand the part were shaking inside. When i asked regarding the same to the executive took the tab & asked the technician to clean on the outer surface & to open & fix the shaking parts issue. After some time he came back to me and said the scratches are very deep so cant do anything for that. I Denied to collect the tab, then he asked to to visit their so called manager Mr. Radhe inside the cabin. When i went inside the cabin so he asked me the purchase details & said that it is above 6 month & the condition is fine accordingly. In short he wanted to blame me for the tab condition, but when i submitted the same the condition was very fine so i insisted not to receive the tab in such condition. He asked me to come next day as their system closed for the day by 6:45pm to lodge a new job sheet. Since i could not visited on Saturday 5th Nov, I registered new job sheet today via call. PFB the details for both job sheet and do the needful. 1st Job Sheet - W[protected] 2nd Job Sheet - W[protected] Having such experience creates a negative impression on the customers & spoils brand name too. Kindly take the issue on serious note & resolve accordingly. Awaiting for positive response from your end earliest as one month has already passed & i cannot wait for 1 more month.

    I bought canvas spark q380 on 11-sep-2015. After a month o[censored]se mobile not able to power on. I gave to bangalore service senter dt[protected]. They said motherboard need to be replaced. It will take 15 days . I contacted after 15 days. They said it will take another 15 days. So far I contacted more than 10 times. Every time i am getting same answer "It will take 15 days" Now almost 2 month over. Still they asking 15 days for service. I am not evn used more than, one month. My job sheet no is S[protected]. Please take necessary action on this and get my mobile as soon as possible.

      I bought a Micromax mobile model no. A-102 (Doodle 3) from Sakchi jamshedpur, tata nagar, jharkhand. ( it is now in warranty) After few months the mobile started touch screen problems. I went to Micromax Service Centre (Mark Services. Naina Neha Palace, Tank Road, 2nd floor Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand-831001. They took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement and asked me to come after a week vide Customer Job Card No. E[protected]-18362477 dated 04.08.2015. they told me come after 7 days. But they after 56 days gave me the phone dt 29.09.15 but problem is same mobile is not working, Next day they again received the phone dt.30.09.15 job. Sheet no. E[protected], & they told me come After 7 days I went there 9 times, but the result was the same till dt. 08.12.15, (again total 70 days) & They never picked the number they have given i.e.[protected]. Now they are told me it was to take 15 days more. It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and return my mobile (Total days 56+70 = 126 Days) Micromax complain no. MMX[protected] dtd 28.10.15, and i few times call the tole free no. dt. 28.10.15, 21.11.15, 28.11.15, 08.12.15 but they one fix word told me after 15 days more... please sovle the problem ASAP

I have given my handset for repairing as I was facing some problem in that on 15th October 2015 and they are not returning yet. The maximum delay told me was 1 month, but now it is about 50 days.           Hello, Myself Suryaprasad parida and my mobile no is [protected]. Sir i have given my mobile in Micromax service center, Balasore for repairing my phone on date[protected] job sheet no- E[protected], which was not switching on at that time and i also have warranty for my mobile. Initially they assured me that it will be repaired within 20 days. But after 20 days when i inquired they said its not repaired and they need more time. In this manner they are harassing me for the past 2 months and even when i called the customer care they simply hang up my call. Due to this i am facing numerous problems for past 2 months.           On Dec 8 your executive called me and talked about replacing my handset within 5 working days but still now they didn't call or gave me any notifications . So either you are playing with me or you loose my hand set. Can you please return my handset. My job sheet no- E[protected].

          One suggestion to your worst management--- Please stop selling your products if you can't give us customer support and i will definitely spread this message to all my 500 facebook friends to not to buy your product and tell them their friends.

            Sir/Madam, HI, I got a very bad experience from MIcro max service center -Jammu.I had a problem with my touch (Mobile is in warranty) and i submit to Micromax service center - in jammu on 31-aug-2015, but even after 3 months I have not received mobile back to my endstill they not resolve the problem.and not proper respond by this executive.               I had visited gurgaon service centre which is situated at bus stand area. I visited 4 times but they still don't have panel and even they not registered it and not bring panels. They said i have to submit my mobile for panel. What protocol is this. Why i have to submit mobile for a plastic back panel . If you are not providing us a single panel, which is your ready product, than how will you repair mobiles, if you are unable to provide panel for mobile. You cant satisfy your customers.                   Maine October 2014 mein micromax canvas knight a350 snapdeal se purchase kiya for usme thode din baad problem aayi aur fir wo replace hoke January mein aaya fir thode din baad fjr problem hui fir main Hapur mein micromax service center mein dikhaya aur wo 2 mahine baad aaya aur wo replace bhi na hua aur us mobile ki condition bahut bikar thi. Jisme sim card dalte hain wo bhi tuta hua tha. Fir wo hamare ghar mein kisi ne ni chalata. Fir humnevunse kaha to unhone bahut dinon baad black colour ka diya wo bhi naya ni tha. Aur hamara toh white ang gold colour tha .fir kuch dinon baad main unke pas gya kyonki uski display kharab ho thi. Fir unhone kaha 1 mahine mein aaega . fir humne delhi mein service center mein dikhaya to unhone kaha kaha ki yeh yaha sahi ni hoga.khonki is phone ki condition aachi ni hai.aab wo 4-5 months se aise Hi pada hai bina use ke agar aap koi actions le sakte hain to jarur li jiye

