Hi, I purchased Micromax Canvas A350 from Amazon and was working nicely without any problem. One fine day USB stopped working though not completely but after pressing the USB cable down it worked and apart from that there were no issues like Charging, Audio, Touch etc.I took my phone to one of the Service Centre of Micromax in Gurgaon i.e. BestTech Services near Sadar Bazar gurgaon which is trhe worst thing I did coz it is not a service centre but a destruction centre. You take your phone to the Service Centre and instead of repairing your Phone they make sure you cry for it. I submitted this in the Month of October-2015 and standing in December today still I have not teceived my Phone.Krishna the Gentelmen in Micromax care said that your Charging part is Damaged and will be sent to Head Office but while submitting a got a call and I was not getting any Audio hence I asked him the Audio was working fine but why is it not working now.He said he changed a part and will get the repaired once sent to Head Office.I asked him to Reset my Phone twice which he said he will do but i was unsure as it had all my details. I have been following Bestech Services from last 2 Months now but still the issue is now resolved.On 3/12/2015 I was promised that i will receive a call by 7PM when I visited there about my status as part was still pending.As expected promise was broken and no call received.I went again on 4/12/2015 and The Gentlemen named Krishna told me that now my Touch is not working.How come this was working till date and while i submitted in Bestech is stopped working.I call Micromax customer care and below are the details- Name-Nirvesh Complaint no-MMX[protected] Job Sheet Number-N[protected] Regards AMit Dua [protected]

      Respected sir/madam I have buy a mobile which micromax canvas nitro a311 before 6 months ago the problem with my phone is my phone dead problem i have gave my mobile at micromax service centre at karimnagar swetha communications on 21/09/2015 my mobile imei no is [protected] w/o no.[protected]it is upto 76 days they are not returning my mobile.when will they return my mobile i also called to service centre 4 times they said every time saying that only 15 days will return your mobile there are so many15 days were over thanking you please solve my problem as soon as possible and return my mobile and my mobile no is [protected]

Now my complaint not solved by your end & above center told you can go anywere there you problem can be solve. So, therefore tomarrow i will go to consumer court. my mob is [protected].

          Hi Team, I purchased a new micromax phone. But after some time my phone doesn't work. I visited to service centre available at CHAWLA colony, ballabgarh (Faridabad). After 1 month the people return me the phone and phone worked only for 15 days. Now I've again given the phone to service centre before 1 month. But as of now there is no updated from their side. Every time they said 15 days.

            I am sorry to say but i am highly unsatisfied with this mobile. As i am facing the problem in the mobile from 1st day of phone. previously i was having problem that the motherboard was getiing too much heated, reported to the service center they told me to submit my mobile and kept my phone for 1 month and return the phone and now i am facing the problem that it is not detecting any sim from the mobile i have tried every possible ways but i am not able to get any sim detection or tower. We expect better service from the company when we place our trust on them but i am not totally frustrated from the mobile, nor mobile is good neither its service. If you cant give a good mobile then atleast try to give a better service.

              Dear team, I purchased Micromax Nitro A311 smartphone from Baltana (Zirakpur) on dated 26.07.2015 but unfortunately it gives me problem of Heating the phone on dt 20.08.2015 then i visit the dealer. he advised to visit the service centre and they will provide you AS somthing like that. Then i visited the service centre M/s ABACUS SYSTEM on dated 22.10.15 they update the software and send me back but the problem still continue. Again i visited the service centre on dated 28.10.15 then they said that you need to put set here because of Mother-Board is faulty and will get back with in 25 Days. but till date the smartphone was not repaired due to non availability of the Mother-Board. I am working in Hindustan Times Newspaper as a production manager and i am unable to access my mails. i feel i lost everything without a phone. even now service centre people not commit within how many day's i will get my set back. now i only have one option to go to consumer court.                   Sir i am not able to understand actually whats going on..

                        My Micromax canvas FIRE A104 was having some WIFI issue, so i showed it to the local micromax service centre in my city at Amritsar, they told me to collect the phone after 15 days, the phone arrived after 4 weeks and it was still having the same problem . So it was again sent to the Reparing Centre, its been more than a month now, i have not got any call or any sort of information regarding, Phone, i tried calling the Helpline No of Micromax Every time i was told it will take another 15 days, i dont know what are they doing with my phone, But i am really disappointed with the service .                         My micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Black & Gold) had the charging problem so i submit my mobile to the local micromax service center M/S THE MOBILE CARE( DELHI) B-36 GURU NANK PURA OPP. V3S MALL NEAR MAHA RAJA BEQUETT HALL LAXMINAGAR, DELHI, dated 29/10/2015 and i was informed to collect my mobile after 15 days. However till day i have not received my mobile although i have called three times to the service center, they extend the 15 more days for each call. it has been more than a month and no any positive response have been receipt from the service center. it seems that micro-max service center specially this service center is not providing the good service as per the feedback i have about this service center and is declining the craze of micro max from the users. Good internal control to the service centers is lacking from the micromax head office to provide the good service to the users. Due to side key complaint I was not able to use the moblile and given to your approved service center at Thrissur, Kerala on 15/10/2015 against Charge Sheet No: S[protected]. I was informed to collect my mobile after 15 days. However till day i have not received my mobile although i have called several times to the service center, your toll free number etc., They extend the 15 more days for each call. It has been more than two months and no any positive response have been receipt from the service center. it seems that micro-max service center specially this service center is not providing the good service as per the feedback i have about this service center and is declining the craze of micro max from the users. Good internal control to the service centers is lacking from the micromax head office to provide the good service to the users. So please help me as my IMEI/ESN No. is [protected] and [protected].