                    I have purchesed it on last week of Nov. 2014, From the begining the battery was giving trouble. but M/S Sairam Electronics was continuously telling me that the battery was alright. On first week of August 2015 the loud speaker stopped working. Then they took the mobile and asked me to come after a week. After getting the mobile I found that M/S Sairam changed the battery but the loudspeaker was steel not working. I again went to M/S sairam and told them the problem on 14.10.2015.                         I mahesh kumar purchased a micromax canvas spark Q 380 on 01 July 2015 bia snapdeal from Miromax (Vukalp Ventura- Mundka bia Invoice No. S9FAA3/15-16/7824. 1st I received defective data cable which I deposited to M/S Rudra Services Jagat Farm Greater Noida on[protected] for replacement. Yet not replaced. This service center have closed permanently. IInd now have jack problem. Mobile is not charging. I have done many complaint but problem is not resolved.                             महोदय मैंने मोडल नम्बर -Micromax699 मोबइल 20/11/2015 को ख़रीदा और 6/12/2015 को LCD के डिस्प्ले में समस्या आ गयी मै Micromax के सर्विस सेंटर पर LCD का Complen ले कर गया तो मेरा Micromax699 मोबाईल 1 घंटे तक अपने पास रखा फिर मुजे मोबाईल देकर बोला गया आप की LCD टूट गयी है जब कि सिर्फ डिस्प्ले का उपरी हिस्सा दिख नही रहा था न ही कही टूटने का निसान था उन्होंने मोबइल के साथ क्या किया मुज़े नही पता और मोबाईल के डिस्प्ले को बदलने के लिए 450 रुपया और सर्विस चार्ज अलग से माँगा गया | मुज़े सर्विस नही दिया गया मै बहोत ही दुखी हुआ आप के सर्विस सेंटर से बिना वजह के मेरा मोबइल डिस्टर्ब किया गया मेरा समय भी लिया और मुजसे पैसा माँगा गया |क्रप्या आप मेरी मदद करे मेरा मोबइल ठीक करवा दे दूसरी बात आप बलिया सर्विस सेंटर पर ग्राहकों के साथ बहोत ही खराब व्यवहार भी किया जा रहा है बिना वजह ग्राहकों के साथ बत्मीजी से पेश आ रहे है आप से यही निवेदन है की आप जल्द से जल्द अच्छी सुविधा उपलब्ध कराये अन्यथा मै कोट का दरवाजा देखूंगा | धन्यवाद सन्नी चौक सिनेमा रोड बलिया उ० प्र० 277001 मोबाईल नंबर [protected]

                                Hi Team, I ad submitted my phone on 3rd Nov on the micromax care due to touch pad issue and it is on warranty period and today is 1st Dec but i did not receive my phone yet. I called so many times but no satisfied answer even if their behavior towards me is not good. I am facing issues due to non availability of my phone.                                     First jobsheet number not available when i first send phone to company on 1st sept.2015 and received on 10 october.all the problems descibed in jobsheet reoccur in less then one week. next jobsheet number-W[protected] send on 29 th october 2015 when company and service center told the same that your phone has some manufacturing defect which can only be solved by replacement.and received yesterday but amazing service guys.collected after more than one month with same old phone and even physical damage on my new phone.and even the service center is unable to just switch on the phone.phone is fully dead after received just from company . after call to company they said just close your current call and give me a new jobsheet with number-W[protected] .what to do company even not giving information on anything even i submitted a complaint before 10 days number-MMX[protected]

                                    i want only replaement and the micromax doest not wanna show interst in this.it is only my headche if my phne is replaced or not.they have nothing to do with my problem, all they wanted from me is that i collect my phone with repaired with damge and which they do not even repaired .so iwant only replacement in no case i shall collect old defective phone.and there is even no excuse because it cannot be repaired as your people told me and i think they are right

                                    1st time send phone to copmany on 1st sept. received on 10 th october in one week all isuues regardding phone again come talk to you and service center said me that phone has some manufacturing defect which can only be solved by replacement

                                    2.after that send again phone to company with JOBSHEET NUMBER-WO[protected]
                                    which i went to collect my phone from service centre but when they give my phone after the sealed open i am very shocked to see that it is my same phone and this time it has some physical damage as follows;
                                    1.left hand sim slot has very big hole and damaged too.
                                    2.upper black part of phone has broken too.
                                    3.back side battery covery has some threads or something coming outside which is glued by gum which is all over it.
                                    4.phone has scartches too.
                                    and last but not least the problem for which i send is not solved even you service center people is unable to switch it on or operate it and this time it is fully dead.so i called your customare care today they said me to go to service center and after that call us so we can talk to them.
                                    and after you spoke to them they take back my old jobsheet and give me a new one with
                                    jobsheet number-W[protected] and they told me nothing about when i receive my phone.

                                    3.and today when i called customare care they said your new jobsheet number HAS RWR which means the service center close your call please go to them and when i go to them they give me today a new jobsheet with number- W[protected].


                                    AND I AM GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYESS WHOM I TALKED ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND THEY NEVER RESPOND ANG GIVE ME SOLUTION TILL.

                                      I submitted my complaint mob on 12/10/15, compl no is[protected].at b-1/cd-1/28 lda colony, krishnanagar, kanpur rd, lko. Now my complaint not solved by your end & above center told you can go anywere there you problem can be solve. So, therefore tomarrow i will go to consumer court. my mob is [protected].

                                        I have submitted my micromax a066 phone for repair on 5/10/15 for repairing of lock button in warranty set i have asked lots of time in service center for my phone latest update they just say all works are over and ur phone will be back in 10 dys but its almost two month i didnt get iit back my job sheet no is N[protected] THANKS AKSHAT