                          I, P Suresh, have purchased micromax A310 canvass phone from panvel, Navi Mumbai (Bill# NOK/5128/14-15, Dated[protected]. It started to hang and switch off in July-2015. When it became frequent, I went to service centre (on 19/09/2015), since it was under warranty period. The service centre Vashi Plaza) people asked me to leave phone with them and collect after one month. I went but there was no sign of my phone. Evevr since they kept on saying to me to come after 10 days. I kept on going but yet there is no sign of my phone. I m fed up of this irresopncible behaviour of their. Now after almost 2 months there no sing when i will get my phone back. Anybody lease do somehting.

                              Its been almost 2 and half months since they took my mobile for faulty touch screen. If I knew this before I would have never selected micromax. I bought my mobile last year February, it got faulty on September but till now I haven't got my mobile back. Every time I call them they say few more days due to some problem. First they are creating a product which won't even last for one year then they take it for servicing and they will try to reach the warranty period of one year.

                                Hi, my name is karan durga. I purchase a micromax A310 mobile, after some time this mobile motherboard damage again and again approx four times.                                   Sir, I am very much disappointed to inform you about my sufferings by purchasing a new micromax canvas xpress mobile phone. I have purchased new micromax canvas xpress mobile phone online on first week September, 2015. (No. [protected]/62; Model [protected]) After 10 days there was a complaint with the phone. Battery is not charging . I have lodged a complaint with you. It was instructed to contact with the nearest service centre. On 29.9.2015 I had given my set to Trissur (Kerala) service centre. (No.[protected]. After that I have contacted the center so many times. Since the date I have not returned the set. Please return me a working set otherwise it will make somany sufferings to me.                                     I submitted my tab at micromax care (m/s prince comm. Lalbagh lucknow) on 27/12/2014, they told me to return in between 25 days. but this is the 12th month and i have not get my phone yet.my jobsheet no N[protected]. i want my tab. please resolve my problem quickly...

                                      I have purchased Micromax canvas spark phone via snap deal .Order No [protected] and invoice no is SB6D58/15-16/28963 .I received the phone on 13 June 15.when I operated the it I found that it have severe manufacturing defects. Its screen black out abruptly, even at the time of incoming call screen doesn't switches on. Screen doesn't open at all by pressing power key too. Sometime suddenly it opens and blackouts immediately. Due to this problem I am not able to attend my important calls. I have sent an email on 21 June 15 to snapdeal to exchange the product but the replied that ”please visit the brand service centre with the copy of invoice as the product has manufacturer's warranty to get the issue/fault rectified”. I have visited nearest service centre at Irla vile parle (w) on 27 June 15, but centre was permanently closed. I visited another service centre located at Santacruz (W) on 4 July 15 but due to technical problem that centre was also closed. I tried to call to service centre and sent email too but nobody has responded. I visited again on 28 July 15 I was told that "there might be software problem" so they formatted the phone. Phone worked for few days and same problem has appeared again. I revisited the service centre on 17 Aug 15 and 12 Sept 15 again they formatted the phone it worked for few days and same problem has appeared again. I revisited on 26 Sept 15 they told me that there might be hardware issue and told me to submit the phone for diagnosis. After one week Service centre informed that “Phone has repaired kindly collect it” .After few days same problem has appeared. I decided to repair my phone through online service of Micromax. Delivery boy came on 14 Oct 15 and collected the phone and handed over job sheet (No. 106) to me. After one week they informed that “phone has repaired and delivery boy will come deliver it”. It worked for few days and again same problem has appeared. Even after 5 repairs problem is unsolved. This indicates that either this phone has severe manufacturing defect or micromax don't want to repair it. I have frustrated by this phone. I have sent email to micromax on 8 Sept 15 and 5 Oct 15 to either exchange the product or refund my money, but they refused it. They told me that “there is no refund/replacement policy available from company end”.The phone is under warranty of one year. Micromax has cheated me by selling defected phone. Kindly register case against micromax and help me in getting my refund.
